I came home from Missouri for the holidays. My dog got loose and the outcome was tragic. Conrad was very kind and caring through the entire process. He came and picked up my dog. When I came to get Toni’s ashes he listened to me tell stories about him. I highly recommend Conrad at companions forever!

We just had to put down our 13 year old golden, Shelby. It was a hard decision, Conrad was helpful and patient. The option to text them was wonderful, as when everything started, I couldn't keep my voice from breaking up.We chose to do the in home euthanasia and it was a wonderful experience even though it was a very difficult decision and hard to see our girl go. However, knowing it was in the comfort of our home, where she was comfortable and relaxed, really helped the situation. Dr. Sam was the vet that came to our home, he was professional and kind and calm.We also elected to do private pet cremation. We received our Shelby back the next day.The peace of mind going with these guys for this difficult time made the whole situation a little easier. I hope we don't need this service for many years to come, but we will reach out to them again when the need arises.

We have brought 2 family pets to Companions Forever. Both times Conrad made a tough time easier. Chance, our 13 year old Lab/Retriever mix has passed over the rainbow bridge. This was the first time since we adopted him from Tri County Humane that Chance was not with us, We knew he was in good, caring hands with Conrad. We purchased the paw print that was with Chance when he was cremated and also the paw print in clay. If you have the funds available, I would suggest to get them, you will be glad you did. Conrad was absolutely amazing and very comforting. Losing my cat Oreo was the hardest thing since she’s been with me since I was a kid. I bawled on the phone and he was very understanding and let me take my time trying to get words out. It was worth the couple hour drive to bring Oreo to him. I can’t recommend him enough! Very well priced as well. I was definitely be using him again.

I contacted Companions Forever last week due to my very sick grandkitty Dahmer ,Conrad was so compassionate and helpful in helping as what to do and setting appointment with vet, sadly Dahmer passed early the next morning .We met with Conrad a few hours later he was so kind in helping with decisions,gave us all the time my daughter needed with her cat Dahmer and even took the time to look at pictures of him. I am so glad we found Companions Forever. We suddenly lost our only boy and were distraught and clueless on how to proceed. Conrad was so kind and patient as I could not (and still can't) contain my grief. He made this process so much easier, with options for us to decide which would work best for us.In such a brokenhearted state, we were met with such casual dismissal from others. Conrad called me back within 2 hours of texting after hours. We have everything we could possibly want to have for mementos of our precious boy and Conrad made sure to cover each option and the process of all of it. And he told me multiple times, calmly and patiently, because my brain was just a mess. He made sure to get every detail just how we wanted it and even double checked, stating other options.To lose a family member is absolutely gut wrenching. But to have the compassion that Conrad had, made it so much easier, at least for the procedure of it all. I will forevermore highly recommend Companions Forever to those with non-human family members at the end.Our sweet sweet boy that came to us 11 1/2 years ago. Showed up in our backyard and chose us as his family. He watched 2 of our 4 daughters come into this world and was absolutely a member of the family. He stole the hearts of anyone that met him. He will be missed so greatly, but we are so grateful for the beautiful reverence Conrad gave our Lucky at the end. Thank you, Conrad, so much.

Conrad assisted us when our sweet girl passed away last week. Getting everything set up was a quick and easy process (texting him and filling out a form online). He responded within a few hours. We were able to drop her off the same day. Conrad was kind and compassionate with us during a very hard time. He even took the time to ask us a little about our baby girl. I hope we don't need his help again anytime soon but when we do, we know where to go.

I just went thru the most horrific situation with my adult puppy Hank the Tank and we had to let him go across the Rainbow Bridge. I was and still am completely devastated. Conrad from Companions Forever Pet Cremation Service was so wonderful, understanding, patient and comforting thru the whole cremation process from start to finish. If I ever have to go thru this traumatic event again the only place that will be trusted with my beloved fur baby will be Conrad from Companions Forever.

UPDATE: 11/12/24, since my original review, sadly, we have sought the services of Companions Forever 3 more times. : (Upon their passing, Willie (07/23), Cooper (12/23), & Bella (11/24) were all placed in the care of Conrad and Ashley.They provide the absolute most professional, kind and compassionate service.There are just not enough words to express out gratitude for the manner in which they treat their clients.To Conrad and Ashley, "Thank You" for always being there when we need you. You've been nothing less than amazing.---------------We knew our Bruzer’s time was drawing near, but when the devastating day arrived, we had to make the heart-breaking decision to let him go and it needed to be immediate - he was in so much pain. My call to Companions Forever was immediately answered by Russ, who was extremely kind and patient in handling my emotional distress. I was very adamant that the process take place in our home, but this was very short notice. Russ worked very hard to get a same-day plan together for us. Russ, we cannot “Thank you” enough. When the time came, Marc and Dr. Nielsen met us at our home. Dr. Nielsen was very compassionate and gentle with our Bruzer. Marc was also incredibly compassionate and very thorough in walking us through the process and next steps. We met with Marc the following day to pickup Bruzer. We were presented with several lovely remembrance pieces and certificate. Again, the compassion and care Companions extends to their clients is next to none. Our FurBabies are not like family, they ARE family and that’s exactly how Companions Forever treats them. In one of our saddest days it was good to know we were working with the very best. It's hard to even put into words the gratitude I have for Conrad with Companions Forever. How do you properly thank someone for helping you and taking such special care of you on one of the hardest days of your life 😢 I had done my research in anticipation of this decision and prior to our Vet appointment I called CF and Conrad told me not to worry about anything and that if I needed him to just call. Anyone that has done this knows what a gut-wrenching decision this is but my sweet boy of 14 years was starting to suffer and that was not going to happen on my watch. After a very tearful goodbye, I called Conrad and he said, I will pick him up shortly. I'm not sure if this is something they are always able to do, but Jasper was back with me that evening already. Conrad, thank you so very much for your kindness & compassion. It takes very special people to do what you do. Helping people at their worst is a gift. We will be forever grateful. Jackie & Jasper 💜

Conrad is great. He's very compassionate and caring in a time that's the hardest. He makes everything a lot easier to deal with. He goes above and beyond and goes the extra mile. It's the little things that make it even more special. We've used 2 other cremation services. Pawsitively Remembered and Randy were the best, sadly he retired. We used another service a few months ago and while the person was very kind the service was not what we expected. We wish we would have went with Conrad that time. Him and his service are on par with Pawsitively Remembered and maybe even above. We hope we won't have to use this kind of service soon but when we do, we know exactly who we will be calling. Thank you Conrad for being such a kind, compassionate, caring and soulful person for us fur parents.

I met them at Benton County Fair and ask many question and knew when the time comes when Patches gain her wings I wanted to go here On April 26, 2022 Patches gain her wings. It was a bad day. Russ helped my mom and I thru it all and was so caring and Listen to our stories about Patches and saw us cry let us take the time to decide what we wanted. They even let us stay with her in the comfort room where she looked so peaceful sleeping to say our final goodbye to our sweet baby. she was part of our family. She was a unique kitty and was special. Thank you for treating her like a family member and making sure she was treated like a special package. We love Patches RIP. Always be in our hearts.

There are no words to adequately describe how much Russ helped us through one of the worst days of our lives. When our 15 year old dog, Dakota, passed away peacefully in my arms at our home I was an emotional wreck. I called Russ shortly after Dakota cried and through my sobs Russ was able to understand my words, that in itself was impressive. He told us to take our time and he would meet us at Companions Forever when we were ready.When we arrived we were shown to a private room where we were able to be with Dakota and say our final goodbyes.The metal charm that was with Dakota the entire time, the plaster paw print, the ink paw print, and the bit of hair were all things I did not think of, but Russ did. These keepsakes mean so much to us and we are so thankful.We had our 1 and 4 year old with us as we said goodbye to our sweet boy. Russ was so good with them and gave our 4 year old a special coloring book to help her process her grief.Knowing Dakota was treated with respect and dignity the entire process was so comforting. Less than 24 hour after Dakota passed over the rainbow bridge, we were able to pick up his ashes.Russ printed the picture of Dakota we sent in and did his paw print on it. Not only did he make one for us, but he also made an extra for our four year old.On what was one of the hardest days of our lives we were comforted and treated with so much compassion by Companions Forever.Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet boy!

I highly recommend Companions. My cat Lulu passed away unexpectedly overnight and we were able to bring him in the morning shortly after he had been discovered. Marc was very compassionate and offered us all the time to be with Lulu. I thought the comfort room was well set up and was welcoming given the situation. He moved Lulu gently from the travel cage, placed him in a basket with a blanket. It helped my heart knowing that Lulu was in such caring hands. They offer you to be involved with getting the paw print and the memorial card with the paw print, picture that I had sent, and the tuff of hair (which they made sure to get both the white and black fur) really make it all special. When I went to pick up Lulu's ashes, I was expecting to just pick up them up and leve. Marc sat down with me and showed me each item that was in the bag. Flower seeds were given to me as well to plant in Lulu's memory which will be planted in the spring at one of my favorite places to be. I will be using Companions again when the time comes and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I am in tears every time I think about losing my beloved pit bull Angus just days before his 11th birthday. He was always so healthy and active, it was hell to see him age 10 yrs in a matter of 3 months from cancer and just wither away. He was the most amazing dog, always was the best companion to me, my wife and the kids. Russ and his vet were there for us when the time came to make the very hard decision to end his suffering and let him go. They were very compassionate and had no problem putting up with a blubbering middle aged couple, did a very good job of not making this like bringing him to the cold steel table of the vet and honoring his life which he very much deserved. Russ is a dog person and understood that it was the same devastation as losing one of our children. He explained the process with compassion and did not try to sell us the extras in his office, he completely left it up to us to ask. It has been almost a month and the grief has not subsided at all, but so good to know we were able to honor him this way and not have him cremated with other animals to be shipped to us later. We also had the option to bring his body home with us to bury but chose cremation as the cost was not very high. Thank you Russ for treating him as the human he was to us, there's nobody doing work like this and I hope the local vets give you their support. My beautiful Angus, I know you're up there catching pheasants out of the sky, chasing things and swimming across a lake. I know we will be together again one day.

