It has taken me almost a month to write this review, but I want to express the gratitude and appreciation for this business. I do not wish losing a fur baby to anyone but if you do this place will take such good care of your loved one from beginning to end. We loved the precious keep sakes, the beautiful urn and the signed card from the owners. Thank you for handling our fur baby with care and such kindness.

Eternity Acres is a beautiful, caring and truly thoughtful place to take your loved animal babies after they've passed. The owners were very nice, compassionate, and informative of the process and what I may see. They took great care of her and checked in with us (my mom and I), even sitting down to talk a bit. They do have many options for paw prints, clippings, urns, some beautiful art peices and jewelry for your loved ones ashes. I appreciate their care and their services so much. Thank you for everything you do to ensure a respectful and compassionate cremation. 💖

We can not thank Eternity Acres enough for taking care of the final needs for our Daisy girl! After visiting our vet back home near Chicago on Tuesday and getting hit with some horrible news, we decided to bring our fur baby on one last trip. On they way down Wednesday, I called Eternity Acres to discuss the possibility of having her cremated if I could find a vet to come to our home away from home to put our girl to rest in her happy place. My biggest concern was if I would be able to bring her back home with me. David assured me that if their services were needed, that they would make sure she was back to make the ride home if that's what was wanted, but if not, they would be able to ship her back as they have done numerous times before. I called back again to set everything up.Sierra had come out Friday morning. She was very patient while we took our final moments with Daisy outside and along with inside the house, along eith even shedding tears with us. Knowing she had only known Daisy for a short time and seeing her still being emotional, I knew that she was in good hands. She reassured that Daisy would be cremated by herself, along with that she would be the only one handling Daisy and explained the story of why Eternity Acres was started. I had asked her if a few things were possible and she had gone above and beyond to make those things happen. She was in constant contact the rest of the day, sending pictures of her paw and nose and even set up a time and place for us to pick up the remains while she was on her own personal time. After we left, I had noticed that the dates were wrong on Daisy's Urn (due to MY own fault for writing them down wrong) and she STILL offered to head back to make a correct one, again, on her own personal time.I am completely blown away by the level of service and sympathy from everyone we had delt with at Eternity Acres and recommended them to anyone in Western Kentucky, whether living here or just passing through and in need of their service. Rest assured, they will get it handled with the utmost respect and dignity for you and your pet!Thank you again to everyone involved at Eternity Acres and a special thank you to Sierra for everything she's done! You all are amazing!

Melissa and David were wonderful to work with and so compassionate. They answered the phone at 10:30 the night my sweet Andy passed and helped me make arrangements to get him to them. We picked him up today and were pleased with everything from start to finish. They helped make a horrible experience more bearable. I highly recommend them!
