They were tasked with doing cremation services and getting a paw print and nose print of my cat that sadly passed away. They did her nose print and messed it up by not getting a complete nose print. If they had simply double checked it before cremating her this would not be an issue. They later told me the reason they messed up was because cat’s noses are smaller when that shouldn’t be an excuse because they have done countless nose prints of cats. I had planned on getting two tattoos to honor her and now I cannot do that. Be aware: stay away from this company as they do not care about you or your pet.

They did a wonderful job taking care of my Emmie Lou! They are very caring and they understand the grief you are going though. I want to thank them for everything they did to make this a little easier.

After losing our furbaby Star on Friday, I’m so glad my husband called Trusted Journey. Throughout the whole experience, the two ladies who helped us were so kind and compassionate - from the cremation & keepsake decisions to the care of our girl. And I appreciate the private rooms they have set up so we were able to say our final goodbyes. Thank you all for treating not only our baby but my husband and I with such kindness & care - it means so much to us. When we need these services in the future, we will be bringing our other furbabies here.

I recently had to help my Ducky earn his angel wings. I had a visiting vet service come to my house on Friday and I received a call on Monday from Danielle at Loving Hearts letting me know Ducky was ready to be returned. I was so thrilled with the turnaround time!!!! I was extremely touched to see the amazing care they take shipping and returning our loved one. The ink nose & paw print, and the claw paw print were way better than I was able to attempt on Friday.Thank you all at Loving Hearts, you did a tremendous job from phone calls, service, and presentations.

Our girl Izzy passed away unexpectedly yesterday while we were out of town. Loving Hearts was kind and compassionate. They had someone pick her up from our pet sitter and were told she was treated so gently and carefully. Our hearts are broken but having her ashes back will allow us to keep her with us and give us time to heal. Thank you for being with us during this process.

Our senior dog Nala suddenly passed away at about 4:30 this afternoon. Our vet would be closed before we could get there. Scrambling for a solution we called loving hearts they stayed late and were very nice and professional. They didn't have to stay late but they did anyway. That was very appreciated. We were very grateful for the above and beyond service. ❤️

What a wonderful experience I had at Loving Hearts. They treated me and my beloved Valentino with such respect. From the moment we pulled up, the staff met us at the car to transport my baby. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose an urn & memorial jewelry. The staff cleaned him up and laid him upon the most beautiful, soft blanket. I was then able to say my final goodbyes in a private viewing room. The room had a candle burning as well as soft, pretty music. They really treated my Valentino with the utmost respect and dignity. I received my beautiful, engraved urn and memorial necklace in less than a week and I couldn't be more pleased. They helped make everything a little easier during this very emotional and difficult time. I highly recommend Loving Hearts to anyone needing this service.

We requested the private cremation and the service was complete in less than 24 hours. The staff was compassionate and professional. Special thanks to the young lady who guided us through the order process. She truly cared, patiently answered all our questions and was attentive to details. When ordering the clay paw print, we asked whether it is safe to leave it outside. The young lady remembered our question and let me know when I was picking up the urn that she consulted her manager and the clay print should be sealed, if left outside.

I had to let my sweet French bulldog Mabel return to the stars after 14 1/2 wonderful years. She was my “heart dog” and very important to me. My father is a funeral director and he highly recommended Loving hearts after knowing a person that worked there and said it was a wonderful place. When I called, the person I spoke with explained the process and was very thorough about everything which I appreciate in such a difficult time. After I arrived I filled out paperwork and was not pressured in any way to purchase anything “extra”. It’s heartbreaking when I hear of facilities that take advantage of people in times of need. When I brought her in I had an old tshirt of mine to go with her and a single red tulip from a bouquet my friend had sent me after she heard the news. I also had her bed and a plastic bone for her but they gently explained that it would not be able to go with her because of the materials it contained. When paperwork was through they had offered a last viewing. I was unsure how I would feel about it but they had her set up in a room on a plush bed just like she was sleeping, with the tulip in between her paws. It was absolutely beautiful and I’m so incredibly thankful that I had one last chance to pet her soft fur and sniff her little frito feet. It was closure for me that I didn’t realize I needed. She was ready to come home the next morning and I was given a time when she was being cremated and a certificate that it was a private cremation. The attention to detail and the compassion of this company will stay with me forever. The funeral service industry can be a hard and under appreciated profession but I will be eternally grateful for Loving Hearts.

