Compassionate Pet Cremation is highly praised for their compassionate service and respectful handling of pets during a difficult time. Many reviews highlight the beautiful keepsakes provided, such as paw prints and fur clippings, which help grieving pet owners find comfort. However, some customers reported issues with customer service and delays in receiving ashes, which detracted from their overall experience.

I brought my precious baby girl here and everyone is so understanding, compassionate, caring and kind. This place is highly recommended. The paw print and hair they gave me in a frame is absolutely beautiful. Never seen anything like it. I wish I could have gone here before when my other babies passed away.

This wonderful place was recommended to my family and I when I lost my beloved boy Handsome on such short notice. They were so sincere and caring while talking to my mom on the phone, as they made a plan for pick up from my Vets office. Going into pick up my kitty was absolutely no different, as the staff are angles on earth who do so much to take care of our four legged family members. I will recommend this place of business for years to come.

Over the last year, we have lost 2 pets. This place has been amazing, helping us to remember our babies and helping us cope with the tale of the rainbow bridge. They are extremely attentive, and their name is true thru and thru. They are compassionate. They took care of our first baby, and the second was cremated somewhere else, but they were able to take the fur and bundle it for me on a new frame, and their fees are way more than reasonable. I will forever bring my babies to be handled by this establishment. Thank you so much, Compassionate Pet Cremation for perserving our babies and helping our family live in their memory.

I highly recommend this service for anyone who has lost a pet and would like to make sure that your animal is still being taken care of. Every single staff member was so incredibly kind. We decided to do the witnessed cremation and it felt like a real funeral. Such a beautiful service to offer when we care for our pets like family!

I have had 6 ferret babies pass away in Las Vegas and have used Compassionate Pet for 5 of them. Nobody does it like Allen. I made the mistake of having the emergency vet’s service do the cremation for our last baby, and they forgot to include fur. This is a devastating error and can never be fixed. I regret not using Compassionate Pet this last time. Everything has always been done so thoughtfully here. I recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you for always providing the most genuinely compassionate service, Allen. You are a blessing to us all.

Unfortunately, my pet passed while we were at a vets office. We opted to cremate our fur baby but had no idea what the process was like, just that we would get a call from them when my pet was ready. When I walked out of the vet with my cremated pet, I was unaware of the company used but began to see all the love and care they put into my pet. I saw the company on the bag and couldn’t begin to thank them enough for everything recieved. This is my first experience with a pet passing, and I’m so glad my vet happened to use this company. As I have other pets, and know the time will eventually come this will happen again, I won’t ever hesitate to use this company again knowing how much care was put into everything I recieved. They truly understand the bond between an pet and their owner.

This September was my first time having to experience this journey of putting my first fur baby down. I knew I wanted her to stay with me forever and I found Compassionate Pet Cremation upon researching and also had a dear friend Veterinarian recommend this business as well.I am appreciative of the service this place provided and am thankful for getting my baby back and the beautiful paw print they gifted me. BUT I do feel like I need to be honest about the customer service we were provided. Our dog crossed the rainbow bridge the morning of September 1 and we brought her into the office once it opened. My husband had her wrapped in a blanket and once we opened the door the employee sitting at the desk didn’t even look up at us and just told us to put the animal on the table. With out really any discussion or “compassion” he just asks if we had an urn or needed one and we can look around at their options if so.As this was my first experience with cremation I wasn’t sure of what or how any of it works. We go into the room next to the main office to look at the Urns they had for options and there is a couch in there, I’m sure for grieving pet owners. There was an employee laying on the couch just playing on her phone. Didn’t get up, didn’t say anything to us, just laid there. At first I tried to give her the benefit of doubt that she was a grieving owner as well but realized she was not. Yes it’s just a simple thing but I felt it was super disrespectful. We walked back to the main office and I asked if we didn’t pick one out what we would receive our loved one back in and they did provide a complimentary urn which was kind. But with no communication the employee just asks who’s name and contact info we wanted to put on.. we pay for it and he goes “ ok well you can take your time and say your goodbyes” Never explained to us or even talked to us about what was going to happen next and how it works until I asked.A couple days later I received a phone call and when I returned the call they asked me if there was a voicemail, I said no but I dropped my dog off there one the 1st and paid for her. The lady goes okay let me put you on hold…about 5 mins later a different woman gets on the phone with me and asks me some questions then proceeds to tell me that they LOST my dog. They couldn’t find her. Said maybe she’s still in processing? But they didn’t know and would call me back. I insisted on staying on hold until they found her. About 10 mins later she gets back on and tells me they found her and she was ready.I know this was a long story but my interaction with this company was not a pleasing “compassionate “ interaction. I understand they are used to death and do this every day and I really give them credit and respect for it. But for grieving parents who are not used to this, it’s an incredibly hard emotional situation. I didn’t need them to hold my hand and tell me they’re sorry for me, I just wanted compassion and respect because I was trusting them with my loved one and I feel like I got the total opposite of that.

