I had lost my childhood pet coming up on 2 weeks ago. I have had a really hard time without her but gained a lot of reassurance and peace knowing she was in good hands. I had picked her up today and this company has had so much compassion during this time and I’m thankful. They delivered her with so much care and love and I would definitely recommend if you have lost your fur baby.

My pup was 14.5, she was really missed just the few days she had been dropped off at the animal foundation. There was some mix up between the animal foundation and West Coast, Ikea (I hope I spelled that correctly) to charge on the issues and also went above and beyond. She offered to have me and my family come to a viewing of our Cookie. At first I was super hesitant, I didn't want to see cookie already passed and well with no life. Ikea assured me that they would clean her up, brush her, and stage her so she looks like she is sleeping. With hesitation we set an appointment for the viewing. Let me tell you that it was probably the closure we needed to see our cookie was passed and at peace. They even allowed her lil sister bear to come and say bye, which was something that wasnt allowed at the animal foundation. Thank you to the team at West Coast for taking care of our cookie and making this hard time a lot easier.

They are in partner with my vet, Dr Knighton @VCA Spring Mountain. I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 17 years and it was a rough time. I could barely handle the process alone. But everyone involved was extremely helpful and caring. This company gave me the most beautiful gift of my pet's remains. I HIGHLY recommend. There are TONS of options and extras to choose from. They handled my loved one with the utmost respect and care. And in a timely fashion. The box, certificate, and paw print were delivered immaculate and everything I expected and more. The only regret I have is not doing her nose print as well, but that wasn't their fault.

West Coast did a beautiful job with the memorial of our pups. Such a rough experience to go through losing a loved pet but their beautifully made items made the experience just a little bit easier. By being able to bring him home with the thoughtful bag and everything in it and being able to have those items to remember him by - it was a touching experience to sit down and look at everything. At a time like this details are so important.We previously had our Gizmo cremated in Las Vegas years ago and received a nice insert for a frame which included a Rainbow Bridge poem, paw print, his hair and his name with his DOB & DOD as a keepsake. (First Photo)Not this time:This time in November 2023, we lost another angel and went to pick her up after her cremation and received what looked like a plain white piece of paper with a paw print in a black frame, a cremation certificate, and a In Loving Memory card with a piece of her hair.I am so glad I cut hair off some of her hair before she was cremated, because this piece of hair is filthy, full of dirt specks. She had such beautiful color variations of her hair, her ears were grey and white, and not a piece of her gray hair was enclosed with her clippings, such a disappointment, we were really surprised to receive what we did and in it's condition.Sadly, I don't feel the workmanship, care, and concern of the dog and the remains were there, especially since seeing how dirty the clipping of hair was when given back to us.The office staff was truly amazing.At a time like this it's the small details that mean the most.

They did such a beautiful job with our boy. The way they packaged everything up with so nice. The wooden box his ashes came in is is perfect. Much better than the metal tin our other dog came back in (different company). The also put some of his fur in a bag and put it in a nice hard, dipped his paw in ink and did a paw print, but also put his paw in a plaster type mold. Everything is perfect. I'm so happy that they are the ones our vet has teamed up with.

This company has the audacity to charge $35 if you want additional fur from your animal. Where do you get off charging families that have had to put down their animals a ridiculous amount of money for fur clippings?!?!? All I wanted was a little more fur to make a statue in memory of our cat. I don't need another card stock and poem. As if the vet bill wasn't high enough, you guys take advantage of peoples loss.Piece of advice if you ever plan on using this company. Make sure you bring your own clippers and get all the fur clippings you want without having to pay a stranger $35 a pop for a little bag of fur.SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE FOR YOUR MONETARY GAIN ON OUR LOSS!!!!!

I paid almost $500 to cremate my dog, I called the next day (Oct. 9th) and spoke with a girl over the phone, I told her that I wanted a good portion (A LOT) of my dog's fur for a project that I had in mind, she said "sure, they will literally fill that bag all the way to the top" a week later I received the ashes of my dog along with the other items ordered except for the amount of my dog's hair thst I requested. I called them and spoke with a lady and she told me that she will contact the people responsible for the cremation, etc. She asked for my phone number and told me "they will give you a call no later than tomorrow" well, 6 and a half weeks had passed by and no call back from this place. I've been calling all this time and they don't answer the phone. Of course they don't care! They already took my money!! Horrible customer service.

