I called and spoke to Jake about my very first fur baby Max as he was 14 and a half. He was very helpful giving me all the information I needed to know as this was my first time going through something like this. If I needed to ask him something he was always there for me and I appreciated that very much. I just had another fur baby pass on and he is there for me again. Here's a picture of my fur babies.

Paws Upon the Heart was fantastic. I called after hours on Friday of a holiday weekend after we had to make the decision to have our 11 year old pittie euthanized. The staff was so kind and caring! They took their time walking through the process, available services and options to memorialize our pet. The prices were very reasonable and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t really want. They kept in close contact with us via text. I can’t say enough positive things about them! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Our experience with this business was extremely positive under the circumstances. The staff was compassionate and responsive. They were professional and sympathetic. My sons mini lop (bunny) passed away this week, I called them after hours, and they responded quickly and provided a lot of helpful information. They were ready for us to bring our beloved pet to them first thing the next morning. The prices were very reasonable. They gave us a lovely certificate and made nose prints for us to keep to remember him. The service also came with the urn pictured. We chose the basic package, but they have so many options. I highly recommend Paws Upon the Heart. RIP Chuck ❤️

I just had to put my dog, Packer to rest. I decided to do hospice care & called Harmony Pet Hospice. Dr Rees hooked me up with Paws Upon The Heart Pet Crematory. Both did an amazing job in taking care of my precious baby. I cannot thank either of them enough in making my loss more peaceful with the care they both gave. ❤

Losing a pet is never easy. Danielle was kind, compassionate and explained the package options. We had our Phoenix back within a week. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier. (MSU did not clearly explain that Danielle even will come get your pet from them. It was worth my trip from an hour away to meet Danielle and see she is part of the funeral home.)

This place is amazing, we had to put our dog down a couple weeks ago and they were so nice, and as soon as you walk in they make you as comfortable as can be. Defenitly quick with getting whatever you need done and back to you. We loved everything we got, defenitly recommend in those sad times.

Very professional. Since I don't drive I was able to pick up the remains from the Mt Hope location since I just live across the street. My pet was Dice. I wish I had went here the first time but my vet arranged it this time I did. Really impressed. I would highly recommend them....Far as the 2 people who gave 1 stars seems real petty after reading their reviews.

Loosing my pet was an extremely traumatizing event. It was completely unexpected and I was faced with very difficult decisions. Jake was the only compassionate person during this process. He was excellent in respecting my wishes, communicating through the entire process and making certain my beloved pet was handled with care. - All cremations are private.- You get 1 ink paw print for free & 1 clay paw print for $10- Other people mentioned other things that you receive. :)If I can give 10 starts, I would. I cremated my sweet 13 year old cat, Cricket, about a week ago. This place only offers private cremation, but what makes this place even more special is that they have Jacob. Jacob was in charge of the entire process, and oh my, he was phenomenal. I was beating myself so much because I felt like it's all my fault that my lovely Cricket suffered medically and eventually passed, but Jacob somehow made me feel a lot better when I left the place with Cricket's ash. He really understood what it feels like to say goodbye to my fur baby, my best friend. He didn't take his job as work. Instead, he was really there for me and even for Cricket. Not only what he told me, but also how he treated Cricket made the process a lot easier.I had called another place near by first, but because I didn't feel like they really cared about people who just lost their furry family member, I called Paws Upon the Heart next. I'm very grateful I went with this place intead of the other one.

When we went to drop off our dog the garage door was open and you could see the retort/cremation chamber. It was pretty disturbing and upsetting, but ignored it for the fact i was too emotionally upset about my dog passing to say anything. But when back a week later to pick up my dog's ashes, the garage door was open again!! Furious and highly disturb, I said something to the lady who brought me my dogs ashes. I told her that no one wants to see that! and they should keep the door closed. Have some respect for the people grieving!!

We are beyond greatful for Paws Upon The Heart, Jake who handles all the pet cremation services is beyond amazing from helping with details, arrangements, customer service, and sincerity. Jake made the process so much easier for us. With covid restrictions at vet offices he understood our frustrations and told me what places would allow both of us with our sweet boy when the time came. We will never go to another place when our fur babies time here on earth has to end and will recommend to everyone. Gave me copies of her paw print along with a Beautiful poem that I will be framing. Compassionate and affordable. At a very difficult time, Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with. They picked my baby up from the vet's office directly so I didn't have to worry about storing or transporting her. I was pleasantly surprised by their prices. Kevin said they do private cremations in house, so everything is closely observed and there's no concern over co-mingling of cremains or mix-up of pets in transport. They also took an inked paw print of my Stella and put it on a nice document with a poem. Losing my little girl was heartbreaking, but Paws Upon the Heart made it a little easier and gave me back some beautiful keepsakes to remember her with.

Sunday September 6, 2015, a lovely patient of mine needed assistance to transition. When unable to contact our usual pet crematorium ( which is under new management) the caregivers called Paws Upon the Heart on Monday (labor day!). They were thrilled to remove their beloved dog out of their living room and were pleased at the compassion and care they received. We still have not had a return message from our usual service provider and will now strongly suggest as first choice Paws Upon the Heart . I appreciate having such an available service whenever it is needed. Death waits for no one.

