Our English Pointer, Hunter, passed away right before he turned 8 in December. He lived a short life with us from age 12 weeks until 7 years old. When we brought him in on Sunday, Melanie was so kind to our family and allowed us to take our time saying goodbye to our sweet boy. She cried with us, and showed us love and compassion. While I was at work, my husband picked up our Hunter. Jenny helped him out and was compassionate. She spoke with me on the phone, and lifted my spirit with her kinds words. They provided a nice wooden box with his remains in there free of charge, and included my Hunter's titanium pin from his left hind paw. Thank you Pets Cremation and staff for treating our family with kindness.

It was a Sunday morning that my sweet boy passed. It was a Saturday night that we knew it was likely. We didn't even think about the after, other than how would we go on without him. When his, (Baxter) time came to go on without us, we then had to consider our options. I looked online and found myself here at Pet Cremation of Minnesota. My car became a quiet time to reflect and realize I would have to let him go. When I arrived, the gentleman who greeted me let me talk, he let me reminisce, he patiently listened and understood how much this beautiful kind soul meant to me. He made me feel as comfortable as a human with a broken heart could be through this time. He told me that he would care for my boy the way I would care for him. I believed him. It's been a few months. Life is still hard, but believing my guy had the best care from the day he was born until the time he was cremated does bring me comfort. Thank you for your kind care of my best boy and me.Sharon

Caring people and empathetic when we brought our kitty in for cremation. Prices are reasonable and they assured us our kitty would be taken care of respectfully. We appreciate they were there and made the process easier when we needed their services.

I had the best experience here! I cannot recommend them enough - so kind and caring. Even when busy, they make you and your loved one feel like a #1 priority. Our 5 month old kitten passed away unexpectedly, and they were there when we called at 5 am to answer any questions with empathy. They made such a painful thing just a little easier to handle.

- Was willing to open early on a Sunday to take in our pet- Same day, personalized service available - didn't have to wait for day- Happily handled our request to split the remains (dog was shared after a divorce)- Kind and compassionate; they know they're dealing with people who are having a terrible day, and they know how to handle that.Honestly, I think they provide literally everything I could ask for from a pet cremation service. If you're reading this, then I am sorry about your loss... call this place and at least you won't have to worry or stress about this part of the experience.

I want to thank Pet Cremation Services for the best service. This is the second dog that I brought in, they are always caring and I leave there knowing my beloved dog is in good hands. It's nice that I get to pick up the ashes the same day. I can't thank you enough!!!

I think the toughest decision I've ever made was to put my 16 year old Malti Shih to sleep.Their website answered many of the questions I had. After scheduling my appointment, Dr. Curtis arrived at my home and was very kindhearted and caring when meeting Bella. She administered a sedative to relax her then started the process of putting her to sleep. It was comforting for me to hold her when she passed.I worked with John, who was also so kind, in the office to schedule her cremation and arrange the pick up of her remains.I can't thank them enough for their kindness with this difficult event.

After my beloved 15yo Alowishus kitty died at home, I brought him here and was so thoroughly comforted and impressed. The staff member who greeted me was quick to offer his condolences and prepare a beautiful private room for my teen and I to say a final goodbye. He offered water, kleenex, etc. The process was easy and gave me such peace. I hope I will not need their services any time remotely soon, but would not hesitate to return. Such a class act.

We've had two dogs cremated at Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota: Brittney who was transported there by Dr. Hannah Curtis after being euthanized at our home, and Keenan who recently sadly died peacefully in his bed at home late at night. We woke up early the next day and drove Keenan down to Pet Cremation Services in Edina not knowing exactly what to expect as a walk-in right as they opened. We were greeted by Scott who compassionately helped us unload Keenan from our van to a gurney and transport him to their family room so we could have some final time and tears with him. After we said good-bye he cremated Keenan's body and called us to let us know when Keenan was ready to come home. I was really appreciative of Scott's kindness and professionalism, he was very empathetic and caring during the whole experience that day. He made the whole process very easy for us while we we having one of our worst days. I highly recommend Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota.

We brought our cat here many years ago and they were professional and kind. So when we had to euthanize out last cat of 19 years, I knew that we wanted to bring him here. Some of the vets who come to your home want to take your pet and then to a different cremation service. We wanted to spend some time with our little guy after he passed and so this worked well. Being able to come on a weekend with little notice was accommodated beautifully. We choose what to have engraved on his box. Our grief is still strong but Pet Cremation made it easier in every way that they could.

We took our rabbit here when she unexpectedly passed, and they were incredibly compassionate and kind the entire process. They went above and beyond for us, and I sincerely thank them for helping us through such a horrible time.

3-20-22 a Sunday I lost my my bulldog at 15 years old. The gentleman working was so unbelievably kind and treated my girl as if his own. He allowed me ample time to say goodbye to my best friend and even stayed late after they closed to get her back to me the same day. I could not have asked for a better service. I have so much appreciation for you guys helping me though that day I can not thank you enough. She came back in a nice wooden box.

