Oh my gosh this is the first time of using, usually I just bury on property but due to frozen ground had to do cremation. Told vet please cremation and bury in spring. Picked up ashes today, and instead cuddles going into ground she now gets to set on shelf in her beautiful box with her name plate

My 5th euthenasia and the hardest it is never easy.My first time using your service and it couldn't of been more less stressful on me.My loving companion is back with me and his spirit will live in my heart forever.Thank you for the service you provide I will recommend you to every pet lover!

I picked up my best boy's remains today and it was a relief to me to see how much care went into his after life needs. The urn was beautiful with his name engraved on a nameplate. We had to make hard decisions for our elderly dog, but deciding to have him cremated was made easy and affordable by Mountain View. Rest assured they are compassionate.

I've used their services, unfortunately in my case, 3 different times now. They've always been wonderfully kind, compassionate, and caring each time. They take good care of your animals in their processes. They also have a very sweet dog in their building, who you should definitely say hi to. Highly recommend for your pets after life needs.

The customer service and care of the staff here is great; however, the product leaves a little to be desired.We paid for a paw print, which came unbaked and was hard to transport. It was especially worrying, as you can't get another one if it's damaged on the way home. After baking, I felt it wasn't as good as some of the salt dough prints we had done at home, right before our cats passing.Additionally, the urn selection is minimal to none. We did pick one, as we'd already paid for it with our vet, and the staff was accommodating and offered to put the ashes in it for us. So, when we got home and opened it, we were surprised to find they had taken the bag and pushed it in the urn. Maybe this is standard, but they made it seem like they were doing something special by not having us handle the ashes, when in fact that was not the case.Again, staff was very polite and understanding and handled our loss with care. I would personally recommend picking an urn outside of their selection, as well as doing your own paw prints at home.

Fantastic people to put in charge of cremating a loved pet. The woman who helped me on the phone was very compassionate and made me feel at ease even though it was a very emotional phone call. She even did all of the lifting when it came to taking my pet out of the car, which was very impressive as he was a large Husky. She is a valuable asset where she is. Very glad I chose them to perform this delicate task.

What a hard job. You guys deserve so much. You took care of Rosebud and Aegon for us. Rosebud passed February 17th, 2022 from osteosarcoma at 14.5 and Aegon passed July 25, 2022 from getting hit by a car at 3 years old. What a hard job. They definitely made everything easier

5 days ago, my family's 8 year old pit bull passed away after a tumor in his abdomen burst overnight. The folks at Glacier Animal Hospital in Columbia Falls suggested my father and I get a hold of Mountain View Pet Crematory. The owner, Michelle, was kind enough to open her doors for us on her day off. She handled our loss and our dog with the upmost care, compassion and respect. We talked about him for a little while while she listened with the utmost attention and talked about her own dogs as well. Losing a four legged companion is a painful ordeal, but Mountain View Pet Crematory made it a lot more easier to handle. When we left, Michelle said to us "thank you for giving him such a good life". Her saying that meant a great deal to me and truly touched my heart. I can't speak highly enough of her and her business.

I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. They took a horrible experience and made it a bit easier. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They take extra steps to make sure you know that your best friend was treated with respect.

They are absolutely amazing. She came in on the 4th of July this year for us when we lost our boy that morning.. She made it as smooth and painless as could be for such a heart breaking situation. Should you need their services, do not hesitate to call..

I took my best friend here on the 21st, the lady was super nice, but i got my best friend back today on the 25th, and i was already worried because it was a smaller box than I expected, but a different lady says she hears that all the time so I guess I thought it was okay,I finally get home and balling my eyes out with my other dog, we open the box and the bag with his ashes has a HOLE IN IT, he absolutely did not fit in that box they put his bag in, i can tell the bag probably ripped trying to stuff him in that tiny box! I am deeply hurt and saddened by this, I feel like my best friend was just tossed around and disrespected, i miss him so much, luckily not much of him came out of the bag, but this still should not happen, it was extremely hard to deal with
