When our Dixie passed at home on a Sunday morning we had nowhere else to turn. I am so thankful to Lorenzo and the Four Paws team for making a very difficult time just a little easier. Lorenzo arrived later that day to pick her up saving us the stress of figuring out what to do until the vets opened on Monday. Lorenzo was respectful and professional and clearly truly cares about the work he does. Your family members are 100% safe in his care.

I am so beyond grateful that I found Four Paws after we had to help our sweet Titus cross the rainbow bridge. Titus crossed the rainbow bridge only 4 short weeks after our Max crossed, which was especially painful losing both of them so close together.I was a total and absolute wreck and I was worried about finding a reputable company to take care of Titus that I trusted. (We had a not-so-great experience with a different company recently)I found Four Paws and gave them a call. Lorenzo made me feel confident that he would take good care of Titus and I did not for one moment doubt that. When your best fur friend passes away, the pain is unbelievably hard. But, Lorenzo has made the journey of one of my fur babies crossing over the rainbow bridge much easier. He was so caring andcompassionate that it put me at ease knowing Zydeco was in good hands and he would be coming home in a beautiful urn and an amazingly detailed paw print for me to have forever. That’s why I recommended Four Paws to my best friend when he lost both of his fur babies. Lorenzo was so understanding and helpful when I contacted him. He understood the loss my friend was going through and worked with me to help bring my best friends two fur babies home in custom urns along with beautiful paw prints. This was one of the most bittersweet things that I've ever had to do. To have my baby girl cremated broke my heart but it also gave me comfort and a sense of relief to have her ashes near me. It was so hard to hand over her body but Lorenzo made me feel comfortable and assured me that she was in very good hands. I put my trust in him and he didn't fail me. He actually exceeded my expectations and I'm so grateful for the care and services that he provided. Although I miss my sweet girl, my heart is now at peace because of Four Paws Pet Cremation Service. When my sweet cat passed away before I could have him euthanized as planned, I didn’t know what next steps to take. I was planning on the vet helping handle all of those details. I found Four Paws online, and I kid you not that Lorenzo arrived a few hours after calling him on a Saturday and was so patient and kind. Over the weekend my English Bulldog of 13 1/2 years passed away. No one I found could help until Monday. We called Four Paws Pet Cremation and they were able to help. They are located in Prairieville. Lorenzo came all the way from Prairieville to Hammond and picked our dog up. He was so kind and sympathic and handled the situation with such care. He helped us pick out the right crematory package for our size dog. He went over everything and let us know when the ashes would be ready for delivery. I want to sincerely thank my friend Lorenzo Bennett , and his amazing business, Four Paws Pet Cremation Service. After I held my girl as she slipped away from us, I had only one moment of clarity. I knew I had to contact Lorenzo, because I did not trust anyone else to take care of our precious girl. It was a call I never wanted to make, but one where I knew with full confidence would provide us with at least some relief.In true form, Lorenzo offered a warmth and sincerity so typical of the person I have known since high school. He pointedly assured me that he would handle everything, which allowed me the opportunity to grieve without worry. He drove all the way from Prairieville to pick her up, and with diligent care, he gave our Lillie the compassionate preparation and final rest she so deserved. He then returned her to us in an elegant wooden box, with a precious imprint of her paw engraved with her name.I feel as though I cannot thank him enough for providing such overwhelming benevolence during one of the most difficult moments faced by our little family. Knowing that Lillie was in Lorenzo's professional, capable, and caring hands greatly helped to ease our despair. For this, I will always be willfully indebted. I know that his service is one us animal lovers pray we never have to use, but please recall my message should you unfortunately find yourself in our heartbreaking position. Always remember Four Paws, and always remember Lorenzo. We remain overwhelmed by his graciousness and assiduous attention. I really am happy with the service that I received here, I’ve had my guinea pig for seven and a half years and so it was really really tough losing my guinea pig Hazelnut. Lorenzo definitely helped me out with the whole process and made this easier on me. I really love the urn that I received for his ashes, it doesn’t open at all which I definitely appreciate. I unexpectedly had to put down my 5 year old cat, Toby, in summer 2020. I requested to have him cremated and get his ashes back, and Four Paws is the service my vet uses. I got him back quickly, and thankfully Four Paws had already put him into an urn so I did not have to see the ashes. Toby has been gone almost three years and I still miss him, but luckily he has a permanent spot on my dresser in a little wood box as well as a clip of his orange and white fur in a little bottle next to his urn.