Thank you so much for everything today. What a caring professional place. It was nice to know the veterinarian doing the procedure as it made my stressed life more tolerable. I will miss my Boo terribly.On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, I had to put my 15 1/2 year old cat, Professor Marvel down. I would recommend Companions Forever to anyone who is going through the heartbreak of losing a pet. Conrad was extremely respectful, answered any questions we had, and brought comfort to our family during a very difficult time. Companions Forever does a great job at making sure you know that your pet was a part of your family. They include a beautiful wood urn for your pet to come home in, showing they truly care. They also offer keepsakes for your pet and a beautiful selection of urns. Our boy was ready to be picked up the same day. I could not have asked for a better place to bring our dog to. One of the best decisions i have ever made in my life.My Ernie, the best friend i have ever had, was a rescue, and he rescued me. He saved my life and changed my cold jaded heart. He got me through the toughest breakup, the loss of a close friend, the illness and then passing of my mother, and brother being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. The joy, companionship, laughter, peace and love this little dog brought me is beyond measure. He deserved nothing less than the gentle loving respect of bringing him to COMPANIONS FOREVER. I had promised him i would be with him to the very end, and they allowed me that. The very end. Being greeted by kind caring faces, led to a private comfortable room and placing my Ernie on a table. It was as beautiful as any place a person might be brought to. I first picked out the urn i wanted, then i was allowed to do the fur clipping myself, and then i was allowed to do my Ernie's Foot print. ( i picked the foot where he had had a toe removed from Cancer. i chose that foot as a reminder of one of the many sacrifices Ernie went through to stay longer on this earth to care for me.) I was given time alone and then even allowed to bring my Ernie back to the cremation room, myself, the very last minute. I got to keep my promise to him.Also, placing a special medallion around his foot that would go through the process with my Ernie. A beautiful poster as well. They had the photo memorial all ready when i arrived. My Ernie deserved this.... but also, I deserved this. To know i was able to give my boy such a respectful memorial,... i have no regrets, other than wishing i had known about COMPANIONS FOREVER before. When it comes to cost, no price would have mattered, but you would be amazed and happy to know it was not very much. From what i received from other cremations for other furbabies elsewhere, the little bit of difference was well worth it, and worth the drive. Very affordable. Also, they made themselves avail at a time that worked best. So kind. I cant say thank you enough. this was honestly the hardest, saddest day of my life- i miss my Ernie so much, beyond words, and my heart aches more than any other loss in my life... but the kindness, respect and care i received from COMPANIONS FOREVER will always be appreciated and i cant recommend them enough. Thank you, THANK YOU.and to my Ernie, ill see you again one day, all my love, forever.

Conrad was so very nice when I contacted him on February 29th due to the unexpected passing of Dakota. He listened to me cry my way through my questions . And answered them all he also called me later that evening to see how we were doing . We took Dakota down on March 1 . Conrad made us feel welcome and told us what was going to be done and about how long it would take. We didn't worry when we left Dakota as Conrad made us feel like Dakota was his number one concern. Conrad is great. He's very compassionate and caring in a time that's the hardest. He makes everything a lot easier to deal with. He goes above and beyond and goes the extra mile. It's the little things that make it even more special. We've used 2 other cremation services. Pawsitively Remembered and Randy were the best, sadly he retired. We used another service a few months ago and while the person was very kind the service was not what we expected. We wish we would have went with Conrad that time. Him and his service are on par with Pawsitively Remembered and maybe even above. We hope we won't have to use this kind of service soon but when we do, we know exactly who we will be calling. I met them at Benton County Fair and ask many question and knew when the time comes when Patches gain her wings I wanted to go here On April 26, 2022 Patches gain her wings. It was a bad day. Russ helped my mom and I thru it all and was so caring and Listen to our stories about Patches and saw us cry let us take the time to decide what we wanted. They even let us stay with her in the comfort room where she looked so peaceful sleeping to say our final goodbye to our sweet baby. she was part of our family. She was a unique kitty and was special. Thank you for treating her like a family member and making sure she was treated like a special package. We love Patches RIP. Always be in our hearts.

They made the worst day of my life a little bit easier and explained the whole process to me and let me take as much time as I needed to say good bye to my best friend Lucy "MOMMA" it was a very nice and comforting environment and that alone helped me to relax and know that Lucy would be in good hands. It was more than what I had expected and what I got was wonderful a beautiful wood urn for her, a picture with a ink paw print, locket of her hair, a clay paw print and certificate and flowers to plant I was a little overwhelmed. I lost my senior cat and he was so sweet and very kind, I was about to get her Ashe’s back the next day, complete with a claw and ink paw print as well as an urn. Conrad did such an amazing job with the handling of our sweet boy Jack. He is very attentive listens to what you want done and executes really their are no other words. Has plenty of great options for urns ⚱️ to choose from no matter if you want the one that's included in the cremation or want to upgrade for a custom made one you have options. Over all highly recommend coming to him you will be very satisfied with the process and getting your loved one back in a timely manner. They really made it personal and treated me like family. They let me have time to say my final goodbyes to my son’s cat. I was given a book for my kids to color and read about a pet passing. The work Companions Forever does is amazing! They were so comforting during our difficult time. They took such great care of our precious Hailey and allowed us whatever time we needed to be with her in her final moments. Russ had met us at our vet’s clinic prior to her appointment. Russ was so incredibly caring and understanding. We never felt rushed or pressured and he handled everything on our time. We were able to pick up Hailey’s ashes and keepsakes the next day. I only wish I would have used them for the entire process. This is an amazing place offering a wonderful service.

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. They were so caring and understanding. Kind and warm and exactly what we needed at such a trying time. We contacted them about in home euthanasia as well as cremation. The Vet (dr sam) that came out was so incredibly nice and patient. He helped guide us through our big girls final moments. He provided us time to grieve and say our goodbyes and gently helped us move on. It is a special person to do what they do and be sensitive in that time, and every person we came into contact with was that special kind of person.

There are no words to adequately describe how much Russ helped us through one of the worst days of our lives. When our 15 year old dog, Dakota, passed away peacefully in my arms at our home I was an emotional wreck. I called Russ shortly after Dakota cried and through my sobs Russ was able to understand my words, that in itself was impressive. He told us to take our time and he would meet us at Companions Forever when we were ready.When we arrived we were shown to a private room where we were able to be with Dakota and say our final goodbyes.The metal charm that was with Dakota the entire time, the plaster paw print, the ink paw print, and the bit of hair were all things I did not think of, but Russ did. These keepsakes mean so much to us and we are so thankful.We had our 1 and 4 year old with us as we said goodbye to our sweet boy. Russ was so good with them and gave our 4 year old a special coloring book to help her process her grief.Knowing Dakota was treated with respect and dignity the entire process was so comforting. Less than 24 hour after Dakota passed over the rainbow bridge, we were able to pick up his ashes.Russ printed the picture of Dakota we sent in and did his paw print on it. Not only did he make one for us, but he also made an extra for our four year old.On what was one of the hardest days of our lives we were comforted and treated with so much compassion by Companions Forever.Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet boy!

I highly recommend Companions. My cat Lulu passed away unexpectedly overnight and we were able to bring him in the morning shortly after he had been discovered. Marc was very compassionate and offered us all the time to be with Lulu. I thought the comfort room was well set up and was welcoming given the situation. He moved Lulu gently from the travel cage, placed him in a basket with a blanket. It helped my heart knowing that Lulu was in such caring hands. They offer you to be involved with getting the paw print and the memorial card with the paw print, picture that I had sent, and the tuff of hair (which they made sure to get both the white and black fur) really make it all special. When I went to pick up Lulu's ashes, I was expecting to just pick up them up and leve. Marc sat down with me and showed me each item that was in the bag. Flower seeds were given to me as well to plant in Lulu's memory which will be planted in the spring at one of my favorite places to be. I will be using Companions again when the time comes and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I am in tears every time I think about losing my beloved pit bull Angus just days before his 11th birthday. He was always so healthy and active, it was hell to see him age 10 yrs in a matter of 3 months from cancer and just wither away. He was the most amazing dog, always was the best companion to me, my wife and the kids. Russ and his vet were there for us when the time came to make the very hard decision to end his suffering and let him go. They were very compassionate and had no problem putting up with a blubbering middle aged couple, did a very good job of not making this like bringing him to the cold steel table of the vet and honoring his life which he very much deserved. Russ is a dog person and understood that it was the same devastation as losing one of our children. He explained the process with compassion and did not try to sell us the extras in his office, he completely left it up to us to ask. It has been almost a month and the grief has not subsided at all, but so good to know we were able to honor him this way and not have him cremated with other animals to be shipped to us later. We also had the option to bring his body home with us to bury but chose cremation as the cost was not very high. Thank you Russ for treating him as the human he was to us, there's nobody doing work like this and I hope the local vets give you their support. My beautiful Angus, I know you're up there catching pheasants out of the sky, chasing things and swimming across a lake. I know we will be together again one day.

I highly recommend Companions Forever. Marc and the whole team were wonderful - compassionate and helpful. They called me on a Sunday afternoon shortly after I filled out their website form. They worked with their vets that afternoon to set up an appointment for Monday morning. They helped my cat pass on from her cancer and gave me time to say goodbye without any pressure or rush in a calm homelike setting. They showed great care to both me and my cat. Highly recommend companions forever. My daughter lost her beloved 8 year old guinea pig and we were able to get her in and she was ready a couple hours later. Having to say goodbye to our sweet girl Ginger last week was absolutely devastating. From the moment I called and talked to Russ I felt taken care of. The compassion in his voice made me know I had called the right place. They got us in with a one day short notice.Talking to Mark before we went to the Comfort Room totally put our concerns at ease. Ginger was also very comfortable when we entered the building. Normally she would have anxiety when going to the vet, but she was allowed to roam about the building freely while Mark discussed what to expect and answered our questions.I can't say enough about how peaceful her passing was. The vet was amazing and had exactly the right words during such a difficult time. We were able to take our time with our goodbye- not only before she passed, but also after. They respected our privacy and we never felt rushed. I loved the "extras" with the paw print, picture, poem and comfort coin when she was cremated. We were also very pleased to be able to take her cremains back with us the same evening. Their communication that evening was top notch.We recommend 110% and will be using their services in the future. Thanks Companions Forever for helping us navigate such a sad time.

