After a period of bravely defying some irreparable health issues, one of my beloved feline fur babies, Sophie, passed away in my arms at home in the wee hours of the morning on 02/05. This happened during a time in which I was experiencing car trouble, so when I got to the point of looking into what my options were for managing Sophie's remains, the stress levels were even higher than they naturally would have been in such a time.Thankfully, Fur-Ever loved was one of the first options Google showed me, and from the moment she picked up the phone to our closing interaction, Marie was incredibly kind, compassionate, accommodating, and respectful. She drove to my home in Duluth within roughly 25 minutes of our getting off the phone, and then she kindly delivered Sophie's ashes, etc. back to me the next day.I was a mess at both of our brief meetings, otherwise I'd have taken more time to express the depth of my gratitude for the gentle care that Marie took with my girl in her final journey on her Last Day. It's clear that she treats her work as the sacred practice that it is.I have lived with and loved many different pets in my lifetime, and am grateful to be able to say that I have been fortunate enough to connect with more than one "soul pet" over the years. Sophie is absolutely one of them. She was exceedingly sweet and affectionate, profoundly emotionally aware and compassionate, always cheerful, too brave for her own good, and didn't have a single mean bone in her body. How she ever contained such a huge amount of light, joy, and love in such a tiny bundle of fluff, I will never fully comprehend.To me, pets are far more than the mindless "things" that too many others in this world seem to see them as; they're family members, with minds, hearts, and personalities of their own. Amazing customer service & good pricing. They were able to pick up our large dog within 30 minutes of calling, and had her ready to be picked up same day. Very kind & compassionate. I am so glad this was an option after our dog passed away at home.

Brought our Guinea pig here after a euthanasia. They were very kind and helpful and Lucy was a perfect emotional support helper. They checked in with us multiple times during the process and were transparent yet gentle when we asked for details on the process.Would 100% recommend them.

Between 10/24 & 10/25/22 Fur-Ever Loved Pet Cremation Services did SUCH a beautiful and amazing, sentimental job of making my Pucky's passing a little easier. I had her for 11 1/2 years, she was my therapy cat, and best friend. When she passed away the pain I felt, and still am dealing with was inconsolable. They were incredibly affordable, timely, respectful, and did such a gorgeous job at giving her remains a place and way to be remembered. I can't describe how sweet the woman was who came and picked Pucky up. They treated her as if she was their cat, even in death she was treated with a kind hand, respect, and love. Having her remains at home with her paw print, with a little memorial has given me a lot closure. A part of her will always be with me, (just like my previous cat I had cremated nearly 12 years prier) Harvy is. Thanks to their outstanding work!I cried so hard when I opened everything up. It was so special, so beautiful, and yet so sad. Having her remains home and safe with me, means more to me than I think anyone will realize.Thank you !

Marie was a phenomenal support to my husband (Carl) and I when our beloved 4 legged son (Gabriel) died suddenly. We were able to bring our son's little body in person and right away for private cremation. Marie was so compassionate and kind. We were also able to pick up his cremains that same day. We purchased a beautiful urn of the rainbow bridge- where Gabriel as been laid to rest and back home with us.I do know know what we would have done if Marie's Fur-ever Loved cremation services were not available. I will continue and have recommend Marie's cremation service to all my clients, as I am grief counselor who works with animal companion loss.May this business continue to offer this compassionate work for many years to come. When our 2 year old cat, Loki, unexpectedly passed away in an accident, Marie was there. They were so gentle and sincere, and handled Loki with the upmost care. It meant a lot to put her at peace and to fo it in such little time. I got to take my baby home same day. Thank you for your services!

I lost my baby Seka in August, she was my baby for 15yrs. Her passing was heartbreaking , even though I was prepared for her to cross over to heaven. Didn't know if I was able to have her cremated, as I didn't have available money They were very caring and set up payment plan for me. They were very good and caring with her. So gentle and caring. They let me spend all the time I needed with her to say my good byes. They treated her with kindness and care., as of she was one of their own. I would recommend them to anyone who has lost their loved one. Very caring and understanding . I will always remember them for helping me. I would recommend them to anyone who is this situation. My daughter's cat, Ribbon, who was 15, died late in the afternoon, and they were very gracious to stay open until I was able to bring Ribbon to them and set up services. As Bob had promised, the ashes and the paw prints were ready for me to pick up the next morning, and were carefully wrapped and presented with care. I cannot put into words my thankfulness to Bob and his staff at this time. Ribbon was a dear member of our family, and the sweetest cat.Having worked with Bob on a professional basis, I can say that he extends the same care and sensitivity to all grieving families. I thank them for their work and continued care for those grieving a death.

I've had 2 of my dogs cremated in the last 4 months, Woodrow and Loki. Coming from Grand Rapids I missed both of my appointments, but Marie was very accommodating and took care of my two boys, like they were part of her family.

Our son's dog, Bert, passed away unexpectedly early on a Saturday evening. We weren't sure of how to deal with the situation. Luckily we were able to connect with Fur-Ever Loved Pet Cremation Services and they met us at there location within the hour. I can't say enough about the professional way we were treated. Very compassionate. My pet came back in a nice wooden box with a paw print. I didn't have to worry if I got "her" remains because her hardware from knee surgeries were in the box with the remains, which verified it was her. Only a few days instead of weeks. This helped in a very bad emotional time for me. Thank you

My dog, Tiva passed away unexpectedly yesterday, I am so heartbroken & wasn’t sure I could afford getting her cremated but they were so genuine & sweet, they made sure I felt comfortable and took such good care of my baby. Our dear friend of 11 years passed away and Fur-Ever-Loved treated her with care and dignity, and returned her to us along with a footprint plaque. (which made us bawl our eyes out even more) We thank them very much for helping us know she was well cared for.
