The staff at La Paloma Pet Cremation put myself and my wife at complete ease from the second we walked in the door. I had to put my best friend down after a long life of staying by my side through many medical issues some of which I shouldn’t have survived but through it all he was there for me and the La Paloma staff acted as if he was their own dog. I am truly grateful for that.

This was one of the most difficult times for me. My cat of 13 years passed away suddenly, over night, and before their posted hours they still took my call and were very accepting and gracious. I had only half the cost when he passed, but they were alright with that, and took the other half of payment when I picked him up, after his particular urn arrived (they had to order it). The woman who took him was very kind, and she made the process easy and as pain free on their end as possible. They even kept him in his favourite blanket. My gratitude exceeds 5 stars. He is home now, and I am thankful that La Paloma was as trustworthy as I'd hoped. Thank you for treating my boy with the respect he deserved.

La Paloma took care of our beloved Michelin after her crossing to the other side. They were compassionate and easy to deal with in these difficult times. The frame they made for use is a super cute reminder of our precious kitty. The necklace was cuter than expected a special token for my grandson. We have 2 pets left and when their time comes we will use them again. Hopefully not soon though ❤️

Hands down the best place you can bring your pet, I lost my fur baby suddenly and was able to bring her in the same day. Was very grateful on how easy it was to fill out the forum online about what I wanted, I received my urn today and it is beautifully engraved and it came in a very nice pouch as well with a card about the rainbow bridge. The people here are very compassionate and I highly recommended them! Thank you La Paloma pet cremation for helping make my grief a little bit easier.

I want to give a shoutout to La Paloma Pet Cremation Services, because recently we lost, for first time, one of our three lovely dogs. Those of us with pets know all the heartache and stress that comes with that and the staff at La Paloma went above and beyond to help our family through this emotional process. I will not go on with details because it’s a long story, but we want to thank Rachel, in particular, who showed so much kindness, patience and compassion to my parents during this difficult time. Those qualities are hard to find in people and business these days. Please consider doing business with them. I also want to point out that they speak English and Spanish and their prices are very reasonable.

My wife and I had to make that tough decision of putting our Corgi down. Paul put us in touch with a Vet that came out to the house. She confirmed that we indeed were making the right choice. Paul arrived shortly after the Vet's visit giving us ample time to spend with her. Paul was extremely supportive and kind. He made a rough morning much more manageable for us. Our dog Ali has been an integral part of our family for 16 years and the staff at La Paloma Pet Cremation made it easier for us to cherish her memory. I met several staff members including Paul, Rachael, and Jorge who all handled our situation with the kindest sensitivity. Their response time is super and attentive. I booked ahead of time knowing that Ali could see her time coming soon, and I’m glad I did to lessen the stress. When her time came, I chose to bring her myself and she was handled gently from the start. When we returned for the cremation service, they had her resting in the sweetest sleep ever. We added some personal items to her box and waited with a candle and some music which we brought. We picked songs to create a playlist ahead of time in honor of our pet and it made the time go by a little more pleasantly. Her paw print came out beautifully and her ashes are now home with us. Thank you staff at La Paloma Pet Cremation for providing the kindest service. I highly recommend!

I've used La Paloma twice now. Last year they cremated our pitbull and today I did a witness cremation for my cat. Both experiences were wonderful. The staff is compassionate and kind. I feel like my pets were respected in their final phase on this earth. I am a former vet assistant and former pet cremation office front desk employee (out of state) so my standards are quite high when it comes to my pets. I Have used a different crematory in town and the experience was awful. I'll never go anywhere but here. Thank you for giving me piece of mind. It means the world.

Very caring and thoughtful throughout the whole process beginning with the pickup and removal of my pet. They used my dogs name regularly to show compassion and respect from start to finish. Luna was even considerate enough to stay about 15 minutes after closing in order to accomadate my work schedule so that I could retrieve my pet as soon as possible. It is clear they treat both their customers and their job seriously, courteously and respectfully as people deal with the hard reality of losing a beloved family pet. Furthermore, my pet was returned to me in an eloquent oak urn with his name engraved into the front. I also received a seperate picture frame containing a clipping of his hair and an ink paw print. He will be fondly remembered for many years thanks to La Paloma. Highly recommend.

