We experienced the most peaceful passing last night. I went with my sister and niece for support with their 19 year old kitty Helmet. They handled everything so beautifully and calmly which was very important to us as it was my niece’s first loss and major heartbreak in life.Thank you so much to the staff for your care and kindness. They went out of their way to help us late at night. Also it’s hard to think about $ when going through this, but having done it twice now I knew what to expect and was able to step in to help my sister… going this route is so much more affordable and the cremation is private, they also give you a beautiful wooden box for the ashes, a clay paw print, and a lock of hair. I know it’s not an easy job but it means more than you know 🤍

It has taken me a year to write this review since the passing of my best friend of almost 16 years. I helped deliver my Chihuahua, Jeno and he was the first dog that I ever had that long and had to do arrangements after death. Therefore, not only was I completely lost in the process but in shock and heart broken. I called a few places before hand ,but they did not do pet cremation. I came across this location and called the number. The person was very kind and professional who answered the phone. It was a male and said I could come as soon as I was ready. I headed over there with my boy wrapped around a fluffy blanket and put him in an open plastic container. When I arrived I ended up parking in the wrong area and the man came out and greeted me at the door. I was the only one there at the time. Then a nice lady greeted me and I told her I was in denial and still in shock. She showed her sympathy and said she would check for me. She brushed my dog with her hand and said he was definitely gone and they would take good care of him. She asked if I wanted to donate the blanket and plastic container after they are done with my boy or take it home with me right then and there. I wanted to take it with me just so I could keep the blanket forever. I handed my boy over wrapped in a wee wee pad. Kissed him goodbye. Payment was quick and easy. I wanted jewlery that I could wear with his ashes in them, so she showed me them. I decided on a gold heart pendant necklace. They didn't have anymore, so she gave me the one on display which was very kind of her. The process was not long. I did a private cremation and when I picked him up I brought a photo of him and wrote in their pet memory album. This was such a great way to get closure. I received a clay, heart paw print of him, my necklace, a beautiful wooden box with his ashes in them and something I can plant in memory of him. They made the process so easy that I can't thank them enough. I even gave the lady a tight hug before I left! I would highly recommend this location.

They are amazing. They make it easy in your time of suffering. I brought in Bitty which passed away quickly. It's a blessing knowing that I'll always know that Bitty is still with us. Forever faithful pet cremation is compassionate and tries to ease your time of suffering. With Forever faithful pet cremation, you'll always have your pet with you and they will take a clipping of your pets fir and give you a Ceramic heart of you pets paw. It's hard losing a pet but Forever Faithful pet cremation made it easier. If you're reading this review I wouldn't look any further and I'm glad I didn't. I'm completely satisfied with Forever faithful pet cremation's services. Because of them my Bitty will always be with me.

My 15 year old Akita Shepherd mix had to be put down due to complications of old age. Cremation arrangements were made through the veterinarian. The cremains were returned to the vet the next day in a beautiful embossed wooden (looks like mahogany) urn along with a paw print. First class at a very reasonable price. Thank You!

We had our cat cremated on Friday and,got her ashes back today. Her ashes were packaged carefully in the urn. Which is a nice one as well, we chose the paw imprint in the heart shape.The staff are very compassionate and helpful during a sad and difficult time as well. I can not express my appreciation enough to Forever Faithful. The staff is amazing and took care of us and our boy Charlie like we are family. It's hard enough losing a furry family member and not knowing what to do or where to start, but Forever Faithful made the process easy and we were able to have our boy back in almost no time at all. Such a great place. Sam, who was the one I dealt with, was beyond sweet. She came out of her way to meet us/help us. Great place. I know we left our beloved girl, Millie, in good hands. With the sudden passing of our sweet baby Bitty on Saturday evening we were able to meet on Sunday afternoon to have him cremated. Sam was very compassionate and sweet to our family in this horrible time. We got our baby back home on Tuesday and his urn is so beautiful. We also got his paw print and some of his fur as well as a packet of wildflowers to plant in remembrance of him. It was so comforting to be there. Thank you!

