I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about North Airline Animal Hospital!! We moved to the area in August 2021 with two healthy (yet older) dogs and within a few months, they both were diagnosed with different types of cancer 😢 Dr. Brent and his entire staff took such wonderful care of both dogs as they went through their various surgeries. He also helped me get through this trying time as well, with his empathy and positivity. The entire office is SO clean and the prices are very fair considering the wonderful care you receive. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 15.5 year old, Trixie, a few months ago but our 10 year old, Joey, is thriving and cancer-free all thanks to them! If you love your pets as much as I do, go see Dr. Brent at NAAH - I know you will love the entire staff as much as I do!

Although I was warned about a busy schedule, I was still seen within 10 minutes of being called back. The staff had a tangible love of animals which helped calm my already nervous dog. They heard my assessment of my dog, treating me like an expert of my pet, while offering multiple options for her future care.

We started using NAAH when our beloved Boykin, Jake, developed IMPA. Dr. Honea made it his mission to help us keep Jake health and happy as long as possible and thanks to his love and care, we had Jake for nearly 12 years! Now we have a little rockstar, Jax, and he loves Dr. Hannah. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

THE best vets around!! My dogs have seen Dr. Hanna, Dr. Honea and now Dr. Carlea as well and all have exceeded everything you could want in a vet! They are kind, knowledgeable and so caring with my pup who gets so nervous at the vet. All of their staff are equally as amazing from the front desk to the techs everyone is so sweet and eager to help! Super easy office to get in touch with and get an appointment - I called at 3pm needing an appointment asap as my pup developed a new rash while I was at work and they were able to squeeze me in at 4:20 🤯!! Seriously a gem of a vet practice, highly highly recommend!!

I brought a cat in I had got from someone, she had bad sores on top of her head and on her cheek. I called to do a same day walk in and after waiting a hour past my scheduled walk in she was seen by the doctors and they quickly told me she had a simple ear infection. They went to send me on my way before I asked to buy a cone to prevent her from damaging the sores anymore. I was told my total was $270. After a week of the antibiotics they prescribed she had made 0 progress. I sent photos of her to the vet and they told me to bring her in for another exam, after a few seconds on google I found out my cat had ringworm and spread it to my 2 year old non verbal son. I waited 3 more days for them to write the prescription for ringworm and wasoutanother $97. I believe I was robbed and my cat was misdiagnosed if they would’ve caught the ringworm the first time my son wouldn’t have caught it. Although friendly I will never let my cat be seen by them again

North Airline Animal Hospital has been so good to us through our first year with them. It has been a particularly trying year for us regarding our pets because we usually have no issues. It was especially hard losing my cat of nearly 14 years a few months ago. Today, my kiddo scraped her knee on the way in and they noticed and kindly offered supplies to clean her up without me asking. I am truly grateful for everyone being so kind and patient. We’ve had appointments with all of the doctors there and have encountered many members of the staff and they are all wonderful.

When I worked at another vet as a receptionist, a coworker once said “Have you ever noticed we never get clients from North Airline?”And that stuck with me. You know that a vet is really good when they keep their clients. No one is leaving this place and going to other vets. There’s a reason for this and that alone should convince you to go here.My sisters cat fell ill recently and the vet I worked at was booked up. I remembered what my coworker said along with someone in the past telling me how compassionate they are with cats and decided to go with her here.I get it now. I know why no one leaves. I won’t go into details because they’re personal. But I will never stop recommending this place to everyone I can.And all I can say is thank you. Thank you to the three vets we saw and helped try to save Moriarty. Thank you to Laura, who I spoke to on the phone. Thank you to the compassionate receptionist that cried with me. Thank you to the tech who cried while getting his paw print and bringing him out to us. Thank you to Dr. Brent who hugged us tight before we left. As sad as today was, you were helping us heal before we even left.

Dr. Brent is the best! So caring, kind and compassionate. When we had a cancer scare with our dog, he was very thorough and got her into surgery quickly to remove it. This was my first visit to the clinic and everyone from the front desk personnel to the Dr. made Caden and I feel welcome and taken care of. I appreciate how thorough, knowledgeable, and informative Dr. Hoanie was with us. We were there right before closing time but we were not rushed in any way. When you’re a military family, finding reliable pet care for each new place is a struggle. I sifted through many reviews and landed on North Airline. They took such great care of our senior dog and now our senior kitty. If you’re like me, my animals are my world and I want the same type of care when we go to the vet. The vets and vet techs do an amazing job of treating my babies like their own. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else while I’m here.

