We just lost our Bella Marie yesterday. We had no choice but to help her cross over. We took Bella to AAA pet services and had a Ms. Roz (not sure on the spelling) help us with everything after we delivered Bella to them. They set us up today in the Chapel for viewing time, and gave my wife and I time to try to somehow say goodbye to her. They allowed us all the time we wanted and needed along with family. We had our Little Girl cremated and picked her back up 3 hours later. Even though this killed my family they were outstanding with Bella Malinowski and family. Thank YouMommy and Daddy of Bella

My dog has never left home. This was his first experience away from me. Staff was very friendly and took good care of my dog. I will use them again the place was clean and the prices are very reasonable. They sent me pictures everyday to let me know how my dog was doing. I would highly recommend them.

My hubby and I have been going to them for years. 1st when we lost our min pin Sissy and just recently with our baby girl Bella that recently passed. They are very caring people and have always been nothing but professional. From dropping our girl off for cremation to picking her up the next day. Great place to board your dogs. I liked that I was able to visit before the first boarding and they showed me where they would be staying. They are very detail oriented and listen to what your dogs needs are. I had my dogs walked one day and they made sure that they went out together as I requested. I enjoy that they will also send update pictures during their stay. They take good care of my dogs and I will continue to take them back.

Took my sons Bearded Dragon here to have him cremated. They were so caring and did a wonderful job. I have taken many pets to them since the early 90s. So I trusted them again...I definitely was not disappointed. They always seem to go above the expectations. Thank you so much for the services 🙏 ❤️.

very poor staff members that will harm your animals. They need to be reported to petaSo now I will give you the story. There is a home about 200’ from them as the teen age girl was walking the dog it got off the leash and ran over to AAA. She followed behind the dog and there was a male employee outside that walked past the dog as he wagged his tail sniffing the ground as the employee turned back and began stabbing the dog. While stabbing him the employee stated he got bit.First off who does that? Who takes the life of an animal unless your life was on the line. I want everyone to know the type of people that AAA employees. He murdered this poor dog. He should be in prisoned. This was the must disputing act and he did this infront of a teen age girl. I hope they know that there is a video and it’s going to go viral. So if you love animals if you love your pet don’t bring them here or you may never see them alive again they have proven they don’t care about the life of your animal

What more can I say to the AAA Pet Services staff other than THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. They handled everything with care and grace. My Baby got her wings and she's in Heaven now. The Services, the Urn, the little ceremony everything was great and I could send my Lady La La home the right way. I highly recommend them.

I have used AAA four times over the last twenty years for cremation services for elderly rescued pets that passed away. They also offer home pickup for an additional fee, which, if you're in an emotional state and shouldn't be driving if a pet passes at home, it becomes a valuable service. Employees are empathetic and do their best to provide a smooth experience during a very emotional time.

I was very nervous about leaving my fur baby because of a past exp elsewhere and the negative reviews.I really liked how I was able to walk my dog to and from his kennel he was staying in.I was able to see how clean it was. No smells what's so ever.He seemed happy when I picked him up.I gave him a bath prior to boarding and he was not filthy or didn't stink like the other place. So that also impressed me.The one woman who first checked (during our trial run) me in made me feel comfortable in my decision to board him.The other young girl could haven been a little energetic and shown some reassurance. But she was nice.I just wish they took more pictures outside instead of him in his kennel or offered walk times on Sundays and holidays. Other then those two concerns I would've given a 5*We will be back! He seemed happy.Thanks for keeping my baby safe

We made the switch to AAA after our favorite groomer retired and two others didn't work out. We have an XXL breed, a Newfie, who is very calm and used to the grooming process. AAA Grooming always has availability within the week we call and are economically priced (usually between $80-100 depending on growth). The groomers are so kind and make sure to clarify the services we want. I deducted one star for two reasons- 1. There are sometimes a few inconsistencies but nothing to raise hell about. 2. When I come to pick my dog up, the salon is completely empty with no one in sight and she is in a cage which makes me feel the need to rush to pick her up as soon as I get the call so she isn't left all alone for too long.