When every person chooses a pet to become a part of their family, there is a sad reality that every pet owner must accept. That reality is that their pet will most likely die before them. Our pets are not only a part of our family, they become our kids, sometimes therapists, and sometimes parents to teach us things in life. Then when the time comes to say goodbye it’s heartbreaking and you want to honor them in life and in death. Four paws cremation service brought my heart to peace knowing our dog was cared for loved and treated with the respect he gave us during his life. Absolutely by far the best in the business. I would not trust anyone else with my fur babies! Mr Bennet and his staff have always showed so much compassion, professionalism, and kindness during the final moments I had with my babies. I can't even begin to thank Four Paws and Cypress Lake Animal Hospital for coming to our Rescue on Saturday. My wife called me at work frantic and crying Saturday morning after our lab had collapsed in the back yard unable to walk. We made two phone calls, one to Cypress and one to Lorenzo. Sebastion left this world at 1.35 while we held him at the hospital. Lorenzo picked him up soon after. We recieved his ashes back today (Tuesday) in a beautiful box with some of his hair that we had requested. Also his collar with his St Francis medal and a cast of his paw with a ribbon attached. These people are professional beyond words and Lorenzo and Cypress came to our rescue in an emegency, Thank You so much for the kindness and compassion, God Bless the Staffs at both of these places.

In my opinion there is absolutely no better pet cremation service. My LuLu was cremated on October 6 and her remains returned in a beautiful little box along with a certificate with the date she was cremated. There was a nice poem and her paw print which I ordered. Everything about this event reflected genuine care from Four Paws. If you want the best for your pet, consider Four Paws. I am glad that is who my Vet chose.

My puppy passed away while I was leaving for work; she has ammonia and a very small puppy for her age. I was treating her, caring for her, gave her food, her medication, turned on the heating pad to and wrap her in a small towel to keep her warm. She could barely eat and was cold to the touch before I left her. 6 months old and could barely have any strength to walk. She passed away the way I left her in her bed...I wanted to cremate her because I dont want to bury a pet I wanna leave if I move. I contacted lorenzo because of the good reviews the shop had...he was so nice and gave me options on the urne...I even got her paws printed. I wanna thank lorenzo for doing this for me, he made it more special for me.

This has been a long overdue review. We are traveling and my fur baby Kong passed early morning of the 29th of April. Lorenzo’s answered my call at 5 in the morning and had my Kong brought for preparation at 7. I got my Kong the next day early morning. Thank you for the care and the empathy. I was very unhappy with my most recent experience with this business. My vet uses their services and I've never had a problem in the past, which is the only reason I gave them 3 stars. If I had based my review on this recent experience, they would have received 1 star from me. I sent them private feedback to let them know why I was upset with what happened and they didn't even bother to respond. I will not use their services in the future and will let my vet know why.

This man was just great. He was kind, very courteous and agreeable to whatever arrangements we wanted. The beautiful box my dog was placed in is perfect as is the paw print. We couldn't have asked for more. Recommend highly.

Putting down our Lab was heartbreaking- as any pet owner who has been through this knows. Lorenzo at Four Paws made the process following his death stress free. Lorenzo was so kind and professional! His attention to detail in regards to the urn, the paw print and the certificate of death is above and beyond what we expected. I can’t recommend Four Paws enough! Our beloved cat, Bella, passed away while I was on the way home around 4:30 PM. We knew it would be soon and I had just called Four Paws and spoken with Lorenzo that afternoon. My wife called me crying and distraught. Lorenzo came as soon as I called navigating evening traffic to assist with our loss. His kindness and understanding were tremendously soothing through our difficult experience and situation. Do not hesitate to use his services when in need. Absolute caring and understanding.

Unfortunately, I have had two of my pets pass in the past two years. Lorenzo made me feel comfortable handing my precious babies to his. He is very professional. He understands how difficult it is to lose your beloved pet. I really appreciate how easy he made it. I had my pets back in 48 hrs.

so thankful for them, i lost my baby boy on a saturday evening and no where around me could take care of my sweet baby until i ran across this place on google, i called and he helped me make accommodation in this tough time, as i bring my puppy on fathers day, i thank this man for taking time out of his day to take care of us i really wouldn’t know what to do without them

My second time using them and again excellent. It's horrible losing a pet, a member of the family. Having this service available means the world. Nothing can make it alright, but knowing my loved one is well taken care of and that's not stress we have to deal with is worth more then 5 stars.