The worst day of my husband and I's lives was having to say goodbye to our perfect baby boy, Dexter. We couldn't bear the thought of leaving him at the vet, in the fridge, to be picked the next day for cremation. We chose to bring him to Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota ourselves, as a final act of love as a family. Scott was so compassionate, and allowed us as much time as we needed in a private room with him before the cremation. We were able to pick up our baby later that day so he didn't miss even one night in his bed. We went back the next day to pick up the engraved urn and Scott transferred his ashes for us. I even hugged Scott at the end of the ordeal because he felt like a true, caring friend. Many thanks for making the worst day of our lives a little easier. As a side note, the price for an individual cremation was $275 with an extra $50 for personalized engraving of the urn. This was significantly more affordable than the vet's cremation offerings. But honestly I would have paid much more for the compassionate service we received.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us the best service. Hershey was loved by us for 9 years and you showed him love too during the cremation process. You offered genuine comfort, compassion and support. You didn't mind the tears. I was so honored that you held the door, walked us out with his ashes and even opened the car door. I hope you know how much these little things mean during this hard time.

Yesterday was probably the hardest day of my life and I'm old. Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota was professional, courteous, and compassionate. I told my wife when we dropped our dog cooper off how hard it must be to work there seeing the grief day after day. The man that helped us seemed genuinely sorry for our loss. Thank you for making that awful experience a little better.

My Teacup Pom was 14.5 and almost 15... He was great over the weekend out of town, loved to travel, then last Sunday evening was having a hard time breathing. Took him into the emergency vet Monday at 11 am and he was put to sleep at 3:00 pm. So out of the blue.Like the other reviews, Scott and John did a great job for me and Sam.I have him back at home with me now.

What a amazing service. They were super communicative, even calling me back after missing an after hours call, and calling before transport to give us time for a final goodbye. They were super fast, and infinitely respectful , making a hard situation much much easier to deal with. We don't have a car, and our vet's office is very far, so them handling the pick up and drop off meant the world to us. A very heartfelt thank you to all of those that helped us.

Between Kevin answering the phone at 4a.m.and showing the utmost compassion during my darkest hour and Scott at theEdina office and his compassion and professionalism I would recommend pet cremation services of mn to everyone I know .my pets passing was made easier with their help

We greatly desired a private cremation for our cat who was recently put to sleep. Although this process is so hard and painful, Pet Cremation Services of MN made time for us day of, and gave us all the time we needed before the cremation. The staff was friendly and comforting- exactly what we needed on such a sad day. The turn around of the private cremation was quick, and we were able to bring our cat home with us later that day. Thank you, Pet Cremation, for your care and services.

My hamster died and after a lot of consideration, I decided to get him cremated. I had never had an animal cremated before and he died at home so I didn’t really know where to start. I looked into Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota and chose them. Truly so so glad I did. When interacting over email, phone and in person I was met with only respect and empathy. I feel like a lot of people don’t recognize that hamsters can mean as much to someone as a cat or dog can. Here, they never looked at me sideways or made me uncomfortable for caring so much about my little guy, as many other people have in the couple years that I had him. I have 100% trust that they treated him with love and dignity. Hopefully I won’t be back for a while, but I will most definitely be coming back here. They are truly amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My little man is home again because of you <3

We once again used the services for our beloved baby, we had the very hard decision of letting our Schnitzel go and rest. Scott worked with us we called when we were on our way, he provided us with a family room for as long as we wanted asked us if he could provide us with anything. He held our sweet Angel with care and compassion and spoke words that felt heartfelt and true. We came in around 2:30 and he still made it so we could bring our baby home with us the same day, which for be is such a healing opportunity to not have to be without my beloved boy. Thank you again Scott we appreciate all you do!

Our baby boy passed away the end of May very unexpectantly. We took him to the Edina location for cremation. We were met by Scott. He made us feel welcome from the beginning. He was very compationate and empathetic. He let us spend more time with our boy Bolt and did not rush us. After the cremation was completed he called to let me know "He is ready to come home". We went to pick Bolt up and and were met by Scott. He then brought our boy to us and carried Bolt to my car. He was very respectful

Thank you so much to Pet Cremation Services of MN for taking such great care of our beloved cat & us in our grieving. Scott was so so kind every step of the way, & truly made the worst day easier for us. I would recommend this place to any pet owner who wants their baby handled with care & dignity in their final steps.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota. I took my dog's body here today, John the owner was wonderful, compassionate and took the dog out of my car for me. The fact that the ashes are scattered in a beautiful place when you choose the simple cremation is the best an owner can ask for in the difficult time of cremation. While of course I hope not to need this service for a while, I have other pets and I will without a doubt use their service again when my other pets pass. A compassionate family-owned business is so rare and valuable these days.

We were faced with the sudden, tragic death of our beloved 14 month old kitty, Milo today. After calling before they opened, we got enough information to let us know we could arrive without an appointment so we started the sad trip. Scott greeted us with so much compassion, making a heartbreaking goodbye to Milo as peaceful as it could have been. We chose to wait for the cremation to be complete and left with his ashes, as well as a paw print and a clip of fur from his glorious tail.Thank you, Scott, for your incredible kindness.

My beloved cat Nyx passed away suddenly this week, and John and Scott at Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota were so helpful in laying my girl to rest.No appointment is necessary, and when I arrived with Nyx's remains, John was very respectful and thoughtful, including asking if I needed more time with her. The next day, Scott called me to let me know she was ready to bring home, and when I arrived he held both the office door and my car door open so I could focus on carrying her. I was treated with nothing but respect, compassion, and kindness during a very difficult time, and I am very grateful.I chose the semi-private option for $150 and received her remains exactly as described, in a white box. I would highly recommend Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota to anyone.

