We recently lost our dog and used services at the Great Eastern Pet Cremation. Mallory was so kind. I felt so comfortable knowing our Charlie was respectfully prepared and returned to our family. We highly recommend and are so happy we found this service close to home.

Our pup Mabel died unexpectedly and I really had no idea what to do in the middle of all this snow!! They answered all my emails quickly and made the process easy for an upset momma!!! I had no idea what to expect and they went above and beyond and gave us some amazing keepsakes I will be forever grateful for!!! She came back to us quickly and with a beautiful card and flowers we can plant in her memory!! I would give them 10 stars in a heartbeat!!!! Amazing place with amazing people!!!

We brought our Taz to Mallory at Great Eastern Pet Cremation and it was the best decision. She was so accommodating and compassionate from the beginning. Losing a pet is a heart breaking experience but knowing we have this service available in our community sure is a blessing.

Great Eastern Pet Cremation was so wonderful to work with. Mallory was so sweet and kind to us during a difficult time of losing our beloved dog Bella. They were very fast and communicated with us the whole time. Everything had that extra special touch when we received it back. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We have been using Great Eastern Pet Cremation services at our veterinary clinic for a couple months now and can't say enough about how caring, thoughtful, and professional Mallory and her team are. Though based out of Warren, MN, they often make multiple trips a week to ensure owners are reunited with their passed loved ones in a timely manner. They take such care and consideration during the entire process, and many owners have told us how appreciative they are for their services. We are blessed to know and work with such a compassionate company.

We chose Great Eastern to care for my mom’s cat when he had to be euthanized unexpectedly. They went above and beyond by making a personal connection with us and treating her cat with dignity and respect. They recognized him as a member of our family and were happy to do paw/nose prints and locks of fur upon request. We got him back the next day and having that quick turnaround really made a difference in the grieving process for our family. You can tell that they really do care about your pet and your family’s needs. They truly made an awful time as good as it could be and I can’t say enough about how thankful we are. Great Eastern will always be entrusted for caring for our pets and I will always recommend them to anyone needing services.

Losing a pet is devastating! Having to put trust in someone who will take care of my Stanley was also a difficult decision. Great Eastern exceeded any expectations I had. They handled him with gentleness and TLC from bringing him in on a cart to listening to our stories and caring about our tears. They went the extra mile (or 5) to provide a temporary urn with his name and a ribbon, his paw print in ink (which I didn't know I wanted but now can't imagine being without), a lovely card, and pack of forget-me-not seeds. Thank you, thank you! IfI could give 10 stars I would. It takes special people to do what they do and I hope they know how much they are appreciated!Charles and Lisa Lindgren

Highly recommend Great Eastern Pet Cremation. Mallory was so great to work with. She made a very painful situation as easy as it could be and went above and beyond anything I could've imagined. Very personable and very helpful!!!
