Sadly our sweet boy Reign crossed the rainbow bridge 9/9/24. This was incredibly hard on our family as you all can imagine. I will be honest, when we paid for the cremation at our vet I did not look to see who they went through or anything until tonight when we went to pick up our sweet boy. From the moment our vet handed us the bag, and the ride home I could immediately tell I was going to be in love once I opened it. From the bag, to the boxes, the sweet certification, and the soft dark blue velvet bag my boys urn was safely in, it was all so beautiful! Then, I opened the bag to see the urn and my heart melted into a puddle! It was so incredibly beautiful!!! Everything was amazing and I could not be happier! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy! It feels so good to have him back home with us where he belongs! I can't say enough amazing things about you guys! ❤️

Wow! Our 19 year old kitty Nikko passed away.We decided to have him cremated and the Humane Society Clinic (our vet) recommended Trusted Journey Pet Memorial Services. Well, he came home today and the presentation was beautiful!You can see the care and love they put in their services. His beautiful wooden memorial box came in a velvet bag with a certificate, a paw print a memorial card and paw bracelet. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended.

I had to put my baby boy to sleep last Thursday and it was a horrible and traumatic time for me, I made the decision to get him cremated and they made this such an amazing process. They included my baby’s paw prints, put his ashes in a beautiful box, and dropped him off to my house for me, they were all so sweet and amazing. Having my baby home in such a special way has made me feel so much better, thank you to all the staff that was so sweet and amazing.

If I had a known what I know now when I made this call, I would not have used them but when we had to make the decision to euthanize our amazing boy, Orion, the other day and called to inquire about INK paw prints and shaving some fur, we were quoted $50ea for INK (on paper) paw and nose print and $23 to shave some fur.In all my years as a pet owner, that kind of fee on a grieving family member has NOT happened and it is EXTREMELY predatory. We do NOT recommend them nor any of their franchises and will 100% transport our future bridge kids elsewhere.

We recently had to say goodbye to one of our furry friends, and as difficult as that process is, Jason and Roberta made it as easy and painless as they possibly could. Roberta and Jason greeted us outside after we left the vet, and their compassion and warmth immediately put us at ease. The building is inviting, and you are able to view many samples of the memorial items available. There is no pushiness to purchase items; they truly care about you and how you are feeling. The urn we selected is beautifully done. While I wish I'd never have to see them again (perhaps immortality will be a 2021 enhancement on pets :)), I plan to use Loyal Paws for any needs going forward. Thank you to Roberta and Jason for helping us give Rocky the final home he deserves.

You will simply not find a more caring, sensitive, kind and compassionate professional. John understands the true importance of the sacred bond between a pet and an "owner". We trust John a 100% with our best friend (Maddie-Golden). He fully understands just how difficult and painful losing a family member can be. John comforted us along the entire journey and fully ensured Maddie (our best friend & pet) was cared for with kindness and love. Our vet used Trusted Journey and I couldn’t be more disappointed. To get our beloved cat back in a tin can with a computer printed bar code with his name on it was unacceptable!!Thankfully, Faithful Companion came to our rescue.DO NOT USE THIS company Trusted Journey!And we paid for private cremation. Very disappointed.On the left is the tin we got, right is new one from Faithful Companion.Trusted Journey did NOT at all help us on our time of grief.. and if our vet Roose Animal Hospital continues to use these services we will change vets.

I cannot praise Trusted Journey high enough! I have never had someone show me the level of care and compassion that this gentleman has. Your kindness touched all of our hearts during a traumatic time with the death of my mom’s dog Oakley. Trusted Journey failed to return my pet to my home as contracted and paid for. Instead, they shipped my pet’s cremains to AN AUTO PARTS STORE IN A NEIGHBORING TOWN ! I then had to make two different trips to the auto parts store to straighten it out and finally pick up the package myself. Trusted Journey was contacted multiple times about this debacle and STILL have not replied. Not even; “We’ll look into it”, or a token, “Sorry”.Yet they claim: "Trusted Journey provides a secure chain of custody, real-time status updates to clinics and gives pet owners peace of mind in knowing that their pet’s remains are being returned to them. Trusted Journey also equips the Pet Heaven team with a secure and transparent means to prevent routing errors and improve service times.”

Trusted Journey is top notch in compassion during a difficult time. My Cane Corso Romeo had congestive heart failure was on medication and I didn't expect him to pass as quick as he did. His heart just stopped one cool afternoon lounging on our front porch. I was so upset and the holiday weekend was a day away and I called Trusted Journey and John answered and I was a crying mess trying to talk he was so compassionate and caring. His one pick up person was already out for the day doing picks ups but he fit a pick up in for my Romeo and the end and we did everything over the phone. I would highly recommend them for cremation of your pets. Such loving, caring and compassionate people.