I was really pleased with AAA. I brought my rambunctious 1 year pitty mix in to get some extra help with commands. I decided to sign him up for the 2 week board in training. Sending your furry friend away isn't easy, but the facility is nice, Missy was pleasant and professional. After dropping him off I felt comfortable. Having heard good word of AAA from my mother and grandmother, both having had their dogs trained here as well.....I knew my dog was in great hands. After his 2 weeks of training, picking him up, I was excited. Missy showed me the training she worked on with my dog and he listened!!!! He was doing so well! I am super pleased and it seemed like he had a great time while he was there as well!!!! Clean, fun facility and the staff is polite and experienced! Will be returning!

After 9 days my dog returned home with soaked blanket, soaked bed and cover, an infection and vet bill of $1,000, and scabs around the back of her neck like she was roped. I will never take my dog here again, and recommend you don’t either. Management could have cared less.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have CONSISTENTLY picked up my dog bleeding and every time I asked they stated, "she tired to bit us". I might try to bit someone too if I am being cut and dripping in blood. I then reached out to the manager of the business to express my concerns on how my dog was being treated and NEVER received a call back. Truly shows that this place is a mill to bring dogs in and take your money rather than caring holistically about the animal. In addition to the grooming being poor, I have boarded my dog here several times in the past and every time I requested a photo of her she was always in the cage. So when they state they if you pay for extra like walks and such, I don’t believe they are actually doing that. Rather, just taking your money. I would never recommend to an enemy to bring their dog here for board or grooming.

My best friend of 7 years suddenly passed away earlier this week and he was brought to AAA to be cremated. I picked him up today and the women who helped my dad and I were so kind and understanding. I'm not taking this loss lightly and they didn't make me feel judged or embarrassed. They cut me off a lock of his hair, did a great job on his paw print and helped me set up a really nice box for his ashes. I hope anyone reading this will never go through a heart break like mine, but if it does happen, bring your best friend here.RIP Benny, momma's sweet boi 🐾

I want to thank the wonderful staff for there kind words when we lost are beautiful boy scrappie and the kind words they said to us as we sat and cried . The man who we carefully handed are baby over to wrapped in a purple blanket I want to really thank you the paw print was right on scrappie was born with a missing toe nail and when we seen that it was the best gift . I paid them 600 dollars and paid for all her food while she stayed there. When I picked her up she had learned 0 new things. I was told after paying all that money oh your dog is hard headed. If you ask me this place is a scam. You pay them all this money pretty much for your dog to hangout in there cages.

We boarded our dog for a few days and she escaped. They found her after a couple of hours later but still charged us the daily rate. We called to board her again for our annual trip. I recorded the call to be safe. I told them she escaped last time and I wanted to make sure they would still be willing to watch her. I was told it wasn't a problem and they grabbed her file and wrote in the dates. I reminded them again that she escaped the broken dog run last time and asked if they were sure they were willing to watch her. I was told yes they would take her. After that call I booked our plane tickets. 2 hours later my wife received a call saying they were no longer willing to board the dog. Plane tickets aren't refundable.So moral of the story - dogs can escape.I'm also glad I confirmed twice they could watch her.

My dog Buffy (Maltese) has been going to AAA for basically all of her 7yrs of life, until about 2-3 months back when i decided NOT to bring my dog back again. I had really good service prior to whomever took over grooming for the past 2-3 months. The last time i brought my baby (buffy) in to get groomed i specifically told them not to cut my dog's fur short and to leave her ears the same length. I pick up my dog and it was the complete opposite of what i told them. I was extremely pissed off and they basically called me a liar and told me that i wanted my dog cut that way. I did not get compensated for anything or even an apology. My dog is my baby and i love her so much. She now barks at everything that she hears because her acoustic is now changed from her hair no longer being the same length. I will never bring my dog back there again. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR DOGS TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE THAT THEY CALL "GOOD SERVICE" BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could post this without giving one star i would. This place definitely does not deserve it

I have only used AAA for grooming. My Charlie just loves Kelsey, I will only let her groom my dog. She has been grooming her for 3 years now. Char Char always looks beautiful, feels and smells great! Plus when I pick her up, she doesn't run to the door, like let's get out of here. She likes going there and I like the grooming!