After a terrible experience at the Vet, Ikeya and Calvin made me have faith in humanity. She went above and beyond to help me through a VERY difficult and traumatic experience losing my Therapy dog Benito. She gave me the chance to see him again and I was able to touch his paws and nose my favorite parts of his body. Calvin came in to console me and made me feel like I was not alone. I honestly had bad thoughts about cremation facilities and was able to see that they truly take care of our pets there and provide high quality work in my opinion. The urn box he was placed in with his name and the imprints of his paws and nose touched my heart. Ikeya paid attention to what I did when I saw him. Ikeya made a clay paw print and I can rub and feel his indentation even though he is gone. I appreciate the hard work of the staff that I had to buy them all sandwiches one Friday because in a time when people aren’t appreciated I wanted them to know I appreciate them! I feel comforted knowing that my pets I have now will be treated with the utmost respect when they pass by having West Coast Pet Memorial take care of them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning my sleepless night over him to having Peace. I will be forever Thankful to You Ikeya.

Thank you to all the staff for cremating my Mastiff Mando, I am a funeral Director and have a relationship with a competitor and because Craig Road animal hospital went above and beyond with compassion and tenderness I chose not to use my resources and trust who they contract with. Despite we never met, when I received him back it was nothing short of perfection. I can’t thank you enough for the quality of the urn, paw prints and lock of hair. I said I would get a plaque made and walla I found one in the envelope. Very impressed with your services, I hope to not need them soon but if I do I know who to call. West Coast Pet Memorial gave us such a great experience during a hard time! The in home vet we used uses West Coast and I was so pleased with everything! I called multiple times and Lisa always answered all of my questions. I had some special requests and they met all of those! We got to have a viewing and be there during the cremation process. It was such an amazing experience for me! Every single employee treated me and my dog with a lot of respect! The urns we ordered took about a month to arrive. While we were waiting we took our dogs ashes home in one of the complimentary urns. We went today and got the urns we ordered and they transferred over the ashes. The urns are beautiful! West Coast offers such a great service and all the staff is so nice and helpful!

As everyone knows losing a pet is one of the hardest things you have to go through it's literally losing a loved one. Our fur babies mean the world to us! My husband and I had a Shiba Inu "Sunshine" who was 17 yrs old we got her when she was only 5 weeks old. On November 18, 2022 my husband and I had to make the ultimate decision "which we DID NOT want to do" but had to do and that was to put her down let her go in peace and be at peace finally! We went to west coast pet memorial and spoke to an older lady "unfortunately we didn't get her name" but she was the sweetest lady ever. She had so much sympathy for us and understood what we were going through as this was our first time ever having to put a fur baby to rest. She did NOT rush us, she did NOT make us feel unwanted but she made us feel at peace, she made us feel happy, and she made us feel welcome she answered every and all questions and also gave us some suggestions which was very nice and very helpful. Here is it now Saturday November 26, 2022 and we picked up our sweet sunshine from the crematorium place and we LOVE everything they had done for us from the paw print, the clay print, the fur, poem, and the urn the way they wrapped up everything was just so beautiful. The lady who brought her to us this morning " I believe her name was Lisa" she was also sweet and nice! The whole place has a heart warming vibe to it and the 2 ladies we have met are just so sweet, so nice and very welcoming. If anyone is ever wanting to find a good place for the pet who had passed I HIGHLY suggest west coast pet memorial cremation you will receive the love, the kindness and the over all comfort knowing your pet who has passed will be in good hands. Thank you to u ladies who handled our sweet baby girl sunshine we appreciate it so much and to the older lady thank you so much for our conversation we had on Monday 11-21-22 u gave us peace of mind and for that we are grateful, thank you(the picture with our pup in the angel wings did NOT come from the crematorium, I wanted to share it to everyone it's a different place online we ordered it from)The set up on the table is what came from the crematorium and we love it all!

Extremely pleased with the attention and heartfelt response by this firm in handling my sweet Fiona’s remains. Devastating by her sudden passing from CHF, WCPM was efficient, respectful and responsive once her remains were transferred to them. We had our little doggie pass away & wanted to get him cremated at our local vet. They sent him away & we got his ashes back in a week. What we received from West Coast Memorial Service was a lot more than what we expected. Everything came in a gift bag and everything inside was wrapped inside a beautiful mesh gift bag. They gave us a framed paw print along with the box his ashes were in. They also included a grief guide & a copy of the Rainbow Bridge poem. I was very impressed - thank you. We will set it all up in a place of honor in our home. A lot of little details made a big impact on us. Thanks again.

