We had a really great experience for what was such a sad experience that all pet owners have to endure. The owner was very kind and caring in the handling of our feline baby boy. The urn we received was a beautifully carved wooden box wrapped in a lovely velvet satchel. Everything was high quality, respectful, and decorous - exactly what our sweet Beau deserved. Thank you so much!

So we just received our little guy today and I can't begin to tell you how upset we are. We had to have our ferret put down due to an aggressive tumor growing in his face. We of course chose to have him cremated so he could come home. We ordered the paw prints so that we could have them being they are family. The prints we received aren't his prints by any accounts. He was one of the larger ferrets we've had at 2 lbs, but yet his prints were half the size of one of our girls we lost. She was right around 1 lb and was a fairly petite ferret. The print looks more like someone drew it on with marker, the pads placement and shape don't look right. When contacted about the issue we were told there was nothing that can be done. He's already cremated and that next time we want prints to ask our vet.(sorry but pretty sure we paid for that service with them, not our vet) Not sure if our previous dealings with this company were from this same office, but I will make sure any future business will be handled through a different location.

I had to have my beautiful tortie cat put down. My veterinarian uses pet angel for their cremation services. I want to thank pet angel for such a beautiful job love the urn and Darla's paw print it meant so much. Also her certificate I received just so beautiful I cried when I saw it. Thanks again for the beautiful job I will cherish it all forever.

The day we lost my best friend I called to secure a clipping of her fur. I was told I had a day to check out and add that to my cart, if i did not do so that day, we would not get her back. A few days later I received a call and was told a new guy had made a mistake and I didn’t get my fur. I am devastated and now more so.Never again

I was so excited to pick up the cremains and paw print today of my beloved 14 yr old chihuahua Honey.. She was the light of my life. I have her 7 year old daughter Paris. I thought the packaging, box (urn) and satin and velvet bags and certificate were very nice. However, I am very disappointed that I did not receive a paw print. If I had known, I would have made one myself before bringing her in. I had heard from many people you receive a paw print when you choose a private cremation. I thought it is included in the price of the private cremation. I just read the reviews where Pet Angel stopped making them due to COVID around 2 years ago, but they were making the paw prints 3 months ago. I miss Honey so much and the paw print would have been wonderful to add to her memorial. And, now it’s too late to make it. Or MAYBE they made it but forgot to put in in the packaging. I am devastated and feel so very cheated. IF IT COSTS MORE TO GET THE PAW PRINT I WAS NOT INFORMED.

I have used them twice last year, as painful as it were, they tried to make their work as nice as possible. As a cremation center, this is the place we pet owner don’t wanna be but has to face it when the time come. Their staff try hard to be sensitive to our feelings. I appreciate all your work. I hope you keep up the good company culture in this difficult business. And I thank you for be with my babies for the last point of their earth time. Much appreciated!

My best friend, Jack, took his last nap on Sunday. I was blessed that our vet could come to my house so he could be surrounded by his family and loved ones when he passed. But Sunday was the only day it could work out for everyone to be here.The wonderful ladies at Pet Angel offered to meet us at their location, on a day they were normally closed, to take care of him after he was gone. I'm so very grateful for their compassion.The thought of having to wait and let him suffer or take him to an emergency room to be put down by a stranger was unbearable.Katie and Theresa went above and beyond for me during a very difficult time. They were both so kind and patient with me through the whole process.I received him back today. His perfect paw print brought me to tears, and the box is beautiful.I would not have been able to give my Jack the send off he deserved without Pet Angel. I'm forever grateful.