I am so thankful this place came up when searching for a place to bring our beloved Guinea Pig when she passed. Living in an apartment makes burying a pet a bit harder and my kids really wanted her cremated. From the time I called to the time I picked up her ashes the experience was everything it should be. We were not judged for bringing in a tiny Guinea Pig, they showed sympathy and kindness. They asked my kids if they wanted her to be with her blanket when she was cremated and promised she would be with it. A couple days later I got a call saying she was ready to come home which I thought was such a beautiful way to say it was done. When I picked her up, I was told what an honor it was to take care of her, I'm sure so many small loved four-legged family members come through those doors but it really made me feel like she was the only one. We were given a card that we can plant and have it bloom in her memory. On it had a beautiful message. While the reason we needed to use this service was incredibly sad, I am so thankful and happy we chose here for her to be. Thank you.

Relocation is not always easy... We already buried four pets on the property and we did not want to leave them behind.I contacted Pet Cremation Service of Minnesota and John was very professional and kind with all the details. After we exhumed the remains and transferred them, they did a private cremation, combining them together just as we wanted. They lived together and will be together still. When I arrived an hour early Mike was already present and invited me in to file the paperwork. He was most accommodating and said he will tend to the matter right away. Less than two hours later I was able to receive the ashes. I highly recommend their service to anyone who is in need of a crematory for their beloved pets. For the handling of their pets. They are clean, professional, and very friendly.

My elderly cat passed away at 3am. I called at 8am two hours before they opened at 10am and they answered and told me I could come as soon as possible. I chose the semi private cremation option and was told it typically takes 3-5 days. I got a phone call the next day at noon saying my baby was ready to come home. I have never cremated a pet before and they made the process so easy. All you have to do is fill out a short form with your information and cremation option you would like. Mike was the one who helped me both times I was there and he was kind.

We lost our beloved bulldog suddenly yesterday morning, just shy of his 10th birthday. He had no health issues at all but had either a seizure or heart attack and passed in my arms. I was in complete shock and spent most of the day mourning. When I reached out to Pet Cremation Services of MN Scott took the call and was amazing. He communicated so well as I was really having a hard time speaking, and didn't know what to do or how the process went. I thought I would wait a day to take my best buddy there but it was so hard seeing him like that on his couch so I made the drive late in the afternoon and Scott was so wonderful from the second we pulled up to the second we drove way with my buddies cremains. Thank you for such a caring business during such a tough, brutal, time for me and my wife. Scott, you are amazing. Thank you!

I’ve had the worst day in a long time today, because my cat passed away. I didn’t even know what the next steps were. I looked for services, and this place was only open for another hour and he said “Come on by, no problem!” Very compassionate and personable about our loss. Very hard thing to do, but this place made it the “easiest” in the circumstances. THANK YOU!
Kurt McCaherty
Very compassionate and kind, we went with the private cremation and we have no doubt that our cat was handled safely and with dignity. The process was very easy and quicker than I could have hoped. Thankfully this was the most painless part of our cat’s unexpected death.

good place, nice people, the selection of urns was really nice too. I am glad i found a small business with such compassionate owners, and such perfect reviews. i’m glad i came here to cremate my sweet babygirl. John was very compassionate, and when i came to pick her up there was a different man there, but he still handled my baby’s urn with care and referred to her by her name. Very rarely do i see a businesses that has been going on for years have such good ratings and reviews, so that’s why i chose this place. They’ll treat any pet the same, wether it’s a small bird or a big dog, and it’s rare to see people who are so compassionate with all living things, not just dogs and cats. I can’t imagine having to see so many devastated faces of people who loose their companions and still keep your composure and professionalism. Even tho so many animals have probably been in there, it’s very clean, and the atmosphere is very calming. No bad vibes or anything.

I highly recommend Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota! From the beginning to setting up the appointment to the end. I had to put down my 16 year old cat, Binks and chose these guys. I feel so pleased with the whole process, everything was so beautifully done. Sara was our vet who came to our home and was so compassionate during her time. Walked us through the whole process in a professional manner. She accommodated our requests for a ink print and clay print of her paw. Scott took care of us once we got to the business. Gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. As well as handled her so gently and carefully. We were also able to watch her go into the kiln by herself. We were also able to receive her ashes in less than an hour! Both Scott and Sara treated her as if she was their own pet. The amount of respect and compassion they both shared was exactly what was needed during this difficult time. I cannot stress enough to anyone they are definitely the ones you want to choose for your difficult time! Thank you again for everything.

My wife and I picked this place to have our beloved dog cremated. We talked to John who was very friendly and made us even more comfortable with our decision. We knew the day we were putting our dog down so I called ahead and gave a rough time frame of when we would be there. I must have said 11:15. The process was very hard that day and it took us so long to say goodbye, it was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. Once we put our dog in the car after she was gone I called and said we are on the way, this was another person who answered the phone, it was not John. It must have been 11:15 because I said I was on the way and the person was so rude, “you told us 11:15” I said “yes I’m sorry, looks like we will be a little late” his response was “well yeah, it’s 11:15 now”. Let me tell you I cannot convey the tone in his voice and just rude interaction that was had minutes after having to put down a family member due to bone cancer. My wife and I were just dumbfounded. Luckily we found another crematorium who could get us in that day for a private cremation so we cancelled with Pet cremation Services. I wish it would have been John who I spoke with last as he seemed to be very good in this situation.