Amazing services and staff, process was easy and comforting to know I was leaving my baby girl with people who understand the difficulty of letting go. They don’t charge for the engraved plate or clay imprint of their hand.They also included pamphlets about coping with grief, this is difficult for me and the assistance is greatly appreciated.

Just got my fur baby back from West Coast Pet Memorial yesterday. After being told it could be 7 days, we had her back in 3 along with her paw print and fur. Ikeya came to the rescue going above and beyond resolving everything and hand delivering. She took the time to chat and explain what the company mission is all about. Amazing service that I truly recommend. I couldn't ask for more. My pet was cremated at West Coast Pet Memorial. When i got her ashes back, it was very well presented in a elegant blue bag containing her certification of cremation, a bit of her fur in an adorable card, the beautiful ceramic urn I picked, and a couple of extra paw prints (one in a frame inked, one on a round piece of wood, painted in white.All so well wrapped in boxes and fine velvet bag. Thank you for being amazing and for such great service in such difficult time ♥

Had a cremation done for our dog. Abby was at the front desk, she need a non-customer facing role because of how non-personable she was. She had attitude throughout the whole interaction for no reason at all. She was very cold I was expecting a much more welcoming experience…won’t be recommending this place to anybody! We spent well over $200 and it was very transactional, just a “here ya go” at the end. 3/10 experience.

The loss of our dog was way harder on me than I expected. We had someone come to our house to put her to sleep peacefully and West Coast Pet Memorial is where they took her afterwards. When I went to pick up her ashes, the woman working the front desk was so sweet. They filled my little urn bracelet and brought my sweet girl to me in the prettiest wood box with carved flowers. I can't thank them enough for what they do.

I'd like to thank West Coast Pet Memorial for the outstanding service they provided.I wanted to be there through the whole process and they made it very easy.There is a private viewing room where you can spend one last time with your baby and wait until it's time for the cremation.The facilities are very clean and extremely organized, specially the way they keep track of every step to make sure there is no room for mistake.Everyone was very kind and compassionate.I am so pleased by the way everything was handled that even though it was a difficult time I got the closure I needed and I left with a smile on my face.Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby Benji . 🙏

I was going to give this place zero star but I spoke to Jim the manager and express how horrible I was treated by one of their employee, Abby. Jim was very sympathetic, compassionate and concerned about how I was being treated. Jim listen to me grieving over my very first dog, and how this was all very new to me.I hope Abby has a change of heart and realize when someone coming in to ask for service while holding their DECEASED FURRY BABY in their arms to have more compassion instead of being short, vague and irritated.Btw the paw print clay doesn't come with a stand. She didn’t really explain anything I had to constantly be asking what come with what!

They truly went above and beyond when we suddenly lost our 3-year-old Bear Bear. We had spent so much in emergency vet services that we were in a tight spot when picking out his urn and memorial items. We selected a free name plate that wouldn’t adhere to the urn we selected. Rather than charge us the extra, they surprised us with free engraving. It was such a bright spot in such an awful situation and I can’t thank them enough. I am so happy with the way West Coast Pet Memorial handled my dear Mia's cremation. They were very sympathetic and made the process so much easier for me. I selected a beautiful pewter urn for her ashes. I picked it up at my vet's office and it was all packaged so beautifully. The urn was lovely and I also had a beautiful frame with her paw print. Both wrapped in velvet bags and in a gift bag as well. I want to thank all the people at West Coast Pet Memorial for the great care and compassion they had when helping my family in dealing with the difficulty of losing our beloved Teddy Bear. Everyone has shown great empathy and sympathy making these moments as easy for us as possible. I want to especially thank the two gentlemen who came to retrieve Teddy after we had to make the unfortunate decision of giving him a peaceful sleep while being in the comfort of our home. Teddy was a full blood Saint Bernard weighing 200+ but these two guys made sure to take the upmost care being as gentle as possible when moving him, understanding how much Teddy means to my family. We were able to pick up his ashes within a week of his passing and the box they placed him in is beautiful and fitting for a dog that was truly majestic. If you are looking for someplace to give you the peace of mind during your beloved pet's final journey to over the rainbow bridge I would highly recommend West Coast Pet Memorial.

