It was an absolute blessing to have found Pet Passages. Our sweet Momo passed in the middle of the night and we called her at 2am, freaking out and upset. She was very kind on the phone, even at that time. My girl was ready within a few days. It was amazing to have such a sweet lady help us with our girl's final arrangements. It was well worth the drive and the money to have the peace of mind about my sweet girl.

Catherine at Pet Passages was an amazing person throughout this whole painful process, and I even gained a friend because of all of this.No one wants to deal with this situation, but it is an unfortunate necessity at some point for anyone who takes on the duty of being a pet parent. I was treated with kindness and compassion, and I was very satisfied with how my baby's final arrangements were handled. I cannot say enough great things about this business.

My best little buddy passed away mid Sunday morning. I hadn't planned ahead, but I knew he was not going to make it. I prayed he would have a peaceful passing, which he did.I searched for crematories, as I knew there were a few locallay available. Pet Passages had a number available to call anytime. I called, they had someone on site to receive him, and proceed with the process. A few days layer, I was notified thay "Indy" was ready for pickup. I received a card with his paw print and another with his nose print, as a remembance. Other choices were available. Pet Passages provided a seamless, efficient service at a sad time of my life. On June 2, 2024 when we made the decision to put our 15 year old toy poodle, Gumbeaux, down, the manager at Lafayette Animal Emergency Clinic recommended we get in contact with Catherine at Pet Passages - Lafayette, LA for Gum’s cremation. Before we brought Gum in to the clinic, I contacted Catherine by phone and she walked me through the whole process of picking out the cremation plan we wanted for Gum. Catherine’s voice was so calming and reassuring. I know we made the right decision going with Pet Passages. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be using her again when the time comes for our other two pets. The quality of the urn, engraving etc. is beautiful. I don't typically cremate but when you fur baby is 140lbs and every bit as big as you are, you quickly realize a 6 ft hole in the ground is near impossible to dig with a shovel. I'm very satisfied

Catherine @Pet Passages went above and beyond. We had to say goodbye to our Sallybear bear unexpectedly. We called another company and was told to bring her body home and put her in a cold room until the next day. Then a friend recommended Pet Passages and after setting up everything online, Catherine called and met up with us at almost 10pm to accept Sally's body. I loved that I could do everything online without anyone pressuring me to make a quick Decision. Sally's remains came back quickly and of great quality. Would recommend!

Such a kind and compassionate person I found in Ms Catherine. We knew we wanted an in home euthanasia for our sweet cat suffering from cancer. She was able to recommend professionals who offered the services, arrange to take possession from them and return the remains to my selected vet facility.
