This facility was quick to respond and helpful when my pet passed after hours. I got him back today and the box is so beautiful. My only criticism is the clay paw print was not done well. the bottom paw pad was not impressed very well. luckily I had a second one done by a vet but I would have been very sad if I didn't.The ease of the process was nice and it was very timely. I would use them again but just hopefully they ensure good impressions on clay paws especially since you pay extra for them.

Everything about picking up my beloved cats ashes was great. Thank you so much. A very nice box she was put in, along with everything else that came with her in the cutest paw print 🐾 bag.

We took our 6 week old kitten on July 27th to be cremated, just picked him up on the 31st. They were very professional and considerate, Louis came back to us in perfect condition and I am very grateful for the amazing work Borden Crematory did for us.

I gave them payment to euthanize my family Yorkie and was told they could put her out of misery immediately after receiving payment of the euthanization since she was suffering. The younger technician had us on the phone and did not have prices and we said to go ahead and take payment for euthanasia and they did but did not euthanize her until we decided on the process to cremate her. So instead of Dr. Adams and her technician being empathetic they basically couldn’t explain anything about the $91 for the communal cremation ceremony that wanted to collect before they put my previous girl out of her misery. They took my $261 euthanasia payment and then wanted to hold her to get more money when we clearly didn’t have prices or details on their options and we kept being reassured they would put her down and hours passed and they told me she had not been put down because they needed the money for their protocol and they were closing. But why not have the information on your services before you call. Why keep my dog in misery after you already had the go had and the payment to put her down.
