All the staff were very kind, patient and understanding. They did a wonderful job with my pomeranian Bella. She was our little girl for almost 14 years. I am so happy to have her ashes home. Their services are excellent and prices are very reasonable! I recommend them to anyone that needs pet cremation services.

I could not have asked for a better place to honor my pet. I lost my little Oreo and my vet told me they partner with Eco. I contacted them a day after my pet died and the process was absolutely amazing, even for a grieving pet parent. I was against cremation and considering burying Oreo but once I learned more about the water cremation they perform I got more comfortable with the idea. I have no regrets. We even had a little funeral for Oreo and had plenty of time and privacy in one their rooms to say goodbye. The staff explained everything from the cremation process to the various jewelry options. The pricing is sooo affordable. I just can’t thank this facility enough for making a tough time easier. My family genuinely thanks you all. ❤️

I will always recommend this place to anyone who is in need of their services. They only use water cremation so the process is gentler on your pet. The staff is super friendly and supportive during this difficult time. They don’t pressure you into ordering and let you talk with family and friends to find a package that fits your family the best. They offer tons of options for urns and even let you come in and see them for yourself before you buy them online/in person! Highly recommended by everyone I talked to.

The amount of love and care displayed by Eco Services Staff is truly remarkable and took such a huge weight off of us on one of the most painful days experienced, the loss of our fur baby. Lucas was a gem and came to get our 165 pound Mastiff and took such great care to show him the kind of love and tenderness we would have shown him. He provided a soft gurney and even covered gently with a blankie before removing him from the home. Once loaded, he offered us all the time we needed to love on him and say goodbye and before departing he made sure we were once again reminded of the process. The quality of the products was incredible and we were stunned with the beauty of the keepsakes and memorials as well as how many options are offered. Truly can't recommend enough. ♥️

The loss of our bird was completely unexpected and heartbreaking. I called EcoAnimal and made an appointment to meet with them to set up cremation arrangements. The woman (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name!!) my kids and I met with was extremely friendly and compassionate. She went through the different options we had for keepsakes if we wanted anything in addition to the box urn and my kids each wanted a necklace so they could have him with them always. The urn came with a nameplate and we were able to write down what we wanted on it. We were told that it would roughly be 7 days for everything to be completed and then we could either receive a text notification or a phone call. I chose text and was given 24 hrs notice and was also able to schedule picking him up, via text. I just got my precious birdie best friend back today and I'm so happy with everything. Lucas is the one whom contacted me yesterday and I also met with today. He reviewed everything with me to make sure all was there and there wasn't anything else I needed. I had a couple questions that I had thought of after we had left last week and he answered them for me. We chatted for a bit about birds, as he's never had experience with them. I explained how temperamental they can be but so incredibly worth it. Artemis made me laugh more often than I can probably remember and I'm so very thankful for EcoAnimal for their compassion, patience, being accommodating, and their speedy turnaround. I would highly recommend their services, even though I would rather never have to use them again. Lol. Thank you so much! ❤️

This place did incredible with honoring my sweet boy when he passed. He was able to go to sleep at his favorite place in the park, and then cremated here. I was given a beautiful wooden box for his ashes, a card with his prints and locks of his hair, and a clay imprint of his paw. All beautifully done. Lucas was so compassionate and listened to my stories about Bongo and asked about him when I came in to get him. It was very comforting to talk about him to someone, and he genuinely cared to listen. I'll always recommend anyone going through this difficult situation to Eco Animal cremation. Thank you guys so much for giving my boy dignity in death and taking such good care of him

This is the most remarkable, peaceful, and compassionate place to share the final goodbye with your beloved companion. I never imagined having all the benefits of a luxury funeral home and staff to handle my sweet kitty.From the moment I first called to when I left with a carefully prepared burlap bag of her remains, staff was compassion and thoughtful. I imagine it’s the same care you might receive from the medical staff at a children’s hospital.My Polly was 21-years when she passed after spending her entire life a member of my family. She was born at my brothers house and was by my side a few months later.I’m still adjusting to life without her. She was my best friend, my boss, my compassion, dreams, and child all wrapped into one. We had an incredible bond and held tight to each other until she could no longer.Joanne patiently supported and encouraged me as I gained the strength to bring her in for my appointment. She then sat with me and comforted me as I said my final goodbyes. All the staff expressed their sympathy and sorrow immediately upon meeting. They truly understand the loss and grief of losing one of your dearest family members and companion. I highly recommend them and will always remember the peace they shared with me at this difficult time.

All the products were great and I’m happy to have my Stella back with me .Only complaint was misinformation about the pick up of Stella.Which I received through Tiffany.I was told for a week they would take her back to the vet where they initially picked her up; and then changed it last minute, day of, due to me paying through them directly.I paid for the services 2/1/24, less than 24 hours after I lost my dog. And was told, the entire time, that they would deliver her to my vet (and of course I have screenshots).Until the day of picking her up came, today 2/9/24. Because I paid through them, I had to pick her up at their facility.Which is completely understandable.. but the grief of losing my dog and feeling jerked around because of this was not professional or kind.I’m lucky to have an understanding manager that rearranged my schedule so I could get her, because of baloney information, so I have her.Other than that, they were great. Love my products. Just don’t fully trust them about the pick up information they give you. Because it’ll likely change last minute and day of.Thank you for taking care of my Stella; but please give accurate information as to not make the grieving process worse.