I had mixed feelings about this place. I only had 15 minutes to see my baby. It was to my understanding that I would receive a lock of hair along with a paw print and clay mold. Unfortunately I didn't receive the hair and it's obviously too late to do anything about it now. On top of that, I was not allowed to do an actual cremation viewing to ensure the ashes I received are his. So I guess I'll never know. My vet recommended this place but I'm not sure if I would go with them again in the future. The staff were friendly though.

I have been absolutely devastated since we had to make the difficult decision to put our sweet boy to sleep. I really didn't understand the process of how a pet's death works, or anything about the cremation. We had a specific circumstance and our boy passed a week before we had to move across the country. The thought of having him mailed was heartbreaking. I spoke with West Coast Pet Memorial, specifically Lisa, and she made him a high priority given our situation. When I called to follow up, I had asked "I know this is insane, but can I see him one more time before he's cremated?" Ikea (I'm sure I am spelling her name wrong) was absolutely the kindest person and told me that it wasn't crazy, and that I absolutely could. I was able to come see my boy one more time, and get the closure that I felt I needed. They cleaned him up for me, covered him with a beautiful blanket, and allowed me to sit in a beautiful room with him for as long as I needed. These people genuinely care about these babies and about their owners. They are unbelievably professional and I couldn't have asked for a better process than what we went through. Please, don't hesitate when it comes to utilizing this facility.

Let me start off by saying thank you to the whole staff. Everyone was so respectful to my fur baby and I. When my fur baby was being taken to cremation everyone stopped what they were doing to show respect. The facility lead was the best. She was super sweet. She walked me to my viewing and then showed me in great detail the system they go through to make sure you take home your fur baby. She showed me how everything has a barcode (even the bag they send home with you). If the barcodes do not match then the system will let you know. After everything is done another person does a quality control check to make sure everything was done correctly before sending the baby home. The facility was clean and quiet. This has been extremely hard for me but this staff has made it easier. I didn't feel stressed. I was able to grieve. Thank you for everything.

Amazing service that I truly recommend. I couldn't ask for more. My pet was cremated at West Coast Pet Memorial. When i got her ashes back, it was very well presented in a elegant blue bag containing her certification of cremation, a bit of her fur in an adorable card, the beautiful ceramic urn I picked, and a couple of extra paw prints (one in a frame inked, one on a round piece of wood, painted in white.All so well wrapped in boxes and fine velvet bag. Had a cremation done for our dog. Abby was at the front desk, she need a non-customer facing role because of how non-personable she was. She had attitude throughout the whole interaction for no reason at all. She was very cold I was expecting a much more welcoming experience…won’t be recommending this place to anybody! The loss of our dog was way harder on me than I expected. We had someone come to our house to put her to sleep peacefully and West Coast Pet Memorial is where they took her afterwards. When I went to pick up her ashes, the woman working the front desk was so sweet. They filled my little urn bracelet and brought my sweet girl to me in the prettiest wood box with carved flowers. It was our family's time to let go of our Stetson on 1/15/21. We were concerned how this would all play out with the virus still very active. Ripoff - Paid $300.00 to have cat cremated. Got a maybe $25.00 urn with a sticker on the bottom with her name. A felt bag and a certificate of cremation. I have six other memorials for other animals that have passed over the last two decades. All came with a nice wooden box with the animals name engraved on a plate along with a paw print and framed picture for same price. This place maybe has $50.00 into materials and fuel. Shop around.

This company is new in Las Vegas and I'm glad they are here. We lost our sweet dog suddenly and used them the first day they opened. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost. The standard box (photo) for the ashes is beautiful and of high quality. We opted for some extras which were really nice. Everything, including the box was wrapped in paw print paper.The turnaround time was about 3 days which is normally a week or two with other companies. I would highly recommend using this service.

Our puppy went quick and we had a hard time deciding what to do. Calvin and his team took him the same day and our memorial was ready the very next day. You get to decide if you want to stay for the whole process or not. The artifacts were quality and there were price ranges for all tiers. I highly recommend them if you want a quality memorial for your fur baby.