What an amazing team of people. We lost our beloved cat Nemo and to say the least we were a total wreck. We couldn’t get our thoughts together or stop crying. We were greeted at the front door by Pat and Sam with so much compassion and empathy in their voices and by their actions. They truly helped us get through this , made us feel so comfortable leaving our loving boy in their care. They allowed us all the time we need to say goodbye and hand him over. They cradled him like a baby and treated him like his was one of their own.I can’t express how grateful we are for them. Thank you for caring so much and treated us with kindness and compassion.

When we had to put our 18 year old fur baby down, it was a tough night. We called them, and they met us there after hours so we could drop him off.This is the second time we have worked with themc and they are always very sweet and helpful. I would like to give this wonderful and compassionate place 100 stars if I could. We had unfortunately lost our 1 and a half year old Berniedoodle Greta. We didn’t know who to turn to at 10:30 pm on a Friday. I googled cremation for pets and Forever Faithful came up. We called at 10:30pm and the owner answered and told us to meet at there location off of Jefferson and M59. Across from selfridge air base. They were extremely understanding and provided us with amazing service. Greta was cremated and placed into an urn and we also had a beautiful clay paw print. It’s so tough losing a fur baby and it’s going to be a long road of grieving, but Forever Faithful made it a lot less stressful.

My sweet boy Jax passed away and I had called up there late and Sam drove all the way from home to meet us up there to take my sweet boy in. 2 days later I received my boys ashes. FFPC handled the cremation services for our beloved Rocco. They were easy to work with, very respectful, and could accommodate us within an hour of our initial call. Fortunately, these services are available, and our pet(s) can return them to us. Human death has the formality brought around it with a funeral or viewing, whereas once a pet passes on, the process moves quite quickly and can feel abrupt. FFPC promptly returned our pet the next day, which is the real value. We can move forward, honor him, and grieve together as a family.

We lost our beloved Golden during the night.I’m so thankful for Forever Faithful and their super responsive, caring & attentive assistance in taking care of our Max. Their services were priceless to us, yet so affordable. They picked up Max in a dignified manner; his ashes and paw print were ready the next day & they kept us informed throughout the entire process. All of this was included in their modest price. For such a difficult situation, I couldn’t imagine anyone could help you through this better than the wonderful people at Forever Faithful!

I highly recommend Forever Faithful Pet Cremation, this is a family run business, they understood what I was going through and made this difficult process very easy. Everything is taken care of right on site. You receive an urn, clay paw print, she offered to add in a piece of her fur and I also asked for extra paw print on paper. Everything was taken care of properly and quickly. Very accommodating, generous and kind. Forever grateful!

Saying goodbye to a part of our family is always hard. But Forever Faithful, made it so much easier. From the moment we dropped off our baby, I knew he would be in safe hands. My sweet Kratos passed away on June 15, 2024 at almost 11pm. The night before Fathers Day. I called Forever Faithful and even though I was a mess, I was listened to and not rushed off the phone. The next morning they kindly opened the doors for me to bring my baby in, even though it was a Sunday and Fathers Day. They allowed me all the time in the world to say goodbye to him. I can't thank you enough for all the kind words and for taking care of my sweet boy on his final journey.

I called at 7:00am and spoke with a man named Todd regarding picking up my dad's dog that passed and he quoted me $350.00 and told us they would call us back at 10am when they opened to come out and get him. Todd's wife ended up calling back and stated that she was sorry but her husband misquoted the price and that it would be $450.00. The price wasn't an issue, it was how we were told one thing and then in our most vulnerable moment (losing a loved one) they call back to take advantage and up the price to make more money when they know losing a pet is like losing a child. They were not compassionate at all and we went with another amazing company Faithful Companion that actually had a heart and cared. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! My parakeet passed away unexpectedly around 7:00 at night…this was the first place that came up within my area on Google for cremation for all types of animals.. they met us at the facility that night and we’re beyond kind and compassionate when I met them. I believe it was the son of the owners who met us that night. He told me he would treat our girl if she was his own. They returned our girl back to us the next day and she came home to her final resting place.The prices were very fair as well. I would 100% recommend!! Thank you forever faithful for making this horrible time in our life a little easier.