This is the second consecutive time I have used Companions Forever, and will definitely continue to have them provide services as I require them. Conrad is genuinely compassionate, and actively listened to my story, and the history of my cat Muntz and his medical situation. He not only offered his reassurance that I had made the proper decision to euthanize my pet, but he also explained the reasoning why my choice was correct. It really helped calm my mind, and gave me satisfaction that I had done the right thing. The cremation urn and color photo of my cat, along with a paw print and hair clipping were all done with extreme professionalism, and I now have the perfect keepsake that will serve as a memorial and memory of the wonderful loving life that Muntz lived. I wholeheartedly recommend CFPCS for anyone seeking such services.

One of the best decisions i have ever made in my life.My Ernie, the best friend i have ever had, was a rescue, and he rescued me. He saved my life and changed my cold jaded heart. He got me through the toughest breakup, the loss of a close friend, the illness and then passing of my mother, and brother being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. The joy, companionship, laughter, peace and love this little dog brought me is beyond measure. He deserved nothing less than the gentle loving respect of bringing him to COMPANIONS FOREVER. I had promised him i would be with him to the very end, and they allowed me that. The very end. Being greeted by kind caring faces, led to a private comfortable room and placing my Ernie on a table. It was as beautiful as any place a person might be brought to. I first picked out the urn i wanted, then i was allowed to do the fur clipping myself, and then i was allowed to do my Ernie's Foot print. ( i picked the foot where he had had a toe removed from Cancer. i chose that foot as a reminder of one of the many sacrifices Ernie went through to stay longer on this earth to care for me.) I was given time alone and then even allowed to bring my Ernie back to the cremation room, myself, the very last minute. I got to keep my promise to him.Also, placing a special medallion around his foot that would go through the process with my Ernie. A beautiful poster as well. They had the photo memorial all ready when i arrived. My Ernie deserved this.... but also, I deserved this. To know i was able to give my boy such a respectful memorial,... i have no regrets, other than wishing i had known about COMPANIONS FOREVER before. When it comes to cost, no price would have mattered, but you would be amazed and happy to know it was not very much. From what i received from other cremations for other furbabies elsewhere, the little bit of difference was well worth it, and worth the drive. Very affordable. Also, they made themselves avail at a time that worked best. So kind. I cant say thank you enough. this was honestly the hardest, saddest day of my life- i miss my Ernie so much, beyond words, and my heart aches more than any other loss in my life... but the kindness, respect and care i received from COMPANIONS FOREVER will always be appreciated and i cant recommend them enough. Thank you, THANK YOU.and to my Ernie, ill see you again one day, all my love, forever.

We lost our sweet guinea pig Cocoa yesterday. I reached out to Companions Forever and was immediately moved by Conrad's compassion and professionalism. We had our sweet girl cremated and home to us within 4 hours the same day 💕 They allow you time to share stories and say goodbye, as well as offer many beautiful keepsake options. When I found out that my dog had cancer and little time left, I heard from a family friend about Companions Forever and knew that when the time came that I wanted to utilize their services. Unfortunately my little guy passed in his sleep and I woke up at 3am in a panic not knowing what to do next. I remembered that on Companions Forever’s website it said they were open 24 hours so I called a blubbering mess. Russ was so patient, helpful, and understanding. He explained the next steps and when I expressed concerns about checking my dog to make sure he was gone he directed us to blue pearl where they confirmed the horrible news and Russ then met us at the Companions Forever location at 3:30 in the morning. Not only was he so kind and showed such care towards my Theo he took his time and made sure I was comfortable with all my choices. I then had time to say goodbye in a comfortable room to my best friend. The only two things I would say to someone in this position is 1. I could not recommend Companions Forever more highly, I got Theo’s ashes back later that same day and 2. When saying goodbye to your pet remember that this will be your last time seeing them in person and to take your time, in the shock of everything my only regret is that I didn’t just breathe and take more time to say goodbye, which is my own mistake. Russ didn’t put any pressure on us to rush or anything like that even considering the time of day. He even overheard us talking about one of the poems they have on the wall while he was preparing things and gave me a copy. Overall Russ and Companions Forever made a horrible experience much more bearable and I am forever grateful to his compassion and the care he showed to my family and Theo.

We made the difficult decision to bring our dog Jane to Companions Forever. Russ walked us through the whole process and allowed us all the time we needed. The last moments we had with Jane in the comfort room were priceless. The vet patiently answered my questions and walked me through the process. The empathy and service that was provided, was top notch! I was able to go get Jane's urn and bring her home that same evening. It meant so much to me to have her home so fast. I know that there will come another time when we need to make the same decision with our other pets. We will be definitely be returning to Companions Forever.

I can’t put into words how thankful I am to have found Companions Forever during a google search. Our dog Lucy was 11 and it was time to let her rest. From the first phone call to Russ, I could tell he truly cares about animals and families who grieve the loss of them. Our family of 5 was only available to be all together on a Sunday and they accommodated us right away. The building is cozy and welcoming instead of sterile and scary. They were patient with us as we said goodbye to our girl. The Dr. was so kind and gentle with her and even took the time to have a talk with our 8 year old about grief and sadness. I wanted to take her home the same day but didn’t think that would even be possible. Within a couple hours Russ called to say our girl was “ready to head home.” Our dog was treated with respect and dignity from start to finish. The extra touches provided along with the services are so special. The printed picture, ink paw print, and metal trinkets to keep are priceless to us. One of the worst days ever for us was a little easier because of Companions Forever’s help. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet to have the best care for their end of life journey.

I called Companions Forever right after my 4 yr old cat passed away. The person (I assume it was Russ) was very compassionate and patient with me. He explained the cost, what was included and that they only cremate 1 pet at a time so I was ensured to only get my pet back. The cost threw me a bit and I explained that I had no intention on looking elsewhere I just needed to have time to process. The Gentleman was understanding and told me to fill out the form online and send a photo and then call when I was ready.When we brought my Gibby in on Sunday, Russ was there waiting for us. He again explained the process and what was included. He then got Gibby ready to be viewed one last time.Russ told us if we wanted to wait around in town he would call when she was ready to be brought home.My Gibby now sits on a shelf above her beloved TV cable box.I rate Companions Forever 5 stars because of the compassion and the dedication they showed just in the few minutes I was in the office with them.

I highly recommend Companions Forever. Marc and the whole team were wonderful - compassionate and helpful. They called me on a Sunday afternoon shortly after I filled out their website form. They worked with their vets that afternoon to set up an appointment for Monday morning. Highly recommend companions forever. My daughter lost her beloved 8 year old guinea pig and we were able to get her in and she was ready a couple hours later. They allow you time to say goodbye in a very quiet comforting environment. They have lots of options for things you can get your pet which give you a sense of peace knowing they are still with you. Having to say goodbye to our sweet girl Ginger last week was absolutely devastating. From the moment I called and talked to Russ I felt taken care of. The compassion in his voice made me know I had called the right place. They got us in with a one day short notice.Talking to Mark before we went to the Comfort Room totally put our concerns at ease. Ginger was also very comfortable when we entered the building. Normally she would have anxiety when going to the vet, but she was allowed to roam about the building freely while Mark discussed what to expect and answered our questions.I can't say enough about how peaceful her passing was. The vet was amazing and had exactly the right words during such a difficult time. We were able to take our time with our goodbye- not only before she passed, but also after. They respected our privacy and we never felt rushed. I loved the "extras" with the paw print, picture, poem and comfort coin when she was cremated. We were also very pleased to be able to take her cremains back with us the same evening. Their communication that evening was top notch.We recommend 110% and will be using their services in the future. Thanks Companions Forever for helping us navigate such a sad time.

There simply are no words great enough to express how amazing Companions Forever Pet Cremation is. After loosing my best-est little bunny of 6 years, Russ was at the call right away to help. He walked me through everything I needed to know and included an adorable nose print, trim of hair, certificate, and a personal photo, and a perfect size urn of the bunny I lost. We dropped off and brought home my little guy 2 hours apart and happy to bring my baby home. They really go the extra mile to make sure your fur-baby is in compassionate hands until home again.

