As nice as the old gentlemen are, they are far past their prime. From the start the older gentleman seemed confused and unable to document anything correctly..he misspelled names, added extra names in the obituary, misspelled words in the $150 sign in memory book, he forgot the book marks we ordered, they played the wrong music, were a nightmare to work with due to his state of constant confusion. After the funeral he basically stalked us until we had our cars loaded, never offering to help, just following us around weirdly. We would never recommend this location for any loved ones.

If I could give Rattermans 100 stars I would. They were exceptional with the service they gave my family. My mom past away, with their help with makeup, her hair, everything. With vey painful thing to go through they were there and helped with every detail we had to do. With everyone at Cane Run Road Rattermans I felt the personal concern and help from everyone. They went out of their way to make sure that they made our experience the best it could be. I recommend them very highly. Thank you Rattermans for everything.

It’s been almost 10 yrs ago they took care of my son. I can’t tell you how heart wrenching that is but he happened to die on Good Friday. I couldn’t find ANYONE to pick him up or even talk to me because it was a holiday. Most said call back Monday. Oh Lord. Anyway the call to Rattermans went out late Saturday evening, they went and picked my son up that very evening! Told me not to worry about him they would take very good care (which they did!) and could we come Sunday after church to finalize arrangements? ABSOLUTELY! I thought well they have him and will prob overcharge. No! They didn’t!! I am forever grateful to them. Now I’m going to pre-plan my own. Thanks so much!

Don’t take your pet here. Joseph the supervisor will forget to circle your orders and extras and go ahead with the cremation. Then hang the phone up on you when you express your concerns about not getting your paw print and discomfort with their service

Trish was so nice and helpful when my sister Kim was laid to rest at Rattermans. She was very sweet but professional. Thank you Trish!

Really can't give them a one star. Only because we had to ask them to do it. I won't go into the gory details. Yes there was not alot of money to spend, but i think they could've done a little more, especially when children of the deceased were there.
