Although the employees were very apologetic and polite, there were many other issues. We dropped off our dog on Sunday, just for them to forget about him until we called to check up on the status. With picking the urn as well, we were not informed about the fact it would not fit all of our dog's ashes. We also requested a paw print, and was charged, yet didn't do it. They tried to give us a different dog's paw print. We were refunded for the inconvenience, yet this was an unpleasant experience.

I can't say enough about the folks at Young's funeral home and pet crematory. I recently lost my German shepherd very suddenly and they came to pick her up within a half-hour of my call. They were gracious and kind and compassionate. I will never forget it.

The staff here were so kind to us. Our dog, Oliver, passed away very suddenly and traumatically. We intended to bury him so hadn't made other arrangements. When we went to dig the hole, the ground was far too frozen. Young's took us last minute and helped us with a same day cremation so our little boy could be at peace. He came back to us in the most beautiful wooden box. We're thankful to have had a good experience at such a difficult time. Thank you so much.

Thank you for your professionalism and prompt service. We had intended to bury the dog but the ground was far too hard. Everything happened so quickly, and Young’s was there for us. Highly recommended!
