When your beloved pet passes away let this be the first place you call. They are kind, understanding and helpful.When our 11 year old house rabbit passed away we couldn't bear to do anything other than cremation. I was concerned it would be expensive but Imes was very affordable. We received our bunny's ashes back so much quicker than I expected. The engraved box is lovely and something we will always cherish. We are thankful for the service Imes provided for us.

I’m not sure how best to post a positive review of a really crummy day, other than to just say that I don’t think “thank you” can ever mean enough.I’m so thankful that Imes was so willing and able to support us when our family dog met his last day. Everyone I came across during the process was so kind and gentle and just let me cry when I needed to.No one ever made me feel rushed or judged me for being so emotional over losing my dog. I appreciate all of their kindness and the hugs.Imes is family owned and operated and you feel that they have poured their lives into ensuring people and pets are taken care of with respect and dignity, as they also care for those mourning their loses.

When mom passed suddenly, and not having been through the process before, I knew I would need a lot of help and support. Imes was recommended by a friend. Wendy Imes gently and compassionately guided me through several very difficult days with respect and dignity. I never felt rushed. I always felt like my family and my mom's wishes were her top priority. To say she and Matt went above and beyond would not be giving them enough credit. When faced with crushing grief, Wendy and Matt held me up, listened to my request, and provided superior service. My mom was treated with the highest level of care and compassion. Mom would have been very proud of what they were able to help me accomplish.

Matt and especially Wendy made our time of grief and loss, so much easier. They really knew how to show support during the planning of my mother in law’s funeral. The downtown chapel is such a quiet intimate space and everything was so perfect. They gave us time and made sure everything was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about the details.

Imes funeral home handled the arrangements and service for my husband Dan Boaz. Wendy made the process as stress free as possible. Wendy answered every question thoroughly. It’s not a 9-5 job for Wendy and Imes. Wendy would text me in the evening if there were questions or just to remind me of things she needed from me.Wendy made a beautiful DVD with pictures and music his daughters and I selected. I could email photos or give her paper copies, Wendy worked with whatever I gave her. I dropped a tote of things that were special to Dan and Wendy made a beautiful arrangement for his table and urn.The day of Dan’s service the pastor who was to do Dan’s service woke up very sick and couldn’t make it. No panic! Wendy found another Paster and one that Dan had known his whole life and loved. Couldn’t have been any better and was another stress she handled for me.When I told Wendy Dan’s final wishes she helped me find the perfect way to save Dan’s ashes. This is a new technique but Wendy knew all about how the process worked. It is perfect.I can’t say enough about how professionally and personally Imes treated Dan and our family and friends. A loved one or one of my dogs, I won’t go anywhere else except Imes.

From the first time we walked into discuss the service, to delivering the stuff to our house, Imes Funeral home did a outstanding job. Matt and Wendy were always there to answer any question we had any time of the day. They truly do whatever you need to make this difficult time as easy on the family as they can. Imes Funeral Home was wonderful to work with in planning the services for my grandmother. The staff showed our family compassion and a true sense of care in arranging the service exactly the way we desired, down to every detail. The facility and chapel are beautifully decorated and my family was able to visit and enjoy one another as we celebrated my grandmothers life while watching the video of memories. Wendy & Matt where so helpful when my mother passed away. I'm from a large family and for them to be able to manage our family was a bit over whelming to say the least. From the reading of her will to the grave site they treated us like royalty. They made sure all the details where exactly like my mother wanted. Which was a huge comfort to all of us.

John was extremely helpful during the funeral arrangements of my mother. The whole process went seemless. The stress during this time would have been crazy if it weren't for John and the funeral home. They love what they do and are the best at it in my opinion. They were their to say, "don't worry about it, we will handle that." on many occasions. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart goes out to this funeral home and John for their and his complete dedication to my mother, the family and myself.

Thank you Imes funeral home !!!! Because of you I missed my Aunt's services. Service incomplete. ... Service incomplete. ... Service incomplete ...11pm the night before her service your website said service incomplete. You never posted her services .... maybe the day of ... by the time I checked it was over.
