I found the staff to be gentle and caring. It was such a difficult experience to lose my fur friend, but the Final Gift made me as comfortable as they could. Thank you for caring for my fur friend. Thank you for how quickly Peaches cremains were ready to come home.

It was the worst day of my life and Final Gift took all the worry of what to do next away. They were quick and responsive and showed so much compassion the whole way through. I called one evening in a panic because I had forgotten one minor detail for my girls final arrangements and at 8:01am they called me right back and made sure it was all ok. Itβs a sad reason to need them, but when you do, they are the best out there.

I cannot express my gratitude and awe enough to every single person working at Final Gift. We had scheduled a final viewing and private cremation for our beloved hound dog, and to say that he and we were treated with the utmost respect every step of the way feels like an understatement. At every step of the process every single individual we encountered treated both us and our pet with the respect and dignity that you would experience at a funeral home. From the second we walked through the doors to the moment we watched him go into the chamber, it was a better experience than I ever could have asked for. The way his body was handled and presented during the final viewing through his cremation was so beautiful, and the deep respect the workers showed for us and him in the process brought me so much peace during such a horrible time. I intend to have many dogs throughout the remainder of my life and I will never take them anywhere else.

Final Gift/ Angel View was so unbelievably wonderful in our time of sorrow when we lost our cat. Monica was empathetic and helpful. We were able to say our last good byes in a private room and knew they would handle the cremation with respect. When we picked up the urn it was accompanied by a beautiful card.

Brought my dog diesel there to be euthanized spent a lot of time with him. He was 13 years old and they went through all the finances and all the charges and very accommodating and then they told me that I could not pick up my dogs ashes that they had to ship it because since Covid, they werenβt having people come to their office, the ashes was supposed to arrive. I lost my dog Layla 12/28/23, my partner's dog passed of cancer Saturday 11/16. When I received my urn for my dog Layla ( their "free" one) it was half stained and off color, the one thing I wanted to be perfect was like the broken or discarded urn, that added insult to an already existing pain. We received Shasta's remains yesterday, everything including the cremation certificate was spelled wrong, the paw print even had a label that if I peeled would've possibly ruin the print. My boyfriend paid and signed the papers however it had my last name all over everything, thus again adding insult to injury. The people who come in there are in extreme pain and want the best for their animal, I don't even trust this place does individual cremation anymore and we're considering getting it tested. do not go here, its a mile from me and I'll now be going anywhere else. They did fix the mistakes, should have taken the paw print or something off of the price since they appear completely apathetic. While waiting for the mistake to be fixed they left a door open and I overheard them talking about a woman who lost 7 animals there and had owed $ since 2017 who had just left the place apparently doing photos, super unprofessional, close the door, your place of business is built on greed and people's suffering

I canβt speak highly enough of every aspect of this business. We lost our cat recently, she was with us from two days old to the day she passed at 16. It was so hard but the employees here made at least this part of the process easier. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, compassionate, and caring. The woman there when we dropped her off personally went and set her up on one of the beds and let us have time with her before we left. The closure of being alone in that setting was so big. And the care put into how she was returned to us was incredible. The ink paw prints were beautiful and came with a certificate of her cremation. The clay paw print was equally gorgeous and came with a sympathy card all inside a satiny bag. The urn was beautiful, I was expecting a simple wooden box not a pretty little paw print urn that I was allowed to choose myself. She was put inside another satiny bag inside the urn and the urn itself put inside a velvety bag. Every single aspect of this process was easy and handled with care. Thank you for taking care of my Bella girl, she was the best and you treated her with so much care.

My Pet passed away on Sunday 8/4 I spoke with a nice Lady named Kaitlyn. She stated she would call me on Monday with the final arrangements. Here it is Wednesday 8/7 I have called 3 times left messages no response or call back. My pet is sitting in animal control waiting to go to his final resting place.

Such a sensitive and delicate moment. Both the technician and doctor were so professional, and compassionate. Ramon went very peacefully in his bed with his cat nip stick at home. Enjoy cat heaven, hope our paths cross again.