My experience with Trusted Journey was beyond what I expected. I took the loss of my girl Sage really hard and did not trust anyone with her body. When I first contacted them, John helped me the entire way through. Every question I had, all my emotions, EVERYTHING was handled with so much care. I knew I could trust them. When I came in person to pick up Sage, everything was super smooth, he walked me to the back introduced me to the girls there, showed me her paw print, and transferred her into an urn I brought in for me. I felt like I could really trust John in the handling of my girl. I would highly recommend them to anyone and the service is well worth any drive.

I lost my sweet baby girl JoJo to old age early in the morning. I was beside myself with grief. I had no idea what to do. I reached out to w close friend who deals with pups. She recommended John. I cant begin to express how impressed we are with the service here. We had to put our 4 legged son down a few weeks ago and we reached out to loyal paws for their services. Jason was so professional and every conversation that he had with my wife, he spoke to her as if cooper was right there with him. We have had to let go of two other dogs in the past but NEVER did we experience such a smooth and caring process as we did with Jason. The drop off day went smoothly as we had coordinated times with John, and we picked up our dog's cremains a few days later.Do call them ahead of time so you know what to expect and you can work out a time frame.We are very happy we chose Loyal Paws and would use their services again, if needed.

I spoke with a wonderful woman named Roberta primarily, but everyone I dealt with was truly wonderful, empathetic, professioanl and kind. Roberta walked me through everything. This was my first pet that I've lost and I had no clue what I was doing. My baby passed in my home in the middle of the night. loyal paws was the first place I contacted and I couldn't be happier with my luck. they sent a wonderful young man to pick her up. I asked if she could go with her blanket she's had since a pup. he wrapped her up and carried her out. he was very respectful. I would highly recommend this place.

Words cannot describe the kindness and support John had shown our family. My dog had passed away due to cancer after I left for work. My daughter found him and was devastated. My vet recommended loyal paws to help us out. From the very first phone call they were supportive and caring of our needs. We recently lost our beautiful cat Goldie!! Our vet uses this place and I couldnt have asked for better service!!When I picked up his ashes from the vet I was very pleased with how carefully it was packaged. The second thing that I was pleased with is they put a certificate of cremation which reminded me of a death certificate.I could tell that they take extra care of the pets they cremate!! When my other cats pass on I will definitely make sure they go here to be cremated.The pamphlet on grieving was also a big help. Knowing there is a careline to call that can help you grieve the loss of your pet is very valuable information, I want to thank them for including this information!!I also get to have an imprint of my cats paw, which is a very special memory of him that Ill have for a lifetime!

My Italian Greyhound passed in her sleep. I was not so sure how to handle the situation. When I called Trusted Journey I got Jamie Hill on the phone. She stated that I can bring my fur baby in. When I got there she greeted us outside. She offered to assist me in bringing in my baby Bleu. Once in the establishment Jamie's compassion and professionalism was apparent. She explained to me step by step the process. I asked for a tour of the facility. It was very clean. Jamie made the process a lot less painless. I didn't know what to expect since this was the first time utilizing cremation services. If it wasn't for Jamie making the process as easy as possible I would have been much more of a emotional mess. I can't thank her enough. It is employees like Jamie that make the establishment. I just hope that she is as appreciated as much as I came to appreciate her professionalism and compassion. I lost my 14 year old lab, Brady, a month away from his 15th birthday. Loyal Paws was the cremation service that came recommended from my veterinarian. Roberta was fantastic; as hard as this was for me. I received a paw print, hair clippings, 2 beautiful poems, and a bracelet with my service, in addition to this gorgeous urn. For as hard and painful as it was to put down are little Beans, Loyal Paws was very compassionatethroughout the process. They truly understand your pain and want to fully support you duringthis difficult time. I had to put my best friend Bouncer to sleep recently . I used Elizabeth Lake vet and they used your company . I was so impressed with the urn , paw print , and card . It is beautiful! I’ve had other dogs and not sure what company their vet used but the urn was a metal box with paw prints on it . Yours is so much nicer . Unless someone asked where I got the beautiful carved box they would never know it’s an urn . Very happy that you made a hard day a little brighter .

I have had all my pets cremated here and put into the same type of urn. An oak wooden box with a place to put their picture. They have all come with a gold metal plate on the front with their name engraved and year of birth to year of death and under it they engraved forever loved. This is my 5th urn that I have purchased from them. This time instead of an engraved metal plate like it shows on their website they sent a sticker for me to stick on the box. I am so disappointed. I never would have spent 350.00 had I known I was just getting a sticker instead of a nice gold metal plate like all my other pets have. The sticker makes the urn look cheap. I will be going somewhere else for the rest of my pets.Why show a photo of a metal plate if your just going to send a sticker? So disappointed. They use to send a laminated poem of the rainbow bridge poem as well. They sent nothing this time.

