This is the absolutely the best place to go for any pet that passed away. Rodney is the best man ever even my animals love him. He was so caring for my mom’s cat passing away. He was extremely warm , loving and genuinely caring. I will not take my animals that pass away to anyone but Rodney and his business. If I could give him 10 stars I would. If you are going through any animal passing away you can definitely put your trust in him and The Loving Care Pet Funerals!!! Thank you again Rodney for Everything you did!!!

So professional and personable! My fur-baby transcended at approximately 5:15am. He was pick up within 45 minutes of Loving Care Pets Funerals and Cremations being notified. He was humanely handled...just like a human❤️. Mr. Rodney stayed in contact throughout the day, as needed. My fur-baby's remains in a box with his paw print on the top and both sides, along with a certificate of cremation with a lock of his hair attached were professionally returned 12 hours later by Mr. Rodney and his pleasantly adorable wife. The entire experience was more pleasant than I expected. This helped me to keep my composure throughout the day. My hubby and I are eternally grateful to "Loving Care Pet Funerals and Cremations"🙏🏾❣️

Rodney was so thoughtful and kind during thoughtful and kind during the hard time of letting our beloved dog go. He treated my dog with great care. We received a photo urn, a hair clipping, a card, a certificate of cremation and so much care. I hope to not have to see him soon but I will choose Loving Care Pet Funerals every time.

During very difficult times of saying goodbye to beloved companions, Rodney's kindness and responsiveness made each experience easier to cope with. Rodney always answered the phone, no matter what time of day, and treated each dog with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Loving Care Pet Funerals to local rescue groups and pet owners. It is reassuring to know there is a caring, gentle man that is available and willing to help when needed.

Mr Rodney is very compassionate and caring. From the moment of first speaking with him he showed genuine compassion. He arrived at the time that he said he would from pick up to drop off. I am so grateful to have found this business! During one of what felt like thee worse times of my life, we were able to put our pet in the hands of a BLACK owned business who truly care! The level of professionalism and compassion is indescribable! Mr. Rodney was accommodating and he over exceeded our expectations! Mr. Ward was absolutely amazing. We lost our Phineas suddenly, and traumatically. Mr. Ward helped us with such compassion and care. I don’t like to think of needing his help again, but with other pets I know the day will come. When it does, I will call him again.

Mr. Rodney was great. We lost our fur baby prematurely, and he was very attentive and patient during the process. He came and picked him up and we got the ashes the next day. We also got fur clippings, a beautiful memorial box, and bookmarks for the family. He provided all information that we didn't even know we weren’t aware of. Rodney was incredibly kind and sympathetic. He explained the whole process, even brought me a sample of urns to pick from. I wasn't expecting him to show up in a suit, it was a nice touch. When he returned to drop off Asuka's ashes, they went beyond expectations. I received the certificate as well as a framed photo with hair clippings and a little canvas and easel with her footprint in paint. Also, the price was reasonable. They really put so much time and effort into making the experience not as difficult and heartbreaking.

We have been looking for a 5 star organization to handle the death of one of our client's pets. We called several companies to get assistance only to get answering machines and no return calls. When we called Mr. Rodney picked up and walked us through every scenario and on e he came to our office it was simple, professional and exceeded all of our expectations. So my cat of 16 years passed away and Mr.Rodney was so nice and it made it a lot easier to have to deal with the lost when he came and picked up my cat (family member)he was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend my mom was over the moon with the care and respect from Rodney and her pet cat. We have in the past had not great experiences other places and we have finally found someone who we would without a doubt or worry call whenever the day may come for another one of our fur babies! And I will add my mom got her fur baby back much much sooner then any other cremation service we ever used which gives the most comfort!! ❤️

Mr. Rodney is the best. I lost my furbaby in the early hours of January 27th. I called Mr. Rodney around 7:30am, apologizing for calling so early. He told me to not apologize at all and was at my home by 9am. He is so empathetic and kind, and showed dignity and great care when transporting my Ed. On top of that, he called me several times throughout the day to check on me. Mr. Rodney went above and beyond and I highly recommend Loving Care.

I CHOSE LOVING CARE PET FUNERALS, AND I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICES I RECEIVED. MR RODNEY PICK UP MY KITTY RIGHT AWAY AFTER I CALLED HIM AND MY KITTY WAS BACK WITH ME WITH IN 24 HOURS. They made this difficult time so much easier. For a very reasonable price, we got our beloved Sassy cremated. Not only that, we received keychains with her picture, a certificate of cremation, pamphlets on coping with grief, a beautiful box with her ashes, and so much compassion. Rodney was amazing! He was kind and offered all his condolences for our loss. He swiftly picked up our cat and brought her back to us. I would recommend anyone facing the end of a pet’s life to go to Loving Care Pet Funerals.