The unfortunate experience of losing our lil loved one Vegas, is still difficult. Because the frozen ground, we decided to have her cremated but wanted to ensure it was just her we were getting. The staff at this place was exceptionally nice in every aspect from start to finish although I believe there was a miscommunication that cost us in the end. When asked if we wanted to "see" her 1st, we assumed that was prior to going into the crematorium which we insisted. We arrived early & they set her up in a nice quiet room where we spent 5 to 10 minutes with her before. She looked so peaceful. Soft music was playing, it was a nice setting.. They set her up early & arranged for the crematory to be done asap because roads were bad. I thank them for that.Unfortunately, our Vegas was laying on a very dirty pillow & wrapped in a blanket that stunk so bad. At first I was just thinking it's been over a week since her passing, but while we were close to her, realized it wasn't her, but the blanket. Was pretty gross.Once all was said & done, having already prepaid with our vet, was shocked to be slapped with a near $200 bill for the 5 min use of the room. Our emotions have been running high so unsure if that was explained, but we simply didn't have that money to spend as we just spent two years of savings trying to help our cat before putting her down. Regardless, for that price, should have at least had her on a clean pillow & blanket because we put our faces in them while saying goodbye & no idea what was on them to make them so grotesque. It was insulting to say the least; but even more so after getting the bill. Was too heartbroken to argue so we just paid, took her ashes & left.Again, everyone here were exceptionally nice & attentive. Only issues were the dirty pillow/blanket and the unusually extreme cost for 5 mins in a room to see her while being somewhat overwhelmed by the nasty stench of the blanket she was wrapped in..... we did mention it to the guy that came in to bring her to the crematory, but no response.... in all fairness, none of this was relayed to staff further because our moment is gone. Our baby is gone. I do thank the staff for being mostly attentive to our needs. Would suggest doing laundry & using clean blankets /pillow case in between showings & being clear with customers on the excessive room charge to simply sit with your pet for 5 mins prior to being cremated.

I can't say enough or different than what's already been said about the kindness, compassion, and understanding of your staff in handling aftercare and arrangements for the furry babies placed in your care. You definitely go above and beyond what's required of you in these circumstances.I lost my boy Patrick a week ago Monday the 13th, and BluePearl Waltham took the time to go through the whole aftercare process with me, and had told me that you guys were the crematory for them. I knew from the second I was told Angel View, that I had absolutely nothing to worry about in regards to Patrick. It was definitely bittersweet picking up his ashes and paw print from BluePearl on Monday(the 20th). I love that the urn is velvet lined and Patrick's ashes are in a blue satin drawstring bag.I don't know who did Patrick's paw print, but they did a great job with it because it's EXACTLY how he liked to show off his paws, claws included :-) .....Update 3/7/2023Angel View πΌπ,My pleasure! I wouldnβt have it any other way than to have you guys handle the aftercare for my fur babies!

My dog recently passed away and I have been devastated and dreading picking up his remains all week. But when I saw the beautiful building, extremely kind staff and atmosphere I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. It made me feel so much more at ease seeing that my precious dog, even though no longer living, was treated with kindness. Thank you to all the staff at Final Gift, it is certainly not an easy job constantly dealing with these losses.. But you all do incredible work.

I just picked my family member Ashβs,canine, ashes and I couldnβt be more upset by the lack of empathy from the woman at the front desk! She didnβt greet me with βsorry for your loss β. I was asked if I was there to pick up βblankβ very coldly. The other woman heard me say my pups name and she seemed put off in my opinion. I have been a nurse for 39years and I would never treat anyone that just lost their family member in this manner!! The whole experience was cold and inhumane. I will never send another loved one there again! The Vet whole placed my pup to sleep forever was so kind, respectful and caring .