I always check reviews before visiting a new place of business. A solid 5 star rating says a lot. Forever Faithful definitely deserves all 5 stars. Every interaction was handled with care. Pat made me feel like an old friend. My cats health declined rather quickly and Pat assured me that they would be available when their services were needed. I feel the price was very affordable. My baby was returned to me in a lovely urn with a clay paw print and a small seeded heart to plant and grow flowers. Thank you!

So unbelievably kind and truly empathetic. They give you a beautiful wooden carved decorative box as their standard urn. Excellent and affordable pricing. Necklaces and keychains are beautiful and so affordable. Owners / staff are the most kind people ever. Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended when going through the loss of a furry (all pets) family member.

We found our Willow on a Sunday morning, crossed over. I called for cremation services and they came in during off hours to meet us with our dog. Very gracious and compassionate. We'll forever remember the lady who took care of us in this sad day. Thank you so much! 💕

The staff was caring and compassionate. I called around to get prices and some of these places where like robots no compassion. They also where the best price around. I did not feel pressured to upscale my babies urn or additional services. They where completely understanding of the situation and that I was morning and did not take advantage of that. We need more places and people like this. The service was fast. I got a call the next day so my baby could be home.

I do not normally leave reviews for places I visit, but I had such an amazing experience that I couldn't resist the urge. I've never used a cremation service for an animal before. Mostly because it's an expensive process and I am poor. Not only was this location incredibly affordable, the woman I met inside, Tricia, was hands down the kindest woman I have ever met. And let's not forget the cuddliest girl, Therapy. The amount of warmth I felt in this place during a time of great sadness having lost my baby cat Oliver, is an experience I'll never forget. I received a hug before I left that almost made me have a complete emotional breakdown. I 1000% recommend this place to any and all people looking into having their beloved pet cremated.

So happy with this place. The woman in the front is so sweet & caring, she really cared about our baby. My vet wanted to charge $500 for cremation & return of ashes. Ridiculous! This place was $150 & I got the ashes back in a beautiful wooden box she also made us a paw print with our baby's name on it. They have a photo album where you can add your pet if you want. They made the process less stressful. I highly recommend them!!

I cannot recommend this business enough. It is uncommon to see a business listed on Google with only five star reviews, but I must say Forever Faithful has earned it.The entire process was straightforward. The customer service was top-notch and full of compassion and understanding.Our cat passed away, and we had planned on burying him in the backyard. Unfortunately, one would need heavy machinery to break up the ground (end of January), so we thought our only option was an expensive cremation or tossing our family friend into the garbage. My wife was beside herself because she could not justify spending hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for a cremation, but she could not allow our cat who had given us so much joy and affection just be tossed like trash. After doing some research, I found Forever Faithful among a list of search results. Forever Faithful was the first place I called. When I was told the price of $130 for individual cremation (less than 30 lbs.) $150 (for over 30 lbs.) along with a clay paw print; wooden urn and tuft of his hair I didn't even bother calling anywhere else.The process was easy and our cat's remains were ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. This was not an easy time, but the experience could not have been easier or more filled with compassion. You can tell the difference between people who just do their jobs to make money and people who truly care about what they do and want to make a difference - Forever Faithful truly cares!By the way, I called some other places out of curiosity after having dropped off our cat's remains - and each and every place was HUNDREDS of dollars more for individual cremation, an urn, etc... I cannot recommend Forever Faithful enough!

Losing a loved pet is so difficult, and the only thing that made this process easier is Forever Faithful and their AWESOME staff. They always answer the phone (called in the evening as my pet passed around 6/7pm). They are available during reasonable hours and even was there today on a Saturday for me to pick up my pets remains. They are truly compassionate, understanding and make you feel so comfortable with the entire process. They took amazing care of our Pip Squeak and went above and beyond to be so caring and sympathetic. The turn around time was super fast and they did a very sweet paw print for us and our loved pups ashes came in a beautiful wooden box along with a heart seed to plant in her memory. I called at 730 on Sunday when my poor baby passed, and they were up and in the shop for us at 9 pm. Got the ashes and a very very cool urn and pawprint for an extremely fair price. Their therapy cat (named Therapy) is the star of the show but the staff was more than caring and friendly, giving us extra time with our girl if we felt we needed it (we did). Great people, great service. Fully recommend.