My sweet cat, Lil Foot, just passed away and I had the remains sent to Pet Angel. When I got them back, they were well packaged in a nice gift bag. Inside the bag was a certificate of cremation with her name on it. There was a felt bag with a wooden urn full of her ashes. There was also her paw print engraving. I couldn't ask for anything better, especially for the price. They are very professional and seem to really care about your beloved pet. I highly recommend this place for your pet funeral needs 💔💜

This company is unethical and is not professional. They take money for a specific set of services and change the services without warning or allowing you to change vendors. Today they decided to no longer do the clay paw prints and cremated my dog before letting me know so I could make other arrangements. This cannot be made right and causes my wife and I to have the pain of not having the same keepsake we have for our other dogs we have cherished over the years. A practice like this brings to question if the ashes we will receive are actually our dear baby girl or just some random assortment from the mass cremations they offer.We entrusted Pet Angel Memorial Center with the final services for our little girl and were robbed of the ability to have our paw print that would have served as a visual reminder of her and all the years of love she gave us. It seems like a small thing to ask for a phone call to tell us that Pet Angel Memorial Center no longer does the paw prints before completing the cremation. This was a change to their services as of today. We already paid in advance for this service. This is not something that can ever be replaced. We are deeply saddened and appalled by how we were treated and our hopes and prayers are that they treated the remains of our little one with more kindness and compassion than they have shown us.

I hate to make a post such as this concerning a memorial center but I feel the need to express my disappointment and allow my grief to be heard in honor of my beloved boy. This was my first experience with cremation and, if I'm being honest, death in general. Maybe my expectations were too high because of how much I loved my Dewbear but I feel things should have been more professional. I had to wait (3) weeks to receive my dogs ashes.. As I was already upset about that, I understood that I'm, unfortunately, not the only one going through this devastating situation so I leaned into patience and compassion. However, when I finally received my dog's memorials, there was an ash residue on the box that held his paw print. Again, maybe I'm being too dramatic but that was unacceptable to me and I wish his things would have been a little more neat and clean. I say all of this not to deter you from doing business with Pet Angel Memorial, but to express my concerns to hopefully avoid someone else experiencing this. As someone with depression and anxiety, I was already extremely uneasy about cremation but with the events that had taken place I was put in a spot. I can sense that for some people, seeing an ash residue could present them with a panic attack or something similar. Regardless of everything, thank you for getting my beloved Dewey back home to me.

Im very unhappy, not with the services they provide, but with the over all experience, our dog was sent to the Louisville, Ky location, we had requested his collar be returned to us, as well as a pawprint, we recieved neither. When we asked about the collar we were originally told that it had been thrown away, then we were told that it had been cremated with him. Needless to to say we were quite livid with this news, but then we recieved a call from a receptionist there saying they had found his collar and they were going to hsve it sent to our vet when they dropped off other pets. (we live in owensboro) we waited almost a week before calling back today, just to be told that they , infact, did not hwve his collar and that it had actually been cremated with him. We had been told thst it was policy to hold on to the collar of all pets for 6 months, i just want to know how such a policy can be looked over and even down right ignored, and wonder how many other pets this has happened to.

I had to put my dog of 16 years down in February, and the vet told us this is who they go through for cremations. We chose a private cremation so we got his remains back in a very nice wood box. My only problem, and it makes me very upset, is that the clay print I got is not a complete print. I was able to get my alive animals’ prints better than they got his. I am not impressed. The last memory I have of him and it’s not even a full print... The box for ashes is nice though... I guess that’s a plus.

I lost my sweet bunny boy June 2021 and I was satisfied with how professional and nice looking everything was. But I just lost my bunny girl five days ago. So I knew I would get the same level of service with her. I was so wrong. Her ashes aren't even sealed like my boy's was last year. Her ashes are in a bag, twisted at the top with tape. It's awful and had I known this I would've taken her elsewhere. Everything with Ebony's looks cheap yet the price was the same as Gizmo's from last year, but his looked so nice. And I'll be honest, I'm wondering if I even have her ashes. The bag containing her ashes has me wondering now how well she was taken care of during the whole process. To me it looks like she has less ashes than her brother when she actually weighed more. I really hope I'm wrong and that I have both my babies' ashes and only their ashes. Private cremation was paid for so I can only hope that's what was done. And Ebony's ashes were ready in 4 days. I had to wait a week for Gizmo's ashes last year. I guess they charge the same price now, make everything cheaper and that is cause for me to not trust. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Last Friday our cat Pepper died tragically. Pet angel was absolutely amazing helping us through such a hard time & gave us so much comfort for our little guy. I picked him up today & him urn was absolutely beautiful ❤️ His paw print gave me so much happiness & will be a constant reminder of my best friend! Thank you so much for helping gain a little comfort.

