This is beyond unacceptable. I spoke with the cemetery staff around Memorial Day and addressed the issue that my parent's headstone is sinking into the ground, their graves stay saturated and is sinking in. There's algae on their headstone.Jonathan assured me the issue would be resolved. Here we are two months later and nothing has been done to resolve the issue.This is very frustrating considering we paid for perpetual care.
DEAR Bethany cemetery-KEITH MONUMENT our father passed almost a yr ago,we had furneral there and burial same as my mother and sister,bought their stones from u at Keith Monument,except our fathers Joseph Johnson,we bought at evans,no biggy we thought,til it came time with everything paid ahead for you at Bethany to prepare the base,then notify evans monument on Bardstown Road to bring stone out in which they hav had ready for monthe i called you at Bethany cemetery several monthes ago talk to some man I think name T,he said well you didn't buy the stone from us rudley then states burials come ist,the same story I got from your Secretary sounds like she works from home for all the tvs and noise in the background,evens I just talked to they are upset that you hav refused to return their calls even though you hav had the order fir monthes with payment that I paid almost a year ago,i free mr keith at keith mo,wouldnt want his name in on this since you at Bethany stated we didn't buy from keith monument at bethany,not nice at all,my father is burired there we gave you good business in the past and now with my father,he doesn't deserve for his memory to be disrespected like this,next my sister said we will call wdrb,sad can't take the time to pour a little concrete is all,isn't like you have to set the stone evens has been waiting to,hope you do respond to this google review,or keith monument respond since Bethany workers used your name thank you,Joseph Johnsons family,edit 11-1-24,went to cemetery my father's stone was mounted about 3 rolls back on top someone eles grave,upset,talked to owner hes having stone put beside my mother up by the tall cross where's his grave is,I feel my father still isn't at rest,its hard to believe this happened they at the cemetery grabbed wrong map. Unbelievable this happened, people always check,If I would hav waited yrs like alot of people do,it be way worse and what about the people that was buried in the other grave,its just so sad.My father disrespected again,people just care,is all I ask.
My family has been doing business at this Cemetery for generations. We recently had my mom's funeral here. She had preplanned most of it which made the process run more smoothly. John over at the Cemetery does a fantastic job making sure you're happy with the gravestones and vaults you receive for your loved one after they've passed on. Jimmy over at the Funeral home helps with making sure you are happy with the treatment of your loved one. Over all a positive experience during a sad circumstance. We were so impressed that we are checking into preplanning our funeral.
I have several family and friend's in this cemetery. Any time I go to see them they are very well taken care of. Any time I have concerns about any of them. All I have to do is go to the people that work here or for the cemetery and they take care of my concerns as soon as possible. Most of the time they handle my concern or question while I am still at the cemetery visiting my family or friend's. I myself will be buried in this cemetery and know they do their best to do right by all of us and our families..