I consider me and my family very lucky we found this company. I could not find a in-home euthanasia vet to come last minute. So we knew it was gonna happen soon and late at night. My cat Ivy passed 1140pm - and we were able to meet them at their facility at 1245am and if I would have been less upset probably picked her up late the following morning - 10 hours later. They were very kind; and although they had "extras" around the office to upsell never pushed anything. I would recommend them to anyone but hopefully I won't have to. Losing a pet is so hard.

I called at 7:00am and spoke with a man named Todd regarding picking up my dad's dog that passed and he quoted me $350.00 and told us they would call us back at 10am when they opened to come out and get him. Todd's wife ended up calling back and stated that she was sorry but her husband misquoted the price and that it would be $450.00. The price wasn't an issue, it was how we were told one thing and then in our most vulnerable moment (losing a loved one) they call back to take advantage and up the price to make more money when they know losing a pet is like losing a child. They were not compassionate at all and we went with another amazing company Faithful Companion that actually had a heart and cared. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! My parakeet passed away unexpectedly around 7:00 at night…this was the first place that came up within my area on Google for cremation for all types of animals.. they met us at the facility that night and we’re beyond kind and compassionate when I met them. I believe it was the son of the owners who met us that night. He told me he would treat our girl if she was his own. They returned our girl back to us the next day and she came home to her final resting place.The prices were very fair as well. I would 100% recommend!! I always check reviews before visiting a new place of business. A solid 5 star rating says a lot. Forever Faithful definitely deserves all 5 stars. Every interaction was handled with care. Pat made me feel like an old friend. My cats health declined rather quickly and Pat assured me that they would be available when their services were needed. I feel the price was very affordable. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I found that writing one for Forever Faithful is an absolute must. My wife and I lost our cat, Kira, last month and I really can't say thank you enough to the wonderful family there. Todd, Patricia, and Trish were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to accommodate us in every possible way through the entire process, making the entire ordeal that much more bearable for us. Their level of compassion towards us and our fur ball really does give one hope in humanity. The service they provide is top notch and more than reasonably priced! Excellent turn around time, in our case under 24hrs. Rating them at only 5 stars is somewhat of a disservice, they deserve many, many more!

Pat and the entire staff were great. They really care and love animals. They don't try to upcharge you in your time of grief which is what I expected. My dog was done and ready for pickup in 24 hours. The included a box and a plaque and some flower seeds. Price was more than reasonable. Very happy that I chose them during my time of loss

I can’t say enough about Forever Faithful. I called them for a price quote several days before I had my dog put down, and they were very caring and compassionate toward me AND my furry friend. When the day finally came, and I delivered Fletch to them, they did everything they could to help me in my time of pain. They made it all so easy for me. Then they spent a few minutes fawning over my good boy and giving me a chance for one last touch and a good bye, something that I probably would have forgotten about. Both of them gave me a big hug as I was leaving. I had my boy back in less than 24 hours in a beautiful box, along with a very well done clay paw print, and a little wildflower seed pack for a memorial. Not only would I recommend their service without reservation, but I’m also very grateful for their compassion and caring.

The staff was caring and compassionate. I called around to get prices and some of these places where like robots no compassion. They also where the best price around. I did not feel pressured to upscale my babies urn or additional services. They where completely understanding of the situation and that I was morning and did not take advantage of that. We need more places and people like this. The service was fast. I got a call the next day so my baby could be home.

I do not normally leave reviews for places I visit, but I had such an amazing experience that I couldn't resist the urge. I've never used a cremation service for an animal before. Mostly because it's an expensive process and I am poor. Not only was this location incredibly affordable, the woman I met inside, Tricia, was hands down the kindest woman I have ever met. And let's not forget the cuddliest girl, Therapy. The amount of warmth I felt in this place during a time of great sadness having lost my baby cat Oliver, is an experience I'll never forget. So happy with this place. The woman in the front is so sweet & caring, she really cared about our baby. My vet wanted to charge $500 for cremation & return of ashes. Ridiculous! This place was $150 & I got the ashes back in a beautiful wooden box she also made us a paw print with our baby's name on it. They have a photo album where you can add your pet if you want. They made the process less stressful. I highly recommend them!!