We unfortunately are using Final Gift for the second time for the death of a dog .? . Fortunately we are using Final Pet a second time I cannot say enough about the compassion expressed by the people I spoke to on the phone . I had a pamphlet so I pretty much knew what I wanted and was not disappointed at all Hardy was our first dog handled at Final gift and Pippa our second . Pippa will be coming back soon and that Final Pet so much . Hugs

My furbaby passed away on the 1st of February 2024 and Final Gift was by far the most compassionate people. They took good care of my Salem and were a shoulder to cry on answered all my questions I had. Even filled a necklace with my babies ashes that purchased elsewhere. Thank you final gift for all your support through my time of need

Our cat recently passed away. The staff at Final Gift is very warm and caring. When we went to pick up our boy,the receptionist at the desk said that he was beautiful and it was an honor to have him. Those words meant everything to us.And the urn box is so beautiful. Thank you Final Gift for your wonderful words and being so compassionate.

I am disappointed in the service I received. I chose and urn from my veterinary brochure. I called and spoke to Kaleigh and told her I wanted a blue urn with paw prints. She said that would be fine. Well, when I picked up my cremated dog, he was in the WRONG urn. I spoke to Abbey and told her what happened. She told me that my veterinary has old brochures. Well, wouldn't you think Final Gift would of called me and asked for a second choice. That didn't happen. I have emailed them and called and asked for a small reimbursement $25.00 . Abbey was suppose to talk to her supervisor and get back to me. I am not taking my dogs ashes and pouring them into another container. He's at peace now. Still haven't heard from them. (Make sure you confirm your urn with them). I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

The Final Gift just recently took care of our beloved pup. We are so grateful for their services. I made a couple of calls to them in my grief, and they were so gracious and understanding. When I received him back they gave us his urn in a gift bag with many caring pamphlets on grief. Everything in that bag was carefully considered by them to help us through the loss of our fur baby. We are grateful for their help and excellent service. David & Eva McMorrow

The Beloved Goldendoodle was brought here for his cremation by Lap of Love, the in-home vet service for euthanasia. I was given the choice of picking up his ashes about 7-10 days later or having them brought to my vet's office; I chose to pick them up as soon as they were ready, despite the drive being about an hour each way.I received a call two days later saying he was ready for pick-up, and I went the following morning and arrived shortly after they opened at 8am. I had his ashes placed in their standard box (at least the "standard" through Lap of Love) which is a nice box with a carved design and his name. Eventually I will upgrade to something else, but I need to be able to think clearly for that. The box was put in a nice velvet bag, and then that was in a bag with a card and a couple of brochures on grief and pet loss. The woman (early 20's maybe? dark brown hair... I think... it was a tough morning) working at the desk was very kind, I imagine days are pretty emotional there and I appreciated how nice she was. Many thanks to Angel View for being the last caretakers of my sweet boy ~(reposted from my review on Yelp)

I would 100% highly recommend Final Gift.Last night our beloved 7 year old golden retriever Duke passed away from hemangiosarcoma. After surgery and chemo treatments we thought we'd have another month at least so this was shocking. Duke passed away at home Monday night. Thankfully Final Gift could fit us in the following morning for Duke's cremation. I left a message right after Duke passed and Matt called me back instantly. He was very compassionate and knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. The next morning Kelsey called and went over everything I needed to know. She was very compassionate as well and so patient. When we arrived we met Katie at the front door. She was very pleasant and cheery. Then two men came to the car with a gurney to bring Duke inside. I should have caught their names and they were both very nice and caring as they let us say our last goodbyes to Duke privately. When it was all done Katie brought our wooden urn and paw print out to our car. She was so kind and sympathetic. I would highly recommend Final Gift to anyone who is looking for the best cremation experience. I am very picky and only want the best and I truly feel so wonderful that we definitely got the best for our Duke. He deserved it and I want to thank everyone who helped us at Final Gift make this the best experience as it could be during this devastating time.

