My husband and I had lost our 7 year old healthy baby unexpectedly 4 hours after getting home from having surgery, she died in our living room and we went in to American pet the day after sobbing, Cristal was so sweet and considerate, she was very gentle and got our Ari bear back to us so quickly! When we opened the items we cried and a rainbow even showed up on her cards. Thank you so much Cristal and American pet for helping us make this a little bit easier, it definitely doesn’t take away the hurt we feel for losing our best friend but having someone so kind to help you through it means the world. ❤️

The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind. She was willing to stay after closing so I could drop off my girl and helped me sort everything out after my baby passed. She quickly returned her remains and made the process seamless. While it doesn't take away the pain of losing her, having someone patient and kind during such a difficult time was a tremendous help. I'm so thankful.

I took in Max in as a sickly stray cat. With care, he managed to live five years as part of our family. When I came home and found he had passed, I made an appointment with American Pet Cremation Services. I was able to bring him in right away and felt very comfortable that he would be treated with the utmost care. His ashes were returned in an expedient manner. Their services made it all that much easier in dealing with the grieving process.

First off, I would like to say American pet cremation is a wonderful place. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and compassion.Cristal is the one who assist me in making decisions, and picking out a beautiful urn to put on my necklace. First off, I would like to say I brought in a bird who was a part of our family for around 25.years so it was very difficult for me, but in the end she made it very easy. I highly recommend them..

they are incredibly kind and so understanding. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to cremate your fur baby. they have so many products to choose from and they are willing to help you in every step of the way.

Crystal was very considerate and kind. They did a great job. I had to put down my best friend... my service dog... not an easy task.. she made it as pain-free as possible. They work with jackson humane society, and also pick up from there 2x a week. I chose to transport my best friend myself, one last time; I'd had him since a pup, he was old and in alot of pain, i couldnt watch him suffer anymore..they have one of the lowest prices in town, but she does an amazing job. He was put into an urn, and she also does clay and ink prints. I had gotten ink prints of his foot and his nose. She also gave me a little heart stone with his name on it. I'll be going back again.

I would like to say how appreciative of this company I am.My pet passed on a Friday night on a warm evening after 6:00 pm. My vet is closed by this time. I knew I couldn’t leave her until Monday.I reached out to American pet cremation services not knowing if they were open, (they just closed).I was able the contact an employee and they agreed to meet me at the crematory and hold her in the freezer until Monday.I truly appreciate what they did for me and my family.Thank you very much!
