We got our Violet back home for the last time today. I am thankful to the animal clinic for arranging the cremation. And thank you to the staff at Pethaven for doing the work you do. Being able to keep Violet with us is such a comfort.

We used Pet Haven to cremate Winston, my dog of 12 years. My wife and I called and emailed for 3 days trying to speak with someone about having a clay paw print made. No one would call us back or communicate with us. By the time we got a response they had already cremated Winston, so now I cannot get a paw print made. When I spoke with the lady on the phone, she said it was our fault because we did not call them (which is a lie). I explained that we called multiple times and even emailed but got no response. She half-heartedly “apologized” and then HUNG UP on me. Do not trust these people with your fur babies. All they want is your money.

When my best friend and baby of almost 13 years suffered 2 strokes within 4 months time and was left with zero quality of life and was suffering I was then faced with the heartbreaking decision to end her pain peacefully by having her put to sleep. The entire process was unfortunately not peacefully for my baby. When I reached out to Pethaven memorial & crematory I was understandably upset( nothing they did)I explained what was going on. I was treated with kindness and compassion. This wonderful woman addressed my problem and resolved it right then! The staff there got my baby, took care of her and had her back to me in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them in your time of sorrow and I'm extremely grateful to them.

These people are AMAZING! They treated me and my baby with the utmost kindness and compassion. I'm disabled and wouldn't be able to pay for two days and they graciously helped me anyway. I'm going to be meeting with them to make arrangements for myself. I highly recommend them in your time of grief. Thank you again to all of you and God bless you.

My vet suggested this business when I lost my pup. I spoke to the owner. The entire time, she referred to my sweet girl as ‘it’.They performed their function, but I will never use them again. They have zero awareness of how to treat the people who use their services.

I had to have my cat Versace cremated today. Pethaven was the perfect place. Everyone was kind and understanding, and they made the process so much easier for me.