Couldn't agree more with Andrew's post. About 4 years ago my dog was cremated at Angel View through VCA Hospital. The hospital made all the arrangements with them but I was very satisfied with the service I received. Last week I had to put my dog to sleep and called Angel View for arrangements. They had absolutely no compassion as I mustered all requests through sobs. Andrew said it perfectly when he referred to it like a "take out order". I just received a voicemail from them stating my dog is ready for pickup...again no sort of compassion in their voice or the words they choose. Guess my order is ready.I had originally called Forget Me Not who were so nice and so compassionate in their words and tone. I cancelled the services with them since we had to move the appointment up due to her condition and thought I would use Angel View since my other dog was cremated there. Never again. The staff needs some serious training that these pets are loved family members and how difficult a time it is for the owner to make these arrangements and decisions. Compassion goes a long way!

I want to thank Angel View Pet Cemetery from the bottom of my heart for helping me have a home going for my best friend/family Starfish(the cat). Jack was phenomenal and helped me out through the whole process and even the staff who did her cremation. I couldn't be more thankful for their gracious and heart warming services for my loved one. And I thank all the staff from Angel View Pet Crematory again and again. I strongly encourage everyone to have their all pet burial services here. I didn't get a chance to walk through the burial grounds but it was beautiful from a view. I feel at ease that my loved animal was laid to rest in peace. Thank You Again!!

My elderly Yorkie Oliver fell down the stairs and after hospitalization I was able to take him home. His condition unexpectedly turned for the worst and I had to put him to sleep after almost 16 years. Jack was excellent and very compassionate and empathetic. They provided great service and made the process very transparent. My dog didnβt have an arranged plot and they accommodated him. He was commemorated and respected and I am happy I chose their services. I have an impression of his paw print with the beautiful poem The Rainbow Bridge.

Recently we had to put our cat to sleep, and we decided to use Angel View in Middleborough for his cremation. The staff there were extremely respectful and compassionate. Jack gave us a thorough explanation of the cremation and our options. The two gentlemen that handled the actual cremation were very polite, thoughtful, and patient. Everything was handled professionally and in a way that we didn't have to stress or feel rushed about any particular decision. I highly recommend Angel View if you make the decision to cremate your pet. I am very thankful for their services.

I had my pets cremation done here and there was a very quick turnaround, great staff, and the necklace and keepsake box I ordered from the website came in quick and was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I could day neg about the experience is the website is very Pricey. Other than that I was def satisfiedI changed my rating from five stars to three after reading another gentleman's story about what happened to his pet and his experience...I paid, a lot, for a private cremation that I never got to witness either, and I didn't even realize that I didn't get to witness it until now. I was grieving so badly that I forgot I was able to be there because I had paid for that service!!! no one ever contacted me for the cremation! Also when I went to pick up my Colbey's ashes, they gave it to me in a bag! In a velvet BAG! He wasn't even in the Serenity Urn that came with the cremation! We actually had to turn around and go back after we realized they just put him in a bag inside the keepsake box that I bought separately. After reading other people's reviews this is outrageous! I only gave them 5 stars at the beginning because I thought the staff was really nice and because I got my baby back and a timely manner. Those are the ONLY 2 things that went right. But the fact that I'm more clear-headed now and realize I paid for a service that I didn't even get infuriates me!! This was my baby and I paid for these things because I wanted to give him the best. This was absolutely disgusting but these things happened to me after I spent so so much money with them!!

We highly recommend Angel View! They were there for us when surely needed! We lost our 2 beloved dogs Kayla & Kal within 2, 1/2 weeks apart, so tragic and deeply sad for us. Che and Jack, were so supportive and wonderful to us at this terrible tragic difficult time. We had the traditional layed to rest burial for both dogs, at the Middleboro branch Cemetery, It was beautiful, even poems were read! A big thank you to Che and Jack, & staff! Great outstanding service! So miss our dogs Kal & Kayla.πͺ Forever loved.πππThanksπKaren and John

Final View (Middleboro branch) took excellent care of our beloved boy. They were very kind and understanding when I called (crying) right after we lost him. They were compassionate when I called for an update because I was eager to get his ashes home with us. Today I picked up his ashes and was overwhelmed with all thoughtful extras that they gave us. Examples: flower seeds, a rainbow bridge token, pamphlets to help you cope, and more. It was all very appreciated. I paid extra to have an ink paw print done and I am so glad I did. I honestly wish I did clay and the ink. We lost him on 1/8 and we picked up his ashes on 1/17. I'm am very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to any grieving pet parent. Thank you.