After our husky passed we looked into a place to have him cremated and of all the places we looked at and talked to Loving hearts was who we went with. They were extremely polite and had a beautiful selection of urns and services to choose from. Pricing was nice and the staff even let up come after hours to pick up because we wouldn't be able to for a couple of days otherwise. Our urn was beautiful and worth the price and we ordered clay paw prints for the family and they were excellent quality. We will hopefully not need their service in the near future but will be back when we do.

I highly recommend Loving Hearts. We lost our cat Stimpy last Friday at age 14 and were treated with compassion and respect from the first call through picking up his ashes. The experience far exceeded a previous encounter with another pet crematory for our dog several years ago. There wasn't any pressure or rushing. We were offered a viewing and to attend the cremation but chose not to and remember him as he was. His ashes were returned in a nice plastic urn (far superior to the cardboard box our dog was returned in by the other crematory) The package included a certificate verifying a private cremation, a personalized memorial card, a coping with grief pamphlet and a velvet bag containing wildflower seeds to plant in his memory which was such a thoughtful addition, all in a nice box.The people at Loving Hearts made our grief a little easier to cope with.

Losing a pet is really hard, and they are kind, prompt, and professional, and genuinely seem to want to help you get through a tough time. They had our dog's remains and clay pawprint back to us in right about 24 hours. They will help you through your grieving process. I wish pets lived forever and you didn't need their services, but since that's unavoidable, they're worth the drive to Eureka.

Please take your family pet to Loving Hearts! Every single person who works there has the biggest heart and endless compassion! You can take your pet to their location, or you can have them pick up your pet and they treat the remains like human remains with rigorous procedures of identification to ensure it’s your pet throughout every step of the process and they handle your pet carefully and reverently. They offer a private room where you can watch the cremation, or just see your animal at the chambers entry way and then close the window to the room, giving you more time and another chance to say goodbye to your loved one before the cremation. You can simply wait for your pet to be returned to you right after the cremation process, or they will bring your pets cremains to your home, ensuring your receiving your loved one back. My pet and our family were treated with love, respect, kindness, compassion and professionalism! I only hope when I pass I’ll be treated with this level of love, care and attention! Thank you to the entire staff at Loving Hearts!!!!!!

We went here with our fur baby and they were amazing. They made the whole experience a little less painful because, they were so kind and loving towards our fur baby. We knew our baby was in good hands when we left. We will go to them if we ever need these services again and I highly recommend them. I couldn't of asked for a better place to take our baby to say goodbye.

The staff at loving hearts when above and beyond for us. We got our pets remains back within 12 hours. We watched the whole process and we are grateful loving hearts gives its customers that opportunity. Other places see you as a number and don't treat your pet with respect and wait over 2 weeks to have the remains done. Go with Loving Hearts and you wont be disappointed.

This is a long review, but worth it.When I had to make the decision to put my 13 year old dog to sleep unexpectedly, I was devastated. Having never done this before, I initially followed my vets lead. They were contracted with a crematory and said they would send me a bill. Three days after my dog died, I had an overwhelming urge to see him one last time and called my vet's office to get the name and number of the crematory they used. It was at this time that I found out my dog was still at the vet's office and had not been picked up yet! I don't know if this is normal, but to me it didn't seem like it. I was very surprised, confused, and slightly angry, but this ended up being a blessing in disguise. I called the crematory my vet used and explained to them that I wanted to see my dog (one last time), and though the gentleman was very nice, he did try to talk me out of it by stating that 1. they were over an hour away from my vet's office (?!), 2. they would have to charge me an extra $100 because he'd have to pay for his driver to hang around since they didn't have someone there always, and 3. did I know what I was getting into because it's tough to see him and he'd be in a body bag! My gut and heart told me there had to be a better option.I immediately searched online for nearby pet crematories and came across Loving Hearts. I called them and could immediately sense the compassion of the gentleman I was speaking to. They said they could absolutely accommodate me, and would schedule to pick my Harley boy up later that day. When i called the vet to tell them I was choosing a different crematory, they said Harley had been picked up earlier that morning. Well, I had them bring him back. I called Loving Hearts back to let them know what was going on and got a different gentleman who was also as nice as could be. I called Loving Hearts a 3rd and final time later that day to let them know Harley was back at the vet's available for pickup, this time I got a lady. She was so unbelievably nice. Asked me if I wanted to do a viewing (yes!), did I want to be present for the cremation (yes!), would I like a clay impression of Harley's paw (yes!). I went the following day for Harley's viewing and they had him set up beautifully in a private room and he just looked like he was curled up sleeping, on a pretty dog bed, partially covered with a matching blanket. I was able to love on him for a good 15-20 minutes. They allowed me to view his cremation so I knew he'd be the only ashes I was getting, I know this is a concern for many, it was for me. The facility is clean, the employees are professional, and they are compassionate. I wouldn't never use anyone else if I had to do this again, and I'm so glad I followed my heart and gut on this. I recently got the bill from my vet showing where they deducted the cremation costs and it was actually $40 more than what I paid at Loving Hearts, and that didn't include the extra $100 he wanted to charge me to view my dog in a body bag. Don't use anyone else besides Loving Hearts. Thank you to the entire staff for your help during a very difficult time.

