We lost our French Bulldog Lucy very unexpectedly over a weekend and found Tranquil Tides through their glowing reviews and recommendations to use them. I am so so incredibly happy I found Caroline and JD to leave our sweet girl with. We were able to take her to their place on a Sunday and had her back home with us 3 days later. I felt so at peace leaving her in their hands for their Aquamation process. I can’t thank them enough for loving our Sissy and getting her back home to us! They also preserved them in beautiful wooden earns and I would highly recommend them if you want to make sure your pets are taken care of as they transition to the golden fields. We brought my 14 year old cat, Tracy, here who had passed over the weekend & couldn’t be more pleased. It only cost $120 for the basic aquamation but I added on $30 of extras because it was so worth it. I would’ve payed way more for these services & I do believe they undersell themselves. I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for us. All I wanted was to have her home even after death, and they’ve allowed that to happen for us. My kids love being able to look at their kitty’s paw prints, picture, and fur whenever they want. Thank you so much!

Sunday September 8th we had to unexpectedly put down our Sparky due to status epilepticus.The previous day my husband had been diagnosed with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx. They started scheduling feeding tube placement, teeth extraction, and CCRT but still were very certain the prognosis was poor. I just couldn't hardly contain my grief.Sparky was there for me as soon as I walked in the door, everyday. Losing my baby was bad enough, but losing him at that moment was even worse. He was my best friend. He was there at all times, right by my side. I still cannot believe he is gone.Caroline took very good care of us and had our baby returned to us in quickly. This helped me tremendously knowing I had him back.I will forever be grateful Tranquil Tides was available to us in our time of need.I just don't have the words to say how thankful I am.

I live in St. Louis and was in Springfield, MO Father’s Day weekend, when my beautiful baby girl passed away during the night. I was referred to them through a family friend and they took care of me right away, on a Sunday!!! Definitely recommend this business. I called them after a miscommunication with our vet about picking our sweet boy up from our home where we did in home euthanasia and they were able to leave immediately to come get him for us. They made an incredibly hard and stressful time a little easier and we are so thankful for that.We got our urn back today and I haven’t stopped looking at it. Pictures don’t do the etching justice. It’s INCREDIBLE. We got him back in 4 days when we were expecting up to 2 weeks.If you need their services, I hope you don’t, but if you do, they will give an urn that you will treasure forever. If I could give Tranquil Tides 10 stars I would. When we lost our little Nikki at 16 years old, needless to say, it was devastating. We brought her to Tranquil Tides. Caroline was there & we went into the little office. We filled out paperwork and picked from the Urns Caroline had on display. She explained the Aquamation process and told us it would take 5 to 7 days. Caroline had a table draped with a navy blue skirted cloth over it & a pillow. I really loved this because we could say goodbye together & alone as Caroline stepped out. We got Nikki's ashes back in 4.5 days. We also received locks of her fur & her paw print with a sweet poem. The whole process was just so lovely during a very difficult time. I would recommend Tranquil Tides to anyone. Thank you Caroline & JD from the bottom of our hearts 💕 for caring so much for our Baby Girl🐾

My niece’s 10 year pet companion and service dog, Chief, passed recently. She is a disabled Vet and Chief had been the therapy that she needed to make it through each day. The services they provide are fairly priced and above and beyond the average experience. We've lost a couple dogs over our lifetime and have never had so much say in how the urn was designed or created. February 8, 2024, was a very difficult day. I came home from work to find my 185+ pound rescue Dane, Dax, had passed away. He was just shy of 8 years old. He had been a part of our family for nearly 4 years, and he will be very missed. I had a lot of trouble finding anyone to accommodate him due to his size and the time of the day. I did a quick search and found Tranquil Tides. I called, and they were able to accommodate him and even stayed a bit later due to the nature of the situation. Highly recommend! Our baby Honey passed away on a weekend. Most places that handle things like this are only open throughout the week. But Tranquil Tides was open and able to get us in quickly! Carolyn was so sweet to us! It’s always nice being around others that love pets like family and understand the hurt you have from loosing a fur baby! We were told it would take 7 days, it only took 4! Hopefully we don’t have to go back anytime soon, but will definitely go to Tranquil Tides again!

The empathy we felt from her was reassuring and comforting. Our 12 yr old dog passed unexpectedly at home on a Sunday afternoon. We came across the Tranquil Tides website and Caroline was able accommodate us same day. On such a horrific day, she showed us kindness, compassion, and made the process as smooth as possible. Her place is very peaceful and we found comfort leaving our dog with her. The personalized wooden box for our dog’s ashes has incredible craftsmanship and we will cherish it forever. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience, during a really sad and traumatic time. First, the fact Tranquil Tides is open on Saturday when everywhere else we called was closed. It took our stress away that our dog would have to be stored until a business day. 2nd, Caroline was very caring and made the process very smooth for us. She explained the Aquamation process and told us it would take 5 to 7 days. Caroline had a table draped with a navy blue skirted cloth over it & a pillow. I really loved this because we could say goodbye together & alone as Caroline stepped out. We got Nikki's ashes back in 4.5 days. We also received locks of her fur & her paw print with a sweet poem. The whole process was just so lovely during a very difficult time. I would recommend Tranquil Tides to anyone. The services they provide are fairly priced and above and beyond the average experience. We've lost a couple dogs over our lifetime and have never had so much say in how the urn was designed or created. I knew the time had come to let my buddy go. I called Tranquil Tides just before Luka's final Vet appointment, and was told to bring him up just after. Losing my best friend was not easy, but Caroline was gentle and compassionate when explaining the process. She asked that I send a picture to her and I sent two for her to choose from. Three days later Caroline called and said Luka was ready to go home...the results were shocking and amazing! February 8, 2024, was a very difficult day. I came home from work to find my 185+ pound rescue Dane, Dax, had passed away. He was just shy of 8 years old. He had been a part of our family for nearly 4 years, and he will be very missed. I had a lot of trouble finding anyone to accommodate him due to his size and the time of the day. Highly recommend! Our baby Honey passed away on a weekend. Most places that handle things like this are only open throughout the week. But Tranquil Tides was open and able to get us in quickly! Our 12 yr old dog passed unexpectedly at home on a Sunday afternoon. We came across the Tranquil Tides website and Caroline was able accommodate us same day. On such a horrific day, she showed us kindness, compassion, and made the process as smooth as possible. Her place is very peaceful and we found comfort leaving our dog with her. The personalized wooden box for our dog’s ashes has incredible craftsmanship and we will cherish it forever. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience, during a really sad and traumatic time. First, the fact Tranquil Tides is open on Saturday when everywhere else we called was closed. It took our stress away that our dog would have to be stored until a business day. 2nd, Caroline was very caring and made the process very smooth for us.