Had a beautiful service here. I buried my pet of 17 years here. You are able to visit the site from sunrise to sunset. We had a private wake and they gave us his paw prints. I didn't expect it so be so beautiful over there. The director, Jack was extremely kind and so helpful with this difficult process. I was reading the previous negative reviews before going here and took my chances and I'm glad I did. They must have changed how they did things. It was wonderful, and I will never forget it. Thank you Angel View!

A couple of weeks ago, our family dog of 11 years was brought to the vet and put down behind our backs by one member of the family who no longer wanted to deal with the inconveniences of having a dog. It was and continues to be very shocking and heartbreaking. Our vet directed us to visit Angel View, the cemetery they work with, in an effort to bring us some closure in this difficult time, as we didnβt get to say goodbye to our dog.We had no idea what kind of arrangements were made for our dog, so we went to the office first. The man in the office immediately seemed irritated, like we had interrupted something. Every question we asked, his answer was dismissive and lacked any kind of compassion. He was completely aloof and impatient with us, as he said the questions we were asking should have been discussed with the vet before our dog was brought there. Obviously our situation is unique in that we didnβt get to choose what happened to our dog, but we left feeling humiliated and belittled. The way he behaved would have been unacceptable for any business, much less a pet cemetery where every customer is grieving!I considered giving two stars instead of one because the grounds are quite nice, but I went back to one star after reading on their website that pets cremated in a group then have their ashes buried in the βbeautiful cemetery.β Based on the picture we saw, the group cremation ashes are buried in an ugly landfill-looking plot behind the nice cemetery that guests arenβt allowed to visit. That fact plus the rude employee made this place just so weird and unsettling.

I don't care what anyone says. This is the perfect place to bring your furry little loved one that final day. I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received here. The woman on the phone was so patient and generous with me when describing the services I could do to say goodbye to my dog at such a traumatic time. When I got there, they were so sweet. Even the guys who handled her during the cremation asked if I wanted the blankets that they used to put under her during the viewing, so she would be comfortable! I mean she was gone, it was just her shell, but they were SO sweet and you would never think that just by looking at them. I was truly overwhelmed by the gentle care and understanding that everyone had for me that day.

My youngest cat recently died, and Angel View was really considerate. The man who picked her up was very kind, and said he was really sorry about our pet when he saw me crying; he said he understood how hard it was and stated she was in a better place and told us we were welcome to see her cremated to make sure they had done a proper job. Now, that isn't to say that other members of their staff are perfect, but the driver was just incredibly kind in a moment of distress and I appreciate what he did for us and for my cat Sienna.

My Puppy-Girl went to the Rainbow Bridge on May 9th 2017. The people at Angel View have been nothing short of professional and compassionate. My mom called while I was at work to inform me of what happened and I came home immediately. I gave my toddler cake and ice cream to keep her quiet while I made arrangements for my buddy and then made the very long journey to Angel View. I must have looked a sight. Dirty toddler, me in my work uniform holding a dog in the late stages of rigor with a bit of void on me. Shaking and sobbing. It didn't matter, the receptionist was so compassionate and patient. They understand that a pet is a family member and treated Puppy with dignity and respect. In a speedy turn-around, I got her ashes in a nice complementary box.I think I'm done with pets (I can't go through this again), but for anyone who has the unfortunate experience of loving and losing, I would highly recommend Angel View Pet Cemetery.

I recently lost almost everything including two of my best friends Goddard and Grissom my cats in a house fire. The people here were so kind and showed such compassion to me in my time of grief I will never forget and I can never truly Express how grateful I am to them.

