We lost our fur baby, Vegas, to pancreatitis and diabetic kido acidosis. It came on suddenly. He was doing great on Friday and we let him go on Monday morning.Steve and all of the rest of the crew at PK for Pets were wonderful. From the private entrance in the garage to the easy way Steve handled out little bundle, it was so compassionate. And knowing that he would be cremated alone and we were assured of getting his ashes back was what we were hoping for.He came back home the very next day. They do a paw print as well as an engraved box. They both look great.We would highly recommend PK for Pets if you need services after your pet has crossed the rainbow bridge.

It's been a couple months since our Tulip passed. She was taken from us suddenly, during the evening one weekend. We were heartbroken, and so lost as to what to even do given that it was after-hours and she was already gone. We found PK for pets during a google search, and they were SO incredibly kind. We were told they could help us that evening and we made the 30 minute drive to Faribault. We were greeted warmly and with understanding, and were given time to say extra goodbyes. I just can't reiterate enough how kind everyone was. They even washed her blankets for us. When we went to pick up her keepsake pawprint and box, it was again a very welcoming and kind experience. The service is reasonably priced, and the keepsakes themselves are lovely. When everything was said and done, it was nice to know our Tulip was handled with care and understanding.

After losing the only dog I ever had. PK for Pets helped me get through this difficult time. After losing our dog "Shawty" our vet suggested PK for the cremation. I was not expecting much and being sad and hurt in this difficult time. I was called just a few days after putting her down that she had already come back to our vet to pick up her remains. I was thinking I may need to get my own casket or vase. PK does all the work for you. They put the ashes in a beautiful casket made just for your pet. I could not believe the artwork involved. The engraving blew me away with the attention to detail, and they even put her paw and signature of her name on the box. I couldn't have asked for anything nicer. This helped me in such a difficult time knowing my dog was at peace with me again. It felt so good bringing her home in such a beautiful way. They also made a cute clay paw print that I later baked at home with all the simple instructions needed to do so. I am so very thankful for this company and what they can do for others dealing with grief and losing our furry loved ones. With their help and talents, they made one of the worst times in my life losing my beloved pet a sweet time of reflection and melted my heart seeing how they made remembering my pet such a positive experience that I will be able to cherish the rest of my life. So thank you, PK for Pet for all you do for us when we lose our loved ones. We are so blessed and thankful for what you do for others.

Jacob and PK for Pets are highly recommended. In the worst and lowest possible situation with our loved pup, Jacob met us in the middle of the night with kind words and we knew he would take care of our sweet Titus. My 1st and only doggie Maverick passed away unexpectedly about 2 weeks ago. While he was almost 14 he had just gotten a clean bill of health from the vet so not sure what happened other than it was just his time. I found him at 3:30 AM one morning and had no idea what to do. My vet didn't open for another 3.5 hours. After making several calls to other places nearer to where I live with no help I found PK Pets in Faribault. I live in Shakopee which is a bit of a hike but was in no mindsight to make that drive. I was fortunate enough to speak with Jacob who was outstanding throughout. I hung up with him around 5:45 and by 7:00 Jacob was at my home to pickup up Maverick for me. They provided a solo cremation which gives great piece of mind that you are only getting your own little buddy back. The hand engraved urn is outstanding. I also received a baked clay pawprint, several ink paw prints in case I wanted to get a memorial tattoo, and a certificate of cremation for my records. I miss my buddy everyday but PK for Pets was there for me in the middle of the night when no one else was. I would give them more stars if I could. A very special thank you to Jacob!

We had the most outstanding experience with PK for Pets Cremation Services when our 14-year-old fur baby, Nina, passed away unexpectedly this past Monday. They quickly accommodated us, even during this uncertain time of pandemic, were very helpful and clear about their services, and ensured that we got our puppy's remains back within 2 hours. Nina's urn is just beautiful and her memorabilia included an adorable clay paw print. It was such a comforting experience on one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives. We loved having a cremation option because we now have our sweet puppy girl with us forever. We highly recommend PK for pets and their amazing services.

