Kodiak came to us at 2 months old and left us at 16years 2months. Thank you for preparing him to rest as we choose.

About a month ago we lost one of our boxers unexpectedly, we contacted Ed around 8:30 pm one evening and he graciously received our Zeus within the hour. He made and awful situation comforting. He treated the loss as if it was his own and made us feel comfortable with the situation. As luck would have it, we lost Diesel a couple weeks later and we got the same treatment from Ed. He is a genuine person who cares and understands what it is like to loss a pet. We can say enough good things about him.

My cat of 20 years died today. I called Pleasant Mountain and received nothing but compassion. The owner made me comfortable and I felt like he cared about me and what I was going through. He made a very difficult time a little more bearable.

I Have 2 Pets Interred in this cemetery. Boomer, a 22 year old Scottish Fold Feline, Buried in 2011, and Jasmine, a Burmese/Seal Point Himalayan Mixed, age 14, Buried this past Saturday 6/6/2015. Impeccable Character describes Ed Best. He Cares, and Treats Each and Every Pet like they were his own. I wish People could be laid to rest in here. That's How compassionate and decent he is.

Several years ago when my pets died, I had the most wonderful experience with Pleasant Mountain. They bent over backwards to meet our needs. They were so kind, compassionate and efficient.

Called today about my husky mix and when I asked more than one question the man on the phone was acting quite rude. It was like I was an inconvenience... not exactly the right message to send to someone after they have lost their pet. I will NEVER reccomend this place. If one of my clients or friends ask about this place I will guide them to another facility. I would never want someone to deal with such inconsiderate and rude behavior after the death of their animal.