We took our bulldog Monti whom had never stayed in a kennel before when we travelled to the Caribbean. Monti does not enjoy everyone's company but he came home looking like his usual healthy self. His care needs were met and we were super satisfied.. The individual runs are a wonderful feature. And close to the airport is convenient. Thank you AAA pet care!

Just Wanted to Leave a nice review for AAA Pet Services.. I board my Cats and Dog here, I have Never had any problem with there service Always very nice My Animals love them all. Treats through the day walks (Play time in there Play yard.) Sometimes my animals are a little picking on eating, But they always made sure they ate there food or left down so when she wanted it she could eat. Always fresh water, Always Clean Kennels and Toys when left for them... I Myself Give AAA Pet Services My AAA+++.. Thank you for caring for my Animals with love like I do... Thank you Again... We brought our dog here for 2.5 days. When we brought her home, a few days later, she became sick, and after taking her to the vet, she was diagnosed with kennel cough. Nothing serious, but probably because she was exposed to a dirty kennel or other sick dogs while she was there.

This place is the absolute best in Michigan! They are so caring, empathetic, and compassionate about the loss of your furry family member! I have had two of my childhood kitty cats pass away on two separate occasions and they treated me with respect and accommodated all my needs each of those times. I live an hour from this place and I will drive anytime I need their services there is no one like them. Thank you for all that you do!

This place is horrible!! I had already had an awful weekend trying to save my dog which was unsuccessful and he died Tuesday morning. I only had $75 to my name, so I called to see if they would work with me. To my surprise, I was told yes, come with what you have and your pet and we will get it taken care of. Well, not so much. I fly there as fast as can to make it before they close. My PayPal debit card is not being read by their card reader. She tried a few times with the same result, unreadable. NOT DECLINED but UNREADABLE. So instead of having some compassion, and maybe keeping my dog till morning (because their closed by now) so I can figure out the problem, they make me TAKE MY DEAD DOG BACK HOME. That's right. I sat in their parking lot crying as they walked pass me to their cars and left. So I brought my dog home and left him in the backseat covered up and called another company who immediately came to the rescue. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received yesterday, and will tell everyone to avoid them. This company has gone down hill over the years, and yesterday is proof of just how little they truly care about your pet.

If I could rate them 0 starts I would. I boarded my dog for 9 days, 9 entire days, he went with out any toys of his own, or any at all, no bones to chew on, nothing to comfort him, I requested him to be walked EVERY OTHER DAY, he was only walked TWICE, because of "kennel aggression" and that "he only liked 1 girl who worked here and she only worked 2 days out of the 9." Not once did I get a phone call telling me, about the "kennel aggression" I only found out about the toys/bones not being in his cage because I had to HELP THEM find his bag of stuff that I left when I arrived to pick him up. Yet all of his food and treats were gone? I dont understand. When I picked him up he started screaming for me. He's been boarded there and other places before so he's used to being in a kennel, never once has he acted like that.ALSO, they closed at 5 p.m., my flight was delayed 45 minutes and I would have arrived to the facility around 515 if I waited for my bags.. luckily for me, our ride home from the airport picked me up to go get my dog while my fiance waited for our bags because I was told they could not wait 15 minutes to pick him up, even though they have a "night keeper" they arent allowed to cash anyone out, even though I offered to pay w/ credit card, the "night keeper" wasnt able to handle the dogs. EXCUSE ME? I lost it. Never again will I go back to this facility. Not worth the pain my dog had the entire time we were gone. Do not board your dog there, pay the extra and board them at Camp Canine.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Missy and her staff in the grooming department are amazing. My Lhasa Apso Jazzy has been coming here for over 6yrs, and she always looks and smells great. Missy is very personable and always willing to accommodate my schedule and special request.