I’ve only been to a couple animal crematories but this is one of the best. Very companionate and more affordable than most with $20-$170 urns. And I got to have a viewing with my kitty before they started the cremation. I really appreciate this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Compassionate Pet Cremation helped us with the viewing and cremation of our beloved dog, Tatty on March 29th, 2024. From the moment we brought Tatty to the facility to the time we picked up his ashes, the crew treated Tatty and us with patience, respect, and compassion. We chose the viewing cremation for more fees and it was definitely worth every penny. To be able to see Tatty one last time and to be there for final send-off before cremation is a priceless moment.Brad/Brett (I apologize for not getting the correct spelling of his name) treated Tatty and both of us with respect. He took the time to prepare Tatty for the viewing, allowed us as much time as we want to have final goodbyes, offered us drinks and tissues, explained the whole process and gently put Tatty's body into the machine. Allen (the owner) let us view Tatty's ashes before being processed. He gave us the locks of hair, paw prints and the ashes in a box with the certificate and the beautiful Rainbow Bridge poem. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Compassionate Pet Cremation. They go above and beyond in giving us that precious final opportunity with our beloved Tatty.

Thank you for being nice and compassionate to us as soon as we walked in the door. That meant a lot to my kids; this is the first pet loss. The biggest demonstration of compassion are the reasonable prices that allows us to afford this for our pet. It’s sad other places play with peoples emotions and charge outrageous amounts. Thank you for showing that you care.

After a horrible loss of our beloved Sparky, we didn't know what to do. We knew we wanted him cremated, so we can have him with us at home. We called many places that were charging way to much and just wanted drop off. We wouldn't get his ashes back. So my sister referred me to Compassionate Pet Cremation. That's what they are "Compassionate". They actually consoled us on our loss. They know Sparky was family and not just a pet. We dropped off Sparky and were given the chance to say our goodbyes. We picked him up 2 weeks later. They let us pick out our temporary urn, (they also have some to purchase). They also made this beautiful frame with Sparky's paw print and some of his fur. I recommend them if you decide to have your fur babies cremated. All the staff are friendly and very comforting. The prices are also reasonable, compared to the others I called. Thank You everyone at Compassionate Pet Cremation for everything you did for our Sparky 🐾

When my soul cat died, I was an inconsolable mess. These guys really care and showed me so much compassion. They handled my baby girl with care and gave me a beautiful package of her paw print, fur, and certificate. I would recommend them to anyone and will come back if I ever need them again.

Our family is so thankful for Allen and the staff at Compassionate Pet Cremation. It was really hard losing our beloved pup and it was the hardest thing we’ve had to experienced... especially during the pandemic. Within a couple of days we were able to bring our pup home and now he can be with us forever.

This is a long overdue review, but never too late! Where do I start with how amazing this team is… Let me first explain how I found CPC, the crematory my vet recommended was sketchy and wouldn’t allow me to have a private cremation or a viewing. I have hear about many practices where they cut corners and you don’t receive your own pets ashes back; instead they sweep any ashes into an urn and hand it to the owners. You can see many owners reviews raised these concerns online.Back to topic, I called Allen during the late hours of the evening. He answered immediately and listened to my concerns. He was able to help me walk through the process of getting my pet released back to me from the vet clinic. I eventually picked up my pet and transported him straight to compassionate pets crematory. Allen’s team took over and everything went smoothly. They arranged a private crematory where I could watch from a window and on the tv screen from the private room. They handled my pet with so much love and respect. They brushed and cleaned him prior to viewing, included keepsakes, and only this team whole heartedly! Compassionate Pets will forever hold a special place in my heart forever! Thank you so much to the entire team for all you do and continue to do! 🤍

They were very kind and provided service beyond expectation. They took great care of Pee Wee and did everything they said they would, and even got extra hair from him and sent that with their care package. Pee Wee's cremains were placed in a lovely container and they were packaged securely with care and included what appeared to have a metal tag which I assume was to trace his remains. They provided the most beautiful plaque with paw prints and clips of his hair. It took some of the sting out of our heart ache. Losing a beloved pet unexpectedly after having them 13 years is horrific; Compassionate Pet Cremation is trustworthy and provides additional value to their services through kindness and understanding and listening to special requests. I would not worry about entrusting your pet into their care. Yes, this is the right choice and you don't need to worry. If you have lost a pet, I am truly sorry for your loss. We will be united with them again. God bless. xxx

Our 19 year old Rocky passed on a Sunday and we didn't know what to do because everyone was closed. We found Compassionate Pet Cremation online while in grief and was able to send Rocky off the way he deserved. The staff was very nice and respectful. I am very grateful to all the employees for their compassion...

