Ms. Donna worked with my sister and I for our father's funeral. She was so understanding and attentive to ours wants and needs. She really made this process a little easier in this difficult time. Marie and the entire Donaldson Funeral Home family made our most difficult day as stress free as possible and took excellent care of us insuring my mom's service was beautiful and flawless! They were there with us every step of the way providing comfort and assistance...and remain in contact with us offering support and guidance! They truly do care and it absolutely shows! The entire team were awesome. Donna was so kind and patient with us and really listened. She did a great job writing my husband's obituary, very detailed right down to selecting a painting from his Facebook account in addition to his photo. The care that my family received from Donaldson was phenomenal to say the least. Donna walked me through every part of the process always encouraging me to take my time. She allowed me to call or text as much as needed. I shared stories about Dad with her. I never felt like this was just part of the business process. Everyone was beyond genuine with their concern. They have even followed in the weeks after the service to make sure we are okay. I have received links to navigate the process for finalizing things as well as resources for our healing.

Donaldson’s staff was wonderful to work with, especially Marie. The lobby was warm and inviting for guests to sit in front of the fireplace. The chapel is stunning. Several commented how beautiful the entire facility was. The staff is truly compassionate beyond their job. They allowed me to give my husband the type of service he would want and didn’t pressure me into anything outside of our family’s wishes.

Compassion, caring, understanding and professional are all words that come to mind from the moment we walked through the doors of Donaldsons. Working with Donna was truly a blessing during an exceptionally difficult time. Donna's communication on every aspect of the process and often detailed explanations for my 27 year old son, with sincere patience, was comforting. You don't often think that those who come to pay their respects to your loved ones will notice the facility, the staff's professionalism and so many other things, but I can say that I received too many compliments to count!

I lost my 16 year old kitty today, and the staff here did an absolutely wonderful job of being empathetic and giving me cremation and urn options. They were sincere, and the process is easy and hassle-free. I can't imagine a better place to go for same-day pet cremation.

We had our father's service here last month. We are very pleased with the services they provided. The staff were professional, patient to go through with us all the details and answered questions. The memorial service was followed Buddhist ceremony tradition and we had everything we needed. The facility was clean, plenty of parking spaces. The lounge was a bonus (separate from the viewing room) for visitors to have some refreshment and conversations. They too took care of the flower after the funeral (as my dad was cremated) and other things we left off. They followed up and also provided grief support information to our family as well.

If you are looking funeral services for your loved one then Donaldsons is where you want to go. Unfortunately we had the need for our loved one who recently passed. Having used Donaldsons in the past only led us back to them again. I could never express enough thanks to them for meeting every need we had. The staff there, especially Marie Petro who stopped at nothing to ensure our experience, though sad, was loving and well done. Our last time was beautifully put together and we were able to have the kind of closure that one hopes for when they lay their loved one to rest. The staff, facilities, and services were professional. We were treated with respect, compassion, and empathy. I felt more like a part of their extended family rather than a consumer using their services. Not only was the service perfect in every way, Marie even went to extreme to have the flowers made to express my husband's hobby of model railroading. Their investment in ensuring that everything was completed without any issues was evident in the end result. I recommend anyone needing services such as these seriously consider using Donaldsons; you won't regret it.

Loosing a loved one is such a difficult time. Donna was extremely helpful providing check lists to aid with all the necessary paperwork that comes along the way. She was easy to contact and very responsive with her communication. Throughout all of it she was kind and caring, and just delightful to work with. I wish we had met in another capacity and not this, but she made this difficult time much easier to navigate.

My husband and I recently lost out parrot we had for 36 years. We didn't want to bury him, so my husband searched for a place that cremated animals. He called Donaldson's. Upon our arrival, the kindness and patience of these people were amazing. He was truly treated like the family member he was. Thank you.

Our little Pomeranian Mr. Snickers had passed away and we were thinking of cremation or burying him in our yard. I spoke with Donna and she was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns. We did purchase a fabulous tiny dog casket and now Mr. Snickers rests in peace and will always be at his home. Thanks Donna for everything!!

i used them first in 2007, my father was out of state and they handled everything , even arranged for the US Air Force honor guard. When my mom passed 11/2017 hospice called them and they took it from there. I worked with Gina both times and her attention to detail, professionalism and kindness were extremely comforting during a very tough time.

I have loved how they handled my pets and the care they have given them as well as the care they have given my family during our loved ones last moments prior to saying good by forever. Recently my mom passed and use this funeral home and this was my first experience , Brian Lewis helped me and my family a lot thru out the funeral service. Treat us like family, I highly recommend this funeral home. My mother passed away and the funeral was held here, and the person in charge, Brian Lewis, was very kind and helpful. He helped me like family and kindly answered any questions I had at any time, so I plan to use this memorial service in the future.