I have always had great experiences at this vet. I’ve taken my dogs and cats here. They were seen immediately for serious issues and tended to greatly. My issue came after our dog was diagnosed with an issue at the emergency vet. On a Monday, we brought him in and he was seen and cared for. On Tuesday, his condition took a drastic turn and we had to put him down. The staff was great through all of this and I appreciated that. However, we left him at the vet for heavenly acres to pick up. There must’ve been an issue somewhere because he was never picked up. I called a few weeks later thinking they had just forgot to call. I was put on hold for the front office to check. As it turns out, he was never picked up. My question is how does that happen? How is NAAH not aware they have a dog sitting at their facility for that long? All that was said to me was I’m sorry, we dropped the ball. They quickly messaged heavenly acres and got it taken care of. Which I appreciated. It was just very upsetting to know my dog had been there the whole time while I was waiting. It was very upsetting to hear about this occurrence. After finding this out, we’ve just decided to switch vets. Overall, I do believe they have good intentions. I just have a hard time wrapping my head around the situation and feel disappointed that my dog sat there in that manner for weeks.

I highly recommend North Airline Animal Hospital. My dog had a highly suspect mass on his leg. The staff was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Honea was very professional, knowledgeable and so kind. He was able to get him in for surgery quickly and was even able to address an issue with his tooth at the same time. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, friendly practice.

I don’t think we could have picked a better clinic. We’re in the thick of some major heath issues with our oldest gal, and the amount of compassion and care that is being shown to our pup, and us, is unbeatable. Dr. Brent Green is so personable and truly cares for his patients, the 4 legged and 2 legged. Great vets, especially Matt Honea, at NAAH. Staff is also friendly and very caring which is all the better. Been taking my fur babies there for many years with positive results. Had to do an end of life for my older very sick mini schnauzer nearly a year ago. It was a very sad event but Matt with his very caring demeanor helped us through it. This isn’t my primary Vets office but I am probably going to switch to Dr Green and his staff. My sweet Rouge hasn’t felt good today, and he was so gentle and sweet with her. She doesn’t do vets very well but he sat on the floor with her and was absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you Dr. Green and your amazing staff for the best experience for my girl !! This was my first visit to the clinic and everyone from the front desk personnel to the Dr. made Caden and I feel welcome and taken care of. Dr. Honea is the best I have ever see. I have always had at least 3 pets. At my age, that's a long time. Last week my 7 month old Parti Yorkie had been vomiting all night. Our regular veterinarian wouldn't see him because they were busy. This is Banfield in Petsmart. Benton Animal Hospital could get him in next week. Really?? He's a baby! North Airline saw him that same day. I won't see anyone else and highly recommend them to everyone.

(PLEASE READ) MY INVOICE is attached as well the estimate of neutering, which is outrageous! I took my three Pomeranians, all females, skade and pepper, who are both a year old, and their mom, ember. So you can understand the price difference, I'm telling you names. The puppies are updated on their shots, but I wanted to give them a heart-worm shot since they just turned a year old. Ember was getting her boosters there. As a deposit, I put down $150. Every animal I own has been to the vet and stayed up to date. The vet ran thyroid tests on my one year old Pomeranians, and they charged twice for a disposal fees for each pet. Instead of just getting two heart-worm shots for $107 for a yearly and embers boosters, I walked out spending $756. Ask questions because if you don't you're going to get screwed. As long as I lived in Bossier City, I would've brought my pets back, but they're taking advantage of people.Also, I attached their price on a neuter. It only cost me 140 to neuter my male, so tell me if they're getting over on people. Below is my invoice as well as the estimate.

When you’re a military family, finding reliable pet care for each new place is a struggle. I sifted through many reviews and landed on North Airline. They took such great care of our senior dog and now our senior kitty. If you’re like me, my animals are my world and I want the same type of care when we go to the vet. The vets and vet techs do an amazing job of treating my babies like their own. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else while I’m here.

I have always had great experiences at this vet. I’ve taken my dogs and cats here. They were seen immediately for serious issues and tended to greatly. My issue came after our dog was diagnosed with an issue at the emergency vet. On a Monday, we brought him in and he was seen and cared for. On Tuesday, his condition took a drastic turn and we had to put him down. The staff was great through all of this and I appreciated that. However, we left him at the vet for heavenly acres to pick up. There must’ve been an issue somewhere because he was never picked up. I called a few weeks later thinking they had just forgot to call. I was put on hold for the front office to check. As it turns out, he was never picked up. My question is how does that happen? How is NAAH not aware they have a dog sitting at their facility for that long? All that was said to me was I’m sorry, we dropped the ball. They quickly messaged heavenly acres and got it taken care of. Which I appreciated. It was just very upsetting to know my dog had been there the whole time while I was waiting. It was very upsetting to hear about this occurrence. After finding this out, we’ve just decided to switch vets. Overall, I do believe they have good intentions. I just have a hard time wrapping my head around the situation and feel disappointed that my dog sat there in that manner for weeks.