If there was a 10 star, they deserve it. We lost our girl in the early morning. I called them several hours before business hours and they happened to answer. Scott was EXTREMELY compassionate in helping us out. I really cannot express how much gratitude we have for them.

John was very professional and kind. He helped us decide how we wanted our wonderful dog remembered. He completed the cremation in only about 2 hours, complete with an engraved urn. We would like to recommend his services to anyone struggling with the loss of a furry family member.

I could not be more thankful for Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota. My beloved dog passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly. I knew I wanted her to be buried on our family’s farm and a few days after she passed I decided that I wanted to have her body cremated. I called after hours and missed them and intended to call back the next day. They actually immediately called me back and with extreme empathy listened to my story and shared an overview of their services. My father and I brought her remains a few days later. They met us at our car and assisted my father in bringing in the box with my 60 lb. dog inside, gently helped me with the paperwork and offered us two drinks to go. I mentioned I wanted to place some of her ash in a necklace, so they even provided a small scatter box. Because I have that, we’ll spread our ash at our home and at our family farm. The details and empathy matter and I felt my family pet was as respected as if she were a human. I feel a great deal of peace now and extreme gratitude. Five stars is not enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I can’t thank John enough for his kindness and graciousness in helping us through such a difficult time. Our beloved cat passed late Friday night. We arrived before opening time on Saturday morning to have her cremated and were waiting in the car when John waved at us to come in. He could tell we were obviously grieving and brought our kitty back to a private room for us to say our goodbyes. A box was included for the ashes, and she was ready to come home again within the hour. We thank you again for everything and would recommend you to anyone who is saying goodbye to their furry family members.

Our beloved fur-baby passed away this weekend and PCS of MN was beyond accommodating. The way our whole family was treated from the beginning to the end of the process was truly amazing. I am forever thankful for everything this company did for us. The best part about the healing process was knowing our fur-baby was treated with care and she was even returned to us the same day. Our grieving process has been a difficult one as 13.5 years is a long time with our beautiful girl but having her ashes home with us has made the transition a little smoother.Thank you to PCS of MN for everything!

This place took wonderful care of my Dolce (kitty) when she passed after a devastating diagnosis of advanced lymphoma. After the worst 48 hours ever, we brought her remains here. We got to sit in a comfortable room and say a family goodbye for as long as we wanted. The gentleman petted her and said how beautiful she was; handled her like she was his own. And I got her ashes back in about an hour. There was no pressure to buy an urn from them either, which I appreciated, as I had a custom one picked out already. They included a nice box for me to bring her home in. I have referred many people here since, as it’s the only truly individual cremation option in MN.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the services they provide. They were so patient everytime I called to change my appointment and to answer my questions. My dog passed at home prior to our appointment. Thankfully they were able to cremate that day. When I walked in the place was calm and had a peaceful feeling. They were so kind to let me wait in one of the rooms while they cremated my fur baby. It was the first time in months i felt at peace with my fur baby's passing.Thank you so much for the services your team offers!

I had my first contact with Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota yesterday when I called to schedule a time for my dog to be euthanized and cremated. John was incredibly caring during the initial phone conversation and arranged for a veterinarian to meet me at Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota today at 11. When I arrived John again was very caring and compassionate. He let me take as much time as I needed in the Family Room to say my goodbyes after the Vet left. The biggest reason I went with Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota other than how caring John was is the fact that I was able to get my dogs ashes back same day. That is going to be a big help in the grieving process knowing that I will not have to get the call from my Vet in a few days or more to go pick up the ashes or worse yet get them in the mail. I will recommend John and Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota to anyone I know and use them again the future.Note: If you elect to have your pet cremated in a private cremation, they are going to show you the crematory so you can see it is empty and put your pet in and start it with you present. If you are not prepared for that either take their word that the cremation will be a private cremation or have someone else go with you. That was one thing that I guess I wanted to see but was not at all prepared for emotionally.

I had my sweet hamster hazel cremated here I highly recommend them. John and Scott were absolutely amazing they didn’t treat me or make me feel any less because I was having a little hamster cremated. I really felt like they took really good care of my sweet baby and they ensured me I would get all of her back not just a mix of ashes. They were even able to do little clay paw prints for me!
Kristin French
Compassionate, understanding, and professional staff. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who has lost their pet. He made me feel like my dog was well taken care of and took time to make me feel validated.

We recently had our small dog cremated by Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota. The experience was bar-none, from beginning to end. Knowing very little about the process of losing a pet, John walked us through every step of the way, even recommending an in-home euthanasia service that also provided exceptional care. The facilities are quiet, well-maintained and very private, only adding to the positive experience. We left our dog in the care of John at 12:00 p.m. and by 2:00 p.m. we had his cremated remains home in the simple, tasteful container that is provided with the cremation service. From the first phone call to receiving the cremated remains, we felt cared for, heard and comforted. The selection of urns and other products offered is quite extensive and has something for everyone. The cost is well worth the respect and care you and your pet receive. We will, without a doubt, recommend Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota to anyone in need. Thank you to everyone involved who made our experience exceptional.

I am so thankful to have found this place. They made the entire process easy, calm and peaceful. I was able to have my dog Otis cremated & back home same day- which meant so much to me. From the first phone call with Scott, to the vet (Tracy) who came to my home and John at the cremation site- everyone handles the situation with such care and compassion. You can tell how much they truly care for people and their pets, especially during such a difficult time.