I brought my boy here to be cremated and chose the witnessed cremation. The staff explained everything as it was happening and was very kind and considerate. I actually had to reschedule the actual cremation to another day, and they handled that so well and professionally. The actual day of, they brought my baby for the viewing and I saw he was treated gentle and with respect. I can't thank everyone here enough for making a difficult time a little easier.

Jeremy and I would like to say thank you for taking such amazing care with our beautiful Lacey! The plaque with Lacey's paw print and hair is so beautiful that it brought tears to our eyes! It's never easy to lose a loved one around the holidays, but Allen showed such compassion towards our family! If you ever need to cremate your animal, this is definitely the place to go! Merry Christmas and much love from our family to yours!

Unfortunately I have had to use their services twice. I say that because it is so awful to lose your family, human or animal, but if you do lose a pet compassionate Pet cremation is amazing. Their employees are so kind, caring, and sincerely empathetic to your loss. They don't push you to buy the most expensive urn or extras. They are just awesome all around. I will forever recommend them and their services.

Honestly, I never thought I would consider cremation for my parakeets; their bodies are so little, ashes would be minimal, but when we found Steve French's lifeless body this morning, it was the natural decision. Started calling around for prices and I was astonished that many places were charging more than I paid for my cats! Ultimately I would have paid, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of. It wasn't until my husband found Compassion Pet Cremation that we caught a break. Their prices are very reasonable, so my son and I made the drive to East Henderson to take our tiny bird in. When we got there, they brought out a nice little "gurney" for us to put Steve French on. The staff was very compassionate and explained the services they offer. We opted for this nice frame with the feathers displayed to look like a bird in flight. We were able to say a final goodbye to our sweet girl. As sad as we were, it felt good knowing that Steve French was in such caring hands.Rest In Peace pretty bird 🐦

I called on Friday inquiring about witness cremation. I was able to speak with Alan and he scheduled us for the following morning. Whenwe arrived Rachel helped us out. They took a paw print impression and clipped some of his fur, then we were able to spend time with him. Throughout the cremation process they kept us informed and were very tactful. I'm picky and protective of my pets after-life care, and I felt very comfortable here. Thank you to Alan and staff for helping us say goodbye to Bungi.

This place was amazing. It’s already a place that is extremely hard to be at. Unfortunately, we had a dog that passed. I called around to a few different places about where to take her. I stumbled across this place and I am so glad that I did. There was a gentleman that helped us through the whole process and was so reassuring and amazing as I had a hard time keeping it together. Told us multiple times to take as long as we needed. Stay to say our last goodbye. For our personal experience, they needed about 5 to 10 days til we pick up. Will update this after we are able to pick up. highly recommend so far

Fabulous staff, I met Brett on the morning I had to put my cat to sleep and he was polite, kind and sympathetic. They didn’t charge me any silly fees like most businesses these days, price was very competitive, and the cremation was done sooner than I thought. Highly recommend using them. Thanks for your compassion.

I lost my baby boy of 12.5 years. Papa was sick and the signs were there that the end was coming but I kept hoping the inevitable would somehow bypass us. Papa passed July 26 2023 at 11:06 p.m. cuddled next to me in bed. I had planned to look into pre planning his cremation the very next week and since the day began with him normal to him dying by late night, we had to rush to find an affordable reputable and reliable crematorium that would treat Papa and our family with respect.from the first call after viewing their website and calling a few listing, they stayed true to their prices, have us all the options from pick up.even while dropping Papa off, he was placed on a gurney wrapped in a blanket info taken and a tag number given to ensure the remains we would get back would be Papa. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EMOTIONAL TOLL AND TRY TO UPSALE! HE let us choose what we could afford if we wanted a unique urn, when I asked to get a bigger item worrying if Papa's remains would fit, he said get the smaller and said that his ashes would fit and if they didn't he would give me the next size up for free. This place is compassionate, well not take advantage and Papa's remains were returned well within the promised time with a paw print and card. While we all hope we will never need services like these for our pets, we know life happens and when it does trust this place for time open reputation and my own experience. thank you for taking care of my Papa.