Losing a pet is so hard. How can one easily process that the friend you loved so dearly, and who loved you back unconditionally, is gone? I can confidently say that Pet Angel made the process a bit easier. They have options to take your pet's ashes home, but if you're like me and have 12 different pets at any given time, you can also save some space by requesting just their paw print or even a glass-blown memorial piece made with some of their ashes inside. They even offered to put some of the bedding from my Henna's cage in with the ashes. The staff remains respectful and professional during a very emotional time and will do their best to make sure your furry loved one is taken good care of. I highly recommend their services, even though I would absolutely love to never need them.

The staff at pet memorial are outstanding! They truly do go over and beyond with their work and treat everyone like family members including pets they’ve never met. The energy there is pure love even behind the scenes. If I could give 10 stars I honestly would because it’s much deserved!

Last Tuesday my son and I had to put down our beloved Huey. The vet we chose uses Pet Angels for their cremations. I felt comfortable with this, as 5 years ago they also cremated my beloved Jasmine and did a wonderful job with the box, and footprint of her I received. I was also able to take some of her ashes out of the box and put them in a necklace to have with me all the time. As with Huey, my son chose an urn. We received him back today. And I am very pleased with it. Beautiful color. Sad thing is , we were not able to get a paw print, due to Covid. The ashes are sealed tight in the urn, which is nice, so that way if an accident was to occur, none would be lost. Thank you Pet Angels!!!

My husband and I are both registered vet techs who rescue cats (particularly cats with life long conditions that would make them difficult to adopt). 2 days after thanksgiving we had to put one of them to sleep due to a fast growing tumor in his mouth. This particular cat was one of the greatest we had ever had the pleasure of keeping. He had also almost become a sort of mascot for my clinic. Because he was so special the message we wanted engraved on his urn had too many characters to fit properly. I got a call from a wonderful woman named Thersa who explained the issue. We talked options of what could be done to fit the whole message. She even ask if it would be ok with us if she used some damaged urns to practice and see if it would all fit and still look nice.I have always told clients who loose their pets that the folks at Pet Angel are good people who take care of the pets as if they were people. This experience proved that this is the case.Thank you so much for the extra effort Thersa! You have no idea how much your kindness means to my husband and I in such a sad time. I will forever be grateful!

Absolute con artists. Everything is the cheapest they could find, and the carelessly, incorrectly done paw print causes our family physical pain. It's like we lost her all over again knowing that we'll never be able to get an actual paw print. These people need to be stopped. This review won't be the last they hear about it - if I can help it no one will go through this again.

Devastated to learn that you use Crayola Model magic to make the paw prints. Your website clearly states that you use clay. A look at Crayola's website will tell you that Model Magic remains flexible even when dry. I desperately wanted a permanent keepsake of my pet and I feel completely robbed and misled by this. This is not just misleading but hurtful. I did speak to the manager and she was apologetic about this practice and is offering a different keepsake which I do appreciate but I sincerely hope they change this practice.

Very disappointed honestly. I lost my dog December 22nd 2019. we had to put her down and the vet we took her to was very nice and said that the ashes were going to Pet angles and were going to be spread in a little memorial they had outside and we went to visit today and it was a bunch of buildings and then a walking trial.. there was nothing there for a pet memorial or anything. Im not even sure where my dog is.. Ive very upset by this I thought there was going to be something but there was nothing? only "nice" thing they did was send a paw print of her in clay. At least I know that's here with me and not where they said it would be.

My husband and I lost your cat. We decide to have her cremated. This place is beyond amazing we took our kids with us so the kids could say they're goodbye. Lady who's taking care of us was very sweet we recommend this place to anyone. Thank so much for your compassion

Much more than I expected from cremation of my dog. The cremains were in a plastic bag inside of a drawstring fabric bag. The fabric bag was inside of a nice looking box, I'm assuming wood, with a clasp on the lid. Great job.