I loveeeeeee coming here . I take my dog here regularly. Missy always groom my dog, she's the best so sweet. Kelsey is great too she is always so fun and pleasant when I see her. I would definitely recommend aaa pet service to anyone! So if you have any doubt about going here wipe them out now. You won't regret it. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

To begin, the staff here is very shady. They provided no comfort or friendliness when business interactions are being made, or even especially when the pet is being dropped off. Something was alltogether rather very off with both experiences I had. Not to mention I dropped my dog off with far more food then needed for the time I was gone but yet when I picked her up she had nothing left. Even taking into consideration that my dogs eating habbits may change when I'm not around, I still find this extremely suspicious. Among other reasons, I've found this place to be unsuitable for my dog.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE UR PET CREMATED HERE WITH PAW IMPRINTS!!! Please!! After losing a beloved pet cat of nearly 18 yrs, AAA botched up her final paw imprints and then cremated her. They are very unprofessional !!When I showed them the botched up job that looked like dirty chicken scratch, the manager snapped, "WHAT DO U WANT US TO DO? Your cat is cremated!!!"The staff manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC!. They offered a refund, and said they would REUSE the wax; I reminded them how INSENSITIVE that was, and after much debate they let me keep the ONLY semblance of my cat's imprints.The person who did the rush job admitted to being inexperienced and had to rush to get "IT" (referring to my cat). done.The place is NOT what it purports to be; their 3.6 star rating is DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING!! They are truly the bottom of the barrell in animal care, cremation and burial. They have no compassion for the families our beloved animals! .

Love this place! I use the cemetery. All of my cats are buried there (and some day my dog too) and they have always been so polite and caring. Some people think it's crazy to mourn an animal but I treat them like humans and they understand that.

I just want to thank them for the compassion & kindness they gave my son when we had to have our beloved Bull Terrier named Diamond cremated. She was our 4th dog cremated there. Its never an easy time to let go of a family member. Thank you

I'm a new pet owner and I am learning about grooming. My sister is an ex-breeder in another state so I ended up with two toy poodles. My 1st experience with grooming was with AAA Pet Services. 1st, when I called for appt I was misquoted the price and was basically told, "Too bad!" (in a nice way!) Should have taken that as a hint, but my daughter and I had business and they needed grooming because of matting. I explained when I called and learned of such because I had been bathing and brushing myself but fell ill. When we picked them up they looked beautiful, Lydia had bows, nails polished and Tyrone had a scarf! I didn't know they would do all that...I was so excited!! So I picked up Tyrone and noticed poop crusted on Tyrone's bottom and that he smells better when I bathe him. The groomer claimed she bathed them twice, reached in a drawer and pulled out a baby wipe and had to practically scrub to get it off. But ok, I still paid the add'l monies, made my next appt and went on my way. When we got to the car (in the sunlight) my daughter and I noticed hair all over our clothes...lots and lots of it (we were wearing black and we were a mess), Lydia's nail polish was very messy as well but me being new to this thought this was all procedure. (Duh!)After I told my sister about my experience she told me never to take them there again! That was not suppose to happen. So later I received an email from them and thought I would give them a call and a least let the owner know why I wouldn't be returning. Long story short...basically I received the same attitude as the comment before mines. "Oh I'm sorry too hear that and too much time has passed for me to know who the groomer was." but she knew the exact date that I had been there...she knew, she didn't care! No attempt to offer ANYTHING...which didn't matter because I wasn't going back anyway. She also said that I only received email cause I was on the list, "Thank you". Wow! They don't want or care about business or animals.

We had two of our older Dogs cremated here when other facilities were not available. Everyone we interacted with was caring and thorough about all of the details concerning Gemma and Nigel’s cremation process.

My best friend of 7 years suddenly passed away earlier this week and he was brought to AAA to be cremated. I picked him up today and the women who helped my dad and I were so kind and understanding. I'm not taking this loss lightly and they didn't make me feel judged or embarrassed. They cut me off a lock of his hair, did a great job on his paw print and helped me set up a really nice box for his ashes. I hope anyone reading this will never go through a heart break like mine, but if it does happen, bring your best friend here.RIP Benny, momma's sweet boi 🐾

I want to thank the wonderful staff for there kind words when we lost are beautiful boy scrappie and the kind words they said to us as we sat and cried . The man who we carefully handed are baby over to wrapped in a purple blanket I want to really thank you the paw print was right on scrappie was born with a missing toe nail and when we seen that it was the best gift . I’m writing this on the behalf of my mom, my Siberian husky was boarded here nearly two weeks ago when he came home he was acting strange and about a week later he had the runs and he was non stop sneezing. Now my German Shepherd caught it from him she’s acting strange and she’s sneezing now!! My parents brought his own bowls and they believe they didn’t use them!!

