AMAZING!! Customer service was outstanding. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, very prompt responses every time, and truly went above and beyond for me. I can’t express how appreciative I am of how easy this entire process was. The Christophe family appreciates all the hard work Elmo Simmons and Son did for us this past summer. After working around their busy (COVID-19 😢 ) schedule and the terrible weather in the area, we were able to get our loved ones exhumed from a cemetery in disarray and relocated to cemetery in a neighboring town. Mr. Kevin Simmons and his team were a delight of comfort, genuineness, and professionalism! Kevin made me feel at ease as he walked me through the process as I had never had to do such a thing before...he was always truly just a phone call or text anyway to answer any questions I had! He and his team were with my family all along the way! They were prompt and had everything set up just as he promised! I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Thank you once again Kevin! I worked with Kevin and his team to design a headstone to replace on which was weathered. Kevin went onsite and obtain the necessary measurements and specifics regarding the potential headstone design. His team's design was creative, innovative and exceeded my expectations. During this process Kevin responded promptly to every request and clearly answered any questions. The pricing was very competitive and the payment process was easy and very user friendly. My parents, Jack and Gladys LeBlanc, had lived in Morganza all of their lives, before my mother’s ended on March 15, 2020. At a time when grief is overwhelming, there is no greater comfort than the goodwill and support of friends. Elmo Simmons was an integral part of that support for our family. It took dozens of consultations to decide on the appropriate, tasteful, enduring stone monument to grace my mother’s final resting place. The Simmons were patient, thoughtful, and professional in fulfilling our wishes. Challenges related to the pandemic aside, the service we received was prompt and thorough. We highly recommend this business. At a time in one’s life when loss can be crippling, someone to depend on makes all the difference.

The quality of the work is like none I've seen in this business, and the prices were very competitive with everyone in the general area.