We lost our cat this morning and we were searching for a place like this. Very friendly, as well as professional. They truly treat your pet as part of the family with the utmost respect. We were able to have a private viewing with just our family to say our goodbyes. They have a variety of options for you to choose from on how you want your pet to be remembered. Losing a pet is a tragic, heart-breaking time in your life. Russ at Companions Forever was extremely compassionate. My pet passed away at home so I did not need their euthanasia services. Our basset hound, Blu, unexpectedly became ill on Christmas. I reached out to Companions Forever Pet Cremation on Christmas day and received a response within minutes. They were able to get us in the following day, Sunday, when every other place was closed. They walked me through the process, options, etc so I knew what to expect. I have never had to arrange putting a dog down before so I had probably unrealistic expectations, but they exceeded every single one of them. The facility was clean and cozy, the staff was genuine and truly cared about our dog. The vet explained everything he was doing throughout the process and took the time to remind me to grieve, whatever that looks like. I would recommend them to anyone needing to say goodbye to their furry best friend, they are phenomenal and truly care about your pet and you. I took him in at 12:45pm and brought him back home around 3:30pm with his picture, clay paw print, urn, and some of his hair clippings. When we found out that our dog Riley had cancer and not much time with us, we contacted Russ about preparations. He stepped us through the process using their comfort room. We chose to let our buddy go in the comfort of his home, so Russ stepped us through what we would need to do when the time came. He sent us the forms to fill out ahead of time, so it was one less thing to think about. Riley woke up one morning and we knew that the time had come. We contacted Russ and he set up the time with the vet (who happened to be the vet Riley had seen for his 15 years) to come to our home that evening. Dr. Glenn and Russ were both very supportive, compassionate and caring through the whole process. He was carried out of our house in a blanket lined basket which made him look like he was just sleeping. We were able to pick up Riley's ashes, in a beautiful carved wooden box, the next morning along with the picture, paw prints and tuffs of fur in a very nice gift bag. Russ even gave our daughter, who is a teacher, a coloring book about the death of a pet to share with any of her students going through the same thing.It was a hard process to go through, but Russ made it a lot easier. I sent a message to the number listed at 5:00 AM on a Sunday morning and received an immediate response from one of the owners, Russ. It has been a little over a month since we said good bye to our Hali. Thank you to Russ. We unfortunately knew the time was coming, and Russ spoke with me several times before we made the painful decision. Russ was able to coordinate with a vet on pretty short notice on a Sunday afternoon. We were allowed as much time as we needed with Hali. While the process, and the thoughts that go with it, are uncomfortable and difficult, Russ was extremely patient and thoughtful throughout. My husband and I lost our ten year old GSP very suddenly on a Sunday. We were completely heartbroken and torn that day. Not knowing what to do in those moments, it was suggested that we get ahold of Companions Forever. Russ was very compassionate, helpful, and caring in our family’s time of grief. He met us at Companions Forever in the middle of the day on a Sunday. He was very empathetic and walked us through what would be happening. The comfort room was private, peaceful, and allowed us time to say our final goodbye to our girl. This is the second consecutive time I have used Companions Forever, and will definitely continue to have them provide services as I require them. Conrad is genuinely compassionate, and actively listened to my story, and the history of my cat Muntz and his medical situation. He not only offered his reassurance that I had made the proper decision to euthanize my pet, but he also explained the reasoning why my choice was correct. When I found out that my dog had cancer and little time left, I heard from a family friend about Companions Forever and knew that when the time came that I wanted to utilize their services. Unfortunately my little guy passed in his sleep and I woke up at 3am in a panic not knowing what to do next. I remembered that on Companions Forever’s website it said they were open 24 hours so I called a blubbering mess. Russ was so patient, helpful, and understanding. He explained the next steps and when I expressed concerns about checking my dog to make sure he was gone he directed us to blue pearl where they confirmed the horrible news and Russ then met us at the Companions Forever location at 3:30 in the morning. Not only was he so kind and showed such care towards my Theo he took his time and made sure I was comfortable with all my choices. I then had time to say goodbye in a comfortable room to my best friend. The only two things I would say to someone in this position is 1. I could not recommend Companions Forever more highly, I got Theo’s ashes back later that same day and 2. When saying goodbye to your pet remember that this will be your last time seeing them in person and to take your time, in the shock of everything my only regret is that I didn’t just breathe and take more time to say goodbye, which is my own mistake. Russ didn’t put any pressure on us to rush or anything like that even considering the time of day. He even overheard us talking about one of the poems they have on the wall while he was preparing things and gave me a copy. Overall Russ and Companions Forever made a horrible experience much more bearable and I am forever grateful to his compassion and the care he showed to my family and Theo.

We made the difficult decision to bring our dog Jane to Companions Forever. Russ walked us through the whole process and allowed us all the time we needed. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to have found Companions Forever during a google search. Our dog Lucy was 11 and it was time to let her rest. From the first phone call to Russ, I could tell he truly cares about animals and families who grieve the loss of them. Our family of 5 was only available to be all together on a Sunday and they accommodated us right away. The building is cozy and welcoming instead of sterile and scary. They were patient with us as we said goodbye to our girl. The Dr. was so kind and gentle with her and even took the time to have a talk with our 8 year old about grief and sadness. I wanted to take her home the same day but didn’t think that would even be possible. Within a couple hours Russ called to say our girl was “ready to head home.” Our dog was treated with respect and dignity from start to finish. The extra touches provided along with the services are so special. The printed picture, ink paw print, and metal trinkets to keep are priceless to us. One of the worst days ever for us was a little easier because of Companions Forever’s help. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet to have the best care for their end of life journey.

I called Companions Forever right after my 4 yr old cat passed away. The person (I assume it was Russ) was very compassionate and patient with me. He explained the cost, what was included and that they only cremate 1 pet at a time so I was ensured to only get my pet back. The cost threw me a bit and I explained that I had no intention on looking elsewhere I just needed to have time to process. The Gentleman was understanding and told me to fill out the form online and send a photo and then call when I was ready.When we brought my Gibby in on Sunday, Russ was there waiting for us. He again explained the process and what was included. He then got Gibby ready to be viewed one last time.Russ told us if we wanted to wait around in town he would call when she was ready to be brought home.My Gibby now sits on a shelf above her beloved TV cable box.I rate Companions Forever 5 stars because of the compassion and the dedication they showed just in the few minutes I was in the office with them.

Today, I had my baby, Cassie, euthanized and cremated. I spent 4 days distraught and worried. Companions Forever really helped through the process. If your animal is your world, I 100% recommend Companions Forever. Russ kept in good contact with me about what it is wanted and I got 100% what I wanted, actually, even more than that. Their comfort room made the whole experience extremely personal, and I feel very good about how I sent my girl off. After a rapid decline in my much loved Henry (dog), in a matter of hours, we were able to secure an appointment through Russ in a very expedited manner. When we arrived at the appointed time, we were met by Marc who greeted us in a very professional manner, and we took care of the paperwork, before the time came to help Laura's dog cross the Rainbow Bridge.He assured us Henry would be cremated individually and promptly. This was very reassuring, that Henry would be back at home soon. We were assured a few personal mementos that were taken care of prior to cremation, such as a fur trimming keepsake, a paw print and a favorite picture put in a memory photo which we can frame. Also a cremation certificate validating that the cremains were our Henry.I truly appreciate this service that is practically in our backyard, I thank Marc, Russ, and the whole staff at Companions Forever. After losing my previous furbaby and thinking I did the right thing by having a vet come to my house only to have a horrible experience and continue to carry the guilt. A Coworker told me about her experience here. I had to let my little Tilly past over the Rainbow Bridge on Monday and I was able to pick her ashes the next day. Everything I received from them exceeded my expectations - not just a velvet bag or cardboard box. Very compassionate people. Unfortunately, we have lost all three of our beloved dogs in less than 4 months. Our first dog passed away at the emergency vet clinic and we decided to have her cremated and having met Russ at the Tri County Humane Society dog walk several years ago we called on him for help at 5:00 in the morning on a Sunday. Russ was there for us. We were devastated and he was very compassionate and allowed us to take all the time we needed with our Zoey. Sadly, we had another dog that was battling cancer and needed to call again on a Sunday 3 months later. We needed a vet this time and he arranged everything. The entire process went smoothly and made us feel as comfortable as we could under the circumstances. We thought we wouldn't need to see Russ again for awhile but that is not the plan Bella had. She fell ill a week after Candy passed away and for the third time Russ was called upon. Each time we were treated with compassion. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. If you ever are in this difficult position please don't hesitate to use this company. They are available any time of the day and made us feel completely at ease.

Russ was extremely compassionate and helpful in our unexpected passing of our first dog. He gave us coloring books to help the kids grieve without us asking. He also came to our home to get our dog, which was a God send being that we have 4 young children. I could not recommend this company more for this service. Words can’t describe how great the service at Companions Forever is. We unfortunately had to say good by to our Bulldog of 13 years, my wife and I were at the ER at 10 pm on a Thursday with him when we had to make the difficult decision. We called CF not knowing what to do, after speaking with Russ about our options for our Tiger he was at the ER within 20 minutes. Russ took Tiger peacefully to their facility where we got to sit with Tiger in the comfort room and we had all the time we needed to say goodbye. Russ explained the process to us. Within 12 hrs we got to bring Tigers ashes home in a beautiful urn, with a clip of his hair, photos we picked out, some paw prints, and other mementos, all knowing Tiger was treated with respect and care that he deserved. I can’t say Thank You enough to Russ, Mark, and the whole CF staff for their professional service. Thank You for guidance, kind words, and professionalism in these difficult days.

My brother lost his best friend last night at 12:30 am. He was heartbroken. We brought her in and they were beyond amazing. They treated her with so much respect and talked with us every step of the way making the process easier. I can't say enough about our experience but I do know we definitely made the right decision coming here. We miss her already. Side note... I couldn't believe what we all received from them as memorizing our pet. The price was reasonable and the quality of the box and the photos were way beyond what we expected. They also send her to god with a medal token that you receive back when the process is done so u always have a piece of your pet with you. The staff at Companions Forever are doing what they were meant to do. Compassionate, professional, kind, understanding, I could go on and on. It's one of those things no one likes to talk about, but I know for sure, they are the only place I would consider in the future and the only place I will recommend for family and friends. When I found out my cat was sick, I wanted to be as prepared as I could for the day when he would pass away. Something that was extremely important to me was that he be cremated alone. He was a very big part of my life, and I wanted to make sure he stayed with me forever, just him. Finding a pet crematorium that would do this was very hard. I did a lot of research and found very few places that guaranteed my cat would be alone in the chamber. However, Companions Forever provides this service and I'm very grateful they do. Companions forever pet cremation services was amazing our wonderful dog nilla unexpected passed away on a Saturday afternoon and Russ was able to get her in at 9am on Sunday and had her ready on Sunday evening and all the little keepsakes they do I would have never thought of. they really do try to make it as close to a "human" funeral as possible and it makes a world of difference knowing our loved family member was treated so kindly and with dignity not just put with a bunch of others and hope you got the right dog. And my kids got sent home coloring books to help with the grieving process. We miss our beautiful baby but so great full that we found companions forever to take care of everything and bring her back to us in a new life.

Companions Forever Pet Cremation Is the place that I will always use if I have to bring my family pet again. God for bid we lose one of our furry friends again anytime soon but it is inevitable eventually and when that time comes there’s no better place than this one! They are reasonable, compassionate, they go out of their way to do things the way you want them to the best of their ability! Russ is so kind and I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody! I highly recommend companions forever pet cremation service! Russ is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He genuinely cares. It is not just about money and that is obvious. Our needs were important to him and our feelings were important!! He went above and beyond in every way he possibly could have and then some! I would use him for every pet that I will ever own in the future. I cannot say enough good about them and I highly recommend them to anybody thinking about cremation for their pet. In a time of loss it's important that we are treated with compassion and caring and tenderness and that is exactly what we got. The Price is very reasonable and includes a beautiful wooden earn with your pet's picture and dates on it. There are other things that you can purchase that are really special and reasonable. They made things easy for us on such a difficult day. Russ went above and beyond to take care of our sweet baby Winter so we could bring her ashes back home quickly. The urn is beautiful and they assure that you are only getting your own pet back. I felt comfortable and there was no sales pressure during the process. There simply are no words great enough to express how amazing Companions Forever Pet Cremation is. After loosing my best-est little bunny of 6 years, Russ was at the call right away to help. He walked me through everything I needed to know and included an adorable nose print, trim of hair, certificate, and a personal photo, and a perfect size urn of the bunny I lost. We dropped off and brought home my little guy 2 hours apart and happy to bring my baby home. They really go the extra mile to make sure your fur-baby is in compassionate hands until home again.