West Coast Memorial is the best!!! They handled everything for us while going through our time of grief of having to let our fur baby cross the rainbow bridge! They treated us with the upmost respect. They were kind and helpful with the whole process. It’s hard enough letting go of your best friend, but doing it without added stress was so helpful! This place has the best service when you have went through loss with a pet. My bunny rabbit just recently passed away and I felt like I lost a son.He was my world, and they took there time with me because I was having trouble giving an answer right away. This is the best place by far in Las Vegas. First class customer service, very clean and organized. I am very picky and protective of my babies and when it comes to them I’m very hard to pleased and anyone that knows me knows that’s a fact even my veterinarian. I was very surprised when I walked in to this place. They have private viewing rooms so you can spend time with your baby prior to cremation, they are rolled in a gurney when they bring them to you. You can watch your baby go through the whole process if you’re up for it, though it was hard I wanted to see him and be with him all the way to the end. The staff are so compassionate and really care about the pets and family. They will really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into this place. Lisa was very helpful and kind so as Calvin and every staff that is working in this place are excellent. I didn’t get everyone’s names but every single person that works here from the front desk to the back office to the girls in the packaging room is excellent and professional. They really keep track to make sure your baby is taken care off and not lost. They have barcodes they scan after each process and will not scan if you skip a process so there’s no way you will lose your baby in this place. They definitely get 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Truly the best experience I've had...it's an absolutely terrible time that we all dread when we have to put our little ones to rest. But rest assured the staff at West Coast are very cognizant of the fact that we are hurting and it's a great comfort that people actually care. I have ferrets and I've had to put down eight of my little critters over the last 15 years and this was my first time at West Coast. I rescued Moose back in February. He was old and in rough shape from day one but he had such a sweetly positive way about him..he would limp around the house but never complained or fussed. He would even put Houdini, my youngest, in his place when pressed, which was often. He took a sharp downturn about two weeks ago though. He's the only ferret I've ever had that had both adrenal disease and insulinoma; the two biggest threats to ferrets. But he soldiered on through twice a day meds for several months and never complained. He would even follow me around the house, up and down the stairs, and look up at me as if to say, "I'm still good buddy, and thank you for the tasty treats, my new friends and the warm bed!" I loved him so much. He had a true wisdom about him. So when he'd had enough and I could see he no longer could go on, it crushed me. Point is, he is was just a ferret to most people. And I'll never know the true story of how he ended up on the street, but I'm glad he made it eventually to me. And I'm glad I found these guys. So much care and respect is given from the onset through the final stage, it's inspiring. I was in a fog and don't really remember anyone's name, but they all showed real respect to me and I'll be back for sure.

This was a very surprising and welcome presentation. Unbelievably kind and heartfelt. My Coupe’s ashes were returned to me in a lovely velvet bag, cedar box along with a paw print, a tuft of his hair, a plaque with his name on it too.West coast cared enough to include booklets on grief. I just got my baby's ashes back and although I am disappointed I didn't get a clay paw print (not WCPM's fault as I was told by one of the vet's assistant that it was included in the package), I am pleased with the presentation as everything seemed to be handled with care. This is the best place by far in Las Vegas. First class customer service, very clean and organized. I am very picky and protective of my babies and when it comes to them I’m very hard to pleased and anyone that knows me knows that’s a fact even my veterinarian. I was very surprised when I walked in to this place. They have private viewing rooms so you can spend time with your baby prior to cremation, they are rolled in a gurney when they bring them to you. You can watch your baby go through the whole process if you’re up for it, though it was hard I wanted to see him and be with him all the way to the end. The staff are so compassionate and really care about the pets and family. They will really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into this place. Lisa was very helpful and kind so as Calvin and every staff that is working in this place are excellent. I didn’t get everyone’s names but every single person that works here from the front desk to the back office to the girls in the packaging room is excellent and professional. They really keep track to make sure your baby is taken care off and not lost. They have barcodes they scan after each process and will not scan if you skip a process so there’s no way you will lose your baby in this place. They definitely get 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just wanted to thank, West Coast Pet Memorial.I was devastated when I had to have Sami euthanized. I noticed the vet spelled her name incorrectly, and emailed the above , and they answered immediately, and assured me it would be taken care of.When I went to pick up the urn, I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and opened the bag. There was the urn ( with her name spelled correctly ) a framed paw print, a clay mold of her print with her name ( spelled correctly) , a tuft of fur , and some literature to help me through my grief.Thank you

Top notch professionalism. They took care of our beloved pet and provided livelong keepsakes that my children will cherish. Loosing a member of ones family is hard enough. Having a company like West Coast provide such a important service in a time of grief is priceless. We will be forever grateful.