I am finally getting around to giving a shout out to AAA Pet Services. Dr. Mike Thomann is so kind and knowledgable! The staff is really wonderful. I feel like I am dropping my pets off with family. Have used these guys three times over the last 10yrs and Ive been completely satisfied especially wihen one of my dogs had a seziure which required outside medical care. They called and I authorized the transfer and no probems. Its a kennel where your animal has a place to sleep, to do their business,to eat and bark and bark so more. I did too notice I left extra food and it too disappeared at pick up so that part is true. Not a big issue to me since maybe it was used to feed another pet who ran out of food. No such thing as a 5 star dog kennel because YOUR PET CAN NOT TALK so your only left to guess and usually we guess NEGATIVELY. My wife called its fat camp because our dogs lost weight not from not being fed but from all the energy spend barking and running in the kennel.... PEOPLE JUST REMEMBER ITS A DOG KENNEL NOT A SPA and in my line of work usually people who claim crappy attitudes are always forgetting to mention their attitude at the time of interaction. And yes THEY WILL NOT WIPE NOR DO THEY CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR DOGS POOP HAS COMPLETELY EXITED ITS LOCATION......oh come on my lord some people are so #nal

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! My mom paid to have him boarded for my grad party, and my mom dropped him off and asked them are you absolutely sure he can't get out? And they promised us there was no way he could have, what do you know he got out? And the worst part is they didn't even know! Another person getting their dog told them their fence was messed up. And they acted like they couldn't care less. Then they tried to tell us that these two girls in shorts hoodie and boots went walking around in the woods area to look but they weren't even dirty! And it was raining so they didn't look for my dog! So DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!

When I picked up my two cats from grooming on Friday and brought them home, I noticed on my male cat's front arm there where 3 bloody spots. When I looked closer not only were they open cuts that bleed but you could actually see the line of the blade that had cut the fur all the way down to the skin and the spot when the blade went to far into his skin cutting him, in 3 different spots. The fur was actually two different lengths from where it should have been to where the blade went in to deep and cut him.They never bothered to call me or offer me a little discount or anything. That is the part that is so darn POOR to me!!! They should have at least called me and apologized for the THREE different areas they cut him at! NOTHING! I will never take them back there, they are heartless in my opinion!!! At the least, they should have called me to apologize. When I called them, the ONLY thing the lady said to me was, "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." REALLY??? ARE YOU REALLY SORRY!Because when you REALLY are sorry, it is going to cost you something... I should have been offered something for what my little man went through and because the groomer DID NOT call me to advise me about their mistake!

Went there for wanting to find a place for our 20 pound dog for only a week the end of February...was disappointed he would be in a cage like area ...small door to go out to another cage Like area .. 25 dollars a day and only time he would go out of that area if we added another 8 dollars a day to go for a walk my complaint it was so cold in there no heat

I paid them 600 dollars and paid for all her food while she stayed there. When I picked her up she had learned 0 new things. I was told after paying all that money oh your dog is hard headed. If you ask me this place is a scam. You pay them all this money pretty much for your dog to hangout in there cages.

We boarded our dog for a few days and she escaped. They found her after a couple of hours later but still charged us the daily rate. We called to board her again for our annual trip. I recorded the call to be safe. I told them she escaped last time and I wanted to make sure they would still be willing to watch her. I was told it wasn't a problem and they grabbed her file and wrote in the dates. I reminded them again that she escaped the broken dog run last time and asked if they were sure they were willing to watch her. I was told yes they would take her. After that call I booked our plane tickets. 2 hours later my wife received a call saying they were no longer willing to board the dog. Plane tickets aren't refundable.So moral of the story - dogs can escape.I'm also glad I confirmed twice they could watch her.