It is rare to find a truly caring and compassionate person not trying to make a buck here in Vegas, but at La Paloma the WHOLE staff is there for you. I lost my precious doggie and La Paloma helped me and my family every step of the way. They didnt make fun that we were so devastated over a dog, they treated him just like we did, a most valuable member of our family. They were at my house in less than after I called them to pick up my little Wren. The guy who came I will never forget. He didn't have to say anything at all even though he was very nice and understanding. His piercing eyes watered and held all the sympathy I needed. More so than words. It made me feel ok about letting my sweet baby go with him. They called less than 24 hrs later and the lady was very sweet and kind and told us our boy could again come back home. This was my first loss of one of my pets and it was and is so hard, but with La Paloma's quick and caring plus compassionate staff, I was able to make it through. The packages especially with coming 30 minutes to my house for pick up service, were outstanding. These people are clearly here to help you versus make a profit. One of the last good places where even though the staff sees death everyday, they still have enough feeling to sit down and cry with you without trying to sneak your wallet out of your back pocket. I unfortunately had to use La Paloma Pet Cremation twice in one month. The staff made me feel comfortable and sincerely cared about what I was going through. I would highly recomend their services to anyone that has lost a pet. The fees are completely reasonable and the verity of keepsakes you can purchase is also very affordable. My sister's cat died in a tragic way and I wanted to show her how much we loved her fur baby and wanted to do something special. I found this place online and they were so patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I got her a keepsake box with a pretty frame with his fur and paw print which came out beautifully, they got all of his colors of his fur. And I also got her a gold Keepsake necklace which she really liked. On top of everything they were extremely affordable which I appreciated. Would recommend this place definitely. Thank you!

The loss of a pet is so difficult. I highly recommend La Paloma. They made a painful time much easier. My mother was very emotionally attached to her pug. They we sensitive towards her and walked us through the process with compassion. They answered all our questions and reassured us all along the way. My mother wanted to say goodbye in a close an intimate way and so we chose to be there during her creamation. They were very accommodating and of course they gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes and were kind and understanding. Im so glad that this was one of the available options for my mother to be there in a comfortable private room and to able to gain closure and peace. It was done in the most respectful and dignified way possible. The price was very reasonable for the amount of effort and time given to us. I feel this was the best choice for my mom and I think anyone faced with the same circumstances should give them a call.

I have brought 4 of our beloved family pets to La Paloma pet cremation in the past year. It was never a place I cared for until my mans best friend passed away. The owner Paul was awsome and had a certain comfort about him. Since this dog was my most special friend and I didnt want anyone to take her but my brother. They were closed that day and we found out they had a courier service. It was late on Sunday night when Paul arrived(we expected him late) and the moment we met him I felt I could trust him with my precious girl. If you feel like I did scared and unsure, this may be the place for you too.

My German Shepherd Husky, Buddy Beau decided to leave in his nap Memorial Day morning approx 1040am. I was at work, my Father was with him. Upon the distraught news when I called to see how he was doing. I had to make quick arrangements for him as the outside temps were rising this day. Thankfully my daughter was able to connect with LA PALOMA PET CREMATION & even tho it was a holiday & they planned to close early, they waited for my dad, myself & Buddy Beau! As heartbreaking this all was I was able to hold it together as the Lady we met with had everything ready when we arrived. We recently had need for the services of LaPaloma Pet Cremation for the 2nd time. Each time they werea five star rating on customer service and gave us the compassion, understand and relief of dealing with such s emotional and stressful situation.This time it was for our nearly 200 lb Mastiff whomwe had Tropicana Animal Hospital Doctor came to our home. It was time for my baby boy to cross rainbow bridge and the personnel from LaPaloma were as kind, gentle, understanding in the home as was Paul in the office from the minute we walked in the door to make those final arrangement. Our beloved fur baby was treated in those moments like he lived his life, as a very loved member of our family. I knew my dear Mistletoe was ailing and would be leaving us before she saw her 16th birthday later this year. I went to LaPaloma to pre-plan and the staff were very kind and helpful. It was so much easier to pick out the things I wanted for her when I was less emotional. I was also able to make payments so it wasn't a big expense when that fateful event happened. On the day she passed I brought her to LaPaloma and everyone was even more kind and thoughtful. Same as when I came back for her ashes. I helped my neighbor come to LaPaloma over 3 years ago when his companion cat crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I knew they would be good people to help him as I had used their human services 9 years ago when my son died. La Paloma can take care of your whole family, and they do it with care and compassion.