We lost our cat this morning and we were searching for a place like this. Very friendly, as well as professional. They truly treat your pet as part of the family with the utmost respect. We were able to have a private viewing with just our family to say our goodbyes. They have a variety of options for you to choose from on how you want your pet to be remembered. However, I brought my pet in at 4:45 and by 6:00 had her back. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I was impressed with how personal the experience was, it was not cold and clinical. Our basset hound, Blu, unexpectedly became ill on Christmas. I reached out to Companions Forever Pet Cremation on Christmas day and received a response within minutes. They were able to get us in the following day, Sunday, when every other place was closed. They walked me through the process, options, etc so I knew what to expect. I have never had to arrange putting a dog down before so I had probably unrealistic expectations, but they exceeded every single one of them. The facility was clean and cozy, the staff was genuine and truly cared about our dog. The vet explained everything he was doing throughout the process and took the time to remind me to grieve, whatever that looks like. I would recommend them to anyone needing to say goodbye to their furry best friend, they are phenomenal and truly care about your pet and you. I took him in at 12:45pm and brought him back home around 3:30pm with his picture, clay paw print, urn, and some of his hair clippings. When we found out that our dog Riley had cancer and not much time with us, we contacted Russ about preparations. He stepped us through the process using their comfort room. We chose to let our buddy go in the comfort of his home, so Russ stepped us through what we would need to do when the time came. He sent us the forms to fill out ahead of time, so it was one less thing to think about. Riley woke up one morning and we knew that the time had come. We contacted Russ and he set up the time with the vet (who happened to be the vet Riley had seen for his 15 years) to come to our home that evening. Dr. Glenn and Russ were both very supportive, compassionate and caring through the whole process. He was carried out of our house in a blanket lined basket which made him look like he was just sleeping. We were able to pick up Riley's ashes, in a beautiful carved wooden box, the next morning along with the picture, paw prints and tuffs of fur in a very nice gift bag. Russ even gave our daughter, who is a teacher, a coloring book about the death of a pet to share with any of her students going through the same thing.It was a hard process to go through, but Russ made it a lot easier. It’s always a tough decision to know when it’s time to let our fur babies go. I was up most of night and found Companions Forever on a Google search. I sent a message to the number listed at 5:00 AM on a Sunday morning and received an immediate response from one of the owners, Russ. Wow was that a comfort to hear his words of encouragement and wisdom.This is the place to take your pet for compassion and kindness. The veterinarian was so kind and gentle. Not only to our beloved dog, but to all of us. It has been a little over a month since we said good bye to our Hali. Thank you to Russ. We unfortunately knew the time was coming, and Russ spoke with me several times before we made the painful decision. Russ was able to coordinate with a vet on pretty short notice on a Sunday afternoon. We were allowed as much time as we needed with Hali. While the process, and the thoughts that go with it, are uncomfortable and difficult, Russ was extremely patient and thoughtful throughout. This is not something that any pet owner wants to do, and I want to thank Russ for making a very emotional time as smooth and professional as he could. My husband and I lost our ten year old GSP very suddenly on a Sunday. We were completely heartbroken and torn that day. Not knowing what to do in those moments, it was suggested that we get ahold of Companions Forever. Russ was very compassionate, helpful, and caring in our family’s time of grief. He met us at Companions Forever in the middle of the day on a Sunday. He was very empathetic and walked us through what would be happening. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy, but the team at Companions Forever was a tremendous help. One of our dogs just passed away at home in the very early morning hours, and CF was there at 3 a.m. to answer our call and walk us through the process. Today, I had my baby, Cassie, euthanized and cremated. I spent 4 days distraught and worried. Companions Forever really helped through the process. If your animal is your world, I 100% recommend Companions Forever. Russ kept in good contact with me about what it is wanted and I got 100% what I wanted, actually, even more than that. After a rapid decline in my much loved Henry (dog), in a matter of hours, we were able to secure an appointment through Russ in a very expedited manner. When we arrived at the appointed time, we were met by Marc who greeted us in a very professional manner, and we took care of the paperwork, before the time came to help Laura's dog cross the Rainbow Bridge.He assured us Henry would be cremated individually and promptly. This was very reassuring, that Henry would be back at home soon. We were assured a few personal mementos that were taken care of prior to cremation, such as a fur trimming keepsake, a paw print and a favorite picture put in a memory photo which we can frame. Also a cremation certificate validating that the cremains were our Henry.I truly appreciate this service that is practically in our backyard, I thank Marc, Russ, and the whole staff at Companions Forever. If I could give more stars I would have. After losing my previous furbaby and thinking I did the right thing by having a vet come to my house only to have a horrible experience and continue to carry the guilt. A Coworker told me about her experience here. I had to let my little Tilly past over the Rainbow Bridge on Monday and I was able to pick her ashes the next day. Everything I received from them exceeded my expectations - not just a velvet bag or cardboard box. Very compassionate people. Unfortunately, we have lost all three of our beloved dogs in less than 4 months. Our first dog passed away at the emergency vet clinic and we decided to have her cremated and having met Russ at the Tri County Humane Society dog walk several years ago we called on him for help at 5:00 in the morning on a Sunday. Russ was there for us. We were devastated and he was very compassionate and allowed us to take all the time we needed with our Zoey. Sadly, we had another dog that was battling cancer and needed to call again on a Sunday 3 months later. We needed a vet this time and he arranged everything. The entire process went smoothly and made us feel as comfortable as we could under the circumstances. We thought we wouldn't need to see Russ again for awhile but that is not the plan Bella had. She fell ill a week after Candy passed away and for the third time Russ was called upon. Each time we were treated with compassion. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. If you ever are in this difficult position please don't hesitate to use this company. They are available any time of the day and made us feel completely at ease.

Russ was extremely compassionate and helpful in our unexpected passing of our first dog. He gave us coloring books to help the kids grieve without us asking. He also came to our home to get our dog, which was a God send being that we have 4 young children. I could not recommend this company more for this service. Thank you so much Russ for making the most difficult day much easier when we lost our dear sweet 13 year old Black Lab Henry. We were able to bring him in within a hour of passing away on a Friday night and had him back home with us by 400 the next afternoon. I can’t recommend and thank Companions Forever enough! They are wonderful. I worked with Marc and he made a terribly hard decision a little easier. The service we received was thoughtful, precise, comforting, and sentimental! Not to mention fast... we got our sweet girl’s ashes back within 24 hours. I love that they ONLY do private cremation, so you don’t have to wonder who/what ashes you actually take home. I had a terrible experience with another company (Heavenly Paws cremation) where they mixed our dog in with multiple others against our wishes. Marc and his team were extremely professional and comforting in a very difficult time. I suddenly lost my 10 year old Bernese Mountain Dog and called Companions Forever on recommendation from my vet. Marc made a special trip at 8 pm to my home to pick up my pup. He asked for a picture of my dog and made a beautiful card with his paw print, as well as clippings from his fur and a clay pressing of his paw. The comfort coin will be on my keychain forever and is a treasured reminder of my sweet Louie. Our beloved Husky Max took a turn for the worse at the end of June. I called Compaions in the morning, and had everything scheduled quickly. The Vet staff was top notch and very professional. Words can’t describe how great the service at Companions Forever is. We unfortunately had to say good by to our Bulldog of 13 years, my wife and I were at the ER at 10 pm on a Thursday with him when we had to make the difficult decision. We called CF not knowing what to do, after speaking with Russ about our options for our Tiger he was at the ER within 20 minutes. Russ took Tiger peacefully to their facility where we got to sit with Tiger in the comfort room and we had all the time we needed to say goodbye. Russ explained the process to us. Within 12 hrs we got to bring Tigers ashes home in a beautiful urn, with a clip of his hair, photos we picked out, some paw prints, and other mementos, all knowing Tiger was treated with respect and care that he deserved. I can’t say Thank You enough to Russ, Mark, and the whole CF staff for their professional service. Thank You for guidance, kind words, and professionalism in these difficult days.

My brother lost his best friend last night at 12:30 am. He was heartbroken. We brought her in and they were beyond amazing. They treated her with so much respect and talked with us every step of the way making the process easier. I can't say enough about our experience but I do know we definitely made the right decision coming here. We miss her already. Side note... The staff at Companions Forever are doing what they were meant to do. Compassionate, professional, kind, understanding, I could go on and on. It's one of those things no one likes to talk about, but I know for sure, they are the only place I would consider in the future and the only place I will recommend for family and friends. When I found out my cat was sick, I wanted to be as prepared as I could for the day when he would pass away. Something that was extremely important to me was that he be cremated alone. He was a very big part of my life, and I wanted to make sure he stayed with me forever, just him. Finding a pet crematorium that would do this was very hard. I did a lot of research and found very few places that guaranteed my cat would be alone in the chamber. However, Companions Forever provides this service and I'm very grateful they do. The team did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me. From my initial drop off until I was able to bring him home (only 5 hours later), I always knew where my cat was. I feel he was in caring hands. His passing was very difficult for me, but I am so very appreciative of Companions Forever and the very important service they provide.

