Wonderful service by Jason. I’m so happy I came to this place to receive the commemoration my beloved Zender deserved. Other places turned us down or wanted to overcharge us. Even the loss of a best friend in our hearts, Jason consoled my family and I; we felt confident and relieved to leave Zender in his care temporarily and receive our forever memories of him. Thank you Jason and family for helping us through a time that’s never easy, the compassion and empathy you hold is admirable and comforting. There are few good people in the world who could run a place like this and provide the reassurance people need when dealing with the loss of a family member. 🩷

Jason is amazing. This place is a godsend. My 11 and a half year old bearded dragon died unexpectedly and I was beyond heartbroken and knew I didn’t want to bury him. Jason was highly recommended and I reached out by email and in less than 10 minutes he got back to me and let me bring my lizard in for a private cremation same day and could pick him up quickly. Jason is so empathetic, kind, soft spoken, and really cares about every pet that gets brought to him as if they were his own. He provided me with prayer cards, heartfelt words, and him and his staff created an online memorial for me. Rainbows End is worth every dollar I spent; I’m so relieved I could get my beloved bearded dragon privately cremated and so quickly so I could bring him home 🩷 thank you again, Jason!

Their cremation service is an absolute treasure. I contacted Rainbows End late Saturday afternoon after we lost my beloved 14 yo cat Big Boy to a horrible accident. Jason from Rainbows End got back to me within 10 mins of leaving a message. We were able to make an appointment for the next morning (a Sunday) for me to bring him in. When I arrived Jason was very professional and calming during the whole process. He made us feel like my Big Boy was in good hands and would be taken care of with the utmost care and respect. I was able to pick up his ashes in a beautiful photo urn the next day. He took care to get a perfect paw print in clay for us as well. Thank you Rainbows End for making a difficult process seamless.

I have lost several pets over the past couple of years. Last year one of our cats passed and we took her to rainbows end . Jason was wonderful and the charge was about 130 bucks. Last week my 16 yr old cat passed and we took him to rainbows end...this time the exact same service was FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS. He has nearly quadrupled prices and his prices are not listed anywhere and you arent told in advance.At this point I feel ripped off and that he has become predatory towards people in their hour of grief. There are other places and other services you can go to. Avoid this one.

Jason and his cremation service is an absolute treasure. He is calm and gentle, respectful and accommodating. The place is quiet and peaceful. There's a beautiful tree outside and a comfortable private room for the family to wait if desired. EVERYTHING was professional, high quality, expedient, considerate. Jason made this difficult process as easy and seemless as could be hoped. I've done private cremation before and had a positive experience many years ago. This was even better. He's truly running a great service and what he offers is so fair for what he charges. His personal style is perfect. His love of animals and respect for humans is superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I'd go back (and hope I don't have to) anytime and if/when I do need these services, I hope he is still in business. I will share his information with EVERY VET I know.

I met Jason during a difficult time, after losing a beloved pet of a late friend. Jason was exceptionally compassionate, flexible, and caring during our grieving period and he was able to provide a special remembrance for Monkey. Rainbow’s End Pet Cremation was the right place for our beloved fur baby, who passed just after the new year. Jason was very professional, courteous and sympathetic to our loss; he helped us to make arrangements promptly and allowed our pup the dignity and respect he deserved. While we will miss our loved one dearly, we now have some closure and can heal in our own time. Though we didn’t get to meet Nicole, we know she was working diligently behind the scenes and set up a lovely Memorial wall for our pup. Losing a loved one is always difficult, but having the assistance and respect others does help immensely; I would highly recommended Rainbow’s End Pet Cremation to anyone in need of their services, they were wonderful and helped us through making those difficult decisions, even responding on a holiday, thank you again Jason and Nicole!

I do not write many reviews. However, Rainbows End Pet Cremation deserves my sincere review. I lost my 17-year-old cat on February 6th, 2024. My heart was broken tremendously. I did a lot of research on where to bring my furry best friend to be cremated, and I am so happy I came across this place. Jason was extremely welcoming, supportive, understanding and shared his story with my mother and I. I trusted him with my cat Pepe. I felt so calm, Jason reassured me that my cat would be privately cremated and I loved that. Every time I brought my other pets to be cremated elsewhere, I always felt rushed. But at Rainbows End Pet Cremation, Jason allowed me to take my time saying goodbye. I am happy to have found Jason and his beautiful business. He showed kindness by putting the necklace that holds my cat's ashes around my neck. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you, Jason. Truthfully, you have made me and my mother feel at ease with Pepe crossing the Rainbow Bridge.