I cannot recommend this business enough. It is uncommon to see a business listed on Google with only five star reviews, but I must say Forever Faithful has earned it.The entire process was straightforward. The customer service was top-notch and full of compassion and understanding.Our cat passed away, and we had planned on burying him in the backyard. Unfortunately, one would need heavy machinery to break up the ground (end of January), so we thought our only option was an expensive cremation or tossing our family friend into the garbage. My wife was beside herself because she could not justify spending hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for a cremation, but she could not allow our cat who had given us so much joy and affection just be tossed like trash. After doing some research, I found Forever Faithful among a list of search results. Forever Faithful was the first place I called. When I was told the price of $130 for individual cremation (less than 30 lbs.) $150 (for over 30 lbs.) along with a clay paw print; wooden urn and tuft of his hair I didn't even bother calling anywhere else.The process was easy and our cat's remains were ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. This was not an easy time, but the experience could not have been easier or more filled with compassion. You can tell the difference between people who just do their jobs to make money and people who truly care about what they do and want to make a difference - Forever Faithful truly cares!By the way, I called some other places out of curiosity after having dropped off our cat's remains - and each and every place was HUNDREDS of dollars more for individual cremation, an urn, etc... I cannot recommend Forever Faithful enough!

Losing a loved pet is so difficult, and the only thing that made this process easier is Forever Faithful and their AWESOME staff. They always answer the phone (called in the evening as my pet passed around 6/7pm). They are available during reasonable hours and even was there today on a Saturday for me to pick up my pets remains. They are truly compassionate, understanding and make you feel so comfortable with the entire process. I can't say enough about Forever Faithful. We were devastated to lose our dog of 14 years, but we weren't really sure what to do with her. We googled pet cremation and called a few places, but Trish made a really good impression over the phone, so we dedcided to go with them. They were wonderful! I was crying most of the time and they were very compassionate. They took the time to talk to us and we didn't feel rushed. The basic cremation came with a beautiful wooden box, a plaster mold of her paw print, and a patch of wildflowers for us to plant so we will think of her, and smile, when we see them. The flowers are just one example of the thought and consideration that they put into their work. They also have a beautiful selection of urns made by a local artist. They were very quick and we had her home the next day. It sounds silly, but having her back home is comforting and helps with the grieving process. The icing on the cake is that this is a local, family owned business which we try to support whenever possible.

We can't even begin to put into words how gentle, compassionate and caring this family owned business is. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a huge hug like I was family. Losing a pet is one of the hardest times in one life, but Todd and Tricia made it easier. We lost our girl Nick'o the day before we closed on our new house and they made sure she was ready to go with us to our new place. I lost my rabbit Bugz of 5 years old, he was our best friend. When the vet wanted $150 to cremate a 5 lb rabbit. Is unreal why they do this, for the money I guess. I e-mailed them in January knowing (but hoping not) that my sweet cat, Simba, was nearing his end. I got a reply back very quickly, and was very impressed with the compassion and the price quoted. He lasted until spring, but was not eating. I made the decision to end his misery last week and called them again. They were so loving and caring, it made the whole process tolerable. I made the vet visit late Saturday, then called them. I wanted to bring him myself, so they were there for me the following morning (even though it was Sunday and they did not plan to be there). Todd and Patricia were so wonderful! They talked with me a good long while about life, death, and the process, and took in Simba with great care! Therapy the cat greeted me lovingly at the door too! It really was therapy to connect with her. I had Simba back in 24 hours and even got help picking out the perfect memorial necklace! This family business is really top-notch, and deserve 10 stars! Just this last week I had to say my final goodbye to a beloved pet that I've adored more than anyone or thing for a substantial amount of time. For many of you having had gone through this, you are aware that even past that moment that you are going to be overtly protective of your beloved fur baby's remains and I was no different. I wasn't certain the most appropriate action to take, but am happy that I went through this establishment following. I ebbed back and forth for a moment and either they are used to that, but I didn't feel like they were perturbed after calling a few times unsure of whether to bury or cremate. Ultimately, I decided to cremate so I could spread my baby kitty. They had him back to me less then twenty four hours and as noted, with a plaster paw print and simple and beautiful urn. There was no pressure to up-sell me (i.e. urn) and my baby kitty was allowed to take his adored blankie with him, something that I was adamant about and to which they did not question at all. I'm very happy with this business and you can tell that they, too, appreciate their animals and understand the anguish of those that come to them. And one more thing? Their cost is absolutely reasonable. My pet is the closest to a child, so for me this wouldn't even be a factor to begin with but if it helps some then I can't imagine a place better than this. Not to mention, they had an hour's notice on my end and that was all they needed. I hate for anyone having to say goodbye to their pet but if and when you do, I would absolutely recommend this place to help close those final loose ends in saying goodbye.