Thank you for helping us find a resting place for our beloved Audrey. Thank you for the care and compassion. A very, very special thanks to Jack who manages the Angel View Pet Cemetery-- he truly lives up to the name "angel." Our family is so grateful to you for helping us navigate through such a difficult time.

Final Gift did a lovely job for our dog, Fynn.

Hugs

I had to put my dog to sleep 3 weeks ago. The animal hospital recommended Angel View. The woman I spoke with was nice to me as I was sobbing on the phone, but it did feel like I was ordering take out! I received a call that the cremains were ready for pick up. I went there and there was no compassion. The girl at the desk was not personable. She brought out the cremains which were all wrapped up in bubble wrap. I had to sign for them then they were put in a paper bag, again just like take out. There was never a 'Sorry for your loss'.

My cat was put down through Tufts in Grafton mass. They use Final gift crematorium. I've had two previous cats put down and cremated at another mass crematorium. Final gift crematorium is the best. I was given an urn that has a wooden picture frame attached, a bottle with my cat's fur clippings and a ceramic stone paw print with name carved onto it. The urn came in a velvet bag. Everything was mailed to my house, from Tufts at no extra cost. From now on I'll always make sure my pets are cremated through Final gift.

So fast and compassionate. My Maggie came from the vet. They have her in plastic plus a blue velvet bag with tie. My sons favorite color. Het urn had a spot for photo. The staff was so compassionate 10 stars are not enough

When my dog diamond passed away tragically. We were all distraught and feeling empty. I appreciate the staff of this establishment for being so compassionate and helpful to our family during such a tough time.
Sarah Symczak
I had my pet rabbit sent here from Cape Cod. I am very pleased with the services they provided me. I may have had a different experience because I dropped my rabbit off at the MSPCA. My rabbit's cremains were put in a sealed plastic bag in a beautiful wooden box with a lock and key. There was also a card from Angel View pet cemetery and crematory with condolences and a certificate of individual cremation. I had the cremains back 2 weeks after I dropped Sweetie off. I could not be happier with the services provided during such a hard time.

I lost my precious cat , Minnie , on September 6 , after having her for 16 years , I was heartbroken, but I knew I had to honor her and keep her with me forever. I took her to the animal hospital, because she passed away at home. Angel View Pet Cemetery picked her up there, and delivered her back to them ten days later. I had a private cremation done, and they did it so beautifully and she was returned to me with her paw print, certificate , the Rainbow Bridge poem, and a nice sympathy card. I am so thankful for the amazing job they did with Minnie. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, Dianne Ingram

Wish I could give them a zero! After calling to get prices for a pony we had to Euthanize, I realized just how much the place went down hill after changing ownership. Previous owners CARED. The new company that purchased is just in it for the money. The woman who answered the phone was the most non-compassionate person, who told me multiple times they closed in an hour and had to tell her what I wanted to do. They only offer group or private cremation at an astronomical price. Most people donβt realize the company changed hands and still think itβs the same care as before. Itβs not!! They price gouge and know people will pay it. I had my pony cremated else where at a much better price and was able to witness!!!!! Do NOT use them especially for your large animal needs!

I just lost my Chihuahua Minnie last week, The folks at final gift were wonderful, and compassionate. Her cremains were packaged beautifully , in a silk bag with some wonderful literature on grieving with the loss of a pet. I also received some ashes on the side to make a piece of jewelry with. I would recommend them to anybody grieving the loss of a pet also the cemetery on their grounds is beautiful too.Lori Lafferty

What a wonderful thoughtful place. Unfortunately my cat Daisey passed away suddenly at home in my arms. I knew when i saw her she was in the final stage. I picked her up in a blanket and held her, rubbing her head and scratching her neck. Within 1 min she passed. The first woman i spoke to on phone was almost in tears as i told her. I could hear it in her voice. We discussed what i wanted and what options where available to me. I chose to have a private cremation and picked out a rember urn. Waiting for my daughter to pick out the photo to put infront of build in spot for photo. When everything was done i was called and went to pick up Daisey remains in the urn. What a beautiful urn and certificate. Also a card and other information. The staff is wonderful and very professional. I would recommend if ever have to. Please use them.

