I recently had to help my oldest pup cross the rainbow bridge. The price for the vet to "handle" it would have cost about $150-200 dollars more than I had available. So, I called up these guys and they were incredible. Very patient, understanding, and compassionate. I would highly recommend them when it comes to this time in your pet parent journey. 10/10 would highly recommend.

If you're worried about insensitivity after the loss of a companion, take your loved one here. My wife and I lost our little Toki after 16 great years and the employee was sympathetic, understanding, comforting, and generous. She took tender care of our loved one, provided paw and nose prints, and returned him to us as promised.

I could never speak more positively about a service like this. The staff made one of the most difficult times in my life extremely easy. Extremely fair pricing, and the owner even included a sticker of my Geisha that I will hold close to me always.

Definitely 100/10. They are so kind and caring. I took my kitty in today was very difficult. They didn’t judge and just were so compassionate. They had my baby ready to come same day. All my requests were met and then more. Highly recommending of this amazing place and amazing staff!!!!

If you are ever in the devastating situation where you have lost a beloved furry member of your household and you have interest in getting them cremated, I highly recommend Saginaw Valley Pet Cremations. Not only was I treated with the upmost sympathy and compassion, the person running the show puts a great deal of pride into the process of helping that stage of grief with your pet. They also took the time to make the most precious sticker of my sweet Snowflake sitting on a beach.This is the same person who through the Bay City, MI, Lost And Found Animals courageously collected deceased furry friends from the road ways, cremated them, and took the time to find their rightful owners.I cannot thank them enough for their services.❄️🤍❄️

This was my second time having to use the services at Saginaw Valley Pet Cremations unfortunately. We lost our beautiful orange cat, Rico, at almost 3 years old due to an unknown illness. It was so suddenly and unexpected. Our family, especially my daughter (Rico was her baby) were left completely heartbroken, devastated and distraught. We never expected to lose him so soon. The lady at the front (apologies as I was so upset when I came in I can't remember her name) was so kind, patient, warm and made the process so easy. Extremely compassionate and empathetic. Made all the difference during this difficult time for us. She gave us all the time me and my children needed to say goodbye to our beloved Rico one last time. We were able to pick him up within 2 days and also got his little pawprint as a forever keepsake. I will always be thankful to this place during this difficult time and always recommend.

I had taken my furson, Checkers to be cremated so I can have him home with me and they was so amazing. The gal that helped me with the process stayed with him the entire time which I thought was so heartwarming and that made me smile knowing he had still felt love. That made my heart so full. 100 out of 10 would recommend. Sunday night my parents baby died unexpectedly in my arms. Took her in Monday morning without calling the Staff member(Didn't catch her name) was absolutely outstanding. She came out to the vehicle and picked up Brandi so very gently and carried her little body inside. She herself is a daschund lover. I can not say enough about Saginaw Valley Pet Creamtion outstanding job. The office staff makes you feel like you're pet is part of their family. Truly compassionate.

I came in on the worst day of my life and Lauren made it as special as possible for my lil furry boy and myself. She allowed me to take my time, as I held my precious lil dog and wailed as I filled out the paperwork. She made me aware it was ok to take as much time as I needed in choosing his urn and other final items; as I gripped onto my Mushí and wept and smelled him for what would be the last time. I can’t imagine how I would have gotten through this whole process if it wasn’t for her kind heart and understanding nature.I would highly recommend getting your pet cremation done with Lauren at Saginaw Valley Pet Cremations. Losing a pet is never easy. Our sweet girl passed unexpectedly in the middle of our cross country move. When we finally arrived in town we had to make accommodations quickly. I called SVPC first thing in the morning and we were able to drop her off soon after. They were very respectful and wonderful to work with in unfortunate circumstances. The service was done the next day and she was ready to come home. I would recommend them to anyone who loses their pet.

After my loss of my beloved pet I reached out to the staff at Saginaw valley cremation and greeted by Chloe which was so helpful and explained everything and was very upfront with the cost which was very affordable and the time frame of getting my bird back. After getting him to them she explained he would be cremated by himself and only him and his ashes back in the complementary urn which was included in the price and also gave me choices to purchase necklaces or other urns available and would be filled for me when picked up so I didn’t have to worry about losing any trying to do it my clumsy self. I would highly recommend this business for all your loved ones final preparations and there top notch services . After dropping my animal off yesterday I received him back today as exactly explained and couldn’t ask more more professional and quick and reliable services. Thanks Chloe and Saginaw valley pet cremation for all your help through these times… Keep up the great job!! Will be the only pet cremation service I ever use and would recommend

Have never left a review but felt I needed to for these guys. My dog Chief sadly passed away in the middle of the night but I was able to get him cremated with no appointment and a super reasonable cost which was amazing but the workers are very respectful and handled my dog gently even though he passed and it meant a lot to me. If your in need this is the place to go I highly recommend them.

I lost my little angel (my baby boy) my 17 year old Himalayan Max on Friday December 3rd at 11:30 pm. Unfortunately I had to keep him cold inside my refrigerator because I had access to nowhere else to keep him.Upon arrival the sweetest young lady named Chloe greeted me and through my tears and extreme sadness, she was so gentle and gracious. I cannot possibly put into words how much patience and love that she gave my heart. Knowing that I am going to receive only my Max when I get his ashes back helps bring closure. They do individual cremations only.They are a top-notch facility as well as very loving and caring. ❤😿😇❤Not very good on my Max's paw prints whatsoever, I was very disappointed. 😥

Gary Fogelsonger with the pet services was a wonderful experience. He was compassionate, honest, and professional about my recent loss of my lab. This place does not take advantage of your grief by charging high prices. He understands that the loss of a pet is the same loss as a family member and respects them just the same. The photo urn quality is top notch and vile quality is the same. It took only 3 days from order to pick up of the products. I came back to him after 10 years when I lost my other dog because I had a good experience. I would recommend you do the same.

I took my Charlie here after he suddenly passed. They were nothing but kind and accommodating. I'm so glad i took him here, and I was able to bring him back home fast. Losing a pet is terrible, but they made the experience better.

I just wanted to say how very pleased and happy I am with Fogelsonger. This was an extremely difficult time for me. But they were so kind and respectful of me and my cat. They kindly answered my questions and some I wouldn't even have thought of. I would definately recommend them to anyone who is going through the loss of a pet and choosing cremation for their pet. They are kind, respectful, professional, and understanding.

Fogglesongers pet crematory services are wonderful compassionate caring people who understand the grief of pet owners. I have been coming here since 2010 and have cremated 10 dogs and will be bringing another with in a couple of days, being a Saturday night and closed on Sunday too. I'll have to wait till Monday to have it done.i highly recommend Fogglesongers to anyone who has lost a pet. Wonderful, caring compassionate. The Best in the business and no one can compare to Fogglesongers.
