I cannot express just how thankful I am. The staff were 💯 kind and respectful and they put our sad minds at ease knowing Batman was well taken care of. The mementos , the carved wooden box his ashes were placed in were beautiful. We let his brother smell his fur and he wagged his tail with the scent of his late brother. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this business for all my pet cremation needs.

We can't thank you enough for the incredible service you all provided for our family. Our beautiful Luxor passed away at home. Starting with the call made to Wildwood on the night, our precious boy passed, followed by the pick-up. Bringing our boy back home. Wildwood was great! They are open 24/7 and since my baby passed on a Sunday, they were recommended to us by a place we had used previously but was not open. From the first phone call, they were empathetic and so kind. Rachel who picked up my little guy was very sweet and considerate of how hard this was for me. They had an array of options for the remains and respected my choices. The person who brought my baby back home was very caring also. The urn is beautiful. It was placed in a beautiful bag. His paw prints and fur were in a frame for me to treasure always.If I had any recommendations for Wildwood it would be communication. They explained the process but when it was taking a few extra days—no one reached out to me. When I did call them they explained it to me.Other than that the experience was wonderful

We lost our furbaby a few nights ago. We wire heartbreaken and felt lost. My wife's sister and girlfriend highly recommended this place and called Wildwood Pet Cremation. Racheal contacted me right away and went out of their way to come pick up our baby boy. They were very sincere and thoughtful throughout the process.Surprisingly part of their service was delivering him back home. Vincent was very nice, sincere, and personally brought our baby back home.The packaging blew my mind because it was green and green was the color he would always wear. The urn he was in is a beautiful crafted wooden box. We also received his tiny fur, nose n paw print which was a heartwarming touch.Thank you Wildwood Pet Cremation! We appreciate you very much.

I had the most amazing experience with Wildwood. The moment they answered the phone I knew I wanted my frosty to be taken care by them. A gentleman named Vince texted me to confirm delivery and he was so nice and kind. Frosty came back in a beautiful box in a green velvet bag with a frame with a paw print and a clip of hair with a bow, WOW! Did not expect it. Made me cry happy tears. Thank you so much for the kindness they provided during such a sad time.

Thank you, Wildwood, for a warm & gentle experience during a difficult time. Our cat, Shreky, was picked up within the hour of making the phone call. The entire process & interactions throughout was great - a warm & kind presence that made me feel calm & at ease.I was told that Wildwood is one of the only companies working w a private crematory, & they placed/tied a medal code on our pets arms before taking him, assuring us that the medal allows them to follow Shreky throughout the entire cremation process. This was really nice to know as I have heard of horror stories of ppl not getting their pets back or getting mixed up w others.Shreky came back in a beautiful wooden box. A paw print & fur was framed as well. Everything was beautifully & thoughtfully packaged. We’re happy our cat is home w us. We’re grateful & happy we went with Wildwood to take care of our so very loved & missed furry friend.Thank you so much, Wildwood 🐾🤍🙏🏼

Vincent was very sincere and compassionate. Answering any questions we had. We found the best place possible to take care of our furry family member. They came to our home late at night to pick up and also dropped off even though they are located on the other side of town. Service was prompt, and they put so much care and love into making great keepsakes to remember our furry family member. The prices are extremely humble for what they provide. Our girl Misha passed very early this morning. Called and got the voicemail box. Received a call back almost immediately from Jessica. This place is amazing. The amount of care and compassion that they give is so comforting, especially during an extremely hard time. They sent someone out and Vincent showed up within an hour of calling. Such a nice person and provided a lot of kind words and took great care taking our Misha. Can’t say enough good things about how they helped us through the process.

I cannot thank this company enough for service they provided when I recently lost my girl. I called them after midnight and Jessica came right over and picked my baby up. The package that they delivered back to me was beautiful and will be cherished forever. It was affordable and included everything you would want to say goodbye.

They were so gentle and kind with our situation and loss, I would highly recommend them to anyone that has to go through this! From the moment I called them late evening to pick up, so kind and empathetic. Handled everything with care and about a week later we had a beautiful bag with our fur babies remains!

Wildwood Pet Cremation is so amazing and Stephanie is as well! She was very kind and caring. They're also reasonably priced and I like that I got the paw print and tuft of fur along with the wooden urn from a kitten that sadly passed. I got everything back in just over a week. They're very caring and amazing at wildwood!

The ladies at Wildwood are simply amazing! Our baby girl unexpectedly passed away early on a Saturday morning and the ladies from Wildwood were at my house within 2 hours. They were companionate and professional. They made a tragic experience a little less painful in the moment. Thank you Wildwood!!

So my dog, Addias passed away peacefully at home late in the evening. A friend of my whom I called after the passing recommended Wildwood Pet Cremation. The call was made at 10:30 pm and by 11:30 a lady came to my home. She was very caring.When the call came that the cremation was completed, my oldest son went and claimed the ashes. We were given a nice frame with Addias' paw print and loc of hair with his name. We were also given a card with another paw print and this one had a nose print too. The box with the ashes is very nice as are the prints.It has taken me a month and a week to make this review because Addias was brought into my life at a low point. He was a gift from God and used to lift my spirits and bring joy into the lives of all who dog sat him when I would vacation out of state or overseas.My four legged friend is missed every day.I highly recommend Wildwood Pet Cremation due to the care and compassion shown. The ease of service. Great communication and pricing for those who are wondering about that.Thank you Wildwood!

From the initial phone call conversation I had, the staff treated me with compassion and respect. We set an appointment and I was able to drop off CC today. From the call in at late hours in our time of need, to the day of receiving our baby boy's ashes, Wildwood were caring, empathetic, and guided our family down this path with the upmost respect. Wildwood answered our call and responded with evening support the same day. Rachael had a welcome bedside manner, genuinely cared for our home, and Romeo's body for transport. I called around to a few places, and Wildwood pet cremation was definitely the most nicest, warm hearted and caring employees. I’m very grateful. To have found Wildwood pet cremation to help me give my Snowball her final resting place. Everything came out perfect . I highly recommend wildwood pet cremations. My cat Keke passed away unexpectedly, and they were very professional and made a difficult situation much easier. It really helped to know that Keke’s cremation was in the hands of caring people. It also helped to get a frame with Keke’s hair, paw and nose print and her ashes in a very nice box. Having a pet pass away is so hard, but if you want to make the process just a little easier, this is the team to go with! Thank you to Jess, Rachael and the whole Wildwood team.

This is never easy. But Wildwood made the experience as painless as possible . I truly recommend if you want to cremate your pet I strongly suggest calling them.