Coming here was a positively amazing experience out of the heart-breaking and devastating loss of Tux.Our favorite cat and best little buddy Tux passed last night. We called quite a few places before deciding to come to Pet Cremation. And I'm beyond happy we found this place. Other places couldn't get us in this weekend nor offer same day service and we just couldn't bear leaving Tux. It was so important to us that he have an absolutely private, same day cremation. (Some places offer "individual" but that only means your pet is cremated with other pets in an "individual chamber" of a crematory. This place is a truly private cremation.) We could have stayed to watch, but chose not to. We had our beloved kitty back in an hour or so. I wish I remembered the man's name that was working. He was so kind and caring. It was a 2 hour drive for us one-way, and worth every minute to find such a compassionate service that respected our final wishes for our best cat, Tux.

Thank you.

Used Pet Cremation of Minnesota for my pet. They made a sad and stressful situation better by making the process easy. They were kind and so respectful and everything was handled quickly.

We had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog Clyde on Friday. A vet gave us a choice about cremation. It's either group cremate or private cremate. If you choose'' private cremate'' you'll get ashes back about a week after. We spent 16 years with our dog. He's part of our family. We didn't want to leave him alone. So we called multiple places & all of them stated we could not witness the cremation. We started to feel hopeless and we decided to try one more phone call then we found this place. We came from Rochester MN. It was about an hour and an half drive. It was worth it.Thank you so much for the care and respect that you provided to us and our beloved dog, Clyde.Very professional and sympathetic. We would highly recommend a private cremation.

We had the unfortunate need to use their services just before Christmas. We were so blessed to have this company suggested to us. Scott was such a comfort to us as we said goodbye to our boy. He has a soft empathetic nature and an understanding of the depth of the feelings that accompany these situations. Bless Scott for helping to ease the sadness of this dayDeb Oman

Very compassionate and respectful people. They will give you all the time you need to choose an urn (if you don't want the complementary one), say your final goodbyes in a family room, and watch (if necessary) your pet go into the crematory. I cannot stress enough how nice Scott was to us during the whole process. The place was very clean and maintained.I'd encourage anyone wondering how the whole thing goes to look on their website, especially the FAQ section to alleviate any concerns. You can tell the owner and employees are extremely respectful to your loved one and it showed during the whole visit.Thank you, Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota. You made saying goodbye much easier.

Our beautiful fur baby died Saturday after a brief illness. I called Pet Cremations, they were so compassionate as I cried through my questions. We took our baby in. They allowed us time to say our final goodbyes...Two hours later we were able to bring our boy home for the last time.Thank you very much. You helped make a horrible day a little easier.

Today was the second fur baby I brought here. clean, professional, sympathetic. Did a beautiful job of engraving Maggie's urn. I liked the fact that my pups wasn't put in a freezer. Dropped off at 11am and picked up 3 hrs later. John made the best of a heartbreaking situation.

My cat died and I needed Pet Cremation Services. They are such a caring environment and really tended to my personal needs as well as the cremations service I needed. I felt assured that my cat would be individually cremated and they would be her remains returned to me.The office is clean and quiet - they offer a family room to say good bye. I picked up the cremations within a few hours and it was packaged in a lovely wooden box with a velvet cover. The cover had a touching sentiment.I can not recommend them highly enough.Thank you, Rick.

As someone that has not been through this experience before I can’t say enough good things about choosing Edina pet cremation. John was professional and sincere in his kindness. The office is super cute and bright. Lots of options from simple to fancy urns and memorials. The simple package was more than perfect. The dignity shown to Marley really felt was like I was making arrangements for a family member. As it should be:) Marley was home within 4 hours! Thank you John for making a difficult time easier. You do a good work sir!

John was very compassionate and understanding in our time of need. Very respectful and trustworthy. He walked me through the process and coordinated the in-home vet visit to ease our pets passing. I feel 100% confident that he then treated her with dignity during the cremation process.

Just the perfect place to take our darling departed pet. They offered to come out to car so we wouldn't have to go in. How nice of them.I had called when we found our pet was sick to understand what options were available. They were so kind and understanding knowing a loved one would be leaving us soon. They even have an in home option to put our pet down had we needed it. Call and find out how they can help in your time of need.

Amanda Krinke

Two weeks ago 8/8/2022 our sweet little poodle Rusty passed away in my husbands arms around 7pm. It was a little sooner than we expected and we were not totally prepared.I sent a message that night on Pet Cremation of MN Edina’s site asking if we could bring Rusty in the next morning. I was so surprised, shortly after I sent the message John replied with his condolences and said absolutely. This small kind gesture put me at ease after such an emotional evening. When we arrived John greeted us and was very calming, informative and made the experience bearable. What impressed me was that although we expected him to ask for payment he did not prior to cremation. There was no hard sell, just respect. We chose the private cremation, actually my husband witnessed the process as he was very concerned about getting only our dogs ashes. We left to walk and John called us in about an hour when Rusty‘s ashes were ready to take home.We would highly recommend their services.Thank you John and Pet Cremation of MN EdinaCindy LeadensCorcoran MN

I lost my 16 year old cat a couple weeks ago. He had been suffering kidney disease and I had to make the difficult decision to let him go since he had stopped eating for several days. John at Pet Cremation of MN, Edina, arranged for Dr. Taylor to come to my home for a peaceful passing. Dr. Taylor was kind, gentle and empathetic.I was present when my beloved pet was put into the creamatorium. I selected a beautiful urn for my long time companion. I know he is at peace now and no longer suffering.John was a wonderful, caring person. I could not have asked for better people or a more timely service. I highly recommend John and his services.RIP my beloved BaileyJuly 2004 - August 2020

Absolutely incredible service. It’s so clear that the owner here genuinely cares and empathizes with his clients. Obviously losing your pet is difficult enough as it is and the kindness that exudes from this man almost drove me to tears in and of itself. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how smooth this whole process has been. I’d give him 11 stars if I could. We’ll definitely be back for all of our future pet cremation needs.