My dog Buffy (Maltese) has been going to AAA for basically all of her 7yrs of life, until about 2-3 months back when i decided NOT to bring my dog back again. I had really good service prior to whomever took over grooming for the past 2-3 months. The last time i brought my baby (buffy) in to get groomed i specifically told them not to cut my dog's fur short and to leave her ears the same length. I pick up my dog and it was the complete opposite of what i told them. I was extremely pissed off and they basically called me a liar and told me that i wanted my dog cut that way. I did not get compensated for anything or even an apology. My dog is my baby and i love her so much. She now barks at everything that she hears because her acoustic is now changed from her hair no longer being the same length. I will never bring my dog back there again. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR DOGS TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE THAT THEY CALL "GOOD SERVICE" BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could post this without giving one star i would. This place definitely does not deserve it

I have only used AAA for grooming. My Charlie just loves Kelsey, I will only let her groom my dog. She has been grooming her for 3 years now. Char Char always looks beautiful, feels and smells great! Plus when I pick her up, she doesn't run to the door, like let's get out of here. She likes going there and I like the grooming!

We took our bulldog Monti whom had never stayed in a kennel before when we travelled to the Caribbean. Monti does not enjoy everyone's company but he came home looking like his usual healthy self. His care needs were met and we were super satisfied.. The individual runs are a wonderful feature. And close to the airport is convenient. Thank you AAA pet care!

Just Wanted to Leave a nice review for AAA Pet Services.. I board my Cats and Dog here, I have Never had any problem with there service Always very nice My Animals love them all. Treats through the day walks (Play time in there Play yard.) Sometimes my animals are a little picking on eating, But they always made sure they ate there food or left down so when she wanted it she could eat. Always fresh water, Always Clean Kennels and Toys when left for them... I Myself Give AAA Pet Services My AAA+++.. Thank you for caring for my Animals with love like I do... Thank you Again... We brought our dog here for 2.5 days. When we brought her home, a few days later, she became sick, and after taking her to the vet, she was diagnosed with kennel cough. Nothing serious, but probably because she was exposed to a dirty kennel or other sick dogs while she was there.

This place is the absolute best in Michigan! They are so caring, empathetic, and compassionate about the loss of your furry family member! I have had two of my childhood kitty cats pass away on two separate occasions and they treated me with respect and accommodated all my needs each of those times. I live an hour from this place and I will drive anytime I need their services there is no one like them. Thank you for all that you do!

This place is horrible!! I had already had an awful weekend trying to save my dog which was unsuccessful and he died Tuesday morning. I only had $75 to my name, so I called to see if they would work with me. To my surprise, I was told yes, come with what you have and your pet and we will get it taken care of. Well, not so much. I fly there as fast as can to make it before they close. My PayPal debit card is not being read by their card reader. She tried a few times with the same result, unreadable. NOT DECLINED but UNREADABLE. So instead of having some compassion, and maybe keeping my dog till morning (because their closed by now) so I can figure out the problem, they make me TAKE MY DEAD DOG BACK HOME. That's right. I sat in their parking lot crying as they walked pass me to their cars and left. So I brought my dog home and left him in the backseat covered up and called another company who immediately came to the rescue. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received yesterday, and will tell everyone to avoid them. This company has gone down hill over the years, and yesterday is proof of just how little they truly care about your pet.

If I could rate them 0 starts I would. I boarded my dog for 9 days, 9 entire days, he went with out any toys of his own, or any at all, no bones to chew on, nothing to comfort him, I requested him to be walked EVERY OTHER DAY, he was only walked TWICE, because of "kennel aggression" and that "he only liked 1 girl who worked here and she only worked 2 days out of the 9." Not once did I get a phone call telling me, about the "kennel aggression" I only found out about the toys/bones not being in his cage because I had to HELP THEM find his bag of stuff that I left when I arrived to pick him up. Yet all of his food and treats were gone? I dont understand. When I picked him up he started screaming for me. He's been boarded there and other places before so he's used to being in a kennel, never once has he acted like that.ALSO, they closed at 5 p.m., my flight was delayed 45 minutes and I would have arrived to the facility around 515 if I waited for my bags.. luckily for me, our ride home from the airport picked me up to go get my dog while my fiance waited for our bags because I was told they could not wait 15 minutes to pick him up, even though they have a "night keeper" they arent allowed to cash anyone out, even though I offered to pay w/ credit card, the "night keeper" wasnt able to handle the dogs. EXCUSE ME? I lost it. Never again will I go back to this facility. Not worth the pain my dog had the entire time we were gone. Do not board your dog there, pay the extra and board them at Camp Canine.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Missy and her staff in the grooming department are amazing. My Lhasa Apso Jazzy has been coming here for over 6yrs, and she always looks and smells great. Missy is very personable and always willing to accommodate my schedule and special request.