I cannot thank West Coast Pet Memorial enough for the compassion and care they showed me, my family and our pup Spankie. You all made one of the hardest days of my life easier. The beautiful urn and clay paw print will be treasured always.

I would recommend this place to everyone i know. the staff is nice and very helpful, the services they provide is amazing they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you pet or in my case furbaby is well taken care of and you can follow the process step by step and know when you can pick up for furbaby. There packages to choose from are all beautiful and give you that extra touch of love from you lost loved furbaby. thank you so much for everything you guys did for me and my family.

My pet passed away this weekend, I went to a vet that then outsourced to this company. Luckily I went in today, was able to see my little guy one last time, get some of his fur to keep, and customize the urn and box (that was not offered to me by the vet.) These people were awesome, compassionate, helpful, I highly recommend these people!!!!

I didn’t know what to expect. I received a bag with a framed copy of her paw print (something I was regretting not doing while she was alive.) I also received her ashes in a beautiful wooden box and some other items like pamphlets about coping. I couldn’t help but cry all over again. Thank you so much for your professionalism and personal touch.

Have cremated several of my doggos here at West coast pet memorial and with each arrival of the ashes I could definitely see the care and respectful handling, it give me so much closure and happiness when the urn and paw print arrive, there’s no place I trust other than West Coast pet memorial :)

Truly the best experience I've had...it's an absolutely terrible time that we all dread when we have to put our little ones to rest. But rest assured the staff at West Coast are very cognizant of the fact that we are hurting and it's a great comfort that people actually care. I have ferrets and I've had to put down eight of my little critters over the last 15 years and this was my first time at West Coast. I rescued Moose back in February. He was old and in rough shape from day one but he had such a sweetly positive way about him..he would limp around the house but never complained or fussed. He would even put Houdini, my youngest, in his place when pressed, which was often. He took a sharp downturn about two weeks ago though. He's the only ferret I've ever had that had both adrenal disease and insulinoma; the two biggest threats to ferrets. But he soldiered on through twice a day meds for several months and never complained. He would even follow me around the house, up and down the stairs, and look up at me as if to say, "I'm still good buddy, and thank you for the tasty treats, my new friends and the warm bed!" I loved him so much. He had a true wisdom about him. So when he'd had enough and I could see he no longer could go on, it crushed me. Point is, he is was just a ferret to most people. And I'll never know the true story of how he ended up on the street, but I'm glad he made it eventually to me. And I'm glad I found these guys. So much care and respect is given from the onset through the final stage, it's inspiring. I was in a fog and don't really remember anyone's name, but they all showed real respect to me and I'll be back for sure.

This was a very surprising and welcome presentation. Unbelievably kind and heartfelt. My Coupe’s ashes were returned to me in a lovely velvet bag, cedar box along with a paw print, a tuft of his hair, a plaque with his name on it too.West coast cared enough to include booklets on grief. The in-home euthanasia service we used set up our services with West Coast Pet Memorial. To be honest we did not know what to expect. What we ended up receiving was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted to help us remember our little buddy Gizmo. Thank you so much for your services.

I just got my baby's ashes back and although I am disappointed I didn't get a clay paw print (not WCPM's fault as I was told by one of the vet's assistant that it was included in the package), I am pleased with the presentation as everything seemed to be handled with care. The pamphlet really helped to understand grief as this is the very first time I've ever had to go through this. Thank you so much for all your work and care of my beloved, Mini.

OMG, you are wonderful! My sweet boy Spook passed away in November 2021. Of course, I wanted my baby boy to be home with us forever. They cremated him and sent him back to us in a beautiful wooden box with his gold name plate. This is just the best pet cremation service around!

Today was a really hard day for my family. Our best friend of 16 1/2 years passed. We wanted to take him somewhere special. We are so happy we found this place. The staff is truly amazing. Thank you so much for being kind, gentle and comforting. You guys were amazing. You are the only place in Las Vegas I would recommend.

They put your pets in bins to sit and rot for days before they are processed. They are garbage and $ to them. Use a private cremation service that cares.
