I was treated with compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. They were transparent about pricing and what would happen with my baby when I left her in their care. I have the utmost faith and trust that she was cared for with the care that the staff would give to their own pets until she was returned to me. I have already, and will continue to recommend this business.

My cat passed away recently and we took him to Pet Rest Gardens. Our experience was not great. Their communication was awful and they treated us like we were a problem every time we tried calling to get an update on when we would get our boy back. Each time they said with attitude “Well we are just extremely busy” which I can sympathize with, but do not take your frustrations out on me. Sent an email with details upon their request and never received confirmation they got our email with important information. They had him for almost a full two weeks and would not accommodate us in any way. They gave my boyfriend an attitude when he arrived to pick up our beloved family member saying “we’ve been trying to call you all day” and he works in a factory setting unable to tend to his phone, like most people, during his work day. An awful experience picking up our boy who’s no longer here and he was met with attitude and no sense of compassion. There is so much more I could say but these are the things that do not sit well with me the most. I will not return to Pet Rest Gardens and I would not refer anyone to go to them.