Our Lovely Lacey passed away early hours yesterday and looking at these reviews on google we decided to get Lacey cremated we do this with all our pets to keep them close to us. Lacey was 16 years old mix German Shepherd she gave us so much love and affection we miss her terribly.Kevin met us at the front entrance and made us feel at ease straight away , I had a price in mind after looking at the website prices etc. we chose a lovely cherrywood box and had Lacey’s photo on it which was perfect. We paid the fee and then took Lacey to the side building where Kevin took her do the cremation building we said our goodbyes but knew we would have her back with us soon.Kevin called us later in the day to say she was ready for pick up we now have her home ! Makes me happy knowing she is with us.From start to finish Kevin was professional and kept our hearts light as he knew we were upset at losing our previous Lacey.Don’t go anywhere else if you want your pet cremated.Thank you Kevin at Paws upon Heart !

Thanks to everyone at this truly wonderful place. I will never forget you. I will also do my best to make it my mission that EVERYONE learns about you. Special blessings to Kevin and Greg.( I had Lil Ones in my life longer than my own mother Lil Ones was 19 years old) it was the most fulfilling experience I could have hoped and dreamed of to be her mama ( she could say mama crystal clear) she gave us her best every single day of her life. Love will indeed live on.As my emotions change during the grief process I edit this response...Kevin helped me deal with the reality and Greg (whom I never even saw) was my spine and legs he held me up, not something I will.ever forget. Out of four I have one left she is 10 praying she stays with me for another 10 when her time comes this is where she'll go until she's back with me other than myself I would not let anyone else touch her without Loving Hands I used to do reviews I really don't anymore this would be the only place where the reviews are reliable every single one is 5 * that pretty much says it all I include them in my prayers every day because I have one left her name is Hoover I could not love her more I wish I would have known about this place when my other ones passed away my nephew is the one that told me about this that makes him my baby's hero

I really can't say enough good things about this company. Very accommodating and extremely compassionate. Kevin really took the time to talk about the process. Treated us like family and made this most difficult time more peaceful for our family.

Our beloved pet passed this morning. Within a hour of us calling 2 very professional men arrived and took care of everything with dignity and respect. Extremely impressed with their level of service. All of this was done on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I've gone to Jake for 4 animals now. From rat to bird to cat and the whole team has been absolutely wonderful. I'll never go in to anyone else for one of my babies!

I called Tuesday to speak with someone about bringing my kitty in for cremation services. Was told I'd get a call back "real soon". Haven't heard a word yet from anyone. Save yourself the time and frustration and use someone else.

I had my dog cremated from this place very nice people, they came to the vet the time I asked the guy to be there and he waited for my oreo and took him with him, the price was really good for me will recommend anyone to go here

When my sweet girl passed away, deciding to have her cremated was a difficult decision for me. My family has always buried our pets. Jacob was very kind and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was compassionate and l left knowing I made the right decision. Thank you Paws upon the Heart.

They were wonderful to us, both warm and caring as well as professional. The most affordably priced, they were also the most caring. They picked up my precious baby from the vet and handled everything. They even made paw prints for us to remember him by. I would never go anywhere else.

Very caring, compassionate, kind, I highly recommend to take your babies there! They are the best! I took my babies I lost in a fire there and they took them right away! Very easy to talk to and more understanding than anything. Beat place ever!

Our Lovely Lacey passed away early hours yesterday and looking at these reviews on google we decided to get Lacey cremated we do this with all our pets to keep them close to us. Lacey was 16 years old mix German Shepherd she gave us so much love and affection we miss her terribly.Kevin met us at the front entrance and made us feel at ease straight away , I had a price in mind after looking at the website prices etc. we chose a lovely cherrywood box and had Lacey’s photo on it which was perfect. We paid the fee and then took Lacey to the side building where Kevin took her do the cremation building we said our goodbyes but knew we would have her back with us soon.Kevin called us later in the day to say she was ready for pick up we now have her home ! Makes me happy knowing she is with us.From start to finish Kevin was professional and kept our hearts light as he knew we were upset at losing our previous Lacey.Don’t go anywhere else if you want your pet cremated.Thank you Kevin at Paws upon Heart !

Thanks to everyone at this truly wonderful place. I will never forget you. I will also do my best to make it my mission that EVERYONE learns about you. Special blessings to Kevin and Greg.( I had Lil Ones in my life longer than my own mother Lil Ones was 19 years old) it was the most fulfilling experience I could have hoped and dreamed of to be her mama ( she could say mama crystal clear) she gave us her best every single day of her life. Love will indeed live on.As my emotions change during the grief process I edit this response...Kevin helped me deal with the reality and Greg (whom I never even saw) was my spine and legs he held me up, not something I will.ever forget. Out of four I have one left she is 10 praying she stays with me for another 10 when her time comes this is where she'll go until she's back with me other than myself I would not let anyone else touch her without Loving Hands I used to do reviews I really don't anymore this would be the only place where the reviews are reliable every single one is 5 * that pretty much says it all I include them in my prayers every day because I have one left her name is Hoover I could not love her more I wish I would have known about this place when my other ones passed away my nephew is the one that told me about this that makes him my baby's hero