Our 11 year old beagle, Pete, passed away on the evening of Friday June 25th. Not knowing what to do I searched the web for info on a cremation service. Every place I checked was closed until Monday. I decided to call Rainbow's End in Danvers MA. I left a message and within a half hour I received a call back from Jason. He was very caring and compassionate with our situation and offered to meet me at 8am on Saturday to bring Pete. We chose a private service with a viewing, clay and ink prints and a beautiful photo box for our Pete to rest. The viewing was very beautiful and heart warming. We both thank Jason very much for the service for Pete. We highly recommend Rainbow's End to anyone who has lost a pet.

If you are looking for pet cremation services, I am so sorry. It's a heartbreaking thing to need.This is the place to go. Jason was like an angel sent from above on the day my sweet girl passed. He was so kind and compassionate. He even rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. As a pet owner and an animal lover, Jason understood that sending my girl away with the vet to be dropped off at some group cremation facility was just not an option for me. If there’s anything to be thankful for during the passing of a pet, it’s Jason at Rainbow’s End. My soul dog passed very unexpectedly and Jason was incredibly accommodating in the pickup process. When he arrived at my home to pick up Riley, his presence was so incredibly comforting, compassionate and respectful. I did not at all feel rushed in my goodbyes and I just knew my baby boy would be treated with the utmost care. Jason kindly held Riley until Riley’s dad and doggy brother could get home from out of state and they were able to say goodbye as well. When we went to say goodbye to Riley at the crematorium, he looked so beautifully peaceful. Jason had already made a paw print and accommodated us by agreeing to making a second so we could both have one. He got Riley’s doggy brother stairs so he could get to Riley on the table and understand what had happened as well, and sat and talked with us, letting us know it would be okay. Jason was in touch with us via text the entire time he had Riley and was available to answer any questions, even going so far as being willing to transport Riley to angell memorial when we were contemplating doing a necropsy to find out what had happened. There was not a single moment that I worried that Riley wouldn’t be treated respectfully. It is so obvious that Jason truly cares about his calling and treating you and your beloved pet the way he would want himself and his pets treated. If you are in the sad position of looking for a pet crematorium, I would recommend no one other than Jason at Rainbows End. Thank you, Jason.

Our family dog Riley just passed away yesterday at home. It was really important to my sister (his dog mom) that we bring him to be cremated ourselves, and that she wanted to see that the chamber was completely empty to give us a sense of comfort knowing that it was him and only him when we got his ashes back. We found Rainbows End this morning and called, Jason was able to take him within 2 hours. We brought Riley in and he let us say our final goodbye, and allowed us to watch as he was gently placed him into the cremation chamber. Within 2 hours Riley was finally laid to rest and he was carefully packaged into his lovely wooden urn which Jason was kind enough to print out a picture to frame on the front. This experience could not have gotten any better, from beginning to end. I cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you so much Jason for making our last experience with our Riley such a comforting one.

Recently, my dog passed away and I was devastated. He was family to me and I had him for the past 16 years. It was very important to me to get his ashes back as soon as possible. I had always known that I wanted a private cremation with the viewing option so that I could be sure that I was getting my baby's ashes back. My family frantically called around to many places and we found Rainbows End. I'm very glad we took my baby here because the amount of compassion and empathy that Jason had was incredible. He cared for my dog the way he would have if he was his own pet. I called at 9 and I showed up at 12. I had his ashes by 1:45. Jason made a terrible day so much easier. I highly recommend this business and I know that when the time comes, I will use Rainbows End again.

Jason could not have been more accommodating, especially since I called for his help the day I needed it, he came to our home on a Friday afternoon and travelled quite a distance during rush hour to do it, he was extremely understanding and professional. My husband and I requested the private service for our beloved dog Jake, who after so many years of devotion deserved the best, and Jason at Rainbows end made that happen. Welcoming new facility, affordability, and easy going staff is why the next time I find myself needing this service I know who to call, thank you again !