I loveeeeeee coming here . I take my dog here regularly. Missy always groom my dog, she's the best so sweet. Kelsey is great too she is always so fun and pleasant when I see her. I would definitely recommend aaa pet service to anyone! So if you have any doubt about going here wipe them out now. You won't regret it. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

To begin, the staff here is very shady. They provided no comfort or friendliness when business interactions are being made, or even especially when the pet is being dropped off. Something was alltogether rather very off with both experiences I had. Not to mention I dropped my dog off with far more food then needed for the time I was gone but yet when I picked her up she had nothing left. Even taking into consideration that my dogs eating habbits may change when I'm not around, I still find this extremely suspicious. Among other reasons, I've found this place to be unsuitable for my dog.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE UR PET CREMATED HERE WITH PAW IMPRINTS!!! Please!! After losing a beloved pet cat of nearly 18 yrs, AAA botched up her final paw imprints and then cremated her. They are very unprofessional !!When I showed them the botched up job that looked like dirty chicken scratch, the manager snapped, "WHAT DO U WANT US TO DO? Your cat is cremated!!!"The staff manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC!. They offered a refund, and said they would REUSE the wax; I reminded them how INSENSITIVE that was, and after much debate they let me keep the ONLY semblance of my cat's imprints.The person who did the rush job admitted to being inexperienced and had to rush to get "IT" (referring to my cat). done.The place is NOT what it purports to be; their 3.6 star rating is DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING!! They are truly the bottom of the barrell in animal care, cremation and burial. They have no compassion for the families our beloved animals! .

Love this place! I use the cemetery. All of my cats are buried there (and some day my dog too) and they have always been so polite and caring. Some people think it's crazy to mourn an animal but I treat them like humans and they understand that.

I just want to thank them for the compassion & kindness they gave my son when we had to have our beloved Bull Terrier named Diamond cremated. She was our 4th dog cremated there. Its never an easy time to let go of a family member. Thank you

I'm a new pet owner and I am learning about grooming. My sister is an ex-breeder in another state so I ended up with two toy poodles. My 1st experience with grooming was with AAA Pet Services. 1st, when I called for appt I was misquoted the price and was basically told, "Too bad!" (in a nice way!) Should have taken that as a hint, but my daughter and I had business and they needed grooming because of matting. I explained when I called and learned of such because I had been bathing and brushing myself but fell ill. When we picked them up they looked beautiful, Lydia had bows, nails polished and Tyrone had a scarf! I didn't know they would do all that...I was so excited!! So I picked up Tyrone and noticed poop crusted on Tyrone's bottom and that he smells better when I bathe him. The groomer claimed she bathed them twice, reached in a drawer and pulled out a baby wipe and had to practically scrub to get it off. But ok, I still paid the add'l monies, made my next appt and went on my way. When we got to the car (in the sunlight) my daughter and I noticed hair all over our clothes...lots and lots of it (we were wearing black and we were a mess), Lydia's nail polish was very messy as well but me being new to this thought this was all procedure. (Duh!)After I told my sister about my experience she told me never to take them there again! That was not suppose to happen. So later I received an email from them and thought I would give them a call and a least let the owner know why I wouldn't be returning. Long story short...basically I received the same attitude as the comment before mines. "Oh I'm sorry too hear that and too much time has passed for me to know who the groomer was." but she knew the exact date that I had been there...she knew, she didn't care! No attempt to offer ANYTHING...which didn't matter because I wasn't going back anyway. She also said that I only received email cause I was on the list, "Thank you". Wow! They don't want or care about business or animals.