Trusted Journey is top notch in compassion during a difficult time. My Cane Corso Romeo had congestive heart failure was on medication and I didn't expect him to pass as quick as he did. His heart just stopped one cool afternoon lounging on our front porch. I was so upset and the holiday weekend was a day away and I called Trusted Journey and John answered and I was a crying mess trying to talk he was so compassionate and caring. His one pick up person was already out for the day doing picks ups but he fit a pick up in for my Romeo and the end and we did everything over the phone. I would highly recommend them for cremation of your pets. Such loving, caring and compassionate people.

Jaime was amazing and compassionate. John was also amazing, he checked my fur baby in and went over everything with me. I asked for an ink print of her paw and they were extremely accommodating. Very professional, very clean. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

My experience with Trusted Journey was beyond what I expected. I took the loss of my girl Sage really hard and did not trust anyone with her body. When I first contacted them, John helped me the entire way through. Every question I had, all my emotions, EVERYTHING was handled with so much care. I knew I could trust them. When I came in person to pick up Sage, everything was super smooth, he walked me to the back introduced me to the girls there, showed me her paw print, and transferred her into an urn I brought in for me. I felt like I could really trust John in the handling of my girl. I would highly recommend them to anyone and the service is well worth any drive.

I am HIGHLY recommending Loyal Paws to anyone going through a tough, hard time losing their pet. My family lost an incredibly, loved best friend, and Loyal Paws made a really hard, unexpected loss a little better. Molly had made everything so convenient, picked up my baby and the whole crew here took great care of her. I couldn't have asked for a better staff/company to have done this for my family, and my dog. We called Loyal Paws to find out how it all worked for when the time came for our beloved Pepper who was at the end of life. John was wonderful! Compassionate, straightforward and helpful. I then had to call him in the same week as my beloved Joey followed Pepper over the rainbow. He was so understanding and accommodating. I lost both my boys in the same week and I can't say enough about Loyal Paws they took care of both of my boys. They made it so easy and stress free at a time of mourning. John is the best. My sister’s old dog, Gabby, has been going down very quickly lately, so I searched for pet cremation services near Clarkston for her. I made a call for inquiry and Miss Roberta was very kind and understanding, answered to all of my questions with patience. Well, within a week Gabby passed and Roberta was right there meeting my sister’s family at 7:30 at night after her work hour. Long story short, they provided Gabby’s paw print with his dates of birth & death on a nice ceramic, nice urn, his hairs in a small plastic bag, certificate of cremation.... Their job was more than we expected! I would recommend Loyal Paws to anyone who need pet cremation service!

I decided to go with Loyal Paws because I spent a couple days doing research on which company seemed to be the most respectful to the animal and had the best reviews online without having to sell you a bunch of things you didn’t need in the “memorial packages” and I felt that this one had the most genuine reviews. Distance didn’t have anything to do with my decision, I would have driven three hours away for my sweet boy. My boyfriend drove me there because I was sobbing so hard I couldn’t even operate a vehicle. When we dropped off Baby, the owner there named John was very respectful and kept things short to be thoughtful and didn’t draw things out because he knew how uncomfortable it was to have to be there. He made a beautiful cherry oak urn and a paw print mold with our sweet Baby’s name and a seed to plant in his memory. Thanks to Loyal Paws, I will always have a couple beautiful mementos to remember my Baby and I couldn't have been more touched with the quality and professionalism he handled everything when I was coming out of shock and yet at the same time the most devastated and lowest I had ever been.

This place broke my broken heart. We paid 100 dollars for two paw prints. They delivered our cat cremated with no paw prints or refund. We were then told she was too fragile to get the paw prints. They couldn't even own up to their mistake. 0 stars would never recommend.

This company thinks of everything! I just had my sweet dog Ellie cremated. I expected to get her ashes, but not her paw print on a kind poem and on a ceramic piece, a clipping of her hair and a bracelet to wear in her memory. I was so impressed. Thank you for honoring her. Boy do I miss her!

I lost my sweet baby girl JoJo to old age early in the morning. I was beside myself with grief. I had no idea what to do. I reached out to w close friend who deals with pups. She recommended John. Jason went above and beyond with finding a large heart urn that would work for Paris and they engraved her name on it as well. I cant begin to express how impressed we are with the service here. We had to put our 4 legged son down a few weeks ago and we reached out to loyal paws for their services. Jason was so professional and every conversation that he had with my wife, he spoke to her as if cooper was right there with him. We have had to let go of two other dogs in the past but NEVER did we experience such a smooth and caring process as we did with Jason. I spoke with a wonderful woman named Roberta primarily, but everyone I dealt with was truly wonderful, empathetic, professioanl and kind. Roberta walked me through everything. This was my first pet that I've lost and I had no clue what I was doing. My baby passed in my home in the middle of the night. loyal paws was the first place I contacted and I couldn't be happier with my luck. they sent a wonderful young man to pick her up. I asked if she could go with her blanket she's had since a pup. he wrapped her up and carried her out. he was very respectful. I would highly recommend this place.