They were both VERY nice people..even allowed us to pay half up front and the other half when we went to pick up our puppys ashes.They are so reasonable compared to every other pet cremation place that I called and you get a beautiful wooden urn, concrete paw print, and a wildflower seed shaped like a heart for a memorial! I would give 10 stars if I could and I HIGHLY recommend forever faithful to anyone who has to go through the loss of their pet.

I am forever grateful to Forever Faithful Pet Cremation. I had already done some research and had their number on hand. My fur baby passed away at 2 a.m. I called FFPC bfore 3 a.m. and they answered the phone! He very kind and pleasant. I met with him at 9 a.m. on Saturday and had my baby back home Sunday morning at 10 a.m. the prices were very affordable. They gave me an urn, footprint and a wild flower patch. Thank you Tom for the comfort. I'd give you ten stars if I could.

Second time coming here. When we lost our dog, Tricia came in after hours because my mother refused other places that wanted to put the dog in a freezer until they could get to her the next day. I can't say enough about Forever Faithful. We were devastated to lose our dog of 14 years, but we weren't really sure what to do with her. We googled pet cremation and called a few places, but Trish made a really good impression over the phone, so we dedcided to go with them. They were wonderful! I was crying most of the time and they were very compassionate. They took the time to talk to us and we didn't feel rushed. The basic cremation came with a beautiful wooden box, a plaster mold of her paw print, and a patch of wildflowers for us to plant so we will think of her, and smile, when we see them. The flowers are just one example of the thought and consideration that they put into their work. They also have a beautiful selection of urns made by a local artist. They were very quick and we had her home the next day. It sounds silly, but having her back home is comforting and helps with the grieving process. The icing on the cake is that this is a local, family owned business which we try to support whenever possible.

I can't describe the compassion that Trish and her staff have, they helped me out in one of my most vulnerable moments. They truly helped me get thru the loss of my best friend Cooper (choc lab). These are the nicest people you could ever hope to have take care of your loved one, we were delighted to have our boy back within 2 days and now get to see him in his urn and his paw print everyday. We can't even begin to put into words how gentle, compassionate and caring this family owned business is. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a huge hug like I was family. Losing a pet is one of the hardest times in one life, but Todd and Tricia made it easier. We lost our girl Nick'o the day before we closed on our new house and they made sure she was ready to go with us to our new place. We can't wait to plant the wildflowers in "her" new yard.They were extremely reasonably priced for the services provided including not charging for the "extras" such as a clay paw print. We really can't recommend them enough.