Alan has taken care of my dogs since he opened. There is no one else I trust more than him to do a beautiful job. His paw print memorials are able to be touched and make you feel a little closer to your animal baby again. He always treats us with compassion and empathy. Alan is a wonderful human and I am glad he is in this business. His staff have been just as kind as him. If you have lost an animal you loved dearly, there is no better hands to handle their remains.

Losing my dog, my companion of 10years, my heart was very devastating but from the moment I called to the moment I walked into this place, Allen and his staff were very sweet, compassionate and sympathetic. They made this process very easy and smooth for me. I appreciate you all so very much. Received my baby’s ashes the next day in a beautiful urn, a paw print and a lock of his hair in a frame, a beautiful rainbow bridge card and his death certificate. Thank you so much.

So disheartening and so disappointed. My best friend was euthanized on December 14th and yet I didn't get her remains back until january 2nd. The certificate stated that she was actually cremated on December 23rd. I'm not exactly sure why I was made to wait until january 2nd to get her back. I had to be without her over the Holidays. Incredibly disappointed and let down by this customer service.Apparently this business has no real compassion. I would never recommend them to anyone. My grief was and still is beyond belief.Typical lack of empathy.

We lost our fur baby in the middle of our house needing to be quarantined. They were very nice on the phone. We had a friend drop him off and When we went in to pick out an urn, the offered to split the ashes for some of our family. They were so nice and even when I started to cry I didn't feel like I was being judged. They did a beautiful job on his foot print and hair keepsake. I hope not to see them again for a long time but when it's time for my fur baby's to go, they will go there.

I’ve had to utilize this service twice unfortunately, for the passing of my 20 yo cat and the traumatic and unexpected passing of my 3 yo cat. Both times the owner was so sweet and compassionate, and the process was quicker than anticipated. Not to mention it’s very affordable, I forget the exact price, but I believe I didn’t pay more than $150 both times. That includes your sweetheart’s ashes, a cute case for it, as well as a frame with their paw print and fur. I will always recommend this service to everyone I know who is going through the hardship of losing a beloved companion.

Allen at Compassionate Pet is by far the only one I trust my pets last journey 🌈 to.The group picture is of the pets Allen has given a dignified farewell. Over the last 10+ years. He and his caring helpers have been wonderful. When friends with a need to use the service, I always recommend Compassionate Pet. And neighbors use Compassionate Pet as well, and they recommend to their other friends. I always transfer my pets personally, but Compassionate Pet will collect your beloved pet if needed.

Great and helpful staff that made sure our Gage had a respectful cremation and was able to go home with him in a timely manner. Hopefully we can depend on their service again WAY down the line.BEWARE OF VET CREMATION SERVICES! You always have the option to take your pets body to somewhere who cares!!This is the only place you can be present for the cremation!

I have been using their services for years. Their fees are very affordable . They truly are the only ones I trust with my precious babies. They are kind, caring, courteous and just as their name says, truly compassionate.

My son's pet died about a month ago, we had a hard time finding a place that would cremate his bunny. I called Compassionate Pet Cremation and they were able to take us in the very next day. When I got there to fill out the paperwork and drop off my son's bunny, they were very respectful of the body. We paid for the witness cremation and was able to watch his pet be cremated. They walked us through the process and every time they would be doing something with the body they would let us know. Their facilities are very clean, they had a viewing area with a TV that showed the cremation area. They even took the time to put the ashes into a small pendant that we bought for my son. I hope to not have to see them for a long time, but I very very much recommend them. Thank you very much Staff for treating my son's pet with dignity and respect.

Name is correct, they are compassionate. They also have great prices.

We lost my bunny unexpectedly and I called Compassionate Pet Cremation to get an idea of what to do. I had never lost a pet other than fishes before. They were very patient and explained the process over the phone. When we got there, they were just a friendly and caring in person. Compassionate is definitely the right word. I had called a few places and Compassionate Pet Cremation had very reasonable prices for both the cremation and the urn. They had a wide selection of urns and let me take my time. I was able to pick up my bunny in just under a week and the frame they provide with a paw print and a snip of fur is just such a special touch.

I am so grateful to the wonderful staff here. They are appropriately named- I have never felt anything but love and kindness and true compassion. I have seen them far too often in this past year, but I am so grateful that they are here. That I can show up heartbroken 15 minutes until close and know that I will be greeted with sympathy and understanding.Their feather displays for birds are beautiful. Their prices are reasonable, as are their turnaround times.