It was necessary for me to use this fine companies services last weekend when my adult daughter lost her beloved Jack Russell Terrier late on Saturday night. I was grateful for week-end hours. I was also grateful for such a well laid out website that provided me with such clear information and for Andre’ who picked up on the second ring when I phoned at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. The entire experience was professional and extremely efficient and I had Angus back to my daughter within a matter of hours. In addition, the price you see on the website is the price. I was most impressed that you may make the urn choice to upgrade if you wish, now or at a later date. I highly recommend the services of this company!

I highly recommend Pet Cremation Services of MN. From the first call to picking up my dog’s ashes, we were treated with kindness and compassion. We received timely responses for all of our inquires. We never felt rushed in anyway and appreciated the time they gave us to say goodbye. Though it was one of our toughest days, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience given the circumstances.

Andre went above and beyond during this difficult experience. He was helpful, tactful and comforting. There is a private room to grieve/spend time with your loved pet. My cat passed away Friday night, I was able to bring him in on Saturday and pickup ashes on Sunday. I appreciate that they are open on weekends. The customized box for ashes was beautiful. Thank you, Andre.

I highly recommend them to anyone going through the difficult process of putting your beloved pet down. I had Dr. Sara and she was extremely caring and thoughtful when she came to our house to put our cherished Sophie down today. I know I will use them again when it's her sister's time and will hopefully be able to use Dr. Sara again. Thank you to all that I talked with and the gentleness that you all showed in this difficult time.

Friendly and professional! I met the owner for the first time Monday and was impressed with his genuine commitment to Pet Cremation Services of MN. The overall vibe at the clinic was clean and welcoming. I would certainly recommend PCSM to anyone in need of pet cremation services, especially those concerned with receiving their own pet's ashes and no one else's. This clinic even offers in-home euthanasia which I will definitely we taking advantage of so my pup can be in a normal, peaceful setting during her last moments with me. Highly impressed, definitely recommend.-Rachel

I didn't ever think I'd be writing a review for this kind of service. But when it came time, we were very pleased by the thoughtful, sensitive way we were treated. Scott understands the emotions that surround the loss of a dear pet. We are grateful for the unhurried explanation of our options, his concern for our budget, and the respect he showed to our sad little bundle. Five stars.

It's the worst day I have been through in a very long long time. Losing my best friend, I would say I lost a child when I had to put my 17 year old, Norm, down earlier today. Through out the wretched day, pet cremation was a very loving atmosphere and has a caring staff. I couldn't have asked for a better scenario, considering my dog's circumstances, and they were able to promptly get him in and end his suffering.

Scott was great. He is kind and caring. My cat died in the middle of the night. I emailed them and Scott called bright and early and took care of my baby. I got her back the same day. Scott made a dark and painful day a little better. Thank You so very much.

My beloved 9 year old St Bernard was in horrible pain and needed euthanasia, The Farmington Vet Hospital wanted me to bring him around the back so the other patients would not be aware and would euthanize him in their garage. Are you kidding?I found Pet Cremation Services on the web.John was able to accomodate my needs that same day. He and the vet were very caring and professional and made my dog's passing very dignified and reverent.Thank you John, for giving a wonderful dog a peaceful and dignified death.

Scott was wonderful to work with. He was compassionate and completely understanding of my sister and I showing up early because we didn't want to be away from my dog, Tanky. He made me a special sticker for Tanky's urn, which I know sounds silly, but it was something he definitely did not have to do, but he took the extra time to make sure I got what I wanted. He made sure to explain everything he was going to do, and that we were ready for each step. He gave Tanky lots of gentle pets and treated him like he had known Tanky his whole life. Scott let us watch him put Tanky in the crematory and offered us the waiting room. He made sure we were able to bring Tanky home the same day so we never had to be apart.Everything he did for me that day made my hard day a little more bearable. My only complaint was that the lady (I forgot her name) who came to pick Tanky up after his euthanasia was early. And I was too wrapped up in emotion to have her wait, or watch my cry for my beloved dog. It would have been nice for her to call, or to wait until the arranged pick up time. But she was very nice. She said sweet things about my dog. She even asked what kind of music we liked so that Tanky's last car ride was as comfortable as it could be. However, this is not enough of a complaint to give less than a 5 * review because overall, everyone was so kind and compassionate.

We were greeted immediately at the door, within a few seconds I started crying but he was very compassionate and everything was very professional and top notch. Couldn't have had it go any better. The customer service was a silver lining in what has been heartbreaking couple of days since the loss of our longtime kitty.

THE best place to take your fur baby. Very sincere and empathetic to us and my baby Goldie! They made my most heart wrenching day, the best it could possibly be! Private room to say goodbye and we had all the time we needed. I wish I could hug everyone there! Thank You for taking such good care of us and my baby!