We were greated by a caring receptionist who guided us thru the various options in a congenial and comforting setting. I went in to setup cremation for my girl on Thursday. She was scheduled to be put asleep on Friday at 11:00. I was told that they do pickups between 7 and 9 am so would not be able to pick her up until Saturday or Sunday. I was very concerned about it but person picking her up was to call me so I knew she was picked up and they had the correct dog. I assured my vet that LaPaloma would be there. No call on weekend from driver but was confident she was picked up based on what I was told during setup. Monday morning called LaPaloma and they were not sure picked up because they are pretty quiet on weekend. Waited about 20 minutes and called vet located about 15-20 minutes from them depending on traffic. At 9:00 am found out from vet she was never picked up. Called and was quite upset. She was finally picked up around 11:00. Other than this issue that was quite upsetting to me as my dog was over 18 years old, I am quite happy with LaPaloma services. I had her home Wednesday.

My Rottweiler ,Jazzmin passed at my house on Monday April 1 . I was completely devastated and Heartbroken . Still am!! I didn’t really know what I was supposed to do so I called my vet and they said to call the pet cemetery . So I did and the lady on the phone made me feel , not good!! So I called animalControl to ask what to do . The dispatcher told me about another place so I called they made me feel like jazzmin was too big to be picked up! So googled more places , called LA Paloma , still crying, the girlOn the phone was so sweet and patient with me and she made me feel okay . Then when the 2 guys got to my house they were the sweetest and caring guys! They let me give them a bag with someOf Jazzmins favorite things to go with her and they were super respectful of jazzmins body and even tho it was the worst day of my life and I did notWant to let her go , I felt okay that they were the ones to take her . Even tho I don’t WANT to have to be needing them again, I will as I have 2Other dogs ! So unfortunately when their time comesI will call LA Paloma again. They are very caring and very very reasonably priced . I’m sure they have a very hard time sometimes doing what they do, but it really is an amazing service they provide for us and our babies

If you have the funds to go to a different service please do. I have just lost my kitty of 11 years to cancer and was shocked to see the framed paw/fur that I received. I am not exaggerating or being dramatic when I say it looks like a first grader made it. It looks like everything was supposed to be in a much smaller frame and they ran out so they grabbed a bigger one. I can’t imagine a cheap frame, construction paper, and some ink cost $25 per item. I am heartbroken. I love and miss my kitty so much and now this is what I have left of her. I am hoping to somehow salvage her print and fur and put it in something she deserves.

When I originally made the arrangements for my beloved cat, I felt really good about this place. When I called this morning to follow up because it is now time to let Tigger go; the man I talked to was rude and not at all making this easier on me. When I told him I had prepaid for my cat over a year ago, he laughed at me. Really? You have a client who is paying you to be compassionate and you LAUGH because I made the arrangements a year ago when my cat got ill, but ended up hanging in there. Hopefully someone talks to this person about his actions. Not a happy client now.

