i spoke with linda today. she was so caring and sympathetic towards me and the loss of my beautiful baby pretzel. pretzel suffered from liver cancer and hid her symptoms until her last week with us. iām happy to know she is in good hands during the process of us getting her ashes, paw print, and possibly nose print! i just want to say thank you to linda. iām sure you hear lots of painful stories, so thank you for being our strength when experiencing this.

I take in rescues and Iāve had every animal Iāve cared for that passed privately cremated with this business over the years, the prices have jumped from years ago but I still think itās decent and cheapest through final gift compared to my primary and emergency vet. Thank you for all youāve done. Itās brings me peace and comfort knowing my fur babes get a proper āburialā/āresting place āand to be home as well. Whichever youād like to call it. Hereās a photo of my beautiful set up in the living room.

In June we buried our beloved 21-year-old cat in the Foxboro Pet Memorial Park. The grounds are well-tended and tranquil. We are deeply grateful for the care and compassion that Che and Jack showed us every step of the way, from making the funeral arrangements to conducting the ceremony and assisting us with preparation of a memorial marker.

I lost my beautiful cat on Monday and it is now Friday. While I lost my cat, I told my vet to ensure that she had a group cremation and that I only got some paw prints. I did not want her remains as it would be upsetting for me. To my surprise, I got a package at my front door today from final gift that had a large sticker that said ācremated pet remainsā handle with care and a big fragile sticker also. I started crying and became very upset so I called my vet who was so upset for me and said they use final gift and gave me their number. My wonderful roommate however, went into his room and opened the package and it was just her paw prints. I called final gift when I was super calm to explain the situation and how upset it made me that they put that sticker on for paw prints. She said that āthey put the sticker on so the carriers know to treat it with care and it is just my opinion that it should not be onā I am flabbergasted. Basically I was hung up on with no resolution. Their whole business is dealing with grieving people who just lost their pet days ago and they are telling me that I just have an opinion and they are not going to even change the sticker. That they did this on purpose. I am confused how a company whoās customers are all grieving does not have grief training. I do not believe this is acceptable. and I am so disappointed in this customer service. I would ask your vet who they use for cremation after your pet passes and if they say final gift, run for the hills. Or please know that sticker will be on there so you can not have the night I had. I am so disappointed how I was treated today. Your customer service members need training and you all need to know about trauma informed care if you work with remains of animals and their grieving parents. On their website there is a pet compassion hotline that they donāt give the number to. I found it on Reddit, and the grief counselor was wonderful and was DISGUSTED how final gift (their partner) handled this situation. if I was the ceo of final gift, I would be so embarrassed.