We used Pet Cremation Services in 2009 and 2012. Our Buddy died on Easter Sunday, 2012 and they provided cremation for him that morning while I waited. Laddie also was cremated within a short time and we were able to take him home in a few hours. They were professional, caring, sincere and respectful. They made the dying process and grieving for our best friends a little easier. We could not have found a better place in Minnesota. Thank you so much.

A valuable service in our community and worth the expense. I have had two pets individually cremated here, both times Scott made the process easy and provided me with what I wanted & needed those difficult days. Some of the details might not be for everyone (i.e. potentially having your well-loved pet's body overnight) but for me that final care deepened my bond to them and brought much closure.

One of my pet rats died unexpectedly and I had no plan for what to do with his remains. Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota was incredibly helpful and they were able to take him in right away. They were supportive and understanding throughout the whole process and handled his remains with the upmost respect. I appreciate all their help and I know Arlo does too.

Highly recommend this place. Very compassionate and got us in last minute on a Sunday afternoon after our dog Rocky passed away on our couch. Thank you so much for this!

Deb Oman

Paul Johnson

Kevin Butler
John was very compassionate and understanding in our time of need. Very respectful and trustworthy. He walked me through the process and coordinated the in-home vet visit to ease our pets passing. I feel 100% confident that he then treated her with dignity during the cremation process.
Debra
Just the perfect place to take our darling departed pet. They offered to come out to car so we wouldn't have to go in. How nice of them.I had called when we found our pet was sick to understand what options were available. They were so kind and understanding knowing a loved one would be leaving us soon. They even have an in home option to put our pet down had we needed it. Call and find out how they can help in your time of need.
Barb Stremel
I am so impressed with Pet Cremation of Minnesota. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs this service.
Jazmin
The owner is not compassionate. I would not recommend giving this place your business, especially at such a delicate time as putting down a beloved pet. When I tried talking to the owner (John) about our experience, his response was "well I'm not sure what you want me to do".
Mary Yang
Scott was wonderful and was very professional. He made the last step for my lab a lot more comfortable. I do appreciate that Scott remembers my name when I cane in. I would come here again for when my other dog goes to the rainbow bridge.

We lost our beloved Miniature Pinscher Gimpy today. We called Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota and was greeted by John. From the onset John made the experience easy despite the tough time we were having. He was very compassionate which made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them when the unfortunate event of losing a pet happens.
Sally Kim
I wanted to have my dog cremated here two years ago when she passed away. But because I was grieving and my mind wasn’t clear I missed the chance and just went with whatever the vet usually does. I waited one week for my dog‘s ashes and it was a nightmare. It made me literally sick to think that they don’t cremate her right away... when I got her ashes back it was in a small plastic bag and I didn’t think much of it. This time after we put our other dog Mollie to sleep we took her body to Edina cremation and I had so much peace. Scott was so nice to us and thoughtful. The place was clean and they cremated our mollie same day and the price was not that much more. We even got ALL of her ashes back. I compared the ashes I got from my other dog and it’s not even half. I so much wished I could’ve taken my first dog to Edina cremation as well. We loved her dearly and she deserved it. I regret it to this day.

I had an amazing experience here, it was so incredibly hard to lose my little guy, my best friend for 15 years.. this place really made me feel at peace with his passing. They had a nice private room for me and my family to say goodbye, we were greeted in the most genuine way and as hard as the whole experience was, I found peace with my dogs passing at Pet Cremation Services of Minnesota.
Cami Hopkins
While no one ever wants to have to use a service like this, when you have to, this is the place to go.Tracy (the vet who assited my pup to sleep) and Tony (the man who cremated my pup) took fantastic care of my fiance Skylar, me, and most of all our Gunner Bubba. They were incredibly kind and compassionate as we said our final godbye. When I got my bubs for my 12th birthday, it was one of the best days of my life. When I had to say goodbye 2 days ago, it was one of the hardest. They really cared and were truly gentle with my pup even after he was already gone. The urn we recieved was beautiful and while I never want to go through this again, when I inevitably do, I will alwasy come back here for their fantastic service. Thank you so much for everything you do. You gave us peace in a time of sorrow and I could never thank you enough.

During one, if not the worst, moments of my life..Scott was so kind, compassionate, helpful and made scheduling very simple for me (even over a Holiday weekend). When the time came to help my baby go to heaven, Dr. Sara was absolutely amazing. So loving and tender with my sweet girl. Trissa (I hope I spelled that correctly), was also so kind and sweet. It takes a very special group of people to do what they do and helping in the ways they do, and they absolutely are soooo incredible and special. The process, although heart wrenching, was smooth as can be and I am forever grateful to this wonderful business. ❤️

Scott recently helped us with our beloved Gabbie's end of life needs. If I could rate this business at 50 Stars, I would. Very competent, extremely compassionate and outstanding customer service extended to our very grief stricken family. Sincere gratitude to Scott & well deserved, highest recommendation.

My dog passed away yesterday morning on a Sunday. And even though their normal business hours are Monday - Friday, they were still able to provide service the day of and within a couple of hours. John was very sincere and very helpful. He helped by making our grieving process a little more bearable. Thank you, John!

I called on a Friday morning because my boy died the morning of… Scott who answered the phone was so kind and when I met him with my boy in my arms; he took my baby very gently. I really appreciated the sentiment that was shown to me. Thank you very much it was also affordable.