I would like to highly recommend La Paloma Pet Cremation to anyone looking to have the passing of their best friend and pet treated with the top notch distinction and respect that I desperately needed after losing Ace, the abused and abandoned Blue Heeler puppy that I rescued on what would have been the final day of his life from Dewey Animal Shelter and who not only became the best friend that ended up actually rescuing me on many of my darkest days, but that was always one of the most important things in the world to me and that i loved and cared for much more like the child I never had than the pet dog that I will forever be thankful for having in my life. Though I was well aware he would soon be passing on, deciding what to do with Ace's remains was an extremely difficult decision for me to make and one that I had not yet made even hours after the moment he had taken his last breath at home with me at his side trying to provide him with the same feeling of love and comfort he had given me every minute of every day of his life. After consulting everyone I ever knew that had to make the same decision that was upon me and after considering all of the different options I found during my extensive search on the net, I decided that cremation would be the best option for me and for Ace and made the decision to use La Paloma Pet Cremation to provide this service for us.That decision ended up being was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life and not only did the respect, understanding, and utmost professionalism that everyone over at La Paloma provided to me leave me feeling as good as I possibly could on what was one of the worst days of my life, but the variety of high quality, yet affordable, packages and products they offer allowed me choose what felt like it was the perfect package for Ace that left me feeling like I had done my best to provide him with the love and attention and top notch style that he deserved and that I needed to send him out in as the final thing I could ever do for him that would show him how much that he meant to me, how much I appreciate and am thankful for all of the love and loyalty he gave to me, how much he was loved, and how much he will forever be missed every day of my life until we are hopefully together again. You are never prepared to say goodbye when the time comes...Chris drove to my house on a Sunday after Wrigley went to dog heaven and took care of him for me. We were Very disappointed at first sight of the package we received as it was not what we expected! Paul explained and showed us the process in which the paw print in ceramic is made it looked to perfect for me and therefore I thought it was fake! The smudged footprint is what it is and although not perfect it is what we have!Paul went out of his way to make us Happy!I think my emotions affected my first response but after meeting Paul and seeing his passion I have changed my rating!!

We were told that our Roxi would be picked up last Friday and we would have here ashes yesterday. I called yesterday and they hadn't picked her up yet and we will probably not have her cremation until lFriday or next week. Tried calling again and no answed.

He didn't have to say anything at all even though he was very nice and understanding. His piercing eyes watered and held all the sympathy I needed. More so than words. It made me feel ok about letting my sweet baby go with him. They called less than 24 hrs later and the lady was very sweet and kind and told us our boy could again come back home. This was my first loss of one of my pets and it was and is so hard, but with La Paloma's quick and caring plus compassionate staff, I was able to make it through. The packages especially with coming 30 minutes to my house for pick up service, were outstanding. These people are clearly here to help you versus make a profit. One of the last good places where even though the staff sees death everyday, they still have enough feeling to sit down and cry with you without trying to sneak your wallet out of your back pocket. I unfortunately had to use La Paloma Pet Cremation twice in one month. The staff made me feel comfortable and sincerely cared about what I was going through. I would highly recomend their services to anyone that has lost a pet. The fees are completely reasonable and the verity of keepsakes you can purchase is also very affordable. Everyone I came in contact with had a wonderful attitude. I thank them very much for the graciousness and sinserity. 🐾

My sister's cat died in a tragic way and I wanted to show her how much we loved her fur baby and wanted to do something special. I found this place online and they were so patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I got her a keepsake box with a pretty frame with his fur and paw print which came out beautifully, they got all of his colors of his fur. And I also got her a gold Keepsake necklace which she really liked. On top of everything they were extremely affordable which I appreciated. Would recommend this place definitely. Thank you!

The loss of a pet is so difficult. I highly recommend La Paloma. They made a painful time much easier. My mother was very emotionally attached to her pug. They we sensitive towards her and walked us through the process with compassion. They answered all our questions and reassured us all along the way. My mother wanted to say goodbye in a close an intimate way and so we chose to be there during her creamation. They were very accommodating and of course they gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes and were kind and understanding. Im so glad that this was one of the available options for my mother to be there in a comfortable private room and to able to gain closure and peace. It was done in the most respectful and dignified way possible. The price was very reasonable for the amount of effort and time given to us. I feel this was the best choice for my mom and I think anyone faced with the same circumstances should give them a call.