I have had many animals (cats and dogs) over my long life and when their time had come, I would bring them up to Angel View for cremation. The people there were always sympathetic and caring. I would sit with my animals and say my goodbyes in a private viewing room. This helped my grieving and know that they were cared about up to the very end. Thank you. I hope not to see you for a long while but when I must, I know you will be there for me.

Amber Clark
Ordered 4 clay paw prints and 4 ink paw prints for my dog and only received 2 clay and 2 ink for my family of 7 to somehow to split up for the memory of our dog. We lost our dog and all we wanted was the memory of her but somehow they completely messed up our order and some of my family members will not be able to have her memory. I wish these employees would be more attentive and read paper work because they cremated my dog after and I will never get those paw prints of her. Donβt get your dog cremated here if you want a memory of them. You would think they would be more attentive and caring, instead of making careless and lazy mistakes, to a family who lost their dog.
Denham Hilda
I would not recommend Angel View for any pet services especially large animals. It has been well over 2 months and I have not had the courtesy of a response from any staff member or Bill Morgan, owner. The staff is cold and unprofessional towards their clients. The cost for services are double that of Final Gift in Cranston, RI. I highly recommend that anyone in the equine industry to use Final Gift for your beloved pet's burial or cremation services. I am very disappointed in the care, treatment and lack of cooperation from Angel View. Please pass this on to your clients, veterinarians, blacksmiths & other boarding facilities to ensure that they get the professional services needed at a time of loss. Final Gift is the place.
Caitlin Kerr
This place was great. After dealing with the sudden and tragic loss of my dog, I looked up places around me and angel view in Middleboro was the perfect fit. They were extremely compassionate and made the difficult steps a bit easier. Would recommend to anyone who unfortunately loses a pet.

Lissette is such an amazing & compassionate person. She definitely went above & beyond to make sure my cat Franchesca was rested in the proper urn that I had originally picked out. She most definitely is dedicated to her job & loves animals.
Laura Nobrega
The professional and caring team they have is amazing. I have lost 2 cats in the last 4 months. We travel from RI because of the compassion and love that we are given. We have cremated 4 kittys with them throughout the years and would never consider going elsewhere. Simply the Best.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !! My Dog passed away and I wanted to bring her in for cremation as I have done with previous dogs, been going here for 20 plus years, it was 90Β° and was told I could not drop her off until the following afternoon I said in this weather she will start to rot they didn't care. I have since found out that Angel View is no longer a Family business and has been bought out by investors that don't care about anything but profits. So sad π

I was late returning a call with my final decisions. My cat was cremated and tossed out in a mass grave. I had used this service many times in the past but never again. Now run by a heartless corporation. My children are heartbroken.
Tina Leboeuf
I had the worst experience with final gift, the receptionist was not very nice, and they didnβt pick up my dog when they said they would. I asked that the manager call me back and they didnβt even have the decency to call me back. I found someone else to take care of my dogs cremation. If your looking for a place to cremate your animal donβt go there, when it was angel view they were wonderful.i would not use this place now

They were so caring and did a beautiful job with the urn and pawprint of my Lucy . Late sunday night early Monday morning Lucy fell very ill very quickly and after bringing her to new england animal center I had to let her go over the rainbow bridge after 14 years. It was so fast and devastating. Both places were absolutely caring and made this process (which I've never gone threw before ) as stress free as it could be considering what a great loss it is and will be for a long time

My Great Dane passed away at home (9/15/21) after 12 wonderful years with us. Final Gift - Angel View was amazing. They helped me every step of the way and were extremely gracious with all their interactions. Thank you!

Thank you.
Safia Jamil

Thank you to all the Angels that work here ! Compassionate, caring, professional, Gentil, I can't begin to tell you how kind they were to all of us! Thank You from the bottom and Top of our heart's!

