Absolutely loved the service at caring paws. Jacob was so caring and informative. He made sure that we didn’t have questions or worries about our baby being cremated. We were so emotional we almost made him cry, which was nice to see. It showed us that he really cares about the work that he does and the families that he works with. I will 100% recommend him and their business to other families in need. Thank you so much, Jacob. You made this process a lot easier.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation and thanks to both Jacob and Mitch. What you are doing for people in their time of need is nothing less than wonderful. My little girl Dakota passed away on a Saturday evening, knowing her time was near, did not make it any easier. I always knew I would have her cremated, so I could have her with me always, but was disappointed in the services offered from other places. The Sunday morning after her passing I researched cremation centers and was seeing disheartening results. Most every place was providing “communal” cremations with private ones running over $500. So I continued scrolling and searching, until I came across the link for Caring Paws. I read Jacob’s story of how he went through the same thing with the loss of his cat, and could not find a reasonable facility for private services, thus the foundation for his path to create the service he has today. I filled out the online inquiry and had a call within an hour, where he expressed his condolences and we discussed his services offered. We arranged a time for later that afternoon for me to bring Dakota, because I knew I found the right place for her to go. When I arrived at Caring Paws, Mitch greeted me, my wife and Kota. He expressed his condolences and showed us to a room for her to be placed and we could take our time saying goodbye. One nice touch was that we had the ability to write her personal notes as well. After going over the selections, payment and pick up time, Mitch and I began to talk. We shared stories of past loved pets and yes, tears were shed, but it was so comforting to know that Kota was going to be handled by folks who understood and have lived the pain of saying goodbye to a dear and loved family member. And for those who are reading this, whether your loved one has passed or is coming to their end here on earth, please do yourself a favor and call Caring Paws. You will not be disappointed in their service, treatment or pricing for what is one of the most difficult time as a pet owner. Again, Thank you Jacob and Mitch for everything you’ve done for Dakota and our family!! You truly are a blessing and deeply appreciated!!

There is no pressure, upsale or a vibe of commercialism in his establishment, just genuine human compassion and care. My late pet was treated with respect and dignity. We couldn't have hoped for a better place to make final arrangements.

Our first dog/pet died and we were beyond devastated. We called a few places but no one responded or got back to us except for Jacob from Caring Paws. Jacob was very responsive, professional, compassionate and understood what we were going through. We were able to get in right away and we got our dog’s ashes within hours. Jacob made sure we were comfortable and not rushed. We had enough time to say goodbye to our dog. We had a really great experience and would recommend him to our friends and family if they needed a pet cremation.

I cannot thank Jacob from caring paws enough for making a truly difficult time for us so much easier. We felt truly taken care of and genuinely cared about. Excellent communication with us the entire way through and we felt our little kitty was treated with as much respect and dignity as if she was his own cat which helped ease my anxiety, along with the kindness and understanding he showed us. You can clearly see how much he cares about helping families losing a furry family member. Professional, prompt, and very helpful, cannot recommend enough.

Our puppy passed away in the evening. We called a few places but only Caring Paws Pet Cremation responded. We were able to bring our puppy in right away during afterhours. Jacob was understanding, caring, and made this process easy for us as possible. His compassion in realizing pets are actually our family members is evident. I cannot recommend Caring Paws Pet Cremation enough. The owner, Jacob, is such a caring person and so compassionate regarding making end-of-life decisions. I contacted him for information just prior to scheduling my boy Dawson's euthanasia. He was very prompt with return correspondence. He had options and answers for questions I didn't even know I had. He could not have been more accommodating. Unfortunately, I will probably be needing his help again in the near future as I have another pet who is very old. I won't even think about calling anyone else. 5 stars for this company.

When I saw the story of what Jacob was doing for Pet cremation, I knew Caring Paws was where we wanted/needed to send Moe. Knowing that our fur baby was going to be treated with not only dignity, but as his own animal brought so much comfort to us. From the initial conversation to him picking up Moe, I felt his passion, empathy, and sincerity. In reality he does not charge much more than others, and is worth every cent. I know Moe was in good hands.

I'm very thankful I found Caring Paws and left my little friend in Jacob's care. Most places were listing their "cremation packages"-- bundle "deals" for all the things you would "get" by using their services. It seemed morbid and I didn't feel comfortable taking my cat somewhere that would capitalize on his death. I feel that Caring Paws is there to kindly and respectfully provide cremation services and support to pet owners. Thank you for taking good care of my little one.

We lost our sweet Linxy very suddenly, I researched what to do with his body, the other guys spoke about using a separation to do more than one animal at a time. I couldn't possibly know that my Linxy was coming back to me. With Jacob and Caring Paws, I was confident that it would be only him who came back to me. I loved how Jacob took care of everything from start to finish! He puts his heart into the entire process! Highly recommend!!!

Jacob made our families most difficult day of saying goodbye to our beloved rottweiler so much better with his kind words and details of how he honors the pets body prior to and during cremation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing the loss of a pet. He added our turkey feather (gathered over years of our walks) to help Domingos passing as well as played turkey gobbling music on his last car ride. Exceptional care!

This place was absolutely amazing, he is very caring about the whole process. He engaged with my 6 year old and explained the best he could and tried making her feel better. I would 100% recommend coming here It isn’t just another pet here. He makes you feel very welcome especially due to the unfortunate circumstances. Loosing a pet is by far one of the hardest things and he made it so much easier.

my dear girl Fre passed away unexpectedly on April 30th- at my home in the early hours of the morning I found her passed away- I was beside myself and did not know what to do - my vet recommended Caring Paws and when I called the voice on the other end of the phone was calming and so kind- I was nervous about who would take her and what would happen - Jacob knew just how to make me feel she was in the best hands possible- the process was so easy at a very difficult time - I will never forget the care he gave to my dog and to me- many many thanks to Caring Paws- Jacob Stewart

This place was absolutely amazing, he is very caring about the whole process. He engaged with my 6 year old and explained the best he could and tried making her feel better.