I have brought 4 of our beloved family pets to La Paloma pet cremation in the past year. It was never a place I cared for until my mans best friend passed away. The owner Paul was awsome and had a certain comfort about him. Since this dog was my most special friend and I didnt want anyone to take her but my brother. They were closed that day and we found out they had a courier service. It was late on Sunday night when Paul arrived(we expected him late) and the moment we met him I felt I could trust him with my precious girl. If you feel like I did scared and unsure, this may be the place for you too.

My German Shepherd Husky, Buddy Beau decided to leave in his nap Memorial Day morning approx 1040am. I was at work, my Father was with him. Upon the distraught news when I called to see how he was doing. I had to make quick arrangements for him as the outside temps were rising this day. Thankfully my daughter was able to connect with LA PALOMA PET CREMATION & even tho it was a holiday & they planned to close early, they waited for my dad, myself & Buddy Beau! As heartbreaking this all was I was able to hold it together as the Lady we met with had everything ready when we arrived. She expressed empathy for our loss & even said to me, you've given him a good life to have lived to be 14yrs 8months old. We recently had need for the services of LaPaloma Pet Cremation for the 2nd time. Each time they werea five star rating on customer service and gave us the compassion, understand and relief of dealing with such s emotional and stressful situation.This time it was for our nearly 200 lb Mastiff whomwe had Tropicana Animal Hospital Doctor came to our home. It was time for my baby boy to cross rainbow bridge and the personnel from LaPaloma were as kind, gentle, understanding in the home as was Paul in the office from the minute we walked in the door to make those final arrangement. Our beloved fur baby was treated in those moments like he lived his life, as a very loved member of our family. I knew my dear Mistletoe was ailing and would be leaving us before she saw her 16th birthday later this year. I went to LaPaloma to pre-plan and the staff were very kind and helpful. It was so much easier to pick out the things I wanted for her when I was less emotional. I was also able to make payments so it wasn't a big expense when that fateful event happened. On the day she passed I brought her to LaPaloma and everyone was even more kind and thoughtful. Same as when I came back for her ashes. I helped my neighbor come to LaPaloma over 3 years ago when his companion cat crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I knew they would be good people to help him as I had used their human services 9 years ago when my son died. La Paloma can take care of your whole family, and they do it with care and compassion.

We were greated by a caring receptionist who guided us thru the various options in a congenial and comforting setting. I went in to setup cremation for my girl on Thursday. She was scheduled to be put asleep on Friday at 11:00. I was told that they do pickups between 7 and 9 am so would not be able to pick her up until Saturday or Sunday. I was very concerned about it but person picking her up was to call me so I knew she was picked up and they had the correct dog. I assured my vet that LaPaloma would be there. No call on weekend from driver but was confident she was picked up based on what I was told during setup. Monday morning called LaPaloma and they were not sure picked up because they are pretty quiet on weekend. Waited about 20 minutes and called vet located about 15-20 minutes from them depending on traffic. At 9:00 am found out from vet she was never picked up. Called and was quite upset. She was finally picked up around 11:00. Other than this issue that was quite upsetting to me as my dog was over 18 years old, I am quite happy with LaPaloma services. I had her home Wednesday.

