I have lost several beloved pets over the years and have been grateful to Loyal Friends for their compassion and professionalism. Each time they've had to deal with my crying on the phone while making arrangements and double checking all the information. Every time I've spoken with anyone there they've been so kind.

I have to start off by saying this my dog of 10 years suddenly and unexpectedly passed away and I didn't know what to do . I googled and found the website it was late on a Saturday night and out of pure desperation I called thinking I would get a voicemail or answering machine. But Ken answered right away he explained what all the services they provided and told me to bring him in right away that morning even though it was Sunday. Then at their business I met Chris he was very thorough and went through everything again and made me feel peace of mind and treated my family like it was part of their family. Thank you guys so much Mr. Cupcake was part of the family.

I got my cat pepper cremated and i love how they was professional. They put my pepper in a nice urn and even gave me a certificate. I am so happy to have pepper back in my home. And i am very happy with using them to cremate pepper. I will definitely use them again

When our senior cat passed, our vet referred us to Loyal Friends. They were extremely caring and understanding. We dropped him off and had our final moments with him on a little bed in the facility. It was very peaceful. We were able to pick him up two days later and his urn was beautiful and perfectly done. If you are needing this type of service, I definitely would recommend Ken at Loyal Friends. While I hope I never have to go back, I know that in the future I will come to him again for our needs.

We recently had to say goodbye to our boy, Oliver Newton John, two days after Christmas (2023). Obviously, we were quite devastated, and the holiday season had rather soured for my wife and me. Despite the incipient collapse of our hearts and minds, the people at Loyal Friends made the final stage of the process about as well as one could hope, considering. They made themselves available to us promptly and upon request, and they were incredibly professional, respectful, and genuinely empathetic to our plight - the older gentleman running the place (sorry, I don't remember his name) took a moment to love on my hound and tell me he looked like a good boy. He WAS a good boy. He was my best little bear cub, and I'll miss him every day. Thanks to the good folks at Loyal Friends, however, my wife and I will still have him close to us as we try to navigate life without our chubby cub. Thank you, everyone at Loyal Friends! ☆☆☆☆☆TLDR; HIGHLY RECOMMEND Loyal Friends, they's good people

We lost our beloved pet while working over the road and far away from home and we received the most greatest and respectful service EVER! We live in Florida and our beloved pet passed away in Mississippi and I searched for crematory services near to where we were booked to deliver a load in Kentucky and luckily we came across Loyal Friends. Ken answered us right away and greeted us promptly, extremely helpful and respectful! We couldn't wait because of our schedule so he did the shipping all the way to Florida for us. That was very helpful and we are very grateful for Ken and his service 🙏🙏❤️

Loyal Friends was a blessing to be there for us when we lost our baby girl, Gypsy Grace. They don’t forget that pets truly are family. We were treated with the utmost consideration, compassion and respect. Ken even went so far as to deliver Gypsy’s ashes to our local vet. This is not a service anyone enjoys using, but when the time comes, thank God Loyal Friends is there. I highly recommend them.

Our precious Maddie past away. Ken picked her up from Williamsburg Vet. He was very respectful of our family's feelings and wishes. She was returned to us within 24 hours in a beautiful box. Thank you for taking care of our family.

My moms dog of 18 years passed and she wanted him cremated.He met us the same day and had him ready for pick up the next day.Price is reasonable and they done a great job! We got a little box with paw prints and a name plate on it and a keepsake with his paws on it.I'm glad we have a little place like this in london for pet lovers!

Loyal friend cremation was a big blessing for me . During my time of losing my pet .I love how they are there to go out of their way to help and giving you time to say your good bye to your pets !!! I still Miss my boy Matt very much 😢😢an it been a year today !! Just want to thank u again for taking care of my little boy😢I would recommend loyal friend cremation to friends, family Or anyone wanting to hold wonderful memories of their pets!!

It is with a broken heart that I am writing this review. In Nov, we lost our 12+ yo Yorkie, Jeepers, (6.4 lbs). Almost 2 yrs earlier we lost our Lexie, 13 ½ yo, in GA. We had Lexie cremated also. Her cremation included a beautiful carved wooden box, her nose print, paw print and a heartfelt poem for less money than we paid for Jeepers from Loyal Friends. When I picked up Jeepers remains from the CVAH I was sick! I was expecting the same level of service to honor my baby. I received a metal tin taped shut and paid a lot more for the cremation. A nose and paw print may not mean alot to some people... but it meant the world to me!! If you want no frills, tin can service... that is exactly what you will get...not a loving tribute to your best friend.

This place is amazing! My fiance and I raised 2 dogs, unfortunatly both didnt make it, but this man had helped us so much through it by willingly allowing us to make payments as we could, no rush for money, was very considerate of us and our situation and took real good care of both dogs and their urns. Cant say enough great things about this place.

They have taken care of 4 of my babies so far and I love how much care they take with my babies and am about to use their services again they used to put ashes in a round decorative tin for their prices I thought it was fine they were cheaper than the other place that was doing it and if I wanted a foot print it was an extra 100 always costs me over 300 to cremate my kids then found loyal friends and I have never been happier plus I did the paw print ( extra 25 ) on all my kids always pay under 200 but now they do a small carved box which I love with a name plate same price as before with paw print and I do like the carved box better but their service is what keeps me going back I will be forever grateful for everything they do

The most caring, considerate service ever! The young man who came and picked up Ben was so professional. I would recommend this place to everyone!! Had Ben back the next day. So amazing and such a comfort in a time when our whole world was falling apart. Thank you guys from the bottom of out hearts!!!