Alex was great! We were obviously going through a hard time and he was so nice and made the process so easy and was so helpful and understanding....... It made the best of a hard time for our family. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, thank you so much 🙏

Writing this review is one of the last things I wanted to do, but feel as though it is necessary. Upon choosing to go with compassionate pet cremations, I felt like a lot of research went into where I wanted to choose my fur baby’s remains to be properly handled. I went with this company because they had the option for a viewing prior to cremation for us to see her one final time. Viewing was set for a Wednesday. I had received a voicemail at 5:30am Tuesday that they had “accidentally” put her in the torch and she was cremated. No one wants to hear their dog was in a torch, regardless of the reality of it. Now that voicemail sits in my phone about torching my baby. They had said to call later for me to speak with the owner/manager in which I did. The owner didn’t really let me get a word in during the conversation. He repeated “it was a human error” over and over then proceeded to tell me the hours of operation to pick up her ashes and ended the call. But.. how could that process be flawed? Some may not understand the connection between humans and their pets, but this baby girl was my world and just thinking that her treatment was not handled properly or with care has made the grieving process so much more difficult. I just keep thinking to myself…what if this was a human?

Late review but still wanted to say thank you. My cat was euthanized last year and they cremated him. I was over joyed when I picked up his remains because I wasn't expecting so much. They made a death certificate, put his fur that was black and white together on a frame with his paw print and I can tell they didn't just throw everything together. They did this very nicely and it really put a smile on my face and gave me peace knowing I have all of this to hold on to. Thank you!

This is a very hard situation to go through for anyone. The staff was very respectful, patient and helpful. They picked my cat up from the vet so I did not have to worry about transporting her myself. It only took 3 days. They had a beautiful framed display with a lock of my cats fur and her paw print in clay. Many wonderful choices for very nice urns. I was very comfortable with them handling such an important task.

Recently, my mom's 16.5 y/o shih tzu passed away. I had to help her call around and get some prices to see what we could afford. Compassionate Pet seems like a "mom&pop" type of shop and so it gets 5 stars from me for their professionalism, courtesy, & friendliness. They relieved us from our worries and assured us that our pup was in excellent hands. Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Alex was so compassionate and caring. Dealing with death is never easy, especially with animals. Alex has a gift of knowing what to say and when to just give time to process. Many thanks, many kudos. Thank you.

I never put a review the 1st time I used the services here, and although it’s been 6 yrs, and I have since moved to So Cal, the service and care here brought me back to find this company again for information on the recent passing of my 18 year old boy, and decided better late than never. I found this service after my 22 year old girl passed, Sharpei/Pitt mix, and the elder gentleman at Compassionate Pet took care of her and was as genuinely empathetic as a human in this industry should be. His kindness is felt. The little house urn with a photo option is cute, but the paw print and little locks of my Mowgli’s hair has brought me more comfort to be able to touch when I need her. I can’t find anything comparable down here, and for this alone, wish I was closer to Henderson NV today.

Allen and his team are the "most compassionate" and caring people during the loss of our precious family members. I received a referral from a number of people and one of the vets I use. Not only were the there to comfort one, they assured me that my dear Sadie would be cared for as their own. She was. That was 3 weeks ago today. Today I will visit them again with the loss of my Gray, another precious cat. I know he's in the best hands. Their prices are very reasonable and their selection of urns ... is amazing. I highly recommend them so much, that I won't go anywhere else.

Ashley Boggs

Amazing group of kind people. This heartbreaking experience was taken care of by Compassionate down to the smallest detail. The urn and in memorandum frame was crafted with attentiveness and a love for their profession.

Thank you Allen and the entire staff, you have helped us 4 times with four fur babies that we loved very much. you all are very compassionate and caring. you treated so good during the loss of our little baby Pixie Willow,Gretal and Fantasia and Rosco . thank you

Alex was super great! Made a difficult thing an better time, with him. Took the time to make us feel and know, our loved one will be taken care of. Thank you Alex. Always appreciate a great, compassionate, soul.

I couldn't ask for more compassionate, sincere people when going through the loss of a beloved pet. The owner came out to give his condolences and the nice woman at the front was so helpful. They took care of me from the first phone call, through the delivery of my baby, explaining the process, to picking out a beautiful urn. I am so grateful for the staff at Compassionate. I would also liken to add that they take care of all pets... Furry, fuzzy, scaly, feathery... They are amazing.