Rose Ngo

Sam
The people who work here are incredibly empathetic and kind. I went to get my first pet, my hamster, cremated. The sympathy they showed was so touching and really helped us get through the difficult experience of losing a pet

Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me and my cat!

I can’t begin to explain how unbelievable this company is. They were so understanding about us losing our sweet Bella. Andre was the best! So helpful. He went above and beyond for my family. Very happy with the service we received!

Thank you for your incredible caring, kindness, and generosity. For one of the worst moments in anyone's life, John was amazingly caring and helpful. I cannot recommend or thank you enough. Thank you for sending me another urn--I sent the wrong birth date in my email, it was my mistake, I didn't ask you to re-do it, I offered to pay for it--yet you re-did it for me AND mailed it to me and didn't charge me anything. That urn with my little one's picture is a comfort to me every single day. It's taken a while for me to write this because I knew I would lose it and start crying, but I needed to put this out there and say thank you for such a gracious act.

John was very helpful and caring, down to the last detail. I have comfort knowing that he handled my pet as I would have, and that the ashes I have are hers. My boyfriend and I are extremely grateful for the high level of care provided through this service.

On one of the hardest days the loss on my beloved little man they were a savior. Very passionate and went of there way to help me. When i picked up the ashes i got a very beautiful urn box, all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great business. Kind, compassionate, and more importantly - no upselling of any kind. The last thing a grieving pet owner wants to hear is a sales pitch for a fancy urn. Thank you for being a true gentleman, Scott.

My beautiful maine coon kitty passed away early this morning. I was hesitant to go through a veterinarian for cremation because I needed to know I would be getting Mojo's ashes (and only Mojo's). This is a very nice and affordable place to get a private cremation for your precious pet. John, is a very compassionate and comforting person. I will be recommending these services to my friends. Thank you for helping me say goodbye to my Mojo cat.

Outstanding Minnesota Company that really cares about the pets and their customers and the grief and loss of pets. John cares so much, I brought Zuzu in after 14 years of giving us so much love and John was focused on my needs, simply outstanding.

My dog of 13 years passed away on the 27th of April 2022. I brought her for cremation. Never in my years seen such respect and accommodation as when I brought her in. If I could put 10 stars... 11... 100, I would. Thank you so very, very much.

Compassionate and respectful services. Scott eased a difficult farewell by treating our dog's body with dignity, and his sincere compassion helped us in our grief.

Sadly, we've needed them 3 times in 3 years. In these times we take comfort where we can; it's reassuring to know that they'll pick up the phone when you call, explain everything, do what they say they'll do when they promise. The cost is reasonable. There's a nice selection of urns but they've never once given us some pushy upsell. Wonderful, sympathetic people.

Thank you for the caring and compassion you showed us during the loss of our beloved kitty, Bear. You showed Bear the dignity and respect that he deserved, as he was the best little boy in the whole world. Bear, 10-1-03 to 7-13-19

The office was clean and they were just really nice and caring from the first phone call I made to them to bringing our dog in! Very sympathetic and gave us time alone with her before our final goodbye! Highly recommend!!!
Bailey Taylor
Super kind staff, told us exactly what was going to happen and even told us not to buy the earns they sell separate because they’re over priced. Got my kittys ashes in less than 3 hours with a wooden earn and a cute bag.
Thomas Hartley

Nichole Downing
John was very helpful and caring, down to the last detail. I have comfort knowing that he handled my pet as I would have, and that the ashes I have are hers. My boyfriend and I are extremely grateful for the high level of care provided through this service.
Jill Weinand
The office is very clean and they offer a family room to say your good-byes. The staff were very compassionate. Would definitely recommend them and will bring our next dog to them too.
Alicia LeVasseur
On one of the hardest days the loss on my beloved little man they were a savior. Very passionate and went of there way to help me. When i picked up the ashes i got a very beautiful urn box, all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.
Peter Kim
Great business. Kind, compassionate, and more importantly - no upselling of any kind. The last thing a grieving pet owner wants to hear is a sales pitch for a fancy urn. Thank you for being a true gentleman, Scott.
Julie Dosch
Thanks so much John for your services! Appreciate your help in putting our sweet Hunter at rest and doing it in a fashion where I could pick him up the same day and only have to wait a couple of hours!
Quetzalli Tovar

They were incredibly kind and thoughtful on our difficult day and tended to our specific needs and requests. We were all a mess, but they were understanding and took the burden of what to do after our pet passed off our hands. Would absolutely recommend them.
Chelsea Riley
My beautiful maine coon kitty passed away early this morning. I was hesitant to go through a veterinarian for cremation because I needed to know I would be getting Mojo's ashes (and only Mojo's). This is a very nice and affordable place to get a private cremation for your precious pet. John, is a very compassionate and comforting person. I will be recommending these services to my friends. Thank you for helping me say goodbye to my Mojo cat.
Minnesota Gardens
Outstanding Minnesota Company that really cares about the pets and their customers and the grief and loss of pets. John cares so much, I brought Zuzu in after 14 years of giving us so much love and John was focused on my needs, simply outstanding.

My dog of 13 years passed away on the 27th of April 2022. I brought her for cremation. Never in my years seen such respect and accommodation as when I brought her in. If I could put 10 stars... 11... 100, I would. Thank you so very, very much.
Paul Tanghe
Compassionate and respectful services. Scott eased a difficult farewell by treating our dog's body with dignity, and his sincere compassion helped us in our grief.
Ezra Gray