Words cannot describe the kindness and support John had shown our family. My dog had passed away due to cancer after I left for work. My daughter found him and was devastated. My vet recommended loyal paws to help us out. From the very first phone call they were supportive and caring of our needs. We recently lost our beautiful cat Goldie!! Our vet uses this place and I couldnt have asked for better service!!When I picked up his ashes from the vet I was very pleased with how carefully it was packaged. The second thing that I was pleased with is they put a certificate of cremation which reminded me of a death certificate.I could tell that they take extra care of the pets they cremate!! When my other cats pass on I will definitely make sure they go here to be cremated.The pamphlet on grieving was also a big help. Knowing there is a careline to call that can help you grieve the loss of your pet is very valuable information, I want to thank them for including this information!!I also get to have an imprint of my cats paw, which is a very special memory of him that Ill have for a lifetime!

My Italian Greyhound passed in her sleep. I was not so sure how to handle the situation. When I called Trusted Journey I got Jamie Hill on the phone. She stated that I can bring my fur baby in. When I got there she greeted us outside. She offered to assist me in bringing in my baby Bleu. Once in the establishment Jamie's compassion and professionalism was apparent. She explained to me step by step the process. I asked for a tour of the facility. It was very clean. Jamie made the process a lot less painless. I didn't know what to expect since this was the first time utilizing cremation services. If it wasn't for Jamie making the process as easy as possible I would have been much more of a emotional mess. I can't thank her enough. It is employees like Jamie that make the establishment. I just hope that she is as appreciated as much as I came to appreciate her professionalism and compassion. You cant' teach that. The box and the ceramic paw print are very nice as well. I am grieving however Trusted Journey and Jamie made my experience a little easier.Sincerely,Renee' Brzeg

I lost my 14 year old lab, Brady, a month away from his 15th birthday. Loyal Paws was the cremation service that came recommended from my veterinarian. For as hard and painful as it was to put down are little Beans, Loyal Paws was very compassionatethroughout the process. They truly understand your pain and want to fully support you duringthis difficult time. The facility is in a nice rural area and fosters an environment to say goodbye in a calm and a peaceful manner. I had to put my best friend Bouncer to sleep recently . I used Elizabeth Lake vet and they used your company . I was so impressed with the urn , paw print , and card . It is beautiful! I’ve had other dogs and not sure what company their vet used but the urn was a metal box with paw prints on it . Yours is so much nicer . Unless someone asked where I got the beautiful carved box they would never know it’s an urn . Very happy that you made a hard day a little brighter .

I have had all my pets cremated here and put into the same type of urn. An oak wooden box with a place to put their picture. They have all come with a gold metal plate on the front with their name engraved and year of birth to year of death and under it they engraved forever loved. This is my 5th urn that I have purchased from them. This time instead of an engraved metal plate like it shows on their website they sent a sticker for me to stick on the box. I am so disappointed. I never would have spent 350.00 had I known I was just getting a sticker instead of a nice gold metal plate like all my other pets have. The sticker makes the urn look cheap. I will be going somewhere else for the rest of my pets.Why show a photo of a metal plate if your just going to send a sticker? So disappointed. They use to send a laminated poem of the rainbow bridge poem as well. They sent nothing this time.

Called and left a message on Monday. Waited 2 hours and didn't get a call back so I called again and got an answer. Guy didn't seem to know what was going on. Calls me back later and we talk plans for my baby's cremation. Tells me to call the next day. I call, I call again, I call once more and leave a message. I never get a call back. I go up there and the door is locked with the lights on. Nobody is in there. Never called them again. I used a wonderful service out in flushing for her cremation. Sorry I wasted my time with this place.

I received my sweet fur baby Linus’s ashes today. The poems, fur, bracelet were beautiful. Thank you for helping my ❤️ Heal 💔🐾 and caring for my sweet boy lost suddenly and too soon

Through my tears, I write this on the loss of our "Angel" 2:30am Wednesday (4-25-18). Our hearts are broken, however, today is Friday and we have our "Angel" back home. Her collar and picture adore her now. Thank you for returning my "Angel" back to me so fast. Knowing she is back home heals our broken hearts a bit.Thank you Loyal Paws💖

They took wonderful care of my Ralph after he passed! They are very kind caring and they got a little paw print for us, he was a six pound yorkie. I still miss him terribly!!

We used them when we lost our beloved Great Dane Duke...They were so kind and respectful of our boy. Got us his ashes back quickly, and made a beautiful cast of his footprint. Would use them again for sure
