Unforgettable Pets and unforgettable people!Called on a Sunday night expecting a recording and to my surprise, I got the most compassionate man! I'm sorry I can't remember your name but just your sincere concern for me not to get a recording meant everything! The simple words at the end "Sorry for your loss" never meant so much from another person! Not only that but what could've been a 2-3 day process got done within the same day! Even though this is a process you hope not to have go thru with your fur babies, if that does happen I will go back to them in a heartbeat!

My little girl came home in a beautiful box with a personalized name plaque. They also had it in a nice gift bag with her certificate and pamphlets about grief that I found really helpful to me, as I am really struggling with the loss of my baby girl. I was so worried when this was a sudden and unexpected loss that was not financially feasible at the time. They offer a payment plan and I really appreciated that more than they could ever know. The time I dropped my baby off to the time she was ready was impressively quick. I will be using them again when the unfortunate time comes for the rest of my babies.

Unforgettable Pets came recommended by Southern Pearl Vet and Dr. Kara. Words can’t explain how impressed my family is with the package we received when our fur babies remains were returned to us. Through rescuing, I have had other pets cremated in the past, but none of the crematories have come close to the beautiful end dignified package from Unforgettable Pets. Braxten says thank you from the other side of the rainbow bridge.

Before I brought my Sierra girl to be sent across the rainbow bridge, I called unforgettable pets and the girl who answered the phone was absolutely amazing. She talked me through their side of the process, listened to me cry and helped me feel at peace with one of the toughest decisions I had to make. Whoever she was I would like to say Thank you for this, you guys are truly angels.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star after what happened. My mom’s Yorkie had passed, we left her at the vet so she could get cremated, we had left her in a blanket. This blanket was the same blanket that 5 other dogs who had passed were all wrapped in as they were sent to the crematory. They burned the blanket. We don’t even know if we were given the right ashes because they didn’t read the papers or email that said not to burn the blanket. It wasn’t just a regular blanket, it had sentimental value. The district manager was very rude. All the district manager did was blame the other employees, he didn’t take responsibility for what had happened.

After dealing with a disaster at another facility where my pet was located I was losing all options on who to call and where to go to have my baby picked up and cremated somewhere else. I spoke to Mr. Wayne and he was willing to go get him for me so he could come back home so I could get closure. I felt the compassion from this facility and if I ever have to encounter this again I will surely bring my others there and recommend other people to Unforgettable Pets.

Wayne is an exceptional, compassionate and kind soul who treated my Weimaraner, Audi, with dignity and love when I went to see her the last time. He kept me updated and didn't have to. He went above and beyond! I do not hesitate to recommend Unforgettable Pets in Slidell, LA. My baby girl is from Pensacola, Florida and I thank God this place handled her cremation. God bless them all for their integrity and kindess. They helped ease my mind during my grief. Much Respect and Gratitude!

I was so hurt at the lost of my Yorkie. I read all the reviews before taking my baby to unforgettable Pets, I was shown so much care and compassion, they handle my sasha as if she was a family member. Thank you so much unforgettable Pets for the care and professionalism that you give me.

My vet took care of my babies remains for me . This was my first experience going through this ,but when I picked her from the vets office I was pleasantly surprised . I can tell that it was done in a caring and professional manner . She came back in a pretty wood urn with her name a nice bag and two lovely note cards . No one wants to go through this but I highly recommend this place for your pets .

The ladies at unforgettable pets are simply so kind and compassionate about their jobs. As hard as it was for me to hand over my chi chi ( chinchilla) I knew he was going to be treated and carried for throughout the whole process with the utter most respect. These people truly are animal lovers and I will recommend anyone their services in such a trying, dire, time of need.

Awesome experience. Fast, friendly, and professional. They really seem to care about not only helping customers that have lost pets, but any animal in need. They were trying to rescue a stray kitten when I brought my pet in. I could have stayed longer just talking. Wonderful caring people. Thank you!

I've had to unfortunately use these folks twice already in 2023. They are kind, respectful and seem to care about everyone's very loved pet that comes in. Was hoping I wouldn't have to use them again for a while but here we are. Great people and a great place if you're not looking into burials.

Our furbaby recently crossed the rainbow bridge and out vet sent him here for his cremation. We received him back in a beautiful wooden urn along with a certificate. As much as I miss my dude I know he was treated with respect and love.

Words can not describe how amazed i am with this crematorium and the service they provided my daughter yenny 13 year old dachund died 1/21/ 2021 i called needing inked paw prints and they did everything asked was skeptical on the urn i had brought the top tier service that southern pearl had offered what i received was so beautiful and worth every penny the laqured box it came in a 2 tiered presentation the beautiful dark wood urn and and plaque how it was packaged was incredible my dog sleepsLike royalty in her urn thank you so much for everthing
