After the passing of my sweet fur baby Gabby, I called Deb into the early morning hours and she responded right away. She is definitely an earth bound angel with her compassion and sympathy she gave, it was pure and genuine. I dropped my baby off to Deb the next evening and although I was feeling so broken hearted, I felt comfort in knowing she would take care of my life long best friend even after she had crossed the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend this facility, and once you meet Deb you will know that she was sent to do the Lord's work here on earth for the broken hearted! Thank you Deb. ❤️

I had an appointment to get my baby cremated and a donor would be calling the facility directly to pay for the cremation. I confirmed with this facility they would accept payment over the phone because someone was covering her cremation cost for me. I already have an urn for her ashes and selected everything, I was happy and grateful they would work with me and take care of my baby. The facility then says they can’t do that after already telling me yes. When I was upset they just told me I could bury my pet - I live in an apartment and have no way to bury my pet, nor do I have a place to take her with me. They seem to act like they care, until it really comes down with it and they don’t - this is all a fake facade to get your business.

At a time when your heart is deeply broken in what seems to be disrepair, this couple steps up with such kindness and compassion and wraps you with words of comfort. Every text and phone conversation she referred to our furbaby with endearing words. Her husband sent me a message the day our sweet kitties ashes were mailed to us; when it arrived, his ashes were in a crocheted baby blue bag with a kind, hand written letter, sending God's love and comfort for us and thanking us for caring for His animals so lovingly. I HIGHLY recommend them; we will gladly drive 2.5 hours for their services. Hands down some of the best money spent regarding the finality of our pets life. ❤️

Deb is a literal angel on earth. She was so so compassionate, kind, patient & understanding. She let me tell stories of my Keena, show her pictures, we talked about how beautiful my girl was.Deb showed me what I would be receiving once everything was done, she puts so much love into this. The bags with the urn, ashes, hand knitted pouch, sympathy card, etc is just thoughtful beyond words...I don't think I could have left my baby girl in any better hands. And Deb has amazing prices. It really helps relieve the financial stress, especially if you've already spent hundreds at the ER vet trying to save them as I did...

We have gone to Deb and Bill for several of our pets who have passed on. They have the best prices but that doesnt even matter because they are the most compassionate people I have ever met. We had our dog cremated about a month ago and I was so sad to hear that Bill had passed just a month prior to that and there was Deb still helping us and carrying on the work they did together. She is so thoughtful in the work she puts into the Pet memorials and the little handmade bags!

Very kind and compassionate. They wrote a personalized note on the bag with bows and flowers. Comfort fabric inside with condolence cards and a cremation certificate. They crocheted a bag for his ashes. They gave us two separate bags of ashes in case we wanted to have jewelry made and gave us clippings of his fur. The urn is beautiful as well. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this place enough. They are the sweetest people, didn't even flinch when we told them we had brought our dumbo fancy rat, Pot Roast, in. Deb crochets bags for the ashes to be put in and you get an urn as well. The price is unbeatable and they are a pleasure to work with. I know our Roast is in good hands until she comes back to ours.

I'm at a loss for words on how much I felt the Love and Care for my best friend. Some businesses IMO prey on people's emotions to over charge in a horrific time of grief...Affordable Kentucky Pet Crematorium is nothing like any other. Immediately I felt that this was the right place to be for my best friend. The lady who runs this place is an absolute sweetheart and genuinely cares about your lost loved one(s). She really helped me through this horrific time for me.I just can't say enough about my experience. If you really cared about your friend you shouldn't go anywhere else, but that's for you to decide.

Wonderful service, really caring staff. Very affordable. The little packages they put together with a little knitted bag, a sympathy card and hair clippings is so genuine and thoughtful. I recommend this business to anyone who has suffered the loss of a pet.

After the nightmare that I have gone through today, the single bright spot was my interaction with Affordable Kentucky Pet Crematory. I spoke with both of the owners, her on the phone and the husband in person. They just honor the relationship you and your pet have shared and are even willing to talk you through a tough process. Pricing is seriously less than half of what you are going to get charged elsewhere and I highly doubt other places are going to give you the compassion that AKPC will. I still can't believe how good of a deal I got for this service. I would give this business 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys for helping me through this process and thank you for providing funeral services to our loved family dog.

So grateful for the kind couple that owns this establishment. Not only are they affordable, but they are so kind and compassionate. They made something so difficult and tragic, a lot easier to handle. I know handling pet cremation is probably not an easy thing to do but they do it with such love, care, and respect for us and our animals.They put so much love into handwritten messages and hand knitted blankets for remains to go into. I received a small bag of her fur, along with 2 bags of remains. One, finer ground in case I want to honor her with jewelry. And for a little bit more, I was able to get a casting of my dog’s pawprint . They went the extra mile in able to help me honor my Lolli. They are so thoughtful in it and I am so, so thankful for them.I can not recommend them enough! :-)

No one wants to deal with the loss of thier pet. It can be expensive, and very hard to get a pet cremated. Affordable Kentucky Pet Cremation was so helpful, and kind during the loss of our recent pet. I called on a Saturday and got my pet over that day. When you are in pain and needing to take care of things AKPC came through for us. It wasn't expensive at all, and they have adorable hand made items to keep your pet in for tresuring. Highly recommend.

I took my pet bichon here to be cremated. The owners went out of the way to provide a great service. Kipper was returned in a nice wooden box and hand knitted blanket. I highly recommend their service.

The owners made a terrible day much easier and were incredibly kind through the entire process. They answered their phone almost immediately on a Sunday and provided services within an hour. I’m extremely thankful I found them to take care of my dog after she passed away.