I called Lorenzo when my beloved cat passed. He was kind, understanding, sincere and helpful. You can tell he truly loves animals. Pricing is fair for the service. Beautiful cedar box, that I was not expecting. Thank you four paws, for your help during my time of distress.

I unexpectedly had to put down my 5 year old cat, Toby, in summer 2020. I requested to have him cremated and get his ashes back, and Four Paws is the service my vet uses. I got him back quickly, and thankfully Four Paws had already put him into an urn so I did not have to see the ashes. Toby has been gone almost three years and I still miss him, but luckily he has a permanent spot on my dresser in a little wood box as well as a clip of his orange and white fur in a little bottle next to his urn.

When every person chooses a pet to become a part of their family, there is a sad reality that every pet owner must accept. That reality is that their pet will most likely die before them. Our pets are not only a part of our family, they become our kids, sometimes therapists, and sometimes parents to teach us things in life. Then when the time comes to say goodbye it’s heartbreaking and you want to honor them in life and in death. Four paws cremation service brought my heart to peace knowing our dog was cared for loved and treated with the respect he gave us during his life. The amount of professionalism, care, love, and thoughtful things we didn’t expect to receive were all fulfilled through this service. I would recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely by far the best in the business. I would not trust anyone else with my fur babies! Mr Bennet and his staff have always showed so much compassion, professionalism, and kindness during the final moments I had with my babies. They made such a difficult time a little easier with their empathy, and with the respectful, gentle way they handled my pet’s cremation. With each of my pet’s passing i am comforted knowing that Four Paws will always be there to help me with my final goodbyes. I would not use anyone else, and it is without a doubt that I highly highly recommend Four Paws!!!

When Harley"s time for crossing the Rainbow Bridge is when Four Paws was asked to help which they did with compassion and professionalism and in a short time frame period. In the process her remains were returned in a beautiful box but we had not ordered a name plate. Upon calling Four Paws arrangements were made to return the box of ashes to her vet clinic and less than 24hours later her remains were returned to us with a proper nameplate...... Cannot thank Four Paws enough..........

Lorenzo made everything so much easier. He gave us Thrax back in a beautiful box, and he put a nice yellow bow on the very well done paw print. He was so respectful and it was nice to see someone care about our little guy even after he was gone.

I can't even begin to thank Four Paws and Cypress Lake Animal Hospital for coming to our Rescue on Saturday. My wife called me at work frantic and crying Saturday morning after our lab had collapsed in the back yard unable to walk. We made two phone calls, one to Cypress and one to Lorenzo. Sebastion left this world at 1.35 while we held him at the hospital. Lorenzo picked him up soon after. We recieved his ashes back today (Tuesday) in a beautiful box with some of his hair that we had requested. Also his collar with his St Francis medal and a cast of his paw with a ribbon attached. These people are professional beyond words and Lorenzo and Cypress came to our rescue in an emegency, Thank You so much for the kindness and compassion, God Bless the Staffs at both of these places.

In my opinion there is absolutely no better pet cremation service. My LuLu was cremated on October 6 and her remains returned in a beautiful little box along with a certificate with the date she was cremated. There was a nice poem and her paw print which I ordered. Everything about this event reflected genuine care from Four Paws. If you want the best for your pet, consider Four Paws. I am glad that is who my Vet chose.

My puppy passed away while I was leaving for work; she has ammonia and a very small puppy for her age. I was treating her, caring for her, gave her food, her medication, turned on the heating pad to and wrap her in a small towel to keep her warm. She could barely eat and was cold to the touch before I left her. 6 months old and could barely have any strength to walk. She passed away the way I left her in her bed...I wanted to cremate her because I dont want to bury a pet I wanna leave if I move. I contacted lorenzo because of the good reviews the shop had...he was so nice and gave me options on the urne...I even got her paws printed. I wanna thank lorenzo for doing this for me, he made it more special for me.

This has been a long overdue review. We are traveling and my fur baby Kong passed early morning of the 29th of April. Lorenzo’s answered my call at 5 in the morning and had my Kong brought for preparation at 7. I got my Kong the next day early morning. Thank you for the care and the empathy. You have no idea what it means to our family.

I was very unhappy with my most recent experience with this business. My vet uses their services and I've never had a problem in the past, which is the only reason I gave them 3 stars. If I had based my review on this recent experience, they would have received 1 star from me. I sent them private feedback to let them know why I was upset with what happened and they didn't even bother to respond. I will not use their services in the future and will let my vet know why.