I appreciated that I could arrange for my dog to be euthanized at my home. In the circumstances, she would have had discomfort getting into my vehicle. It was such a relief knowing they would come to us. The veterinarian was personable, compassionate and offered grief support to my family during a very difficult time and decision. From the very first phone call to Marc to walking out the door with our pup, Marc was incredibly kind and compassionate. Our teenage daughter lost her 8 month old puppy unexpectedly to a car accident. Amazing service from the gentlemen at Companions Forever. I don’t usually do reviews, but these guys deserve 10 stars. Last January our 14 year old Boxer Chance got really sick overnight and we had to get him euthanized. It was a very hard time for the 6 of us. Russ and Dr. Glenn Nielsen were caring and nice. They helped us through the hard time and explained the whole process of euthanasia and cremation. Russ was nice and very helpful. He explained the cremation process. We loved the comfort room. It’s so comfortable for us and the pets in their last moments. It has seats for humans, and very comfortable beds for the pets to lay and relax on. We love the pictures we get of our pets, it has your favorite picture, a hair clipping, and a paw print. We got some of these special tokens that go on the pet after they pass and stay with them through the cremation. We also got a very nice clay paw print. It’s very nice and good quality. It’s so nice to have all of those things after they passed away, because they are family. Dr. Nielsen was very nice and explained everything that was going to happen and how he wouldn’t feel a thing. He was very compassionate and actually cared. You could hear it in his voice that he was going to very too while he was telling us about the grieving process. It was very nice of him to take time and talk to us. We also like the fact that you can text Russ, because when your upset it’s hard to talk without being upset. Our experience was amazing and everything was so nice. Everyone was so caring and kind. It’s worth the money and even the drive! You know that you actually get your pets remains back and they actually care about them. We went back to get our Bella Cremated because it was so nice. Thank you so much Russ and Dr. Nielsen

I chose Companions Forever because I liked what I saw on their website. I had called and talked to them before we went to the vet because we wanted to know our options. Unfortunately, we needed to put our beloved pet down. When I called Companions Forever I was hysterical and crying; all I could get out was my name and where we were. They were at the vet in 15 minutes of my call. They gave us the option of going with our pet back to their business so we could be with him for as long as we needed. Companions Forever transported our pet to their business, cremated him, and we got him back that same day. I felt like they were extremely sincere and could feel our pain. They handled our pet as if he were still alive. We paid $190 for the cremation and $40 for each urn. I feel like that's a small price to pay to ensure that our beloved pet will be with us always. I highly recommend Companions Forever, should you find yourself in need.

Several months ago, when my sweet Spencer started to decline, I began researching companies that might offer private, single cremation. When I had to put my little Maltese down two years prior, I did not know about the bagging/tagging process and the whole experience gave me a lot of anxiety. I found Companions Forever and reached out to them with questions. Russ got back to me immediately and was more than willing to answer any questions I had.On the day that I finally had to put Spencer down, Russ was amazing! Despite it being later in the afternoon and him having another appointment, he was not only able to fit us in but he cremated Spencer while we waited in town so we would not have to come back the next day. In under two hours, my baby was back with me. When we picked him up, we received clay paw prints, a photo with ink paw prints as well as a clipping of hair, two tokens that were put in with Spencer, forget-me-not seeds, two grief coloring books for my kids, and hand lotion. Russ had put Spencer's ashes in a beautiful temporary urn and took them out to show us. While we were gone, he had also washed the blanket Spencer came in with, which I thought was so sweet.While the entire experience was amazing, there are absolutely no words for the experience of their Comfort Room. In this room, we were allowed to spend as much time with our baby as we wanted before we left. Spencer was set up in a basket with a blanket wrapped around him. He looked so peaceful. There was a candle lit and beautiful posters on the wall. It was exactly like the visitations I had with deceased family before a funeral. Spencer was my family and I didn't know how much I would need such a service until I experienced it. While every day is still a struggle, the visitation prior to cremation and receiving Spencer back the same day rather than two weeks later really helped with the grieving process.For those of you who consider your fur babies as family, I highly recommend seeking out the compassionate, reasonably priced services offered by Companions Forever. You will not regret it.

I went with my boyfriend to pick up his dog, his best friend Chico. It was a very soothing, & personal experience. And the price was extremely low. We received exceptional treatment on a very personal level. Immediately entering their facility, I knew the experience was going to be very personal & top notch. The receptionist was very accommodating. We waiting for Russ n a meeting room & within a few minutes, he was there. Russ is an extraordinary man who explained everything to us in detail, leaving us with no questions.We received;- Chico’s ashes in a beautiful wood box- A certificate of cremation stating that Chico was privately cremated, unlike other places where your pet is cremated with other pets-A photo of Chico with a small bag attached with pieces of his hair (they went as far as making sure every color of Chico’s hair was placed in the bag- Chico’s paw print next to his picture- A dog tag with paw print- A matching tag inside the box- A package of Forget Me Not flower seeds- A bottle of non-greasy & odorless hand lotion. The entire package was under $200, very affordable to say the least.They deserve a 10 + star rating but having a zero to five rating system, most definitely a five star. After doing research, & comparing prices, no other facility even came close to Companion Forever, not even close. Our beloved Booboo passed away suddenly this past Sunday ( 7-17-22) and we contacted Companions Forever about 1AM or so, They returned our call and we were able to set up an immediate appointment for that following morning.Russ was more than accommodating. He carefully walked us through the procedure for the cremation and then allowed us time for the last visit with our little girl,Through all of the tears and heartbreak, Russ was more of a friend than a business owner. Very compassionate and understanding of our grief.If and when the time comes for any of our other companions, we will definitely call on them. We put our family dog down on 8/22 and had a horrible experience. The vet was extremely rough with our dog, made very inappropriate comments about her physical condition, was sarcastic and rude throughout the procedure, and had zero compassion for her or our family. Pets are family members and our last memories of her are now tainted by the experience we had. The owner also lets his dog run around, and while I’m glad his pet is healthy, it felt a bit like salt in the wound when we were there to put ours down.EDIT: I see the owner has pointed out that my sister and I were not present. My parents were, and this review came from them. They do not have accounts to leave reviews. We spoke with them immediately after the experience and posted reviews as requested.

I highly recommend companions forever pet cremation service! Russ is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He genuinely cares. It is not just about money and that is obvious. Our needs were important to him and our feelings were important!! He went above and beyond in every way he possibly could have and then some! I would use him for every pet that I will ever own in the future. I cannot say enough good about them and I highly recommend them to anybody thinking about cremation for their pet. In a time of loss it's important that we are treated with compassion and caring and tenderness and that is exactly what we got. The Price is very reasonable and includes a beautiful wooden earn with your pet's picture and dates on it. There are other things that you can purchase that are really special and reasonable. I can’t recommend and thank Companions Forever enough! They are wonderful. I worked with Marc and he made a terribly hard decision a little easier. The service we received was thoughtful, precise, comforting, and sentimental! Not to mention fast... we got our sweet girl’s ashes back within 24 hours. I love that they ONLY do private cremation, so you don’t have to wonder who/what ashes you actually take home. I had a terrible experience with another company (Heavenly Paws cremation) where they mixed our dog in with multiple others against our wishes. Marc and his team were extremely professional and comforting in a very difficult time. I suddenly lost my 10 year old Bernese Mountain Dog and called Companions Forever on recommendation from my vet. Marc made a special trip at 8 pm to my home to pick up my pup. He asked for a picture of my dog and made a beautiful card with his paw print, as well as clippings from his fur and a clay pressing of his paw. The comfort coin will be on my keychain forever and is a treasured reminder of my sweet Louie. Our beloved Husky Max took a turn for the worse at the end of June. I called Compaions in the morning, and had everything scheduled quickly. The Vet staff was top notch and very professional. It's such a hard thing, losing a beloved pet when they cross the Rainbow Bridge.When our pup Penny left us, I was unprepared for the level of grief.The caring team at Companions Forever, brought so much compassion, understanding and kindness into our grief.Companions Forever gracefully endured a phone call with me as I cried and sobbed more than I talked.They met us at the clinic prior to Penny's euthanasia, waited for us as long as we needed and gently removed Penny's body on a wheeled stretcher covered in a blanket to their professional transport van... Not wrapped in plastic, not handled roughly or put in a car trunk.They treated Penny with the gentle respect all pets and their families deserve.Penny's cremation was performed by experienced and caring people.I am confident that her cremation was just Penny alone and that the lovely carved wood box we received is Penny, just Penny, not a mix of other pets.We received her remains (and more kind hugs) in just a few days.Companions Forever saved a bit of Penny's fur and did a final footprint for us on one of our favorite photos of her that they printed.Such a hard time was made a bit softer, a bit kinder and a bit gentler by Companions Forever.I can't recommend them enough

Russ made our very difficult time of having to cremate our puppy (2.5 years old) seem just a little better. He was very nice and helpful. He called and texted off of his personal phone asking for very simple things. It was very personable and comforting knowing our pup was in good hands after her passing. Russ is very fast and gave us our Mia back to us the same day. He gave us a beautiful yern that is included in the package, a picture of Mia with some of her fur and her paw print made with ink, a certificate of her cremation and forever in our hearts flowers. There is a very nice comfort room for when the time comes that we have to send our fur babies somewhere more special. There’s little couches and a rug for a homey feel to ease our stress and also our pets 💕 highly highly recommend cf pet cremation to anyone going through the worst of times as a pet passing away.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just took my cat here. They offer a great service. Russ was so polite and sympathetic to my situation. They are one of only two places in the state that offer TRUE single-pet cremation, meaning it's ONLY your pet during the cremation. For a great price I got her cremation, along with a photo with ink paw prints, a snippet of fur, and a clay mold of her paw prints. They were even kind enough to trim off a few whiskers for me to keep. They are worth the drive to get this kind of service, for this price, and especially for true single pet cremation. I can't thank Marc and Russ enough. They are so kind and compassionate. We had to put down our little Misty. From working at a vet myself in the past, I knew I did not want my dog to sit in a freezer until being cremated. We walked in and she was placed in the comfort room and in a small bassinet type basket. She looked so peaceful and it helped our empty hearts feel whole. Living in town we know their competition and trust me this place does not even compare. Included in the package is forget me not flower seeds, a nice wooden box she is placed in, we also paid extra for the forever coins. These coins you get to place on your pet and they go with them through the process. You then get those coins back to keep with you for forever. No only that, you get peace of mind which is completely worth it. We will be sharing with all our friends and family about this amazing place and the peaceful process.