I used PK Pets this summer after my beloved dog , Dodge, passed away. Steve and John were absolutely Amazing!! Their compassion in realizing our pets are actually our family members is so evident in their care and professionalism when handling my dog. I had some special requests and they were met beyond my expectations without any hesitation. PK for Pets was a wonderful experience for our family. My father and mother had a cat they dearly loved pass away and it was heart wrenching for them. I searched for a location that offered pet cremation and found PK for Pets in Faribault, MN. I called and was given directions on how to enter from the garage door side of the building and they would take care of everything from that point forward. All the staff I encountered were extremely professional and respectful. Within 48 hours our beloved pet was ready for pickup in an Urn along with paperwork regarding a certificate of cremation. We just picked up our last dog that just died on Saturday from this very special crematory. I'm so happy we drove to this place that was the only place open on later on a Saturday near the Twin Cities.The front of this very warm and inviting establishment is a funeral service home and the back of the establishment is a crematory. We were given supreme treatment by Jacob immediately who had us come into the back garage door with our car. He was extremely warm, thoughtful, genuine, knowledgeable and caring immediately from the jump. He made an absolute unbearable process somehow bearable. Jake took his time with us and was an absolute pleasure.We had our first baby cremated at pets remembered where Jacob used to work and we will never bring a pet that we have there again. We will come to PK pets cremation to see Jacob if we ever decide to pick up some more best friends along the way. We cannot wait to see you to pick up our jewelry next month and cannot thank you for how you treated us and how impressed we are with your top notch service. When it was my 14-year-old Golden Retriever's time to journey on, I chose to have him euthanized at home. PK for Pets came to my house to pick him up. They were so kind and compassionate, and though my dog's passing was heartbreaking and traumatic for me, the dignified and respectful service provided by PK for Pets made the experience as gentle as it could have been. My dog's cremains were returned to me in a beautiful wooden box engraved with his name, along with his paw print impressed in clay. Every detail of the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them.

The community of Faribault is truly blessed to have PK for Pets. We had an outstanding experience with PK for Pets last week when we had to let our little dog pass over the Rainbow Bridge. They picked him up from our vet within 30 minutes and we had him home the very next day in a beautiful wood box with his name carved into it along with his final pawprint in clay. Very happy with the services provided for my beloved Tyson. The wooden urn with his name and message was beautiful! The paw print in clay was perfection. The private cremation was very important to me. It was even better that I got him back within 24 hours. PK provides a pick up at the vets office for no cost, I decided to drive Tyson after the vets office to Faribault. It was our last car ride together. ❤️ Very happy with the over all experience.

The price was certainly not the reason we chose PK but match their price (lowest around) and included was an individual cremation, a beautifully personally engraved wooden urn, and a clay paw print which was an unexpected and greatly appreciated bonus this place cannot be beaten. Our experience at PK for Pets was more than we could ask for. They were very accommodating and compassionate. They answered my husband’s call very early Sunday morning and met him at their location a short time later. They assisted us in taking care of everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Riley was our golden companion for 14 years. When she decided she was too old for life and passed, my first thought was to call Steve at PK for Pets. Our dog passed away a couple of weeks ago and PK for Pets was extremely professional, respectful and caring during a difficult time for our family. We brought our dog in for cremation on a Sunday morning and remains were available the following afternoon. The box/urn that the remains were enclosed was beautiful and had his name already engraved on it. Highly recommend.

My pet suddenly passed one day before I was leaving for a trip. As I was trying to pack for my family of five, I was also scrambling through tears and grief to figure out what to do. John at Parker Kohl spoke with me over the phone while I was in the parking lot at Heartland Animal Hospital and I was able to drive my cat right to the PK for pets door. He greeted me and helped me feel at ease with everything. I chose a beautiful box to have her remains placed in and treasure it so much. It really helped me place my happy memories of her in a safe place that I can keep. I left for my trip feeling calm and so thankful that she would be taken care of. When we returned, we received the box and other items to honor our pet who had been in our lives for 13 years. I always thought I would bury her in the yard, but in January in MN, that was not an option. I’m so glad we were able to have her cremated.

I first heard of PK for Pets in a newspaper add, knowing that someday we would need their services. Well that day came so quickly for us. We adopted a senior rescue and knew we would give him the best days of his life...whatever he had left. Bogie was with us 4 years and 10 days. God how we loved that dog.Pk pets waited for us after we left our vets office, we pulled straight into the building and they met us with a gurney and offer to help unload our special boy. It was our decision to drive him to pk pets, as they would of picked him up at the vets. It was closure for us to bring him to them. Everyone on staff was gentle and caring. We were very vulnerable and I really appreciated them not trying to upsell us anything.The turn around time for Bogie's ashes was 24 hours, we got our little man back in a beautifl carved and inscribed wooden box and a paw print that was all included in the price. The service was very reasonably priced.I would recommend downloading the form and having it filled out before that day comes, your just too emotional to take care of little details. If we ever decided to get a rescue again, we would definatly go back to PK for pets when that time was needed.

PK for Pets was a wonderful experience for our family. My father and mother had a cat they dearly loved pass away and it was heart wrenching for them. I searched for a location that offered pet cremation and found PK for Pets in Faribault, MN. I called and was given directions on how to enter from the garage door side of the building and they would take care of everything from that point forward. All the staff I encountered were extremely professional and respectful. Within 48 hours our beloved pet was ready for pickup in an Urn along with paperwork regarding a certificate of cremation. They provide guaranteed single pet Cremation services where you can be assured that you are receiving your pet back. Very friendly and upfront with all the information. They personalize a clay Puck with your pets paw print so you can keep an imprint of them forever. They are not your average pet Cremation service, they go above and beyond expectation and are very understanding of your sad situation.