I found this company on google and I am so happy I did. I could have not asked for a better company than Rainbows End. Jason was just amazing, so understanding and did not rush us at all. He took the time to talk to me and my mom about our beautiful baby Coby. Jason texted me every step of the way and he even cried with my mom on pick up day. Jason helped with the cremation of our pet guinea pig. It's obvious that he takes the passing of a loved companion extremely seriously. He was most concerned about what our wishes were and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He was very accommodating and caring. A patient of mine her cat (Hercules) had been sick for sometime & passed. Her regular VET was not local so she referred Jason (Rainbow's End) to us & promised we would be in good hands. Jason helped with the cremation of our beloved family dog Ruby. After her passing at home we had no idea what to do and found him on a google search, and are so glad we did. I woke up on April 20th to find my Sweet Harlem had passed away. He was my 1st pet. I had him for 19 yrs and did not know what to do. In a panic I found Jason via a Google search. Jason was extremely helpful and offered me encouraging words. He also had a beautiful selection of urns and other memorabilia. Our 10-year-old bulldog, Elouise, died suddenly at home on Christmas Eve. I found Rainbows End on Google and left Jason a voice message. He called me back a few minutes later and immediately made a very difficult situation much easier for my family. He agreed to pick up Elouise's body at 10am on Christmas morning and performed the cremation service a few days later.Jason has an extraordinary talent for empathy. Over $500 to cremate a medium sized dog. Jason raised the price without informing us, and what were we going to do once we drove to pick up the ashes? It's not like we could rewind time and choose to go somewhere else. I'm not going to lie, I feel taken advantage of while we were distracted by grief. When our other dog died recently we went to a different similar sized (non-franchise) crematorium and paid half the cost for the exact same service. I'm disappointed in Rainbows End. This place came recommended by someone who used them a couple of years ago but I think they've changed a lot recently. If you choose this place, get a price BEFORE you drop your pet off, and definitely consider getting that in writing so Jason doesn't arbitrarily jack up the price with no explanation.

I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and compassion of Jason at Rainbows End. I had to put my love, my cat Mimu to sleep and was lucky to find Rainbows End. Jason made the process so personal and respectful. I felt as though Mimu was in good hands. There was a beautiful selection of urns to choose from as well. Our family dog Riley just passed away yesterday at home. It was really important to my sister (his dog mom) that we bring him to be cremated ourselves, and that she wanted to see that the chamber was completely empty to give us a sense of comfort knowing that it was him and only him when we got his ashes back. We found Rainbows End this morning and called, Jason was able to take him within 2 hours. We brought Riley in and he let us say our final goodbye, and allowed us to watch as he was gently placed him into the cremation chamber. Within 2 hours Riley was finally laid to rest and he was carefully packaged into his lovely wooden urn which Jason was kind enough to print out a picture to frame on the front. This experience could not have gotten any better, from beginning to end. I cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you so much Jason for making our last experience with our Riley such a comforting one.

Recently, my dog passed away and I was devastated. He was family to me and I had him for the past 16 years. It was very important to me to get his ashes back as soon as possible. I had always known that I wanted a private cremation with the viewing option so that I could be sure that I was getting my baby's ashes back. My family frantically called around to many places and we found Rainbows End. I'm very glad we took my baby here because the amount of compassion and empathy that Jason had was incredible. He cared for my dog the way he would have if he was his own pet. I called at 9 and I showed up at 12. I had his ashes by 1:45. Jason made a terrible day so much easier. I highly recommend this business and I know that when the time comes, I will use Rainbows End again.

Jason could not have been more accommodating, especially since I called for his help the day I needed it, he came to our home on a Friday afternoon and travelled quite a distance during rush hour to do it, he was extremely understanding and professional. I found this company on google and I am so happy I did. I could have not asked for a better company than Rainbows End. Jason was just amazing, so understanding and did not rush us at all. He took the time to talk to me and my mom about our beautiful baby Coby. Jason texted me every step of the way and he even cried with my mom on pick up day. During the hardest time, when you lose a loved pet, you want to go to a place where you know your pet will be loved and taken care of as you would do. It made the healing process a lot easier when I can look back and know that my pup was being taken care of and loved when the cremation service was being performed. Our 10-year-old bulldog, Elouise, died suddenly at home on Christmas Eve. I found Rainbows End on Google and left Jason a voice message. He called me back a few minutes later and immediately made a very difficult situation much easier for my family. Extremely expensive, guy tried to charge me $350 to cremate my guinea pig. He wasn't apologetic either. Go to Final Gift Memorial Center, they have multiple locations. They were super nice and let me say goodbye one last time. I got a complimentary urn, flower seeds to plant and packets for grief help all for $170.