I cant begin to describe how amazing and compassionate this business is. The business name proceeds them. Allen is one of the most caring people ive ever met. He treated our cat with dignity, respect, and honor. We chose to have a private viewing and it was so difficult. He reassured us that everything would be ok. The prices are worth it too. We paid $300 for a private viewing and they gave us a beautiful plaque of her fur and paw print and a beautiful wooden box. If youre looking for a good crematory, look no further and go to this one. Allen and his staff know what they're doing and will treat your cat with the utmost love and respect.

Saying goodbye to our baby was one of the most difficult and painful moments our family has gone through. The moment I called I spoke to Allen over the phone he was very professional and compassionate about loosing our baby. When we brought him in the process was easy and fast. We were told we would get our pups ashes in about a week. Fortunately we got him home in 2 days. Everything was perfect and profesional. Thank you Compasionate Pet Creamation.

This place has been a complete blessing to us not just once but twice. We lost our Molly 2 years ago and just last week we lost our Ruby. Both times were so tough since they were our family members. I remember when i was asked if I would like back the remains of my pet, although distraught at the time I'm so glad I said yes! When the Vet contacted us just a short week later to my surprise this bag of items {with my pets ashes} actually brought me a sense of comfort. I thought I would have been so sad and depressed seeing my pet this way but the care and compassion that went into what this business does brings you a sense of closure. I'm sure every experience is different and as it should be.... I was just surprised by my reaction being so sensitive and so in love with both my pets that seeing them both in a box of ashes would make me extremely heavy in my heart BUT it did just the opposite. I had a sense of peace. They added a paw print of my pet and locks of their fur! COME ON, I was in tears but I would have never thought to have these things and the sense of happiness it would bring to actually hold their sculpted paw or touch their tiny locks of fur is something you can keep forever. With the beautiufl set-you also get a rainbow bridge card with signature from the company. Overall, this was such a feel good experience from what was the hardest thing i ever had to go through. I felt uplifted and grateful for Compassionate Pet Cremation. Thank You!

Our beloved fur baby Earny passed on April 25,2021 he was 15.5 years old .The reason I contacted them was months prior I had contacted several different companies with some questions about pet cremation and they were the only ones who replied and offered me a opportunity to come and see their business. I wasn't able at the time to go over there and check it out. But I had no hesitation at all about using their service after our boy passed I emailed them that night so we could bring him in the next day which was April 26,2021.And they emailed me back offered their condolences and to bring him in when we were ready. We arrived there before 4pm and they were so kind they came out to get him from our car with a rolling cart with red velvet liningThe paperwork only took about 5 minutes to do and everything was explained. We looked around and it was so neat & clean. The turn around was really fast and we had our boy home on April 28,2021 .They gave us a clay paw print along with clippings of his fur in a frame as a keepsake gift at no charge ,a rainbow sympathy card from the company , a certificate of cremation showing the date that cremation was done, and your pets remains in a urn all placed in their white company bag that is sturdy for you to transport home.We felt like they truly do care and the fact they give you a clay paw print with fur clippings where other companies charge $25 ++.And because of their service and the way they treat you makes it easier to handle your pets passing.

Always professional and caring. Unfortunately, needed the services for my own pets and also helped take my friends' pets here. Respectful and caring in such a difficult time. They acknowledge your grief and pain and let you take as much time as you need to say your goodbyes. Very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Our dog passed and my husband was very attached to her. She was basically my sister wife. We found this place after calling a few others and he was comfortable with them handling the situation. He asked me to do this review to let everyone know that this is a great place. Considerate and understanding of the loss. They don’t try to up sell and genuinely care. Would recommend to anyone experiencing the loss of a family member

I had my very first dog cremated here, and Allen and his team were very kind. My dog, Carob, was treated like the family member that he was. They offered a great selection of urns, and also jewelry options. I ordered a glass necklace with a bit of the remains within, and it is beautiful.

Compassionate Pet Cremation is by far the best place I have ever been to for my pets they make you feel like family are very loving, caring, trusting and professional. I have had 3 of my babies cremated here and will not go anywhere else they also give you a gift with your babies paw print and hair in it. I recommend them to anyone going through this hard time they are amazing 😊💜

I work for a pet hospital that uses Alan and Compassionate pet cremation and we've never had any complaints. He's the greatest and most caring individual for this company. I've even used him in my time of tragedy with my own pets the last 2 years. He's taken such good care of all 3 of my furry loved ones, as if they were his own. I will always use his services whenever I lose one of my beloved pets. Thank you, Alan.

