Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam is a professional funeral home who treats their clients like family our recent experience was that of a caring team who looked out for our loved one as well as our emotions and have helped us from the beginning and continue on they are like family. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs.They continue to correspond with me, making sure that my needs are met wether it means they can help to assist me through their office or with any grief counseling.It has been a pleasure working with them.

We can't say enough great things about this funeral home. We had a sudden pet death, our daughter's first pet her best friend unexpectedly died and we found ourselves unprepared and honestly in shock and heart break. The local animal shelter referred us here and from the second they answered our call till we picked up our kitty's ashes they were genuinely compassionate understanding and kind. The wonderful woman who answered that phone had the most calming and caring voice and she worked with us all the way through pick-up. You cannot teach that kind of compassion and care, we are very grateful she was there and walked us through our choices in such a painful moment. Thank you for taking such good care or our Cloudy.

This business aids playing cruel heartless games on an already sad situation. They promote family’s to be vindictive against one another and do not handle anything with sensitivity. After receiving mail from this business (an obituary and funeral plans) with no note or information I was immediately confused and at first alarmed that my grandmother had passed. She had not, this business did not return my phone calls when I asked to speak to a director to explain. IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS LAST WISHES TO BE TREATED LIKE A THREE RING CIRCUS THEN YOU HAVE FOUND THE BUSINESS TO DESTROY WHAT LAST BIT OF DIGNITY THEY HAD.
