I cannot thank Rainbow Bridge enough for the compassion and care they provided during such a difficult time. Losing my dog Maggie was incredibly hard, but they went above and beyond to make the process easier. The ‘Remember Me’ package was such a beautiful touch, including a glass paw print that I will cherish forever. The handwritten letter made the experience feel so personal and comforting, like they truly understood the bond I shared with Maggie. Their kindness and attention to detail helped bring peace to an otherwise heart-wrenching moment. I’m so grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet.

I cannot thank Merritt and his wife enough for their kindness and compassion towards me and my family when we lost our beloved cat, Pete who we were blessed with for 17 years! They took care of Pete with the utmost respect and compassion. The turn around time was just a few days and we will forever have Pete with us! I highly recommend Rainbow Bridge for any pet owner who experiences the loss of their fur baby!

Rainbow Bridge went above and beyond to make everything so special for our family when our dog passed away. The wooden urn with our dogs name engraved and the framed ink paw print were top quality that will last forever. We can not thank Merritt enough for his services and the timely manner he got everything back to us. If you ever have a death of a beloved pet you will have a wonderful experience here.

I cannot thank Rainbow Bridge enough. They were very easy to deal with and made this process so easy. This is my first experience with this and if the time ever comes again I will use them again! Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but we had the best experience working with Merit. He made us feel so comfortable leaving our fur baby in his hands. Highly recommend the memorial package with the ink paw print. It is truly such a special piece to remember your pet.

My Savanah monitor, Boots, passed last night (which was 6pm on a Sunday, mind you). I called them right away, thinking id leave a voice-mail and get a call back Monday. But that was not the case, they answered right away, and were at my house in less than 20 minutes.They are very caring, and gave us a free small urn for our pet until we get a forever one (although this one's pretty sturdy and will last a long time)The whole process from pick up, to drop off was less than 24hrs.If you're looking for someone who cares, and will treat you and your scaly/fur baby right during this hard time, definitely call them. They took care of everything, so all my family had to do, was grieve.