Our cat Ashley was 23 years old, so it was expected, but she suddenly passed away at 6pm. I called, & we were able to bring her in that night. I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet little dog of 14 1/2 years, my best friend. I am absolutely beyond heartbroken. He was everything to me and lit up my life. I miss him and always will.Knowing that I wanted him to be treated with respect, care, and compassion, after his passing, I researched into who and where I could find those qualities in. I came across the Companions Forever Facebook page and began reading reviews, stories from those who used their services, and their care and compassion in dealing with the passing of a pet. I knew then they were the ones. Last January our 14 year old Boxer Chance got really sick overnight and we had to get him euthanized. It was a very hard time for the 6 of us. Russ and Dr. Glenn Nielsen were caring and nice. They helped us through the hard time and explained the whole process of euthanasia and cremation. Russ was nice and very helpful. He explained the cremation process. We loved the comfort room. It’s so comfortable for us and the pets in their last moments. It has seats for humans, and very comfortable beds for the pets to lay and relax on. We love the pictures we get of our pets, it has your favorite picture, a hair clipping, and a paw print. We got some of these special tokens that go on the pet after they pass and stay with them through the cremation. We also got a very nice clay paw print. It’s very nice and good quality. It’s so nice to have all of those things after they passed away, because they are family. Dr. Nielsen was very nice and explained everything that was going to happen and how he wouldn’t feel a thing. He was very compassionate and actually cared. You could hear it in his voice that he was going to very too while he was telling us about the grieving process. It was very nice of him to take time and talk to us. We also like the fact that you can text Russ, because when your upset it’s hard to talk without being upset. Our experience was amazing and everything was so nice. Everyone was so caring and kind. It’s worth the money and even the drive! You know that you actually get your pets remains back and they actually care about them. We went back to get our Bella Cremated because it was so nice. Thank you so much Russ and Dr. Nielsen

My partner and I lost our 3.5 year old Italian Mastiff Cerberus VERY unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon. We called Russ and he told us to bring him in. We arrived around 4-4:30 and he set him up in the viewing room and gave us time to say goodbye. The amount of caring and compassion from a complete stranger was so helpful. We spoke about the options and decided to include two small tokens to have him cremated with and a clay pawprint. I called and they took care of me and my lab Rosie. She got cancer they have a vet that comes right to your home so it is good for both dog and owner I had called when Rosie was first diagnosed then I called back when she was showing me she was in pain holding her leg up dragging it in the snow. That same day I called them and the vet was able to come over that night both the gentleman from the Companions Forever and the vet came I was able to put Rosie on my bed and hold hear head I am disabled and could not get on the floor with her. The vet was very nice and explained what he was doing he started a Iv and pushed 3 different meds to sedate calm and euthanize. Rosie just relaxed in my hands as I was petting her and drifted of to sleep very peacefully. I shed a few tears had a few moments to finish my goodbyesThen they placed her on a lifting sling carried her out to his car and said he would give me a call next day they do one pet at a time so you get your own pets remains. They provide a nice wooden box a card with a picture of your pet a paw print and some hair I was very appreciative of what they did and how they did itIf you have to put your dog down best place is in there home your home more comfortable for both of you.Thank you again for your professional care of my friend and companion last few momentsDonald

It is never easy to put down a beloved pet and it helps to have those involved be caring and understanding. We had a vet come to our home for the euthanasia. Russ also came so that he could take our pet for cremation. He was gentle with her, professional and when her ashes were ready, we went to pick them up. We were so impressed by the whole operation and Russ in particular. If this is the type of service you need, don't hesitate to hire Russ. You cannot make a better choice.

Putting a family dog down is a moment nobody can ever fathom, they are family. The folks at Companions Forever were unbelievably compassionate and great to deal with. It’s like an actual funeral home for your pet. There’s a comfort room where you can spend some time with your beloved companion and say your good byes. They will even pick up your animal from your home or vet where it has past. Their service was truly 10/10, if you loved your pet they deserve to be cremated at this place! We will never go anywhere else, I wouldn’t recommend any other place but Companions for your pet cremation.

I chose this provider initially simply because they took text messages. We messaged around 7:15 in the morning on a Sunday after discovering our senior cat had passed overnight. They phoned us within 5-15 minutes and were ready to meet as early as 8 am. On a Sunday. In St. Cloud!Their service was thoughtful, empathetic and top-notch. We got the ashes the following day in a lovely wood box with engravings, accompanied by a photo of Professor, a hair clipping, and paw print. They assembled a very nice little gift bag for us to take with us. From first touch to uh, end product? it was clear they had paid a great deal of attention to their customer’s experience, emotionally and in terms of paying attention to details. Losing a pet is never ever easy but when the people who help you through the process genuinely care, it’s very comforting. Thank you Companions Forever.

Writing about my dear cats unexpected death & cremation is heartbreakingHowever, my heart was so comforted by the staff at Companions Forever, they answered at 5:30sm on a Saturday morning and made us feel so cared about and comfortable saying our last goodbyes to my dear sweet cat Flame. We put our family dog down on 8/22 and had a horrible experience. The vet was extremely rough with our dog, made very inappropriate comments about her physical condition, was sarcastic and rude throughout the procedure, and had zero compassion for her or our family. Pets are family members and our last memories of her are now tainted by the experience we had. The owner also lets his dog run around, and while I’m glad his pet is healthy, it felt a bit like salt in the wound when we were there to put ours down.EDIT: I see the owner has pointed out that my sister and I were not present. My parents were, and this review came from them. They do not have accounts to leave reviews. We spoke with them immediately after the experience and posted reviews as requested.

It's such a hard thing, losing a beloved pet when they cross the Rainbow Bridge.When our pup Penny left us, I was unprepared for the level of grief.The caring team at Companions Forever, brought so much compassion, understanding and kindness into our grief.Companions Forever gracefully endured a phone call with me as I cried and sobbed more than I talked.They met us at the clinic prior to Penny's euthanasia, waited for us as long as we needed and gently removed Penny's body on a wheeled stretcher covered in a blanket to their professional transport van... Not wrapped in plastic, not handled roughly or put in a car trunk.They treated Penny with the gentle respect all pets and their families deserve.Penny's cremation was performed by experienced and caring people.I am confident that her cremation was just Penny alone and that the lovely carved wood box we received is Penny, just Penny, not a mix of other pets.We received her remains (and more kind hugs) in just a few days.Companions Forever saved a bit of Penny's fur and did a final footprint for us on one of our favorite photos of her that they printed.Such a hard time was made a bit softer, a bit kinder and a bit gentler by Companions Forever.I can't recommend them enough

Russ made our very difficult time of having to cremate our puppy (2.5 years old) seem just a little better. He was very nice and helpful. He called and texted off of his personal phone asking for very simple things. It was very personable and comforting knowing our pup was in good hands after her passing. Russ is very fast and gave us our Mia back to us the same day. He gave us a beautiful yern that is included in the package, a picture of Mia with some of her fur and her paw print made with ink, a certificate of her cremation and forever in our hearts flowers. There is a very nice comfort room for when the time comes that we have to send our fur babies somewhere more special. There’s little couches and a rug for a homey feel to ease our stress and also our pets 💕 highly highly recommend cf pet cremation to anyone going through the worst of times as a pet passing away.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just took my cat here. They offer a great service. Russ was so polite and sympathetic to my situation. They are one of only two places in the state that offer TRUE single-pet cremation, meaning it's ONLY your pet during the cremation. For a great price I got her cremation, along with a photo with ink paw prints, a snippet of fur, and a clay mold of her paw prints. They were even kind enough to trim off a few whiskers for me to keep. They are worth the drive to get this kind of service, for this price, and especially for true single pet cremation. My sweet, beloved Nixe had developed serious anxiety, and I didn't want our last moments together to be stressed. When the time came I called Russ. I can't thank Marc and Russ enough. They are so kind and compassionate. We had to put down our little Misty. From working at a vet myself in the past, I knew I did not want my dog to sit in a freezer until being cremated. We walked in and she was placed in the comfort room and in a small bassinet type basket. She looked so peaceful and it helped our empty hearts feel whole. Living in town we know their competition and trust me this place does not even compare. Included in the package is forget me not flower seeds, a nice wooden box she is placed in, we also paid extra for the forever coins. These coins you get to place on your pet and they go with them through the process. You then get those coins back to keep with you for forever. No only that, you get peace of mind which is completely worth it. We will be sharing with all our friends and family about this amazing place and the peaceful process.

Our cat Ashley was 23 years old, so it was expected, but she suddenly passed away at 6pm. I called, & we were able to bring her in that night. Super understanding, & provided everything we needed to give our last goodbyes. I was told that her ashes should be ready by about the next day, so amazing turnaround time, too. I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet little dog of 14 1/2 years, my best friend. I am absolutely beyond heartbroken. He was everything to me and lit up my life. I miss him and always will.Knowing that I wanted him to be treated with respect, care, and compassion, after his passing, I researched into who and where I could find those qualities in. I came across the Companions Forever Facebook page and began reading reviews, stories from those who used their services, and their care and compassion in dealing with the passing of a pet. Jojo passed on Saturday afternoon. All the vets in my area were closed and the other crematory I found was no longer open on weekends. So I contacted Russ at CF and he arranged to meet me that evening. He was very caring and considerate. I picked up the remains the following Tuesday in a beautiful carved box along with a photo of Jo, a paw print and a bit of his fur. The woman there was kind and thoughtful. Will use them again should the need arise.

Our beloved dog was around 160 pounds they worked with us since it was a good drive out there to get us taken care of. If you love your pet you should give them a call! This was everything we wanted when we had to say goodbye to our dog Remi. Russ was so compassionate and understanding. We were able to bring our other dog who was bonded to Remi. My partner and I lost our 3.5 year old Italian Mastiff Cerberus VERY unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon. We called Russ and he told us to bring him in. We arrived around 4-4:30 and he set him up in the viewing room and gave us time to say goodbye. The amount of caring and compassion from a complete stranger was so helpful. We spoke about the options and decided to include two small tokens to have him cremated with and a clay pawprint. Russ gave us our time and then an estimate when he would have him back to us.Russ restarted his equipment after we arrived since he had finished his last cremation before we called and has our boy back to us that evening, ON A SUNDAY NIGHT.There is nothing anybody can do or say to make it easier, but Russ' professionalism and compassion helped comfort us during one of the hardest days of my life so far.I HIGHLY suggest Russ to anybody that may lose an animal and will be using him in the future when we inevitably lose another. I called and they took care of me and my lab Rosie. She got cancer they have a vet that comes right to your home so it is good for both dog and owner I had called when Rosie was first diagnosed then I called back when she was showing me she was in pain holding her leg up dragging it in the snow. That same day I called them and the vet was able to come over that night both the gentleman from the Companions Forever and the vet came I was able to put Rosie on my bed and hold hear head I am disabled and could not get on the floor with her. The vet was very nice and explained what he was doing he started a Iv and pushed 3 different meds to sedate calm and euthanize. Rosie just relaxed in my hands as I was petting her and drifted of to sleep very peacefully. I shed a few tears had a few moments to finish my goodbyesThen they placed her on a lifting sling carried her out to his car and said he would give me a call next day they do one pet at a time so you get your own pets remains. They provide a nice wooden box a card with a picture of your pet a paw print and some hair I was very appreciative of what they did and how they did itIf you have to put your dog down best place is in there home your home more comfortable for both of you.Thank you again for your professional care of my friend and companion last few momentsDonald

I had a 12yr old black lab/Weimaraner named Harlow that had gotten cancer, this dog was like my kid. After 6 months, the cancer exploded and the time came to make the brutal decision to put her down so I started to make some calls. Definitely wanted this done at home. Hardest thing I've had to do in my life. Called some other places and it was straight to business and prices. When I called Russ, he actually showed he cared, asked me about my dog, what kind she was, how I was doing handling it all! After talking with him about life and dogs for 20 minutes, then we talked about the business part of this all. Im not a fan of death but know it's part of life, thank you Russ for making this whole difficult process to go very smooth and as painless as it could be!!! It was very much appreciated!!!!

