Hillside Pet Crematory made the passing of my dog easier. I was initially uneasy about having my dog cremated , but their kindness and compassion reassured me. They took the time to explain everything and treated my dog with dignity and respect. They truly understand that animals are not just pets; they are family.

My beloved husky mix Bella died unexpectedly at the age of 14. We were In shock and grieving heavily. I had used Hillside Many years ago for our beautiful cat Spanky. It was an older gentleman who helped us out and did so in the most compassionate way. I called ahead the afternoon my Bella passed. Hillside closes at 5pm. A younger gentleman answered saying that he had a doctors appointment and could not stay past 5. I said I would do my best to get my beloved girl there on time. We arrived at 5:04. The person I talked to was still there and agreed to help us out. It was rushed. Bella’s body was still warm and her beautiful blue eyes still caught light. We had little time to say goodbye. But that was the price to have her back home the next day in a flowered tin. Grateful that Hillside made that happen.

We picked up our Chloe today and it was a hard day. She passed suddenly and we brought her and the staff was very nice and sincere. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much.

Owner happened to be there on the weekend when they were closed. He answered the phone when I called and told me to come right down. With the sudden loss of our dog, and our family needing an immediate solution, he went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much!!

Went here twice with my beloved rats. They took great care of them and returned them in a small tin with the ashes in a plastic bag. They were very gentle with them. Overall great place.

I want to extend my sincerest thank you for the care you extended to me on the death and cremation of my beloved dog. She came back to the vet hospital I work at quickly and in a beautiful wooden urn.Thank you,Kelley lee