Although this is a life experience I wish for no one, it unfortunately is bound to happen where our furry loved ones leave us. I have never had to cremate a pet before, but in the middle of winter when the ground is frozen it was my only option. I had no idea where to go, so naturally did a Google search & sifted through many reviews and companies. I landed here. Although they didn't have a lot of reviews, I could tell how much they actually care about the people that choose their establishment & their water cremation process is also kinder to our earth. I was sold.First thing the following morning I called, having no idea what to say or ask....they were so very patient and understanding. I quickly got a same day appt to bring Doug, my French lop. It is private, they have curtains around the windows, and lock the door, put a sign on the window so people don't just barge in or knock to disturb mourners.The gentleman that assisted me was very patient and personable. He took is time as he went through the options to choose and I felt no pressure to make any choices quickly.The process was seamless, caring, and truly made me & my baby Doug feel valued. My husband went to pick up Doug's things and the memory keepsakes I did order and I could not be happier with the quality and care.If you are in this awful circumstance where your fur baby has passed, you will feel peace in your heart going here & knowing they will take the utmost care of your furry friend as if it was their own. ❤️

We had to put our first dog, Shadow, down just before Christmas of 2022. Our vet partners with Eco Animal so that's who did the cremation. We absolutely loved the wood urn and nameplate that they sent him back in. My wife and I ended up moving out of state and unfortunately about 3 weeks later our second dog, Jaxon, had to be put down. The vet in the state we live in just sent his ashes back to us in a cardboard box! I was shocked!! My wife and I were sitting there unpacking our things and we pulled our Shadow out of the tote and my wife said "I wonder if we could just an empty urn for Jaxon just like Shaodw". I contacted them through the website and Tiffany replied very quickly! We got it all ordered and Iit is being shipped to us this week. We could not be any happier! Thank you Eco Animal and Tiffany. Our boys will be matching again!

We had a great experience with Eco Animal Cremation! We unexpectedly lost our family dog one morning, and Eco Animal was able to get us in the same day. When we arrived they had a bed ready for our dog. The process and paper work was explained to us, and more time with our dog was offered as well. All the staff that we had interacted with were extremely respectful and welcoming.Before going with Eco Animal Cremation, I had shopped around for pricing and this was by far the best price I found in Omaha, especially for all that was included.We specifically worked with Lucas and he was amazing. He made a rough time for our family a bit easier, thank you!I highly recommend Eco Animal Cremation!

Sadly this is the second time this year we have had to use their services but i would not go anywhere else. The private appointment space is tranquil. They are genuine and did not rush us at all in selecting our package and saying goodbye. They covered our boy in a nice blanket and gave us time to grieve before leaving. You can tell they care deeply for animals and treat your pets with dignity and respect.

My dog, Pepè passed away at home. I contacted Eco Animal Cremation and took him in. Lucas and his staff were amazing! They asked questions about how Pepè was as a pet and were interested in stories. This brought alot of comfort as it made me feel like Pepè wasn't just money for them! I hopefully won't need these services for a long time, but, when I do I will definately be contacting EAC. Every detail from the staff was so touching & made the difficult process so much easier for me. I had heard about an alternative cremation process & I am so grateful to have the option here in Omaha. The velvet pouch I wanted is perfect & the clay paw print I ordered is wonderful & the staff even included a card with some of Chicken's hair in a tiny bag. I called Eco Animal after my dog Apollo passed away and it was about an hour before they closed and I was driving home from work. They told me they would stay there until I arrived so that I had time to say goodbye to him in my own home. After I got to Eco Animal, they talked to me about Apollo and his life and made me feel so comfortable and I knew I was in the right place. I recently had to make the decision to euthanize my mother's dog, Iris as she was quite ill with cancer. She was my last connection to my mother who passed away last August. I wanted a private cremation so my vet made arrangements for Eco Animal to handle this. I received back the cremains in a beautiful urn with Iris' name on the lid, her paw print in acrylic, and a lock of her hair taped inside a beautiful sympathy card. I am so grateful they thought of that little detail. I am very pleased with the way everything was handled and would recommend Eco Animal for any pet owner considering a private cremation for their beloved pet.

The staff is so so kind and understanding. Very cozy and welcoming inside, very calm. Prices are great, for cremation and a wooden metal plated urn with a card and extras was like $129, if you’re animal is small it’s like $89. Our vet clinic goes through there and a rescue I work with. I’ll never go back to NHS

I recently had to make the decision to euthanize my mother's dog, Iris as she was quite ill with cancer. She was my last connection to my mother who passed away last August. I wanted a private cremation so my vet made arrangements for Eco Animal to handle this. I received back the cremains in a beautiful urn with Iris' name on the lid, her paw print in acrylic, and a lock of her hair taped inside a beautiful sympathy card. I am so grateful they thought of that little detail. I am very pleased with the way everything was handled and would recommend Eco Animal for any pet owner considering a private cremation for their beloved pet.

The staff is so so kind and understanding. Very cozy and welcoming inside, very calm. Prices are great, for cremation and a wooden metal plated urn with a card and extras was like $129, if you’re animal is small it’s like $89. Our vet clinic goes through there and a rescue I work with. I’ll never go back to NHS

My wife and I lost our pet Chinchilla,1 Chico and I called and spoke with Lucas and he made the process very easy. The office is very welcoming and friendly. I was able to customize what I wanted for Chico and I felt very comforted during a hard time. I would recommend Eco Animal Cremation very highly.

Amazing experience. They were able to take this difficult step and help us transition into a loving and gentle phase. We are able to celebrate our memories with loving keepsakes and memorial pieces.. I never thought we would be able to! We cannot recommend this caring group more.

Our 16 year old cat passed very suddenly, and we were taken care of wonderfully by Eco Animal Cremation. Very respectful, very sympathetic, compassionate, and helpful. I'm extremely pleased with our experience here.

Considering the circumstances, we were treated so wonderfully and they came to get our pet.. they just really went out of their way for our pet. They truly made this easier on us. So grateful for their service.
