Perry & his staff were amazing. The loss of my mother was devasting to me. I really didn't know how I could plan her funeral without breaking down. Perry was calming, professional, knowledgeable, very compassionate, and was there for my every need & any questions that I had. I appreciated everything they did for me and their continued efforts to ensure me & my family are ok. They have followed up with me several times. Who does this? They do. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much to all staff at Jacobs Funeral Home.

The staff at Jacobs Funeral Home where very polite and professional when they came to my home and picked up my pup that past, I have used them 3 times now and have been very satisfied with the way they have treated my all 3 of my German Shepherds that have passed. Thank you all at Jacobs Funeral Home for all you have done for me.

I entrusted Jacob's Funeral Home to cremate my beloved cat. I received his ashes with his name spelled wrong. After inquiring about this horrible mistake, I was informed by Jacob's Funeral Home through a very informal printed letter that the spelling could have "gone either way". Instead of choosing to make a simple phone call to ensure my loved one was NAMED PROPERLY after his cremation, they chose to GUESS.. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO STARS.

The funeral and services for our Mother were very, very nice and very well organized. Perry Jacobs and William were terrific.There wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t taken care of and there were no surprises what so ever.The entire process was handled very professionally.Thank you to the entire staff at Jacobs Funeral Home.You went above and beyond and on behalf of our entire family, thank you so much.

I just want to thank everybody at Jacob's funeral home they did an amazing amazing job with my brother gone Hebert and then with my dog Sarge and now with my dad gene Pinheiro. The staff there is amazing William who took care of my brother and my dad and my dog is an amazing amazing person very sentimental understanding soft-spoken I recommend this funeral home I couldn't say enough that is good about this funeral home I would give them a thousand stars if that was available again thank you all so much for the amazing job that you do the amazing personalities and comfort in everything just everything

This is the second time we’ve chosen Jacobs Funeral Home for funeral services. Again Perry and all his staff are extremely caring and professional from planning stage through funeral service. Explanations throughout whole process. Helpful with insurances/payments. Accommodating to special request. Will recommend to everyone!! Soon to meet with Perry to preplan my own funeral.

Perry Jacobs and his staff were extremely accommodating for us and over-the -top in kindness. Perry personally walked us through steps to honor mom's request that her final resting place be Iron Mountain even though she lived in Racine, WI. Thank you to his staff and Perry for assisting us will all the arrangements and assistance with the decisions we made.

Really seemed like they were nice and up front at first. when it came time to perform thier service, they seemed confused and disorganized. the only thing that was really appreciated, was the honor guard. I guess It was because I was from out of state, and they really rather socialize with the locals. I was being ignored every time i would ask a question. Then was told i had to supply the death date. after going round and round. I get a phone call oh yes, rather than me track down the engraver and pay a extra $250.00, for the date. It actually showed they were paid.Has to be the laziest place i ever paid for. I would not recommend anyone outside of the State or town to deal with none caring personel. One star Is for the Honor Guard. Now the funeral will be without his dates on the Stone, and one day they might have It done.

I was lost and heartbroken when I lost my father, but the wonderful people at Jacobs Funeral Home were kind, loving and patient during the entire funeral process. They helped and guided me and made sure my Dad's wishes were honored.

Absolute 10. From before, during and after the service Perry and staff have been an 10. For such a trying time he was so accommodating to every wish. The whole staff could not have been better.