It was the first pet I have ever had to cremate, and I was devastated. I was so grateful to have been referred to Allen by my vet. He was so understanding and helpful, which made a horrible situation much easier to bear. He treated my cat with the utmost respect, and was so wonderful during the entire process. He picked my cat up at American Pet Hospital, transferred her for cremation, and took her back so she could be picked up. I knew ahead of time that she would go, so I picked out her urn at his business, and they gave me a plaque with her name, paw print and fur on it. He carries a variety of beautiful urns and ornaments to remember your loved one by. Like everyone before me has said, I hope no one needs this wonderful man's services, but when you do, there is no one better than he is. He is truly what he claims to be, compassionate. God bless this man!!!

The young man with the glasses and brown hair's voice is so calming and compassionate. He was so sweet and deserves all the goodness in the world. Even though the process was a quick pick up, He made my time spent there comfortable and safe.

Our pug of 16 plus years passed away on the late afternoon of July 20. I called Compassionate Pet Cremation after they were closed for the day but Albert answered the phone and we agreed to drop her off on the morning of the 21st. I rarely take the time out of my busy day to stop and write a review for a business. During what all pet owners would describe as one of life's most difficult moments, Compassionate Pet Cremation/Elizabeth were amazing. Our family felt like the respect and care taken in the process was handled professionally and more importantly with care. They made us feel like our animal was part of their own family. We feel indebted to this business for the loving experience shown towards our family. Would suggest Compassionate Pet Cremation to anyone going through this difficult process, in a second.

We can't say enough good things about Allen and his team. They took a difficult time in our lives and made it easier. It was the attention to detail, the true compassion and ease of process that made us return again when our next pet had passed over the rainbow bridge. Highly recommend this place!

I would recommend Compassionate Pet Cremation. They are kind and caring. They treated our Sasha with dignity. Sasha passed away at home on a Friday afternoon. Allen waited for us until we could get her to him. The way Sasha was presented back to us was beautiful. This really helped my son, who was having a difficult time losing his best buddy. Thank you for making this time easier for us.

Professional and exceptional service. It was by happenstance I ended up going there. Unexpectedly my cat passed and without thinking I went to the vet. They gave me his flyer and I went straight there. I will recommend this place to everyone I know when it’s needed. I appreciate your work and that you respect these family members like any other.

We took our precious dog, Kiera to Compassionate Pet Cremation on 8/24/21. Lisa was very professional, kind and handled our Kiera with care. She gave us time to kiss and hug our girl goodbye. Less than 48 hours we were able to pick up Kiera to bring her home. Thank you Compassionate Pet Cremation.

While some people find themselves in an emergency and might not know what to do or what the options are, I was fortunate to have had time to research where I wanted my pet family member to be put to sleep and cremated. I had gone to research another “cremation company” before I found Compassionate Pet Cremation and was completely turned off by that experienced – that’s another review. Luckily, I checked out this place next and I booked right away. Allen was the most loving and caring person I could have hoped for in a situation like this. He showed me the facility, explained what would happen and the process from start to finish. He offered comfort and understanding from the first time I met him to the moment we left with our baby. We decided to schedule a private cremation so I could be there with her the whole time and Allen let me put her in myself. I %100 recommend Compassionate Pet Cremation in Henderson. While we were there, several people came in with their pets who had died the previous day or days earlier. If your baby passes at the vet or passes away at home, take them to the cremation center yourself and if you need to, just google how to take care of their bodies until you can drop them off to an actual cremation facility yourself. They deserve this service from you – in my opinion. Who knows how the vet’s office will treat them or where they will store them? Plus, it’s a lot less expensive to take them yourself instead of paying for the vet to do it (or some other company who offers to come pick them up at your house, are open 24/7, and who do not have an actual cremation facility). Allen charges about $100 - a little more for a private cremation. Allen gave us a certificate for our girl, the token she was cremated with, a paw print, and an urn of course. He also gave us a little card with a poem about the Rainbow Bridge. A lot of people came to pick up their baby’s ashes while we were there too and he did the same for everyone. Such a great person to have done this for us – and everyone else who was/is grieving. When you meet Allan, you’ll be reminded of Santa Clause + David Attenborough + some sentient being. 😊

I mean this in all seriousness: I would have had my mother cremated here if I could have...Our beloved little English bulldog had a terminal disease that took a huge turn for the worse while we were enroute from Idaho to Las Vegas. Quality of life was suddenly gone, so we sent her off (local euthanasia) to that "big dog park in the sky." To say we were devastated would be an understatement. Seriously, we'd hoped for one last road trip (Peaches loved to travel). Anyway, short story is we were concerned we might have to have her remains mailed back to Boise. But the truly "compassionate" (no hyperbole) people made it possible for her to go home with us. They gave us a clay paw print, two tiny tufts of her coat on a mounted plaque plus a pretty little urn with her name on it. We've had two previous bulldogs cremated and, yes, my Mom, but none of the three other crematoriums showed us the incredible kindness that Compassionate Pet Cremation did. Love you all. Thanks forever.

