My pup crossed the rainbow bridge on a Saturday and his remains were ready and delivered to my vets office in 6 days! I was pleased with the beautiful wooden box I received however, I was informed that I may return this box for their Tree Of Life box once they’ve been restocked.

We can not say enough wonderful things about this service company!! We were treated as a vip customer from the initial phone call. We were devastated to loose our Bandit!! The lady on the phone was incredibly compassionate and set up a drop off at a local vet office. They were able to accommodate some extra requests and made sure that he was well cared for. I would recommend this service to Anyone!! I pray that our pets live as long as possible but Louisiana Pet Crematory will serve our family again when they eventually come to the Rainbow Bridge!! Thank you so much!!

I have used them before, and I will most certainly use them again. This time, however, was especially difficult for me—the most difficult—and so I had some particular requests that went a little outside of the norm. Nevertheless, both Kaitlyn at reception, and Roy, the owner (and likely others I didn’t have the privilege to meet) embraced the challenge and went truly above and beyond to accomplish something I thought was sure to be impossible. And they did so with such compassion, care, consideration, patience, grace, understanding, kindness, and esteem—oh, and with rather impressive speed at that! Gratitude fills my heart for my experience here, and a full heart is not something to take for granted, especially during times like these—during seasons of great loss. I pray God bless these people continually so they can keep blessing others. It can’t be easy to do what they do. Thank you, Louisiana Pet Crematory. Until next time.

I just want to say these people went above and beyond. I lost my Jake and I was beyond broken. He was sent there from my Vet for cremation. The people were very nice and caring. They texted me to let me know they were taking very good care of him. They sent him back to me in a beautiful Urn with his name on it. A Paw print. A lick if hair. I miss my fur baby more than words can say but I feel so much better knowing he was handled with love and care. (And he is home). I will recommend Louisiana Pet Crematory forever to anyone that has a fur baby . 10 stars 🌟

Oct 16 my cat Srgt. Pepper (Sargie) was put down his kidneys were failing after a UTI. Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing. My Suncather is beautiful. They now have my Blew dog who was weeks away from his 13th birthday.This is a hard loss , both of these. My fur babies are my life . The people here are helpful and empathetic and that makes this part a little easier .Thanks Y’all

We lost one of our beloved cats suddenly this past weekend. We brought him in yesterday and we are truly grateful on how kind the lady at the front desk was! She was very soft spoken and completely understanding on how we are feeling right now. I highly recommend bring your beloved fur babies here. The compassion and kindness that is shown is truly amazing!! Through my broken heart thank you so much!!!

Unfortunately I received someone else's pet remains. My dog was a red and white husky but I received black and white fur. I don't know if it's really his paw print or his ashes. I called and spoke with Kristen. She even had me to send pictures of my pet and the fur that clearly did not match so she could investigate. I sent the pictures on November 29, 2023 and still have not received the results of the investigation. I had my 4 legged buddy for over 15 years so this is quite devastating. If you had a black and white fur baby that was cremated there in October 2023, I may have your pet remains.

Our vet uses LPC and we are very pleased with our experience. We received our cat’s ashes back in a beautiful wooden box engraved with his name. Also included was a digital paw print. As our cat passed away unexpectedly at a very young age, this is not something we thought we would have to deal with at this time in our lives, and we feel that LPC took very good care of our boy. I’m so glad to have these items to remember him by. We will use them again in the future, although hopefully not for a long time.

I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about the staff here. They were respectful, sympathetic, and treated my cherished puppy of 15 years, Daisy, with dignity. Her ashes were given back to me in a beautiful memorial box as well as an adorable digital paw and nose print. They made an extremely difficult time a little more bearable. Thank you for everything.

I had an extremely positive experience with the place, despite the visit being saddening. My cat had passed at around 4AM, and I wanted to get her over as soon as possible. We called and left a message and they got back to me as soon as they could. The woman who helped me was kind and patient. I have anxiety and I was suffering the loss of a pet so I was very specific about the things I wanted, one being a lot of my cats pawprints. They delivered and I was so happy to have those.One thing amazing about this place is the amount of memorabilia they offer for your pet. If you get pawprints/noseprints, they give you an ID number and keep the prints on file in case you ever need a digital copy and/or want to purchase from their memorabilia shop. I'd highly recommend as their shop comes from local people who make it themselves, so while you get a precious irreplaceable item for a small cost, you are also supporting a local shop. I think that's lovely.They got my fur baby back to me much sooner than I expected.My only regrets are not buying the clay pawprint ornament and not taking a moment to say goodbye. PLEASE, buy that ornament for yourself. I didn't at first because of cost, but I was going to call to ask and purchase it but they had unfortunately already finished the cremation. Don't worry about the cost. 25$ can be earned back for that precious, irreplaceable memory of your pet.Overall, I highly recommend this place. They are extremely professional and kind to you even in times of mourning where you may be stressed.Thank you for taking such good care of Blu.

I lost my beloved almost 17 year-old lab about a week ago. My veterinary used another company. The only request I had was a paw print similar to the one I had made for my other dog (the company I used then is no longer in business). What I received from that other company was disheartening.I contacted Louisiana Pet Crematory and they kindly agreed to help me re-create the memory I wanted. They truly care and will go above and beyond to help you.This is who you want to take care of your beloved pet when the time comes.

My cat passed away late at night, they told us to wrap her in a small blanket and bring her by even though it was nearly midnight. The owner was extremely kind and gracious. Top Notch Service!