Thank you so so much for the wonderful service you provide. I don't know what we would have done without your help.We were at our wits end not only with the sudden loss of our beloved Maggie, but how to handle her in the aftermath. She was a very big girl and too heavy for us to lift up the stairs of the basement where she had decided to spend her last days. :( In sadness and desperation I googled for someone that might be able to help in our situation and came upon Pk for Pets.They were very understanding and so professional. I explained they would have to retrieve her from the basement and felt so apologetic but they said that is what they do. They were at our house within an hour of making the call and were so courteous, understanding and treated us and Maggie with respect.They had no problem handling our Maggie with swift, gentle, and professional care and took her for her final ride to her private and affordable cremation. We were so grateful.They called within 24 hours to pick up her ashes that were contained in a gorgeous engraved wooden box. They also made her paw print in clay as a rememberance. I called to take my did there at old them I had to go to the cities to get him and I was runningLate coming back. Steve called me to seee if I changed my mind about bringing Tank there. He waited for me and was so professional. He treated Tank like a human being not just a dog. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a pet cremated. I would highly recommend PK for Pets. They were so welcoming. I called at 8:30 in the morning and they were available immediately, they explained everything right away and they were very quick. I dont think the costs were too high for the exceptionally amazing job they did and the comfort they provided.

We just picked up our last dog that just died on Saturday from this very special crematory. I'm so happy we drove to this place that was the only place open on later on a Saturday near the Twin Cities.The front of this very warm and inviting establishment is a funeral service home and the back of the establishment is a crematory. We were given supreme treatment by Jacob immediately who had us come into the back garage door with our car. He was extremely warm, thoughtful, genuine, knowledgeable and caring immediately from the jump. He made an absolute unbearable process somehow bearable. Jake took his time with us and was an absolute pleasure.We had our first baby cremated at pets remembered where Jacob used to work and we will never bring a pet that we have there again. We will come to PK pets cremation to see Jacob if we ever decide to pick up some more best friends along the way. We cannot wait to see you to pick up our jewelry next month and cannot thank you for how you treated us and how impressed we are with your top notch service. When it was my 14-year-old Golden Retriever's time to journey on, I chose to have him euthanized at home. PK for Pets came to my house to pick him up. They were so kind and compassionate, and though my dog's passing was heartbreaking and traumatic for me, the dignified and respectful service provided by PK for Pets made the experience as gentle as it could have been. My dog's cremains were returned to me in a beautiful wooden box engraved with his name, along with his paw print impressed in clay. Every detail of the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them.

The community of Faribault is truly blessed to have PK for Pets. We had an outstanding experience with PK for Pets last week when we had to let our little dog pass over the Rainbow Bridge. They picked him up from our vet within 30 minutes and we had him home the very next day in a beautiful wood box with his name carved into it along with his final pawprint in clay. Very happy with the services provided for my beloved Tyson. The wooden urn with his name and message was beautiful! The paw print in clay was perfection. The private cremation was very important to me. It was even better that I got him back within 24 hours. Our experience at PK for Pets was more than we could ask for. They were very accommodating and compassionate. They answered my husband’s call very early Sunday morning and met him at their location a short time later. They assisted us in taking care of everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Our dog passed away a couple of weeks ago and PK for Pets was extremely professional, respectful and caring during a difficult time for our family. We brought our dog in for cremation on a Sunday morning and remains were available the following afternoon. The box/urn that the remains were enclosed was beautiful and had his name already engraved on it. Highly recommend.

My pet suddenly passed one day before I was leaving for a trip. As I was trying to pack for my family of five, I was also scrambling through tears and grief to figure out what to do. John at Parker Kohl spoke with me over the phone while I was in the parking lot at Heartland Animal Hospital and I was able to drive my cat right to the PK for pets door. He greeted me and helped me feel at ease with everything. I chose a beautiful box to have her remains placed in and treasure it so much. It really helped me place my happy memories of her in a safe place that I can keep. I left for my trip feeling calm and so thankful that she would be taken care of. When we returned, we received the box and other items to honor our pet who had been in our lives for 13 years. I always thought I would bury her in the yard, but in January in MN, that was not an option. I’m so glad we were able to have her cremated.

I first heard of PK for Pets in a newspaper add, knowing that someday we would need their services. Well that day came so quickly for us. We adopted a senior rescue and knew we would give him the best days of his life...whatever he had left. Bogie was with us 4 years and 10 days. God how we loved that dog.Pk pets waited for us after we left our vets office, we pulled straight into the building and they met us with a gurney and offer to help unload our special boy. It was our decision to drive him to pk pets, as they would of picked him up at the vets. It was closure for us to bring him to them. Everyone on staff was gentle and caring. We were very vulnerable and I really appreciated them not trying to upsell us anything.The turn around time for Bogie's ashes was 24 hours, we got our little man back in a beautifl carved and inscribed wooden box and a paw print that was all included in the price. The service was very reasonably priced.I would recommend downloading the form and having it filled out before that day comes, your just too emotional to take care of little details. If we ever decided to get a rescue again, we would definatly go back to PK for pets when that time was needed.