We brought our Maggie to them on March 2, 2019. The Staff was absolutely amazing. We were crying as we brought her inside and was met at the door by Sonja who started crying as well. I dont remember the other gentlemans name off hand, but he was also amazing. The Empathy and Sympathy that was shared with us was above and beyond excellent. They took Maggie and prepared a visitation for us while we went over the process. The assurances and professionalism that went into how Maggies cremation was to be done, how they talked to the animals and loved on them up until the time they were cremated is top notch. We never felt more comfortable leaving our Maggie with them. They even used her special blanket to lay on while her body was stored before cremation . They bent over backwards to accomodate us during our greiving and we cannot express our gratitutde for that . I tell everyone we know that has had loss of their pets to got to Loving Hearts. We already had our paw print from Laps of Love who came to our house to help us help Maggie to be free of the cancer and pain. So In reference to the 2 people who gave 1 star reviews. I hardly believe it was Loving Hearts fault and coud see the vet or hospital making that error. I am deeply sorry for your losses, yet if your opinion of everything these people do, the fact that they love animals and share your loss, hinges on a clay paw print and not the fact that they make sure you recieve your pets ashes and no other. That they dont over charge and that they do their best to make sure your pet is treated with the utmost respect, then I feel sorry for you.

I had this facility handle my dog's remains following Euthanasia and was very impressed with the operation. They picked him up from the Webster Groves animal hospital on a Monday morning and called me back Tuesday morning to let me know that his cremation was complete. The company Webster Groves had originally made arrangements with was more expensive, took longer to pick him up, and said it would be almost a 2 week turnaround before I'd even receive the remains. Upon arrival to pick up his remains they even offered to allow me to tour the facility. Although it was tough to see the other deceased animals awaiting cremation and going through the process I am glad I did because I know they take the utmost care in the handling of the pets. Also I appreciate the fact that they are very proud of the way they handle the animals and have no reservations about you seeing them at work.

Unfortunately one of our cats that we brought to America last fall passed away this spring due to her on going kidney problems. For my wife especially, we needed the proper closure to her life with no doubts that the remains we received were our cat's.Loving Hearts went above and beyond out expectations. The people at this company did their up most to make sure that any questions that my wife had were answered and she fully understood. It is obvious that these people care about animals and that they truly dedicate themselves to helping people through this difficult moment in their lives. The woman who we worked with also runs an organization helping abandoned and stray animals on her free time.If you need the proper closure to your animal's life, this place is without a doubt where you need to go to.Thank you for all of the help you gave us and to our cat Haring.

Our vet offered cremation services for our dog, Abby, which we wanted to do. When I received her ashes from Loving Hearts, I was brought to tears by the thoughtful extras they provided, all at an extremely reasonable cost. A complete surprise. They went way above and beyond what I expected.

I was offered their paw print memento through Banfield Hospital when I had to let our Old Man go. The results were sloppy. The name was crooked and the paw print was smudged and suspiciously one claw was missing. Made me suspicious that it wasn’t even our baby because he proudly had all of his claws I could have done better myself at home. Never using this service again.

I just got my clay paw print back from my vet and I can’t believe you guys charge $25 for this! It’s awful! Half of his paw is missing because it’s cut off the side of the circle! Shame on you guys! This is all I have left of my kitten who died of FIP and you’ve stolen this memory from me!

July 17, 2019, i lost my baby, her name was Chimi. She was my first dog and I absolutely loved her. .. I couldn’t stop crying. I couldn’t leave her at the place for her to be cremated. .. I couldn’t speak or even think clearly. They hugged me. They let me sit with her. Cremated her the same day. They were kind. They cried with me. I highly recommend Loving Hearts! Thank you guys for being there for me when I needed you!! I’ll never forget it

I received my Sparkys cremains on the day that I adopted him 8 years ago. I did not expect the pawprint or the certificates that were so lovingly given to me. Thank you to the whole staff and anyone who personally helped Sparkys journey.