Companions for life treated us like family, treated our pet like family. When our dog Libby passed away in the middle of winter we didn't know what to do we couldn't lay her to rest in the ground. So we looked into other options. Looking around we found companions for life. It was 10pm at night when I text there on line number, I was not expecting a response until The next day, but I got one in 5 mins and an appointment set up for the next day. They not only had a room for us to sit in with our pet to morn and say good bye to her, they also cremated her individually to insure that we only got her ashes returned to us. They put together a memorial photo of her with a clipping of her hair a certificate of her cremation and an ink print of her paw for no extra charge. The box that she was placed in is beautiful ♡. I have 2 small children and this is there first pet to pass. They had "my pet died" coloring books for the kids. In the coloring book it talks about our feelings and how it's ok to be sad mad happy confused and to miss your pet. It really helped my daughter open up and make since of how she felt about losing Libby. I am so happy to have found this company for my sweet baby Libby and am so pleased with the service and process that this is were and how I will be dealing with my future pets passing no matter what time of the year is. My beloved cat of 13 years ❤ passed away Suddenly August 20th 2021 (Booties) . Doesn't matter if it's a Human or a pet . When you loose someone you love the grieving process is hard. A long time ago I picked up one of your brochures. I can’t remember when or where, I’m thinking it was at a home show or a craft show? I kept that brochure tucked safely away hoping that day would never come. Unfortunately that day did come…March 21st, 2021 we had to say good-bye to our little girl Winnie.My husband called Sunday morning at 9:00 and they scheduled our appointment for 11:30. The hour drive to St. Cloud was filled with lots of tears as I held my baby in the car knowing it would be her last ride. The minute we arrived I wanted to run, but I knew I had to be strong.Marc was amazing the moment we got there. He was patient, empathetic and genuinely caring.The room where we said “see you later” had beautiful music playing, a candle burning and was warm and cozy. I knew right then and there, this place was the right decision. We placed our girl on a soft dog bed, not a stainless steel table. We were given all the time we wanted to say our good-byes. The vet then came in and explained everything that he was doing and our baby did not suffer at all. Afterwards we were left to hug and kiss our girl one last time.Marc said he would take special care of our baby and have her back to us in a couple hours. The phone rang not even 2 hours later and we were headed back to pick her up. Winnie’s ashes were in a beautiful carved box along with her collar. I felt at peace knowing that I was picking up MY dog and not random others. We received a beautiful picture, a lock of Winnie's fur and her paw print. On top of that we were given some lotion, a poster and some ‘forget me not's’ to plant.March 21, 2021 was truly the hardest day my husband and I have ever experienced, but because of you, we made it. I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for not only taking care of Winnie but for taking care of us as well. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy. Overcome with grief, it was such a comforting feeling to have Shadow cared for by Companions Forever. All the details were handled efficiently and as I had asked. I received his cremains the following day in a lovely wooden box along with a paw print, hair clipping & picture. Had I gone with the pet hospital/crematorium recommended by the vet I would have waited a week and gotten his remains in a “lovely” cardboard box or purple bag. I had the pleasure of working with Marc to cremate our beloved cat, Fat-Fats. He made the experience so calming and professional. He treated my cat like family and also us like family. They have a very nice place with a comfort room where he placed Fat-Fats in a basket so we could say our final goodbyes. My husband and I lost our German Shepherd "Scooby", and chose Companions Forever out of several pet cremation businesses in the area. Companions Forever is exceptional for many reasons.For us the most important was that they didn't freeze our beloved fur baby and did the cremation soon after we left. Also our fur baby was cremated by himself, so we knew it was only him that we would receive back that same day.I know several people that had to wait2-3 weeks before getting their pet back and had serious doubts whether or not the ashes they received back were actually their pets. We were also impressed with the compassion and respect that was shown to us and Scooby through the entire process.Their Comfort Room was so lovely to say our last good-byes in and how they presented Scooby back to us was beautiful. We knew it was done with care and love and we were so happy we chose Companions Forever. When we brought Scooby to CF he had been wrapped in some blankets, the blankets were given back to us freshly washed and dried. There wasn't a detail that was missed, everything was handled perfectly. I don't remember the last time we were treated so well by a business, they really treat you and your pet like family.

We unexpectedly had to put our dog down back in November. Unfortunately, the euthanasia doctor thought it would be appropriate to jokingly say, “Well, it looks like no one’s home.” as well as other little jokes that would ‘brighten the mood’. The only good thing I can say about the place was that when our dog was cremated, they asked us if we wanted his giant bone cremated alongside him. Which we did. If you prefer humor during a cremation, this would be good for you, but if you don’t, I’d recommend somewhere else.

We received another call that afternoon that Max was ready to be picked up so we made arrangements to pick him up on Sunday. We would recommend Companions Forever to my family and friends. Russ and the Doctor were so sweet and caring. They truly care about you and your pet, they give you all the time you need. They comfort you and your family. The quotes and environment of the comfort room is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service, they are truly amazing.

Marc and Russ do an amazing job of organizing and helping making decisions during a very difficult time. My husband and I were blessed to have worked with these two. They made the beautiful life of our furry baby "Max" respectful at his last moments in this very short life. I couldn't of asked for better care and dedication to our little family. Max will now be in a better place in Heaven. Thank you both so much.

Jojo passed on Saturday afternoon. All the vets in my area were closed and the other crematory I found was no longer open on weekends. So I contacted Russ at CF and he arranged to meet me that evening. He was very caring and considerate. I picked up the remains the following Tuesday in a beautiful carved box along with a photo of Jo, a paw print and a bit of his fur. The woman there was kind and thoughtful. Will use them again should the need arise.

Our beloved dog was around 160 pounds they worked with us since it was a good drive out there to get us taken care of. If you love your pet you should give them a call! They helped us out with a family friend as well I mean we got there at probably midnight and they greeted us kindly! Absolutely fantastic job great staff!

This was everything we wanted when we had to say goodbye to our dog Remi. Russ was so compassionate and understanding. We were able to bring our other dog who was bonded to Remi. The whole experience was calming and reassuring. Remi wasn't scared at all. Her last moments were peaceful and we were at peace. I liken this experience to someone who wants to die at home instead of the hospital. Heartily recommend!

Companions Forever were incredibly supportive and compassionate on the worst day of my life. When my best friend passed last Sunday, they were there for me and my wife, making us feel like the only people in the world, and showing love and respect to - not just the memory of my cat - but to the cat himself.They cremate your loved one alone, which sounds obvious, but it's important to know that you're getting your best buddy's ashes, without getting a piece of someone else's friend.They gave us as much time as we needed to grieve in a private room that has a comforting ambiance, and with posters that absolutely will make you cry (but like, in a good way.)Price is obviously not what you're thinking about in the moment, but I never got the feeling that I was being taken advantage of, in the moment I'd be easiest to take advantage of.It's kind of macabre to say this, but I'll absolutely be sure to use their services in the future.

Russ was excellent to work with, we lost our dog to a freak accident and we called at about 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Russ picked up right away and said we could come in Saturday night, we had our dog dropped off and picked up all in one night. Hands down the best customer service and we will be going there for any pet cremation needs in the future.

I just want to thank everyone at Companions for being so great with my dog. We had some bumps in the road in the cremation process, but once we switched to Companions, it was smooth. I can’t be more appreciative of them. To say I was heartbroken after losing my girl is an understatement. The care and compassion they have showed us, and how they went above and beyond really says something about themselves and their business. As sad as it is, I will definitely be using them again because I will never stop loving animals & welcoming them into our home and family. ❤️

You never want to have a pet pass away but when they do you hope you have someone amazing to help you with whatever road you want to take. These are those amazing people. They were very kind and explained everything that would happen with our beloved bunny. I highly recommend checking them out before going any other route through vets or other places. Two weeks ago , we had to send our beautiful cat Handsome to heaven, he was 17 years of age . We knew it was time, even though “see you laters “ are always hard on the hearts of those whom loved and shared their life with thee beloved family member. Companions Forever , really understand what we where going through and let us have the time to say our “ see you laters “ to Handsome . They understand that they are not just pets to us and that yes it does happen everyday to family’s , but they treat everyone with sympathy and care for you and for your beloved fur baby. It’s a great place with great staff that make it a little more Comforting for life’s not so great moments. You get a private cozy room, private cremation, compassionate people through and through and we where able to get Handsome’s ashes back just a few short hours later along with a memory card of him , fur clippings and a very lovely urn . They give thee finest of details to everything . I highly recommend them .

They were so compassionate and caring. I lost my Budgie and they treated him with respect like any other pet. Its nice to have someone to talk to that understands the grieving process. The facility was clean and nice with a calming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend going here for pet cremation.

They handled everything with care and respect for our sweet old kitty Esme. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a pet when they’ve been with your family so long. They gave my kids a coloring book to help them understand and even gave us some forget me not seeds to plant in memory of Esme.

If I could give this place a million stars, I would. Our sweet Charlie bear passed away Saturday night and they were able to take him the following day. Super easy to talk to and very comforting. This is by far the best experience with this type of thing.. pricing is very affordable also which was great! I am very thankful for how he handled everything. And we loved the gift they made for us. I will forever reccomend this place to anyone I know.