I was completely appalled at what I received (or more accurately, didn't receive) from this company. We specifically noted and paid extra to have ink paw prints of all 4 paws made prior to her cremation. Without a call or any communication to us, we picked up her remains about a week later, and there were multiple differences and exclusions from what we had agreed to.Her urn was changed from a large (because he did not have them anymore) to a medium size, and he said that "the remains fit." He did make the price change. There were no inked paw prints at all, and now never a chance to get them. All he could say was "I'm sorry, we missed it" and "I now see it on the order". This is in no way compassionate. I was speechless when he told me over the phone, heartbroken (again) really. We were very specific on the order for a reason. We even spoke to a woman over the phone as we were writing the order who told us to just note it.Lastly, the Certificate of Cremation was wholly incorrect, all but her species and name. The date of passing was wrong, her age was wrong, and our family name was wrong. It was disheartening to read "This is to certify that your Dog Honey beloved companion and friend of the [family name, not ours] family was cremated..."Their motto is "You Love Them - We Care!", but in reality and unfortunately for our grieving family, only that first part was true.

Highly recommended! 5+++ Stars! The name isn't just a nice sounding name, they are truly COMPASSIONATE!!Compassionate Pet Cremation sets a great example. The amazing people that work here are the absolute best! Everytime that I have taken one of my cats to them, they have treated me with so much compassion, respect, sincerety . It really shows that they truly care about their business & customers. The very first time that I called them to get a price quote, The gentleman whom I spoke with over the phone (I believe it was Allen) gave me his condolences right iff the bat, before we discussed anything (out of all of the businesses that I called that morning, he was the only one to do that). During our short conversation, he was so warm & caring. I knew that this was for sure the place that I was going to trust with my cats cremation. When I arrived, I was treated in the same manner and they handled my cats body with respect and dignity. When I wanted to spend a final moment with my cat, I was not rushed at all.The price for the cremation is affordable and as far as I am aware it's the lowest price in town for pet cremation. If you choose to order a special urn, they have a great selection of reasonably priced options for you to choose from. Your pets remains are ready to be returned to you in about a week or so.Compassionate Pet Cremation will allways have my business and my recommendations. Its by far the best business to trust with your pets cremation.

They were really great on taking care of my Chloe. I recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved fury family member. They are exactly how their name described them. Compassionate.

We were referred here from our local vet. After the loss of our beloved dog, the owners took the time to explain the process and put our mind somewhat at ease from such a loss. We received a plaque with her paw print and a piece of hair as memorabilia which we will continue to treasure. This place really treats you like family, especially when you are grieving and coping a loss of a loved one.

I have had to use Allen's services several times and will need to use him again soon. He always is sincere for each fur baby and is truly caring . I will always go to compassionate when that time comes for each of my babies. Thank you Allen

Alan has taken care of about 5 of my pets that passed away. The plaque he makes with footprints and locks of fur is just incredible. The respect and love shown makes such a hard time a little more bearable! Thank you Alan! (Keep that wolf clock ticking!)

Compassionate isn't just in the name, it truly is how they've treated all 3 pets we've had to take here over the last few years. Professional and kind CPC has always helped us through such an emotional transition and as long as we're in Vegas they will be the place we take our furry family members to when the time comes.

They were extremely kind and caring. Though this is a difficult time for anybody to go through, it helps to know there are still people willing to go the extra mile when we suffer a loss. I will always miss my best friend of 18 years, Odysseus J. Hound- "Odie", until we meet again.

Sells cheap URNs were over time the color fades off. The URNs are not cheap to buy just cheaply made! I now have to use paint to cover the discoloring. This is not acceptable and they would not make it right so now I have to buy another one.

I live in Aliante and made the drive after one phone call for information. They truly made the worst day a little bit easier. I received our families pet just two days later. While I do not look forward to the day when I will need this service again, I do know where I'll be going 💜

Sells cheap URNs were over time the color fades off. The URNs are not cheap to buy just cheaply made! I now have to use paint to cover the discoloring. This is not acceptable and they would not make it right so now I have to buy another one.
