Shame on the owner for her less than professional and empathetic approach to my parents’ grieving yesterday.My mom called heavenly acres hours before the scheduled vet appointment to put their beloved lab to sleep. The lady on the phone said that they close at 5 and the scheduled vet appointment was at 4. My mom agreed to the extra charge for after hours. My mom was told that they’d go through options (urn, footprint, etc). Mom called when they were on their way about 4:30. They get there and the gate is closed and a man approached them asking if they had a pet to be dropped off. The man asked them to pull around the building and brought them into a room of freezers. After my parents were questioning the situation, the man went and got the owner. She was rude and degrading the entire conversation. Acting as if she was inconvenienced, however, there was ample communication leading up to their arrival. How unprofessional to bypass the normal empathetic procedures and bring a grieving family to see where their beloved pet will be left, 30 minutes after saying goodbye. Later, she mockingly said “we can go to the main lobby where it’s a little more inviting”.In the end, my parents decided against leaving their pet in their care and had to bring him back and keep the body overnight at their home. What a terrible experience.I write this review on behalf of my parents as neither of them have ever written a review before. However, I feel that this experience deserved to be shared.

Thank y'all so much for meeting me to get Pebbles, since our vet was closed. It is very comforting to have her home, think u for taking care of her. I called and checked and their staff are very sweet and understanding!!! I would recommend them if anyone has to go through this difficult time.

Christina is the absolute sweetest! She sat on the phone and listened to everything I had going on and had such a tender heart! I’ve talked to a few people up there but Christina is the absolute best!Finally getting to be Tucker home today!

Everyone we talked with here were the most wonderfully kind and compassionate people. We were broken hearted when our “boy” Tugga passed unexpectedly. They picked him up and took great care of him and brought him back home in a beautiful wooden urn with a paw print in plaster and a lock of his hair for us to remember him by. We are so grateful for them and would recommend their services to anyone. It made us feel just a little better knowing he was so lovingly taken care of.

Made the loss of losing our Missy a little easier knowing she would be in good hands. The care they took, their kind words and when I got my baby back, no words can describe the feeling and appreciation. Heavenly Acres and the staff are so wonderful and exceptional. I called them on a Sunday received a call back shortly and arranged a time to meet them because my Boyfriends service dog had passed. They treated me with the utmost respect and compassion when it explained how important Levi was to us. When in route I receive a call to ensure that I was okay. We arrived at the crematorium to be greeted by a wonderful and caring man, after getting Levi out of the car he told us to take as long as we needed because he did not want us to get back on the road until we were ready. I have to say they treated me a lot better than some human funeral homes. On Monday I received a telephone call to ensure that they had all the details correct. I would recommend them to anyone who has a need for the services that they provide. As soon as he was ready I was notified that we could come pick up our beloved Levi.

These people took great care of us when our beloved boy passed away. They made the process extremely easy, which was really nice since we were having a very hard time already. I felt the price was very fair for the services provided. I would use them again.

This was a difficult time for my family losing our beloved Kane. I should have posted a review much sooner but it is still hard for me to think or speak about. Heavenly Acres made this process as easy as could be given the circumstances and when they delivered the paw print and letter from our buddy I was in tears. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and the name Heavenly Acres is definitely fitting because you guys were ANGELS!

Would highly recommend! Today my baby went over the rainbow Bridge. We were planning on burying her at home but it didn't work out. So I called and left a message with it being close. I was called back very quickly and arrangements made to have someone come for my girl. They were so sweet and understanding. Elton took care of our girl and was very compassionate towards us.

This place is wonderful in taking care of your sweet babies after they pass. They treated us so kindly when our sweet boxer passed away. When it was time to pick up her ashes they called and offered more condolences with, “ we’re so sorry for your loss of Daisy.” That was a personal touch that made me feel like she mattered to them. They included a sweet poem and certificate . We got the sweetest paw print and a beautiful urn. Now I can take her with me where I go again as she so loved going for a ride. Thank you all for the services provided. We will sure miss our girl.

They were so kind and showed so much compassion when my baby passed. I took her to them and they took good care of her. I picked out a beautiful urn for her with a name plate and quote. And I was also able to get a clay pawprint and ink print. I will forever be grateful for their kindness as well as their services.

I had to put my beloved companion of 13 years to sleep earlier this month. Heavenly Acres was wonderful throughout the whole process. They picked my girl up from the vet and delivered her to me once she was cremated. My baby had a special hippo toy she loved and they kept her toy with her the whole time and cremated it with her. They delivered Jamie to my house in a beautiful urn with a certificate of cremation. She was treated with respect throughput the process and all the staff were extremely caring and sympathetic. I will be using their services again then next time one of my babies passes.

Have had one of my fur babies cemented there. They are the best so caring and I will have them take care of another one shortly. Unfortunately it won't be long before I will bring my 14 year old little Izzie. See ya soon😪

Jaci and her team have been amazing during the process of pickup, taking care of my sweet pie, and bringing her back home. We recently had to say goodbye to our 8 1/2 year old dachshund and opted to have his body cremated. We turned to Heavenly Acres For Pets and the level of compassion and professionalism we received exceeded our expectations. It's always difficult when we lose our pets, but Jaci was very accommodating and supportive of our requests throughout this process which provided great comfort to our family.

I will NEVER use or recommend this company!!! Yesterday we had to put our sweet kitty cat to rest suddenly. Between making the decision and waiting for it to take place, we were shown the options. We chose to just get the pawprint in the shadow box. We were told the price and gave the vet our credit card, assuming everything was handled.Not even 5 minutes after walking in the door from this aweful event, the owner of Heavenly Acres called me. She said she was going to need another $40 from me because she said she was having to take 20 extra steps just for me, having to go out of her way To just get my kitty. She tried to tell me that she's "providing" all of those services for me, but because I didn't purchase a certain cremation package, I had to pay her extra!Basically she was telling me that my kitty was inconveniencing her and I had to pay more for her services than I had already been told. This place is a racket, just like regular funeral homes and they obviously and sadly prey on pet owners when they are going through their toughest times.Since this place is the only vendormy vet uses, I refused to let them handle my angel. So after my surgery today, we had to go pick her up and take her to another vet for them to take care of her for us. We should have NEVER been put in this aweful situation and I hope no one else does.

We have had two Fur babies, done by heavenly acres, and I would not trust any one else with the passing and processing of my beloved pet, they let you know and make sure you feel as if your baby will be in hands that loved them like you did, and how ever you chose to have them layed it is done with utmost respect for your baby, both my babies come back in a beautiful wooden box (there ashes) and a plaster plate of there last paw print beautifully done with their name done beside it and a stand to hold it, if you want your baby done by them self I high recommend this place, two babies gone in separate years apart same high quality of costumer servicer. I hope I don’t have to use for years but when or if I do I hope their still there I will use again
