Haven’t gotten my baby Enzo back yet as it’s only been a day and they’re hard at work, but the amount of care and compassion I’ve been shown so far has been incredible. Amy is such a sweet and gentle soul, you can tell her and Robbie really care about what they’re doing and make sure to prioritize all of their clientele individually. Highly recommended them if you experienced the loss of your family member recently.

Amy is a wonderful person with a big heart. She took care of my Buddy at a time when my heart was broken 💔 for losing my precious little boy after over 15 years. You don't have anything to worry about and she made it so easier on me especially after trying to recover from a major surgery and heartbroken. Amy is so kind, gentle and trusting with your pet. Thank you Amy for all you have done.

Ms. Amy has a beautiful and patient soul that is greatly appreciated when going through this heartbreak. The packaging and delivery of my sweet girl Pooch, I could feel the love and tell she was taken care of. Will definitely recommend her to any and everyone, and when the unfortunate time comes for my other babies she will be the definite choice.

My sweet little dog Jingles went to be with the Lord on April 10th 2020. I wanted to have him privately cremated and someone recommended, All Pets Crematory. I called, of course very upset and Amy was so kind and so patient with me. She explained the different Urns, I wanted a paw print in plaster with his name on it and I wanted to order 2 crosses with his name and ashes inside. She was so kind and loving through the whole experience. She delivered my sweet baby who lived to be 15 1/2 to me personally. I was blown away at how nicely everything was packed in this beautiful box. There was a sympathy card inside that she and her husband had signed and a ink print of his paw,and a lock of his hair.If you love your pets like you love your children,this is the only place to come. You will be blown away by the customer service that you will receive.The attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen.An absolutely incredible experience. Thank you Amy and Robbie for all you do for our beloved pets.

Ms Amy is amazing. She was in contact with me every step of the way. She let me know when she had our fur baby and when we were able to go pick her back up from the vet. Included in the box was a beautiful card as well. They truly care for your pet when they have them. Our dog, Whinnie, passed suddenly and was my 13 year old daughters dog. She had been talking about how she wished she had a paw print of hers so when she’s old enough that would be her first tattoo. We were so happy and surprised to open the card and right there, Ms Amy and Mr Robbie included that in the card as well. For having to watch my daughter go through losing best friend, All Pets Crematory showed such love and compassion. They treated us as if they knew us and were experiencing the loss as well. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to show how appreciate we are.

Amy and Robbie made our heartbreaking, hard time so easy. We got our Lil Man ( Dooder) back in a timely manner and his box is just beautiful. They did an amazing job with everything. We are forever grateful to the care and love they not only showed us, but our beautiful baby boy also. If you ever find yourselves in this heartbreaking circumstance, you won't be disappointed in their services. Thank y'all so much for everything and the paw print was so touching.

I lost my sweet little boy Azul on August 19th, 2020 and I was completely devastated. His passing was sudden, he was still young and he was my emotional support when I felt down. I adopted him after he was dropped off by a breeder at a shelter because he wouldn't breed. He was scared and would scratch/bite, so they deemed him not worthy for adoption but I persisted and they allowed me to take him home. Soon Azul became the most loving and affectionate cat I'd ever seen. He was a beautiful Blue Point Ragdoll. He slept by my side every night, he followed me around the house, he was leash trained so we took walks and he greeted neighbors and even strangers with love. The moment he passed I knew I would never have that anymore, those moments of love and joy we shared were gone. So when I called to speak with Amy I was distraught. She was very compassionate and took the time to explain everything in detail. I knew her and her husband Robbie would treat Azul with the love and care that I would, even though they didn't know us.When his cremains were ready, I decided I would drive to pick him up even though they offered to deliver him to me. Again, I just want to thank you for being so kind and listening to me speak about Azul and tell you all his stories. You both really helped make something truly devastating much more bearable.The card, the paw print, the way you wrapped his urn to protect it for transport was above and beyond what I would have expected in this process.I just can't thank you enough.

Thank you for taking care of Bart. HE was only in my life for 9 years, but he was more than a pet, he was my best friend, my fur baby. Bart was always there, somehow knowing what I needed at the time...whether it was just a soft nudge of his head to say "I am here for you" to doing something funny to put a smile on my face. I am not sure how he knew what I needed, but he did!! When it was time for us to say goodbye, it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do.All Pets, to be honest, I was just expecting a cedar box with his remains inside....but you went above and beyond my expectations! The box was perfect, you even closed it with a bow. It never crossed my mind to get a casting of his paw prints...but you did without asking. You enclosed a certificate of cremation and a prayer. The final touch was the card that had Bart's paw print and signed by your staff. All of you understand the impact the loss of a fur person has on someone's life and help with closure in a truly remarkable way! Thank you so much for the caring and concern you showed Bart!

My simba went to kitty heaven yesterday and they were very thoughtful. They worked with me to see if he could be done soon because we are fixing to move. Very awesome people. They dealt with me crying the whole time and were extremely comforting. Thankyou for everything!

The owner, Amy, is the sweetest and kindest person. It is awful losing a pet-if you are a pet owner and desiring of cremation, I wholeheartedly recommend All Pets.
