I am forever appreciative of Jeremy; for the care he showed me during this difficult time.I was very impressed with the different options for memorial keepsakes that Jeremy offers.The cedar box I chose to place Reagan’s ashes in was beyond what I expected. It is absolutely gorgeous and such a special way to honor my baby.Jeremy was very thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process. Jeremy at Truckee Meadows Pet Aftercare was so compassionate and kind. He came same day to pick up my sister's cat who peacefully passed away at home and when we went to pick up his ashes and paw print Jeremy was just as kind and accommodating. What a kind heart for such a difficult service. Will definitely use him for any future services. He's a real class act with a very kind heart.

When our beloved dog Bari passed away on Christmas morning, Jeremy was quick to respond to my inquiry and gracious enough to meet us that day. He was very compassionate and professional throughout the process. He made an incredibly difficult situation as painless as possible.

Jeremy was so amazing and beyond caring ! It was already so hard to let go of my baby after 16 years, but his kindness and consideration throughout this process definitely made it a bit easier. Definitely would recommend this place

I really can't thank Jeremy at Truckee Meadows Pet Aftercare enough. They took care of our baby Kat when he passed. Needles to say this is such an awful and difficult moment but Jeremy was wonderful, caring and compassionate. We picked Kat's ashes today and the manner in which it was packed and given to us was such a sweet and compassionate touch to our grieving hearts. The box was so beautiful and we received a certificate of bio-cremation. Thank you for being such a warm and caring business during these moments. We knew our baby was in good hands.*side note: the prices for the service is really affordable and was really appreciated as we had already spent so much with the vet the last few months.

Jeremy was so caring, patient, and thoughtful. There was no "hard sell" for extras, and he was compassionate, listening to me talk about my pet. On the practical side, the price was very reasonable and much lower than other local services I have used in the past. I highly recommend.

I talked to Jeremy on Saturday. I confirmed that he would be open on Sunday. He said he would be there at 9am to receive my Tessie. I drove 30 miles to be there by 9. After waiting for over 40 minutes and making 3 calls and 1 text, I gave up. I left at 9:40, drove home and put Tessie in the refrigerator and will take my business elsewhere. Horrible time in my life and he made it worse! Shame on you!!!!

I just wanted to say this company far exceeded my expectations! They were so polite and empathetic and were able to come to my house within the hour to pick up our dog. The prices are extremely reasonable too. I recommend them to anyone looking for services after their pet passes away. Their customer service and care too were extremely impressive.