The employees at Final Gift are caring and understanding. I had Saphira, my Shih Tzu's ashes placed in the cedar box, which is amazingly beautiful and smells like a cedar chest. Her name is on the bottom of this beautiful box. And they got her paw print for me in a beautiful book. I will probably bury her eventually in the mint garden, she used to roll in it and smell so good, but for now she is close by and when I am ready to let her go she will have the best place in the garden.

I called Angel View earlier this week after the sudden death of one of my dogs.I immediately got a really bad impression. The lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed to be disturbed - certainly not the tone I was expecting. We all have off-moments so I just wrote it off to that and continued, I explained that my dog had died and I needed to talk through the services they had, the way the lady was speaking was like I was ordering take out - no compassion - just being rushed to answer yes/no questions. I just said "you know - forget it" and hung up.I ended up calling forget-me-not in Northborough, MA. The guy who answered the phone was immediately compassionate, empathetic and patient - exactly what I was hoping for from Angel View.

The staff at Angel View are caring ,and helpful. One of the worst days in my lifetime, was the day I lost TREASURE,and Shirley made me feel full of peace and comfort. Many years have past, but the staff of Angel View always remain caring and helpful. Thank you!

Katie was very compassionate, caring and professional, and the gentle way the guys removed my best friend from the vehicle was very important to me, I strongly recommend this establishment for anyone who is going through a horrible moment like this with there loving best friend. Thank you Katie and team for giving rexgoliath a dignified goodbye.

I went to the Angel View in Newmarket, NH. They were very friendly and very, very accommodating and considerate of my wishes. They shared stories of their own pets with me and really worked to ease our anxiety. Thank you, Angel View

My dog passed suddenly Monday they were very good and compassionate about my loss even calling me and asking about her plaque making sure it was engraved to the way I wanted it! I wanted to thank them all for being very kind.. We will miss you Hailei!

Just had a private service for my pup and just the way the viewing went I could tell they really do care. Very compassionate staff , and very professional. I will never forget. Thanks so much

Very very hard to part with my babyβs.Brandy in July 2019 and Cookie in January 2020. Angel View did a great job. I was very satisfied with whole procedure.Still very sad knowing I will never see them again. I will be living in a very empty from now on.

Went with Angel View at the recommendation of my vet whom I have the utmost faith in. While my vet dealt with angel view directly, I was pleased to find a nice card and cedar box and a signed certificate. It was obvious this was done by a company who cares.

Jeanene Cole
The perfect place to allow them to take care of final rest for your furbaby. So happy with the outcome and there professionalism and empathy.

This place is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Do not bring your beloved pet here. You will not get the private, witness cremation you were promised. Your beloved pet is brought to another building that is heavily guarded and not open to the public. The front, main building is unkempt, unsettling and just a facade. The people there are not telling the truth.
dan pacheco
what a shame. the original owner sold out and have things changed! it's all about the money. i wonder if these types of businesses have any regulations? if so i dont think they are being followed. they take advantage of people when they are at their very worst and know they will pay almost anything for a lost pet. please look elsewhere.
Kris Deblasio
This review is on behalf of a friend that had to bring her horse there for burial only. The man who met us at the gate was clearly drunk out of his mind and hitting on us. He told us to leave after he removed the horse from out trailer and we watched as he almost hit a building with the back hoe. The price of butial changed 4 times and the owner was a jerk making excuses for his employee. Would rather bury the horse myself the next time.
Tom DelMedico
I have been using them for 30 years and refer everyone I know that lost a pet to use Angel View Pet Cemetary (now known as Final Gift-Angel View Pet Cemetary and Crematory. This is how good they are they are the best.

The place is very nice and cozy the prices were ok on my part and the experience was very good at the store. They took very great care of my dog and were very good. The service was a lot faster than expected and everything came out clean and perfect.I am really satisfied with the service.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Went with Angel View at the recommendation of my vet whom I have the utmost faith in. While my vet dealt with angel view directly, I was pleased to find a nice card and cedar box and a signed certificate. It was obvious this was done by a company who cares.