I highly recommend North Airline Animal Hospital. My dog had a highly suspect mass on his leg. The staff was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Honea was very professional, knowledgeable and so kind. He was able to get him in for surgery quickly and was even able to address an issue with his tooth at the same time. I started using NAAH because it was nearby by home, I have since moved across town but I still go out of my way to bring my two cats here because of the level of care that is provided by the staff and vets! Max can be very temperamental and it‘s nice to know that there is a lot of effort put into making sure that he is not under any unnecessary stress while still receiving the best quality care. The vets always make sure to explain what is going on and what they want to accomplish in each visit. On top of that the pricing is very reasonable! I recommend NAAH to everyone I can.

Great vets, especially Matt Honea, at NAAH. Staff is also friendly and very caring which is all the better. Been taking my fur babies there for many years with positive results. The vet was amazing. Our dog Sadie had an ear infection and she made sure to show us how to clean and apply the ointment necessary to get rid of the infection. She also refer to my husband and I as Sadies parents. Which I know it’s not a big deal but I love when adults refer to dogs as our children and not pets.I will say that the whole visit was a bit expensive but I guess you pay for what you get. They do offer military discount which helped with the Bill some. It’s always nice when establishments acknowledge military members.Will definitely keep coming here.

This is the best animal hospital I have ever been too! They have the best bedside manner and truly care about your pets as if they are their own. My husband and I had been here with our dog that has cancer and discussed the proceedure in depth but I was going to be leaving on a business trip for a year shortly after all of this came up. He had his surgery recently and as difficult as it was not being home I felt confident in Dr. Honea and I knew he was taking care of my sweet Weida. They have gone out of their way to discuss all treatment options, expectations and procedures. It's evident that they don't only care for our pets but care for the owners as well. If you have not been to this vet I would recommend stopping in and checking them out, I am so grateful for this clinic and relieved that I found them when I did.

Brought in my old cat during quarantine. The doctor was careful to explain everything that was/could happen and did a great job removing a lump. Whenever I got my kitty back, I realized he had operated on some lipoma rather than the difficult to find cancerous tumor (I told him location of the tumor, and it was RIGHT by the lipoma) . He apologized profusely for something that no one could blame him for and he removed the tumor for free. Best vet service I've ever had.

First time there, took a very sick cat in. They done everything they could. Still had to put animal down. During the whole time dealing with this. Staff was understanding and very helpful. Have been to other vet offices, not found one to have the patience to deal with animal and owner. Would recommend this vet office to anyone who wants the best for their pet.

Horrible, our cat had a severe negative reaction to the antibiotic he was administered for an abscess tooth and died the following night. We called and left a message that night (on their after hours number) to ask what we could do about his breathing difficulties but never received a call back.No sympathy or care expressed by returning our call to know about his condition. Nice folks so long as your pet is alive and in the clinic. We should of asked about the side effects associated with the antibiotic shot and most likely would of taken another treatment method.DON'T EXPECT A COURTESY (CARING) CALL BACK FROM THE STAFF TO SEE HOW YOUR MEMBER OF THE FAMILY IS DOING.

The vet was amazing. Our dog Sadie had an ear infection and she made sure to show us how to clean and apply the ointment necessary to get rid of the infection. She also refer to my husband and I as Sadies parents. Which I know it’s not a big deal but I love when adults refer to dogs as our children and not pets.I will say that the whole visit was a bit expensive but I guess you pay for what you get. They do offer military discount which helped with the Bill some. It’s always nice when establishments acknowledge military members.Will definitely keep coming here.

This is the best animal hospital I have ever been too! They have the best bedside manner and truly care about your pets as if they are their own. My husband and I had been here with our dog that has cancer and discussed the proceedure in depth but I was going to be leaving on a business trip for a year shortly after all of this came up. He had his surgery recently and as difficult as it was not being home I felt confident in Dr. Honea and I knew he was taking care of my sweet Weida. They have gone out of their way to discuss all treatment options, expectations and procedures. It's evident that they don't only care for our pets but care for the owners as well. If you have not been to this vet I would recommend stopping in and checking them out, I am so grateful for this clinic and relieved that I found them when I did.

Brought in my old cat during quarantine. The doctor was careful to explain everything that was/could happen and did a great job removing a lump. Whenever I got my kitty back, I realized he had operated on some lipoma rather than the difficult to find cancerous tumor (I told him location of the tumor, and it was RIGHT by the lipoma) . He apologized profusely for something that no one could blame him for and he removed the tumor for free. Best vet service I've ever had.