My Rottweiler ,Jazzmin passed at my house on Monday April 1 . I was completely devastated and Heartbroken . Still am!! I didn’t really know what I was supposed to do so I called my vet and they said to call the pet cemetery . So I did and the lady on the phone made me feel , not good!! So I called animalControl to ask what to do . The dispatcher told me about another place so I called they made me feel like jazzmin was too big to be picked up! So googled more places , called LA Paloma , still crying, the girlOn the phone was so sweet and patient with me and she made me feel okay . Then when the 2 guys got to my house they were the sweetest and caring guys! They let me give them a bag with someOf Jazzmins favorite things to go with her and they were super respectful of jazzmins body and even tho it was the worst day of my life and I did notWant to let her go , I felt okay that they were the ones to take her . Even tho I don’t WANT to have to be needing them again, I will as I have 2Other dogs ! So unfortunately when their time comesI will call LA Paloma again. They are very caring and very very reasonably priced . I’m sure they have a very hard time sometimes doing what they do, but it really is an amazing service they provide for us and our babies

If you have the funds to go to a different service please do. I have just lost my kitty of 11 years to cancer and was shocked to see the framed paw/fur that I received. I am not exaggerating or being dramatic when I say it looks like a first grader made it. It looks like everything was supposed to be in a much smaller frame and they ran out so they grabbed a bigger one. I can’t imagine a cheap frame, construction paper, and some ink cost $25 per item. I am heartbroken. I love and miss my kitty so much and now this is what I have left of her. I am hoping to somehow salvage her print and fur and put it in something she deserves.

When I originally made the arrangements for my beloved cat, I felt really good about this place. When I called this morning to follow up because it is now time to let Tigger go; the man I talked to was rude and not at all making this easier on me. When I told him I had prepaid for my cat over a year ago, he laughed at me. Really? You have a client who is paying you to be compassionate and you LAUGH because I made the arrangements a year ago when my cat got ill, but ended up hanging in there. Hopefully someone talks to this person about his actions. Not a happy client now.

I would like to highly recommend La Paloma Pet Cremation to anyone looking to have the passing of their best friend and pet treated with the top notch distinction and respect that I desperately needed after losing Ace, the abused and abandoned Blue Heeler puppy that I rescued on what would have been the final day of his life from Dewey Animal Shelter and who not only became the best friend that ended up actually rescuing me on many of my darkest days, but that was always one of the most important things in the world to me and that i loved and cared for much more like the child I never had than the pet dog that I will forever be thankful for having in my life. Though I was well aware he would soon be passing on, deciding what to do with Ace's remains was an extremely difficult decision for me to make and one that I had not yet made even hours after the moment he had taken his last breath at home with me at his side trying to provide him with the same feeling of love and comfort he had given me every minute of every day of his life. After consulting everyone I ever knew that had to make the same decision that was upon me and after considering all of the different options I found during my extensive search on the net, I decided that cremation would be the best option for me and for Ace and made the decision to use La Paloma Pet Cremation to provide this service for us.That decision ended up being was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life and not only did the respect, understanding, and utmost professionalism that everyone over at La Paloma provided to me leave me feeling as good as I possibly could on what was one of the worst days of my life, but the variety of high quality, yet affordable, packages and products they offer allowed me choose what felt like it was the perfect package for Ace that left me feeling like I had done my best to provide him with the love and attention and top notch style that he deserved and that I needed to send him out in as the final thing I could ever do for him that would show him how much that he meant to me, how much I appreciate and am thankful for all of the love and loyalty he gave to me, how much he was loved, and how much he will forever be missed every day of my life until we are hopefully together again. You are never prepared to say goodbye when the time comes...Chris drove to my house on a Sunday after Wrigley went to dog heaven and took care of him for me. We were Very disappointed at first sight of the package we received as it was not what we expected! Paul explained and showed us the process in which the paw print in ceramic is made it looked to perfect for me and therefore I thought it was fake! The smudged footprint is what it is and although not perfect it is what we have!Paul went out of his way to make us Happy!I think my emotions affected my first response but after meeting Paul and seeing his passion I have changed my rating!!

We were told that our Roxi would be picked up last Friday and we would have here ashes yesterday. I called yesterday and they hadn't picked her up yet and we will probably not have her cremation until lFriday or next week. Tried calling again and no answed.

We found our cat dead about 10 minutes before they closed. I called them and they were happy to stay open long enough for me to bring him and select his urn. They were really nice and supportive during this trying time.