Extraordinary people, at a time when your mind is lost somewhere else with your heart, these people are so caring and sweet. They make the painful process totally about your feelings and what you want for your fur baby. Never ever pressure, just true kindness. The urns are beautiful and the plaque of your pets paw is so special. They will include a hair clipping for you and a precious little heart that you bury in springtime and flowers will grow. I lost my rabbit Bugz of 5 years old, he was our best friend. When the vet wanted $150 to cremate a 5 lb rabbit. Is unreal why they do this, for the money I guess. We had him cremated at Forever Faithful Inc pet cremation services. For a fraction of the vet cost. Patricia and her family where so nice and kind. I e-mailed them in January knowing (but hoping not) that my sweet cat, Simba, was nearing his end. I got a reply back very quickly, and was very impressed with the compassion and the price quoted. He lasted until spring, but was not eating. I made the decision to end his misery last week and called them again. They were so loving and caring, it made the whole process tolerable. I made the vet visit late Saturday, then called them. I wanted to bring him myself, so they were there for me the following morning (even though it was Sunday and they did not plan to be there). Todd and Patricia were so wonderful! They talked with me a good long while about life, death, and the process, and took in Simba with great care! Therapy the cat greeted me lovingly at the door too! It really was therapy to connect with her. I had Simba back in 24 hours and even got help picking out the perfect memorial necklace! This family business is really top-notch, and deserve 10 stars! When I called Forever Faithful, my Baby (that's her name) wasn't gone yet. I was hoping she would make it, but I knew it was time. Trisha answered my call. Trisha was patient and empathetic. There was something in her voice that was calming. I didn't want to accept what was next, but Trisha was there. I went to put Baby out of her misery, and Trisha met me at the veterinarian office! She offered to stay with me and my son in our time of need, but I declined. But to even offer meant a lot. After the procedure I met Tod "Trisha's big little brother." He was very nice. Throttle, was diagnosed with Renal (kidney) Cancer in September of 2019. Every moment moving forward, we knew was going to be our last. We loved him a little extra, we even checked things off his bucket list: he ate chicken nuggies every-single-day, got snuggles whenever & where ever he wanted, had a birthday bash, he also got to visit a few of his most favorite of people. 🥰On December 20th we knew the time had come to set his beautiful soul free. We don’t have children, we have our fur-kids & Throttle was one of mine. We spent 3 months trying to prepare ourselves for something we knew we’d never really be ready for. To say goodbye. And though he let us know that it was time, our hearts weren’t ready. Our hearts still aren’t... but everyday it gets a little bit easier.I wanted to thank the owners & employees (my parents & my siblings) for answering the phone that day, though I know it was after our normal business hours. Thank you for offering to meet us & for truly meaning it. Thank you for coming up and for being there. I know there are so many things I should be thanking you for, but honestly, between trying to stifle hysterical sobs & silent tears most of that day has become a blur. I’m sorry it’s taken so long to even write this... but thank you for the supportive shoulders to cry on, for taking time from your evening to listen to our memories, & for being a glimmer of light in our sudden darkness.Thank you for the beautiful urn, I was able to put his puppy-ID tags & puppy collar in with him. Just this last week I had to say my final goodbye to a beloved pet that I've adored more than anyone or thing for a substantial amount of time. For many of you having had gone through this, you are aware that even past that moment that you are going to be overtly protective of your beloved fur baby's remains and I was no different. I wasn't certain the most appropriate action to take, but am happy that I went through this establishment following. I ebbed back and forth for a moment and either they are used to that, but I didn't feel like they were perturbed after calling a few times unsure of whether to bury or cremate. Ultimately, I decided to cremate so I could spread my baby kitty. They had him back to me less then twenty four hours and as noted, with a plaster paw print and simple and beautiful urn. There was no pressure to up-sell me (i.e. urn) and my baby kitty was allowed to take his adored blankie with him, something that I was adamant about and to which they did not question at all. I'm very happy with this business and you can tell that they, too, appreciate their animals and understand the anguish of those that come to them. And one more thing? Their cost is absolutely reasonable. My pet is the closest to a child, so for me this wouldn't even be a factor to begin with but if it helps some then I can't imagine a place better than this. Not to mention, they had an hour's notice on my end and that was all they needed. I hate for anyone having to say goodbye to their pet but if and when you do, I would absolutely recommend this place to help close those final loose ends in saying goodbye.

I would recommend this place for anyone who has lost there faithful friend, they are very compassionate and understand about your loss and will do everything in there power to have your faithful friend back to you the next day . I would give a 10 if I could. Thank you Forever Faithful for all you done for me in this time of saddness.

I can't thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of my Mom's best friend Adam, whom she's had since a pup. He was 16, and crossed the Rainbow bridge Nov. 7th, 2016. R.I.P. Adam, you are in God's lap now.

They seriously went above and beyond! My sons rat passed away and he was having a hard time. From the time I called to get info, dropping mr. Squeaks off and picking him up everyone was so nice and compassionate! Definitely would recommend!

They were patient and sympathetic and respectful of my pet and my grief. Also, they charged about half what the vet was going to charge for the same service. Overall a completely positive experience during a very difficult time.
